I stayed here for 2 days in November 2023. The rooms and surrounding are superb!! Very nice and mind blowing beach view from the room. But not very good experience from the reception desk due to the rush at the time of my check in

A few years ago we stayed a week here: nice room, great hospitality, kind people (guest relation girl and room cleaning guys). Close to metro station, not too far from city center. Decent hotel in a good location. Little bit old but we'll maintained and friendly staff. Price performance is okay

In a great location by the Corniche, we had a lovely stay in this hotel. We were on the Club floor level 15 and our room was really nice. The view was magnificent, and I have stayed in many many 5 star hotels .. absolutely fabulous.

Two things to mention... breakfast being Irish left an awful lot to be desired. It was at best poor. Very little choice and some fresh bread, a selection of cold meats and cheese would have sufficed. People were putting dirty dishes to the end of tables as the staff on duty seriously struggled. Very very poor for a 5 star hotel.

The pool area is ok. Old beds and the temperature was 'hot bath'. Again not 5 star standard.

Staff throughout the hotel are very friendly. Plenty to do right outside the hotel.

The maintenance and housekeeping need attention. Minor details are being overlooked which does not reflect the 5 star rating. This is an easy fix. Buffet dinner was scrumptious. Coffee service to my room was beautifully presented.

Majorly, staff here lacks the training to speak respectfully with their guests. Although we were given a different room when the one we originally checked into had a leaky bathroom roof and a dysfunctional telephone line!

Unfortunately my room was unpleasant due to people smoking on the floor. But apart from the that the rooms are generous in size and had a sea view. Please fix the blackout curtains so that they are blackout though. The bed was super comfortable and the bath and shower were good. Breakfast was pleasant and the omelette were really nicely cooked. The staff were amenable and helpful. The pool area was pleasant though quite small and could really do with a drinks facility. The massages were excellent and reasonable prices. I would stay again with downtown accessibility but not on a smoking floor.

What a hotel, we love it! Room was beautiful and vintage, really nice decor and very spacious. We had friends round and all sat on the couch and arm chair and shared food and the staff were fine with that. The food we had was nice and not too expensive and the pool is lovely and warm with a nice area to relax around. Valet parking included which was great for the hire car. Great view of the park from our room

Had a prime time at Rotana Yas Island. Very good staff with a good manners to attend the guests. Had some precious moments at Bar side area. Bar tender I don’t know the name of him, was gave us special gestures to feel good. Breakfast was good with plenty of varieties. I am vegan. Overall it was good experience.

We had a Farewell party for one of our Colleague at Reflections Jadaff and the staffs Mr. Sudhir,Dinesh .... were friendly and happy to assist with all the requirements.
Food was amazing (finger licking), location was convenient and close to metro station - easy to access.
Recommended to have event parties at Reflections Jadaff.

Actually Dubai Mall , Burj Khalifa, Dubai fountain, Dubai Aquarium all are at one place .
1st Transportation: you can reach by Bus , Metro or by car , if you are alone or couple you may try bus and metro but if more than 2 then better go for taxi .
Mall is too big , 2nd largest in world and costlier also . Only food courts stuffs are economical.
Mall has Aquarium of which tickets can b bought out then and there only . I didn't find this one better than what I had seen in Busan Korea. infact pictures clicked from outside were looking awesome instead of going to underwater subway ...it's choice .
Coming to fountain, it's operating 6pm - 9 pm , timings you need to check once you are there ..but durations is just 5 mins and interval is 30 mins . It's free but to Click a snap you have to Stand a better place .
Now coming to Burj Khalifa ..You must visit this place ..1st in morning time before 9 am to avoid traffic, heat and crowd , morning time you don't need to go in , just click photos from outside .
around Dubai mall and Burj khalifa you have ring road where you have multiple places to Click photos ..
You should visit Burj khalifa at night as well as they have laser lighting along with fountain show ..and at last go on top to have city view .. Don't buy stuffs from that building, it's too costly. same you will get at 1/3 cost in city.

Rotana Towers was the best choice. Perfect location. Breakfast was a full variety of very good foods (local and international). Room was perfect clean, the view from window (see photo) was amazing (you can stay on a kind of window-sofa). The staff is very nice and helpful. At bar is often live-music.

Centrally located, the hotel offers a lot of facilities. Rooms are nice and comfy and have bathtubs, too. The only disadvantage is that the gym and pool are on top of the adjoining parking building for which you have to go out from the back as the connecting bridge was not functional.

We encountered numerous problems with the hotel, starting even before our arrival. Our initial reservation was for a double-room apartment with a sea view, intended to accommodate our family of six—two adults and four children. Regrettably, one day prior to our arrival, we were contacted by the hotel's booking department to inform us that the room we had reserved would not be available until Monday, despite our Saturday arrival date. Consequently, we were allocated two separate standard rooms with city view, each furnished with an extra bed, so you can hardly move around the room.

Upon check-in, we were charged for the original, more expensive double-room apartment, which carried a nightly premium of approximately 500 AED (roughly 150 USD) over the two separate rooms we were given. Additionally, we were subsequently notified that the initially reserved room would not be available to us until Wednesday and we have received hotel management warranties that the room will be available on Wednesday or earlier during our check in on the reception desk. On Wednesday we were informed that the booked apartment will not be available for the entire duration of our stay.

Despite our lack of alternatives, we accepted these circumstances and proceeded to split our family between the two separate rooms. The hotel management, however, declined to refund the difference in cost for the eight nights we stayed, amounting to approximately 1200 USD. Following extensive discussions, we were offered three complimentary dinners at the hotel's main dining restaurant, totaling an estimated value of around 250 USD, far short of the amount overcharged.

The staff, while polite, demonstrated a notable lack of assistance throughout the resolution process. Their actions seemed more focused on appearing active rather than achieving meaningful outcomes, leaving us ultimately dissatisfied with our experience.

It is indeed a disconcerting experience when a hotel fails not only to meet the expectations set during the booking process, but also downgrades the amenities provided, without issuing a corresponding refund. Such actions are highly unprofessional and could seriously undermine the trust between the hotel and guest experience. Normally, upgrades are a common practice to enhance customer satisfaction, but downgrading while retaining the original fees is highly irregular and generally considered unacceptable in the hotel and recreation business.

Based on these issues, and the financial disadvantages incurred, I cannot recommend Bahi Ajman Palace Hotel for any bookings, despite being quite a good hotel with pleasant facilities and good quality accommodation.

P. S.: As a person with professional experience in the hotel and recreation industry, I sincerely hope this communication reaches the senior management and owners of the hotel in question. The purpose is to highlight the deeply concerning practices that I have personally experienced. Such actions not only mar the reputation of the hotel but also undermine the trust and reliability that are the cornerstone of this business. I hope the senior management take this seriously and make some changes. By doing so, the hotel can restore its credibility and ensure a far more reliable, and high-quality service for its valued customers in the future.

Breath taking view from 40th floor! Luxury atmosphere all around! Great location, food is more than good!! Very well trained polite an helpful hotel staff! Wonderful place from bottom to top!!!!

I along with my family stayed here for 2 nights. Special mention for Arslan and Sandesh who were very helpful. An area of improvement would be the speed of water in the room’s washroom. The speed was very low and should have been better for bathing at least. Also, the staff in the restaurant were not very flexible as they didn’t allow sending small breakfast items to the room even when 1 of us was not feeling well. Overall the experience was good.

Very nice place. Maybe not very new and requires some maintenance, but what was really good about it was:
a) This place is alcohol free. Patrons are allowed to buy alcohol somewhere else and drink in their rooms, but they must behave, and no alcohol is served anywhere in the hotel.
b) The place is very quiet and is good for the family vacation.
c) Food in the buffet was quite good too and the prices for patrons are lower than for casual visitors.

Despite there was a lot of families with small children, the atmosphere was very quiet and ambient.

The hotel rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Specially thanks for housekeeping section Mr.Dhanushka, IT supervisor Mr.Thilanka & Receptionist Mr.Shane. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown.

Arslan and Nicole have been great hosts, Hotel Rotana is located at an excellent place with Yas shuttle services running round the clock to take you to the prime spots. The breakfast was excellent, tasty with a variety of dishes. Overall highly recommended

This is my go to spot in Dubai. It is owned by the Sheikh so the services is quite good. I have tried other similarly priced hotels around there and they just did not measure up. You can spend a lot more and get the same or slightly better service and rooms, but my money is at JET.

There is some construction right now, so the lounge is actually on the 10th floor but it’s even better because there’s a great view. Usually this place is just empty on 10 but it’s actually better than the main floor lobby.

Abu was very very enthusiastic in accommodating me and my friends. He helped us to chose the best room in the hotel. Nicholson and Arsland were so helpful in giving us directions and we were able to get tickets to Sealand without any hassle. David was so sweet. He brought us everything we needed in our room without any complaints but only sincere smile. Overall I and my friends had the best weekend. The hotel itself was very beautiful and all the amenities were amazing.
Thanks to all the hotel staff for their warm welcome and hospitality. I will surely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

As soon as I checked into this hotel I was in awe of the beautiful surroundings in the lobby and furniture. The place looks grand. The check in process was simple and the receptionist was kind and took our needs into consideration so I appreciate that thank you! Thank you to the staff who work very hard here and the cleaners, those that filled up our complimentary waters daily who were generous. Staff were very accommodating to our requests and the valet service was excellent.
Furthermore, the room is very clean, the sea view rooms are amazing. The beds are the most comfortable i have ever stayed in, very firm and definitely a good nights sleep. The hotel facilities were great and the pool was clean with friendly lifeguards. Location was excellent. We as a family with small children enjoyed our stay here very much and did not want to leave this hotel, the staff going out of their way made a difference to our positive stay. Now, let's talk about the VIP Pass. I highly recommend considering the VIP access, This pass not only grants you access to privileged areas (154th Floor) but also allows you to skip the long queues both at the entrance and when descending from the 124th floor.

One of the most breathtaking moments at the Burj Khalifa Tower is witnessing the transition from day to night. I recommend planning your visit around sunset. Don't forget to bring your camera to capture this magical transformation from day to night.

The panoramic views from 154th floor and from the observation deck on the 124th floor are extraordinary.

Unfortunately didn’t expect that kind of service of customers service… makes you feel that you are staying for free!!!!! Restaurant staff and laundry pick up are amazing… they clean the room but won’t fix broken shower bottles! First night I thought they didn’t notice but after 3 nights I don’t know what to say!

I visited Burj Khalifa twice in and still remember this nice experience,no need to wait in line, you can book in advance to allow you to go straight to the elevator to ascend the tower.

I came from Yemen and spent 2 nights in this apartment Hotel, and it was very comfortable.
2 nights in 2 different apartments, both were big, the beds were comfortable, and the sheets were clean.
Bathrooms were clean, and there is a special place for showering.
A small kitchenette with an electric kettle.

In general, it was a great stay.

Rooms are conspicuous and highly equipped technically. Cleaning is very frequent. Several elevators are available so no waiting. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast is varied and up to the level.

Resumption guy not good behavior

I was working and getting so exhausted and almost felt seek and i could not come to breakfast one day and i asked for oranges as they do miracles regarding vitamins and even though they were not in the breakfast area they provided me with them at my room. it was beyond my expectation and i appreciate the endeavor the team showed that day. i felt the optimum hospitality that day.

Very nice experience my experience was he live very good stuff this service of the staffs owner is also very good. The hotel is full of luxury and comfortness. The hotel is very big and their is Mini space to walk around. Food items are also very tasty and good quality. I felt a very luxury experience there. Quality of rooms and service is very excellent. I am very happy to stay there. So I have rated 5 stars in rooms service and location to. I would suggest you to visit there once. The hotel is very tall. The lifts are very fast. When you enter that Hotel your welcome is celebrated there by giving you some welcome drinks and when you Mala. The eyes of the rooms bathroom are also very good. This you from the hotel rooms window is very beautiful. The view from the top floor of the hotel is excellent. Car parking is also available there. Helipad is also there in the top floor of the hotel. You have been greeted there when you once stay there. Ultimately my experience was really very very awesome.

that was overall okay to stay there, tram is in walking distance. The room was silent and view was nice. But the room was a little bit cold at night, that’s why we became an extra heater for the room from the staff. Actually air conditioning should have been able to warm the room.

Towers Rotana is a city hotel and as such expectations of amenities have to be limited. I stayed in august with two children aged 12 and 13. The room was perfect. The lobby was smallish and very crowded which is as expected. The location was brilliant being a few minutes walk of the metro station. The swimming pool was very small but again as a city center hotel this was to be expected.The one thing that let the hotel down very badly was the food. We were on all inclusive and quite honestly we were not able to eat the dinners. (lunch we missed being out all day). The choice at dinner was rather limited but more to the point the cooking was atrocious. Who serves POP CORN as a main dish choice in a buffet? We are not fussy eaters but even the kids did not enjoy our meal times. My suggestion is for management to have a look at the catering at the hotel because you all are let down by this point badly. We would not be coming back. It would be better to pay a little more and get decent food.

Towers Rotana is an exceptional hotel where my family and I spent six delightful days. Our experience was truly wonderful. The hotel offers an array of amenities, including karaoke, a well-equipped gym, three restaurants (one of which I'd like to mention in more detail), and much more.

First and foremost, I would like to commend a particular waiter named Ray. He is an exceptional individual who demonstrates professionalism in his work.

I strongly believe that Ray deserves recognition and appreciation for his outstanding service!

Secondly, the gym. It's perfect. There, you can find any exercise you want. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there.

Very good hotel. pleasant staff. I would especially like to highlight the bartender Ibrahim. He was very kind and responsive. excellent equipment in the gym. Great food, something new every day. I think I will definitely come back here.

The cleanliness of the room was quite fine, however, the air conditioning system was not working properly and the room was not cooling enough. Moreover, there were no curtains installed on the window, which resulted in too much light coming in from outside, making it difficult to sleep, especially in the morning. It was a disappointing experience, and it felt like the room was allocated to us as a result of an online booking from another site, without due consideration for our comfort. Overall, I would rate this experience as one star and would not recommend this place to anyone."

I was visiting Ajman for the first time for work.
Unfortunately I booked 15 days and paid in advance. I was very disappointed. Rooms old and not clear. Price is too much compared to other hotels. Once i finish my booking, moved to much better hotel and much cheaper. I don’t recommend this place for anyone. Junior staff are nice but seniors are not helpful at all

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was clean, and the hotel's convenient location made visiting Yas Water Park and Ferrari World a breeze. Customer - I was a corporate Trainer for premium brands like Shangri-La and Rotana for more than a decade combined .. my review below is honest and unbiased to genuinely let the hotel management take serious steps and perhaps a disciplinary action

Issue - Angel refused check in and asked money for pre paid booking and denied to check the updated confirmation which I tried to show her , she did not even wanted to check my confirmation and mocked and laughed me over my professional experience in the industry when I tried to give her the direction to solve the issue ,
She did not care and told me she will only give a room if I pay her money for the room I have already prepaid .

Finally after no help from the Reception team for almost 30 minutes I asked or duty manager and he swiftly went in to action and gave me a room and did the necessary processes fast and again Angel was cutting the key for me and I could see loud and clear in her face that she was not happy when I got a room i paid for .. so I did not let her negative energy affect me and went to the room without further complaints and Angel has given me a paper for Wifi password which was used or not working one .. after 3 hours of check in getting some rest and hoping to forget the most shocking depressing and experience or trauma caused by Angel ,(check in staff) , guess wat she answers the phone again and I asked for password or internet connection she told me to ask duty manager and hung up the phone on me .

Updated review after 4 months of stay in the hotel. I have stayed in many hotels around Dubai. If you are looking for a clean and quiet place with expeptional staff this is a place for you. Big thanks to the whole staff of reception, security, restaurant part for their services all of this period. Also to Dhanushka, Eric and rest cleaning staff for the great daily room cleaning provided. Everything were great! Will definitely revisit this place!

Horrible!! ceiling is leaking, only 1 towel in the bathroom, 1 chair to sit to the fact I booked for 2 person!!

It was newly opened, and the apartment was quite spacious. It's the place for family staycation. The rooms are well furnished, and the kitchen was fully equipped with utensils. The front office staff was so helpful and kind full. A special thank you to the night manager and his staff there, I forgot their names. Soon, I will be back again here. Keep up the same services.

Good price good location good view good hotel well to stay and good service

The room was nice, only disappointing me when I ordered a cappuccino and expresso as I expected that the reception said there coffee machine was working, but when the coffee delivered it just a nescafee instant and they just created a bubble on the cappuccino, what I want to say, to those staff of this hotel apartment, just be honest to your costumers. To keep your costumers keep coming to your place

29.01.2021 i stay in room no 804. Cleaning site is very poor condition. I think 10/15 dayes no one cleaning the room.recitation staff is good and profesonal.

My friend stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms are fairly big, very clean. Looked like a good decor and layout inside. We were also shown the studio's out of curiosity and I can say that they are all decored and designed with cute kitchens. I would recommend this place, the staff are friendly and helpful in a genuine way.
