굿~
Went on a hot day to find that all the shade sails have been removed so the ground was very hot to walk on. I have been told by the council that the shade sails will be put back up in early November so I would avoid on hot days until then.

Additionally the Splash pad currently doesn’t not work (no water)
Great spot for any occasion. Good facilities that are nicely maintained. Lots of grass under the trees for young ones to enjoy themselves.
The parking is somewhat limited so if you are planning to take ones who cannot walk very far or who have limited mobility, might be a good idea to get in early.
This playground was amazing! Can cater to young toddlers as well as elder children. Plus points - playground area was gated & had toilets within playground compound. Lots of picnic dining tables & benches (covered and uncovered) and water taps/faucets around making it easier to settle down here for meals while your child plays.

Love the artistic and modern ambience.
Generally neat and tidy. Easy parking access and toilet facilities.
Decent playground with swings, slide, monkey bars, spiral, tunnel etc. Not much shading though so can get quite hot. Table and benches available next to it. Public toilets available about 200 meters away. Not too far away from closest BBQ so you can still keep watch of kids. Plenty of grassy areas around for picnic. Walk up the hill for views of the reservoir.
Such a great playground to take the kids with activities for every age and so much space surrounded by nature. There are also plenty of picnic benches and tables, toilets on site and parking available. Occasionally there is a coffee van, my only comment would be that the coffee van be permanent!
A big playground for the kids and concrete steps for those wanting to get fit, lots of tracks to either walk or MTB around. Of a morning there's a yoga class on the grass on a Saturday
Awesome playground. My 3 yo daughter didn't want to leave! Too giant cubby houses to explore with climbing ropes, steps and big metal slide. Large water feature. Lot's of lovely natural shade on a sunny day. Just needs a clean (graffiti tags).
The best park ever, ample parking, toilets close, water stations, and the view of the lake is awesome, plenty of shade, grassed areas and tables and chairs, we spent a few hours there kids loved it, take a towel & baters or change of clothes as there is some water fun too
The playground is beside the bibra lake and very awesome. Kids will love it. Great place to have family and kids get together, friends- family meetups. The playground has a lots of benches and barbecue stations. For kids there is a combination of swings, slides, climbers etc. play areas are secured by safety play materials and sand.
There are sculptures based on turtle life cycle which I felt is a very important way of reminding people specially kids importance of turtle conservation project.
The park has two entrances to the park and has plenty of parking space.
I’ve been to many parks around Perth, but also around Melbourne and the Sunny Coast and this one is hands down the best one ever. Is for every age, safe games, surrounded with nature and lots of shade. BBQ and tables available to have a bite while your little monkey swings and jumps around. Super clean toilets and even has WIFI.
You can have BBQ here. There are facilities kids play, for picnics and exercise.
Lovely little park in the middle of a ring of houses.
You can let your doggo run off the leash here.

There are some chairs setup by the residents in a corner of the park if you want to sit around for a chat.

Lovely park
Great new playground with shade from trees. Plenty of on-street parking.
Water fountain, bench seating, basketball hoop, large grassy area.
The Manning Park Playground, is one of the best playgrounds I have been to in a long time for the age of it. 1 sunny but set in under the shade of treetops (I believe sunshades at appropriate times of the year) 2 toilets right there on tap and smartest ones that open straight onto playground,so say it’s a solo adult and two children. You will have 3 ecstatic people, two children: 1 going to toilet and 1 continuing to play and 1 solo adult who enjoys an afternoon out with the children.

One other thing I like about the Manning Park is that it’s signage for snakes because yes there are snakes in the area is very clear and consistent over the entire park area but moreover in the play ground area as well. Having signs on all sides of the playground outline.

This is a small playground next to the cafe and Riverton Bridge. Mostly sand pits with minimal play structures.
Playground is good as is the hill for rolling down.

✅Picnic Area ✅ BBQ (outside the fence)

Fully fenced playground with 3 entry gates (1 entry gate is not level to the ground). Nice location with modern equipment updated in 2019. Extends onto the oval, which was very dog friendly on our visit.

Playground Equipment

• 4 person spinning poles
• dolphin springer
• carousel
• musical xylophone poles
• small cubby with wall games
• talking pipes
• hill slope with climbing bumps with wide metal slide on slope

• Swing set
- standard seat
- toddler bucket seat
- full plastic nest swing

• nature play including stepping logs, balance beam and sandstone rocks

• 2 large play towers split to form a ship.

The first features rope climbs and rope ladders with steering wheel and talking pipes and underneath cubby.

The second features a pole ladder climbs and metal slide down.

Overall playground is nice and modern, featuring inclusive play opportunities for all abilities. Extend your stay with the picnic just outside the fence and free use gas bbq.
Spacious carpark and open green surrounds. Large kids playground and clean amenities that open 6am-8pm.
What a great little playground! Plenty of shade, CCTV, fully fenced, bbq's, toilets and even a coffee and hot food/ice cream vendor out the front.

The playground is safe, clean, and really caters to kids and toddlers of all abilities.

Beautifull place, not very easy parking all the time, parking on the street, good for family and kids. Nice with the water next to it
Lovely grounds, facilities and playground for families. Definitely recommend.
It is really nice place for family gathering. The river is wide and clear
I go there to play basketball but heaps of people walk their dogs or play on the swings. Nice and relaxed

Nice little park hidden away amongst the buildings. Drinking fountain, limited parking (paided) near by, small outdoor exercise park with half basketball court across the road. Good spot for child or dog play dates.
A neat little nature playground. Good for younger kids.

Lovely little park right next to the river, with a child friendly playground and picnic tables, bbqs, and a cafe and public toilets.

Could be made a little better if the playground was suited for older children, as it’s more toddler suited.
Fern Park Playground in located alongside the beautiful Canning River in Wilson. It features a gorgeous little nature based playground with low level slides and platforms, and nature play features like a water fountain and lots of rocks and logs to climb and balance on. Parking can be difficult on a busy day. Toilets, BBQs and Cafe Available. Read more in our review on our website at Kids Around Perth.
Very pretty, just be mindful the lake overflows and covers the path in early spring. So you need to do a fair detour to get around. Not ideal for wheelchair or prams during this time obviously.
A lovely play ground for little toddlers to school age. It gets very busy with the cafe next to it. You can bring a picnic or BBQ near the Riverton Bridge end of grass area. Park Toilets were closed due to damage but cafe ones are open during business hours.
Beautiful area to picnic and go for walks
Hidden gem in Perth. It has all the amenities that a great park has, a playground, picnic spots, numerous walking/hiking trails, lookout platform, lake, etc. The view from the lookout is breathtaking as it provides a sweeping view of the lake to the ocean. We spent a good time walking the path from the park all the way to Ngarkal beach with lots to see and do.

A lovely small playground next to Canning River. The playground has water play, swing and slide, sandpit, BBQ facilities and parking, an busy Cafe on site
Good playground but a bit too close to the water for my liking, they need some fencing between the playground and the river. Shelters are good, as are the bbq's. Bit of a walk to the toilets though. Ice cream van often there on a weekend afternoon.
Beautifully presented - maybe there could be a time limit for using so as more people can enjoy it?

A shaded playground adjacent to the Maribyrnong River.
This is a great spot for fun day with family. But roads inside the reservoir area are very broken. there are large potholes so watch out.
Good park . Need bit more maintenance now
Great place for barbecue and relax
A small playground with limited equipment, but located in a scenic reservoir area. Plenty of grassland area nearby, but can be very wet depending on recent weather. Car park is located close by, and views of the reservoir are up the hill, with a fence at the top.
Great place for an evening walk
The place to go for a walk, fly a kite, take in the sites of the heads& the place to let your beloved dog run riot - a dogs colony
Went to a wedding in the park overlooking the ocean. Lovely spot

This park is suited for 0-7s really
The average ago of kids is 2-5 at this park
It has toilets next to the park so you can be here for hours.

The lakeside paths are great for walkers and cyclists. The playground is popular but the toilet block is being rebuilt after an arson event. Portable toilets are available while this happens. Visit now to see the ducklings grow.
It has great facilities for families, great safe swimming and snorkeling for all ages.Fantastic free BBQs and plenty of parking
Good park for the kids, covered by trees for warmer and sunny days - or does though have some challenging play equipment, do a little harder for younger kids

It's a lovely play area but it sits directly under a huge mobile phone tower. My EMF meter went nuts off the scale. The harmful effects of radiation isn't worth taking my child here. Too risky. So sad because it's such a nice playground. I am not the only parent avoiding this park due to this.
Buluk park is right outside the Docklands' Library and is ideal for kids to play and have fun. It has a water fountain for kids and most of the kids have a lot of fun playing in the water on Summer days. There are 2 play blocks (you may call them so) where the kids and climb and slide. But missing are large slides, swings and sand pits. The council should have installed more play equipments. Also, dogs are allowed in the lawn area of the park and this is sometimes concerning as the dogs dirty the lawn and not many dog owners care to clean up. Overall a great place for kids during hot days.

Great place for the family, kids to play and to spend a great outdoors picnic...
As playgrounds go, this is modern and good for children up to 8 or 9 years in age. There are 2 different types of merry-go-rounds, 1 swing for children 3 and under, 1 swing for children over 3, 1 multiple swing, 2 small slides. On the downside, there is a mobile phone tower about 10m away. The park that's very near to the playground is massive, lots of room to run around. Also parking near the playground can be difficult as there are maybe 12 or so parking places. Just depends on the time of day a person comes

Good for family. Small play ground and high quality library.
Great new playground lots of colours
Ok facilities, but no trash can in female bathroom. I don’t know how it passes code without one to put feminine hygiene products in.
This park has recently been upgraded and updated. Very usable and kids loved it
Decent park, interesting playground and numerous tables with lots of shade.
Bargara is always a good spot, doesn't matter what the occasion.
Huge quiet park , unfortunately a bit rundown

A stroll from our place, this playground offers a great fun for our little ones. We can also enjoy the afternoon breeze under the trees. Perfect for a summer get away :)
