After the way I was spoken to and treated there today, I won't be back.
Looking at the reviews I'd say the poor attitude seems to be a common theme.

Not one to review but reading other reviews made me do it.
Today was my 3rd visit in 3 years, coles had no chickens left, I went here and got the 1/2 charcoal pack for me and the kids (half chicken obviously and 2 sides, chips and pasta salad)
Service was very good from taking the order to receiving it.
Smelt awesome on the drive home so I had a few chips to keep me happy.
On the bench it goes for the kids " help yourselves ".
Thanks for dinner dad, they loved it.
But my 1 thing is over my 3rd visit is the salads option is way to bland, not much happening on the taste buds, I have a few critics ( the kids and myself ) over the past and its the same, coles and woolies is better.
That's the pasta salad, seafood salad and potato salad.

Food was amazing. Variety of salads available and with chicken thatâs yummmm. 1/2 chicken with 2 salads is so full for a person.
Reasonable price, better chicken & salad but not a fan of chips there which could be improved.
Elder ladies customer service is much better than the younger ones. Overall a good place for which eats.

Walked in with my partner, about 3 or more workers in there. 2 high school girls chatting away, one clearly saw me waiting and made eye contact while leaning on the stove edge, looks away continued yapping with her coworker/friend while standing around. One older male worker who looks like he could be the one in charge, no welcome, no eye contact nothing just running about ignoring us too⊠doesnât even tell the girls to serve.
We just walked out went else where. Felt very uncomfortable & awkwardâŠ

The chicken here is pretty good! The staff are polite and accommodative too :-)
insanely rude workers horrible attitude towards there customers there food is over priced, you ask for your food to be fresh and they will never give you fresh food. a couple of days ago i heard one of the workers (old lady) call one of the customers a âprickâ extremely rude. these young workers (blonde hair girl and pink hair girl) were giving the customers evil looks

When you ask for fresh chips, please provide what we are requesting and are paying for.
