Bought 2x Steak Melt via click and collect, went home open the wrapper, there was NOT MEAT AT ALL. Went to pick up well before 830pm on Sunday, they suppose to close at 9pm, the chairs were already put upside down on the table, there was no one behind the counter, we stood at the counter for awhile before someone come out. Never going here again

Got the prosciutto and the fresh, non-toasted bread was a bit hard to chew through. The filling (prosciutto and rocket) had a nice balance of flavours and tasted fresh.

Staff member looked like she had just been told her cat had died, put next to 0 salad in the sandwich and looked like I ruined her day by coming into the store.. Will not be returning.
I would like to give a massive shoutout to Lana today. I ordered a gluten free wrap and she took extra care to wash her hands, wipe down the benches and change her gloves. Her care gave me an amazing experience reducing the chances of cross contamination.
I really appreciate this service and wish that all stores would take care in catering for gluten free people/coeliacs.

The person serving me gave me less meat then you are supposed to get. When I asked for more he gave me some more but still less than what it's supposed to be. Other portions were stingy and when I started eating my food there was a hair within the first two bites. Disappointed.
Been here 3 times in the past 4 months and the customer service is seriously the worst. Incredibly rude staff, especially this one lady I’ve always encountered. She just seems angry for no reason. Really like the food but the service is horrible, I really don’t think I’ll be going to this subway again. I’d rather walk further and pay more to get takeout at a place that actually cares about their customers.

Pitfalls. Absolutely appaulling. None of my notes on uber order were hears, was given incorrect additions and not even a napkin!!! When you're paying $25 for a 6 inch meal GET IT RIGHT. Are you a bunch of special needs? Because then I would understand. This is beyond unacceptable for like the 4th time
Saluministi Flinders Lane is an absolute gem! Their cured meats are a revelation - the prosciutto melts in your mouth and the salami packs a flavorful punch. The staff are incredibly helpful and passionate about their products.

Tried for the first time with the porchetta panini and me and my friend LOVED IT. The porchetta serving was very generous, pork crackle was a nice garnish. We devoured our sandwiches. The bread is a bit tough to chew but I think it is the style of bread. It was still very fresh. Finished our meal with the cheesecake which was delicious.

Was visiting Perth and stumbled across this sandwich Bar. Sambos were amazing, with high quality fresh ingredients. Cannoli amazing too! Would go back but we are out of here tomorrow.
Still looking for the bacon on my BLT , the smallest most inadequate subway I have ever had , looked for the bacon , couldn't find any , 2 pieces tomato , and small amount of lettuce.

Walked in stood there for at least five minutes while she was cleaning and we just awaiting and waiting and nothing happened also deals at front don’t even work and worker good as a flicked booger on the pavement

I went to this store and every time whoever is serving doesn't even know how to smile or greet people they always just give u the order without even saying anything or smiling. The customer service is really bad at this subway.
The porchetta panini. A mountain of roast pork with some bitey cheese and rocket, wedged in a light and crispy bread roll. What's not to like!?
Good sandwiches, good service. So far the thing I didn’t like was there was sand in my salad today. I hope they wash vegetable/salad wash properly and I will be happier. Usually good.

pretty disappointed in this business. Went for a banh mi after reading great reviews. service and food was amazing, however I noticed I was charged $36.40 for a $12 banh mi as they has their machine up high and I didn't check the total.
Once I was home I realised the error and contacted them, they issued a $24.40 refund via bank transfer, then requested a chargeback from their bank?
My friend also checked her account and released she was also overcharged.

There is a woman named "Selina" who is always rude and unfriendly when I go there.
It feels like she has a genuine hatred towards the customers.

Halfed a cotoletta (crumbed pork loin) and a porchetta panini with a friend. The roast pork cracking in the porchetta had gone cold so was jaw-breaking..the crumbed pork was a lot nicer in this context. The cheesecake was nice though, not so much the crossiant which tasted like it's been sitting there for too long.

I don't usually have butter or pate - this place don't use butter they use mayonnaise.. I had BBQ Pork which was ok not dry, instead of the usual cucumber, carrot and red onion like other places use this place use their version of coleslaw. Staff are very friendly and shop is quite small. Overall it was a nice bahn mi just different...

Never cared for Banh Mi until I stumbled across this place while working a few doors down. Nowadays, I'm always dropping in for lunch if I'm nearby.
Love the roast pork banh mi, clearly as does the rest of the area as they're usually fairly busy, owner is lovely too.

This place slings a great Conti as one would hope!! I went for the Classico, the bread is SO SO GOOD. Soft but not super soft, slight crunch on top but doesn’t tear your mouth to shreds like so many other conti rolls. The pickled veg all tasted so fresh and high quality. Only suggestion would be to either add mayo/relish/pesto to keep it from being dry and helping to stick the filling together. Still so so good. Enjoy!
Ordered a chicken schnitzel wrap through Uber, I unwrapped it and it literally fell apart and the wrap itself wasn’t even wrapped properly. horrible I couldn’t even eat it, doesn’t even look appealing. As someone who worked at subway this is appalling. Learn how to make wrap properly
Ordered an $11 crispy pork banh mi. Flakey crusty dry style bread. Extremely generous fillings. Includes lettuce, but also the classics eg pate, pickled carrot, coriander, spring onion, chilli etc. Very nicely cooked roast pork with super crunchy crackling. I thought the last sauce she poured over was a western styled salty brown gravy, but after chatting with the Girl it turns out to be a house-made runny hoisin. She said there might have been oyster sauce in there too. Certainly not lacking in flavour. A bit too salty for my taste, and a bit over sauced. Only hot meats available because “the boys around here don’t want cold cuts”. Barbecue pork, grilled chicken. Dim sims, potato cakes. Egg and bacon breakfast roll. Overall a very good banh mi from a tiny store that’s been going nearly a decade.
Ordered online. Paid extra for beetroot and pineapple. And they charged extra too but did not add them in order. Also there was clear instruction to toasted but it was not toasted as well. Worse subway I ever had. There was no pickle and olives too. It had only spinach carrot cucumber onions and lettuce. Please tell customer next time if you don’t have items so they can order from somewhere else instead of charging them and not even informing them.

So it’s misleading advertising as well now. If he noticed RAW MEAT being put on a sandwich, the correct thing to do would be to call the customer and ask if they’re aware of that. As that is a serious food safety issue. Never again will I buy from here again. Not only the food safety, but the total lack of care when told about it. He basically said it’s my fault that he put raw meat on my sandwich because I did not tick toasted! Do these people even get trained in food safety? Be careful everyone.

So lucky to have this amazing deli as our local. It was our first time dining in today and we definitely were not disappointed. The menu has a great selection of bites for all appetites, even the little ones. Everything is fresh, tasty and comes in generous portions. It's great value for money given the quality and amount of the food you receive.

I am absolutely blown away with the service I received this evening. The gentleman that served me tonight was amazing. I asked if they had any gulten free wraps. He went out the back to have a look for me while a sub was toasting. He came back with them and then asked me if the same gloves were ok to make the gulten free warps with. Unfortunately it wasnt due to the fact i am celiac. He was more then happy to change his gloves. I can't thank him enough! 5/5 ⭐️

My wife and I were served by Vihaan. He made us both the best subway rolls we've ever had and was super polite!! He's a true sandwich artist! 👌I hope management gives him a Xmas bonus because he deserves it!!!

Today was the last day I visit this subway - sub was half filled no care given at all. The quality of the sub was poor at her salted meatballs, to basically eating dry bread majority of the time minus a splash of sauce here and there.

I recently visited your Subway Hawthorn and encountered some issues with the manager's behavior. I felt that they were a bit rude in their interactions with customer. I believe that a more customer-friendly approach would enhance the overall experience at your establishment. I hope you can address this matter for the benefit of all your patrons."

Took the family to breakfast here as its close by and new, good-sized portions for the price, would have preferred a long sausage rather than a square flat one, but the food was nice regardless. Service was good, was quiet when we arrived but got busier so that is good to see as a new cafe. Didn't try their Philippino food so will have to go back for that.

This place only opens on weekdays and is a popular takeout option for workers around the area, especially for the panini sandwiches which is available from 11AM. To avoid the long queue, it is best to go before 12PM to avoid the lunch rush hour. Ingredients are prepared and the panini is assembled to order. The panini uses fresh bread roll which is not toasted, a little dense but has a nice texture and chew. I tried the porchetta and cotoletta. The porchetta had a distinct porky taste with some refreshing rocket leaves; meat was thinly sliced so it was tender. The crumbed pork in the cotoletta was also tender with a nice crunchiness from the coleslaw. Both panini were tasty and quite filling but was a little dry for my liking.
Really great selection of authentic Filipino food in Newtown! The service was friendly and the food came hot & fresh. We were surprised that they have regional Filipino food on their menu like Humba, and other favourites like Munggo, Pork Binagoongan and more that you don’t usually have readily available at Filipino restaurants in Sydney. And their sisig had no mayonnaise 👏🙌 As a half kapampangan/visayan this made my heart happy. Loved the food, especially the Filipino desserts. My recommendation would be to expand their weekend breakfast menu to include champorado and tsokolate batirol, which we know filos would travel to have 😍 I haven’t seen a Filipino restaurant in Sydney do this yet and I’m dying to for one (and I live in Blacktown city area which is pinoy capital). Decanso has something special going for it and we can’t wait to be back!

The man who served me today clearly hates his job. He mumbled every question so quiet I had to ask him what he said every time he asked anything and had packed up everything he could 2 hours before they close.
I got a pizza sub and had to ask him at the end to add the pizza sauce and when I said the only salad I wanted was tomato he asked "that's all?!" In a very rude tone. I didn't want any other salad because it was all covered in lettuce or olives and looks a mess, tomatoes were the only clean salad.
Not to mention the whole thing was cooked on a burnt sub

They're meant to close at 9. But stop taking orders from 8:45. This has happened twice. And from 8:45 their toaster stops working. Ridiculous. Why do people work if they don't like their job ?

I was served by a young Asian girl , she was extremely nice and served me with care, and i was in and out under 4 minutes with a delicious sandwich!
I used to go alot to subway. I thought the value was good and the food was good. Then a few years ago, I stopped going because it declined greatly in quality. Last week, I decided to give it a go. Big mistake, the bread was old and it was badly toasted so ruined the sandwitch. I doubt I will be going back again soon.

This is our local coffee shop and for that we’re very thankful. The service, quality of coffee and ambiance is outstanding. We love starting our day here, it’s an integral part of our community.
I was just running in for a quick coffee on the way to a meeting with my 6 mo so I didn’t bother getting the pram out, the barista couldn’t stop her personal conversation about getting another job long enough just to take my order so I had to stand there for ages with my heavy baby on my hip. Right after I left without ordering she called a guy in from the back to help with orders. I understand if a coffee takes a long time to make but when I’m the only person in line and you’re the blatantly ignoring me when it would’ve been nice to order and sit down to wait with my child is awful especially when the person she was talking to about the job had her number so they clearly could have discussed it another time. I used to love supporting this local cafe as we live just down the road but I definitely won’t be going back anytime soon…

Once you find a good place like Wild Cherry and know that your getting an amazing coffee, you easily get disappointed when you have to go elsewhere as there is no comparison.
The team remember who you are and talk to you, they actually care plus they love to hear all my crazy mishaps and adventures.
I would highly recommend to anyone in the area that's after a great consistent coffee to check out Wild Cherry, also if your up for something different try Ash's banana smoothie but add a shot of coffee, trust me you will like.

My sister and I ate here after an appointment she had. We got the Tapsilog, Longsilog and shared a Sisig.
Portions weren't too bad in relation to price.

Stumbled upon this wonderful cafe today and I’m so glad I came in!! The food was amazing, and the cafe is super cute and welcoming. They offer the usual cafe drinks/food options, but also include some delicious Filipino dishes (a relatively rare find for the area). I also had a wonderful chat with one of the owners at the end of my meal and it was exciting to hear about how their cafe came to be. I will definitely stop by again next time I’m in Sydney.

I came when their closing time since i craving for halo halo so badly. Then they still serving me so nicely. The halo2 is nice too. Will come back again to try the other food
The owner is a really lovely man that is why we decided to give this place a try, sadly the staff ruined the experience by making us wait 30 minutes for our first drink then not having the ingredients for our second and forgetting our food order. We were so excited to try the fish cakes but after an hour of waiting we gave up. People who arrived after us got their food and we even reminded them that we had ordered the fish cakes but still nothing. This is a real shame as we are new locals

Opted for the Cotoletta. It’s a super tasty free range pork schnitzel crumbed beautifully with provolone cheese, mayo and slaw. The combination makes for a tasty sandwich.
I the service was great, they’re really organized here with lots of staff on each stage of the production line, no wonder the line moved so quickly.
My favorite was the lady who was yelling out your orders, great accent, very fun!

Ordered online through Subway directly. Order placed at 7.19pm. At 740pm I’m checking up and surprise the order was cancelled by Subway via email. Then I call store and they said they never received the order and didn’t cancel them. Not good enough.
disappointed in my order. this is the second time i have ordered a Jaffle from this place and it has been terrible. Today the top of it was completely missing and wasnt even toasted. The image on their menu and on google does not match what they provide - false advertising. Sad to see people cant even make the easiest snack these days - a ham cheese toastie…
First time in Sydney, missed eating Filipino food, found Descanso! The food and coffee was so amazingly delicious! Saraaapppppp/ Yummmmm!!! They have lots to choose with: not just that, the menus are applicable to all types of generations, from kids to grandmums and granddads; plus.... you will be accommodated by great staff!!! Highly recommended 👌👌👌
The service is great and the team at Wild Cherry are always really welcoming. The coffee is also near impossible to beat. If you’re on the Gold Coast and in the area anytime, I’d highly recommend.
Got the classico, huge sandwich with loads of fillings and very value-for-money. Fresh bread with delicious thick slices of mortadella and salami! The marinated onions were a little too sweet for me but I will definitely be bck to try the other sandwiches!
ordered tuna footlong every other subway I have been to put tuna on with a scoop. this shop put on tuna with a thin knife and the roll had very little tuna on it . salad was good as usual.
We ordered a variety of dishes and were amazed as they were all bursting with flavour. Staff were very friendly and helpful so if your looking for a new food cuisine give this place a go.

It was a very bad shopping experience. At about 7:50 this morning, I bought ham and cucumber white bread on the subway as usual. Every subway store we went to had the same price. But this morning, the girl overcharged me three dollars. And it feels like this girl doesn't pay attention to glove hygiene. I won't go to this subway again
The last two times I have been to subway at Menai the service is very slow i had one person infront of me and it took 15 mins to make the sub, staff look like they do not know what they are doing. This time they had no meatballs or ham. This is the worst subway I have been too. Management need to sort this out asap if not you are going to lose alot of customers. Due to the long waiting periods I saw three people leave the line.
The Reuben sandwich was delicious. Always delivery consistent service and food which played a huge factor in us choosing the deli as our caterer. Thank you to the deli republic team for catering to our event , every guest loved it!
I had not been to a Subway for years so I tried the one inside Menai Marketplace. There was 1 young guy working there by himself, as it was later in the afternoon. He was not in the slightest bit interested in being there. The salad counter was a mess, I almost walked away except I was hungry so I ordered. I ordered a chicken and bacon subway melt. The guy was about to put it in the toasting oven. I told him I didn't want it toasted just melted.They normally used to put it in the microwave. He told me they put it in the toaster to melt it. I thought this qas Bizarre as this will toast the bun as it did. At this stage I was going to just walk but I now felt sorry for the guy. Anyway the subway was terrible, the service was non existant, and I won't be going back there in a hurry. 👎

Deli Republic has taken up space in the Rosebery Cannery. It is a store that sells breads, bagels, small goods, cheeses, meats, olives and other gourmet pantry items as well as brunch meals.
We dined in and ordered the “spicy mort” which is a sandwich with mortadella and provolone and a house made chilli sauce on a ciabatta! So delicious - crispy bread and generous filing. Looking forward to a Reuben next time.

A great addition to the neighbourhood. Friendly and fast service, and delicious meals with ample seating. Highly recommend the Reuben or the Chicken Schnitzel. Fantastic selection of deli goods including pasta, salts and oils as well as meats and cheese.
Was served by a lovely employee, with dark hair in a plait last Monday night. She had wonderful customer service skills, sub was made very nicely, and she was happy to accomodate my special requests and was super friendly. She was also very apologetic that i had to wait a few minutes because it was busy. Will definitely return just to be served by her. great work!
Nice find in this little suburban shopping centre on Christine Avenue. Café has a good variety of food, and has a very pleasant atmosphere.
Coffee was good, and the Ham Cheese Tomato panini toasted was delicious.
Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Lots of nice treats available. Including freshly made ice cream. And fresh flowers .

I just had the worst ever subway meal and service while attending Subway Beldon on Valentines day at 1815pm.
The two girls were rude, not friendly at all, did not listen to orders given and so got it wrong.
Very unclean store, way to many flies, a flie landed on my sub while the girl was making another one and I had to say something and I even had to reach over the counter to shoo the fly myself, go check the cameras in store if you don't believe me.
Then we had to wait because we thought we were getting the great deal of make it a meal, to get the drink and fit chips only to be told chips don't come with it. Meanwhile our toasted subs went cold. Only gave us 3 lids instead of four.
I Am not going back to the Beldon SUBWAY and may never go back to another Subway store.
To top it off the sub my daughter had tasted like soap and she refused to eat it all, giving it to the dog instead, who also snubbed the sub.
Mine was no where near as tasty as usual.
I Am VERY Dissatisfied with this experience and will never recommend Subway to anyone ever again.
