What a lovely place to have a children's birthday party. We managed to get undercover tables near the BBQ and play area. Everything was lovely and clean. Great views of the lake and public parking and toilets close. 10 out of 10.
What birds are present at this established area?

Beautiful scenery, love the view. Has 2 playgrounds for the kiddies, a basketball court, toilets with soap, lots of parking space, lots of grass space to enjoy the view. There is also a pathway to enjoy a walk, stroll or run that also passes one of the giants 😍 loved him beautiful piece the whole area was such a vibe and we enjoyed our time here.
The park is reasonable sized and very popular. We went on a packed out day but still found space.
Has a good amount of equipment, plenty of shade and clean ground and amenities.
The boys also found some bushland and small stream to play in.
Easy parking, great area for the kids with skate park and playground for the their entertainment, a jetty is nearby for those who want to fish, nice clean beach for a swim. Coffee van and cafe nearby for the coffee drinkers
We only visited 2 of the 5 Giants but it was very worth while. Amazing what the artist did to create Giant
The Lake is beautiful in autumn.
Perfect weather for a late afternoon stroll. Lots of pooches today.
Great park for the whole family. There are restrooms here, a couple of ovals/fields around and an amazing playground. The 4 in 1 swingset was cool. There's lots of shade and a cement walk track around the park.
Too hot on the day to walk 3.5 KMs to see Giant
2 small playgrounds which offer a breathtaking view of the sprawling estuary. You can also find the toilets and bbq areas on site. It is a perfect place to stop by with the kids after visiting the Giant of Mandurah nearby.

It's a beautiful park in the vicinity of the marina beach and dolphin quay. We enjoyed the lights trail the most.
Awesome play area for kids. Swings are great fun for little kids. For toddlers there's some slides and climbing activities. Kids and partents both enjoy zipline. Large grass area for picnic and parties. Parking is always a challenge. Very small parking lot.
Great playground near jetty and beach. Trees for shade and coffee and icecrean nearby
Great stopover place with the kids to straighten the back after a long drive from the northern coasts.
Fantastic playing equipment

A popular playground on the lake circuit, adjacent to the path and with beautiful views of the lake. There a huge climbing rope equipment, different swings and some small climbing equipment for younger kids. A good stopping point when walking around the lake with kids. The area is reasonably sheltered in places and there’s plenty of seating nearby.

Good park for the kids. Decent play equipment and seating for the adults.

Nice protected beach for the kids to swim at. A bit of a sea wall for them to climb up on the ladder and to then jump off from. They had a great time.

Some shade structures on the beach too.

There is a shower in the park to rinse off

Parking was easy too

Best playground ever. Honestly wish I had this in my childhood. These kids don't know how good they have it. The water pump is amazing!
I walk my dog there enjoyvthe beauty of the estuary and nature but was surprised to see a giant and meet the artist who created him.
It was a great spot for a break from driving since the playground was a great place for running around and climbing up things. Although busy, it is quite big so it didn't feel crowded. There are things for kids of all ages since there is also a bell and sand or water activities on the skatepark side for the younger kids.
There are toilets on the jetty end too.

The place is good but not far from lake with not and no security fences around so just be mindful with kids
Loved stopping here for a play with the kids. Great playground
Nice playgrounds at different points around the lake for the kids.Very popular for joggers and bikes, but good just for a nice gentle walk..Good walkways which are wheelchair and pram friendly.
There are clean toilets in a couple of areas and plenty of parking.
You will see all sorts of birdlife, turtles and lizards.
There are spots all around the lake to just sit and watch,or have a picnic.
Lovely foreshore for crabbing, walks, group get-togethers, picnics, children's playground, toilets, parking, walking the dog.

Always a good place to take the kids to mingle with other kids and use up their daily energy. The playground is fairly big and making it even more bigger would really be ideal to keep the kids entertained and a place for the adults to sit and benches would be also a great idea and also the wifi isn't all that great. I've had several phones which i noticed falls put of range all the time when in this playground area. Over all it's a great place to take the kids for what it is.

If you haven't been to Marina Playground in Mandurah, I suggest you put it on your list. The check list of 'essentials' to make a great family day out are all there.

Plenty of space and shade. Modern play equipment. Drinking water fountains. Toilets. Barbecues. Access to Mandurah foreshore, Reading Cinema, Cicerello's, Dolphin Quay, Oceanic food outlets, full-day parking, beautiful grassed areas to kick a footy, a safe sandy beach, volleyball area, pirate ship play area.

There are plenty of safe walkways and access points to the estuary, canals, fishing platforms and beach areas.
So much is possible. Enjoy making precious family memories.
Great place to enjoy the beautiful weather for the whole family.
Brisbane City Council is making a major upgrade to Forest Lake Park. The water is cleaner and more water fowls are coming back. I spend some time taking photos on the water's edge as well as take a daily afternoon walk around the lake.

I love this park for my 17 month old son. The swing is high back so it's great for young children. Also the equipment suits a wide age range.

Well though through playground, one of the best that we know of. We come here every Saturday to play and then for our stroll around the lake.

Nice playground, in good location. On the marina, bars restaurant close by. Car park is opposite
Great playground with a very kids friendly beach. Easy parking and public toilets available and parking is also free.
Can picnic or go and eat at many of the restaurants around. Plenty of choice. Kids scooter on the path and even the local tourist train stops there.
Nice park, benches are clean and its too hot

Excellent
Quite shaded, nice benches, good mix of play equipment. But no water to drink and quite small.
I love this lake, though in some parts it stinks and also its not barricaded off by anything so if you have kids watch they don't fall in (to the very contaminated water as advertised). It is nice to sit in a place where it doesn't smell to have food though. Its great to walk around too.
Absolutely loved love loved it. Im in a wheelchair so sitting under the dappled light of tree watching my family having so much fun was fabulous, wonderful and fantastic.
This is a nice play area on the banks of the Forest Lake. There are few activities for children. They can play while having a nice walk around the lake. Also you can see some birds and reptiles. This area is said to have free WiFi although I didn't use. There are some parking spaces which can easily fill up on the weekend evenings.
Awesome flying fox, great undercover picnic area, lots of equipment for the kids to spend hours on
