If you haven't tried here you should....
All the sauces are good but my favorite is the Sweet and Spicy sauce...

Food is ok, not really up to local expectations or the price. Beer selection was good.

The pasta was a bit soupy, the eggplant Parma was hard and bitter, the fish burger was just ok, and the steak had a nice jus was cooked to the correct temperature but didn’t have a great sear on it. Fries were all fine but needed seasoning. I saw the pizza go by and it looked like it would be nice for the half price pizza night price. For the prices and fare on offer, as well as local competition, I expected better.

Bar staff and servers were very nice, efficient and accommodating, but the manager had a hall monitor vibe - shooshing kids in a loud bar, cut off one girl from another table who seemed sober and reasonably offended, and proceeded to supervise the beer garden with a frown from his stoop, which is the reason for the two star rating. Managing a bar is a difficult job but they didn’t get the balance right on this occasion and made us feel uncomfortable and killed the good atmosphere.

The beer garden has a nice jungle vibe with huge trees.

We ordered 21 chicken wings with half and half sauce, one side was the signature sauce which is sweet, sour and spicy and the other side was angry sauce, both were great, however we like the angry sauce better. Definitely will go back.
We are very impressed with pho and spring rolls!
Vietnamese coffee is nice too!
Would love to try out different dishes on the menu next time.

Came in from the museum for the $15 schnitty burger and got a drink to go with it.

Food came out in great speed especially since we ordered after a big group did.
Server was a lovely gentleman, Aussie bloke that was super cheery and made me feel looked after.
Food was absolutely delicious and I've now found my favourite cider (2 brothers little apple cider)

Thank you for the delicious food and experience.
A wonderful place to relax at especially after a day at the museum.

We ordered 5 dishes with a combination of tapas, dumplings and bun bao.

We had the squid tapas and the prawn spring rolls – the squid was alright, pork spring rolls were great – we would recommend the prawn spring rolls.

It went quite well – until the third dish came out and turned out not to be the dish that we ordered.

Apparently, the kitchen didn’t have the dish we ordered (twice-cooked pork belly) So they served us crispy pork belly without letting us know first. The lady who took our order didn’t know either. After we spoke to another waitress, the waitress then asked the lady who took our order to come to speak to us. She told us that we ordered twice-cooked pork belly and the dish was twice-cooked pork belly. After having a proper look, she then went to the kitchen and came back to tell us that actually today twice-cooked pork belly was not available.

Seems like there is miscommunication between the kitchen and front staff.

Anyway, my partner and I decided not to swap out the dish as we didn’t mind at the time. But I have to say we regretted it in the end, as the pork belly was quite chewy.

The soft shell crab buns and the prawn dumplings were okay.

In short, we were disappointed at the situation caused by miscommunication, and the way the waitresses handled the situation. We could feel both waitresses just wanted to run away and not to have to deal with us for the matter. And also the pork belly could’ve been cooked better.

Updated:

Review updated to prawn spring rolls – which was a typo.

Thank you for your response. Both my partner and I are objectively giving our opinion, despite the service we had received. Like we stated above, the prawn spring rolls were amazing and highly recommended. But the crispy pork belly was not to our liking. I understand that different people have different tastes. However, as you would appreciate my partner and I have crispy pork belly quite often and we just wanted to provide our objective comment to you. After all, it is up to you whether to take our comment into consideration or not.

We been here twice. The first time was in 2020, we didn’t eat any food after we made order. Because the wait was too long, 45 mins for two 🍜 pho! So we just left, felt being ignored.
The second time was my birthday dinner. We had Bao bun, pho, Vermicelli salad and mocktail. We enjoyed all meals, they’re very fresh made and tasty! Great customer services and kids friendly too. Will come back for more.
My heart fluttered when I saw that they have ZERO alcohol beer on tap! Yes, ON TAP!
I never thought I would see the day of sitting in a pub with mates having a pint.

As for the food, there are very few vegan options. Of course, the good ole chips are there. A burger or pizza would be a great addition to the menu.

It was pretty busy when we rocked up at 6:45pm on a Wednesday evening. No space inside but we could sit outside, so we said yes then realised it was kinda cold and windy... but we pressed on, and I'm glad we did!

The food actually came out faster than I expected given how busy it was, maybe within about 10 minutes. We enjoyed our selections and the boy (picky eater that he is) lapped up his share of the pork katsu dish. I was also quite satisfied with my pork bulgogi, so we'd be happy to return for more.

Our order:
* no.13 pork katsu with salad with sauce, $20
* extra steamed rice, $3
* no.19 stir fried spicy pork bulgogi with vegetables, $20

There's no card surcharge and you can get a 5% cash discount.

Visiting Brisbane for the day (and away from my local Korean food outlet back home), I was actually planning to visit the competition next door but as they were closed, ended up here.

Food - pork intestine soup with sundae (Korean blood sausage). The portion size was very reasonable for the price and arrived in a dolsot, served with rice and a couple of banchan of radish and cabbage kimchi. A side saucer of salted shrimp and chilli paste was also supplied to adjust the flavour of the broth (I required all of it).

My constructive criticism is that the broth was without identity - lacking in umami and seasoning - I wish I brought a pouch of 미원 along. Everything else was as expected.

Service - as expected. Not warm and friendly like my local outlet, but certainly not rude. Perfunctory would be a good adjective here. Wait time was minimal and service appeared to be geared towards rushes of patrons - I liked the concept of the trolley to bus dishes.

Atmosphere - started to fill up as I was finishing, with the ambient noise level increasing. Not a problem in the slightest, but you'd want to avoid the lunch rush if you're not a people person.

Convenient location with plenty of parking.

Hit up the Trivia Tuesday/burger night. Didn't end up with the burger but the calamari was good, fritters had good taste but looked unappetizing, can't order a kids meal as not a kid unfortunately which I believe is a absolute killer pub move so marked down for that.
Trivia was good but ran Hella long. 3.5hrs on a weekday is late

Every time I come here to eat, I have a good experience. The food is fresh, tasty and thoughtfully prepared, with many options to cater for all dietary requirements. The wine and drinks list are excellent and the staff are friendly, professional and accommodating. My friend and I walked in tonight after a gym session and even though we were dressed very casually, we were welcomed very warmly without a booking.

Seasonings and sauces are balanced and delightful, whether you are eating the eggplant, tofu or chicken. The chilli oil is great and worth asking for as a free condiment (thank you!). The phô is good, though I would say that the eggplant and tofu, dumplings, spring rolls and curries are probably more a reason to visit.

Prices are pretty standard for this sort of quality in Melbourne. This is a fusion restaurant.

I usually spend just over $100 for two people with a couple of drinks and entrees each.

Such a disappointment. Came in here around 7pm on a Thursday night with my two children. I’m pretty sure in the time we were there nothing new was added to the train and what was there looked like it had been there for a while. Tempura board had prawns, soft shell crab or veggies - or “Tempura Assortment” which I assumed was a bit of everything. Two slabs of eggplant, a couple of 3cm squares of sweet potato and two prawns in a heavy, oily batter for $19 is what we got. Prawn nigiri was dry and rubbery. Kids had some simple plates from the train, two juices and bill was $70. Left feeling like I needed a meal.

There's not many venues left where local bands can learn their chops. The Workers Club is such a place. The band room is a throw back to the good old days of pub rock and it was awesome to get in there and bounce around to some cool indie rock.

Have been a few times now but this was our first lunch. Had Crispy Chicken Rice Paper Rolls, Flat Rice Noodles with Beef and Black Bean Sauce and Gluten Free Salt and Pepper Calamari. Everything was perfect!!
We recently had my daughter's Birthday here and whilst I've always loved the Worker's Club, having a function here is even better! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and the room was lovely and private too. Highly recommend!

Authentic Japanese cuisine served in an atmosphere reminiscent of dining in Tokyo. The deep fried mackerel set menu was excellent value served with a bowl of rice which could have fed at least two people. The karaage bento box had a good selection of items to enjoy. Both were delicious and filling. Highly recommend Izakaya Kotobuki if you’re looking for a good value dining option in the Brisbane CBD.

Great local community pub with good food and a nice vibe. The one issue I have is that you can wait a while at the bar for the bar staff to show up. I was there on a Sunday and wages are expensive on a Sunday so I'd need to go back on a Friday to pass proper judgement.

I've been here a few times and it's okay, but I think there are just better options elsewhere in the CBD. Recently I tried the rice box which was fried chicken, rice, and slaw. The chicken is nice and crunchy and cooked well but was a bit bland and wasn't seasoned well, the slaw was okay if a bit tasteless and the rice was a bit gluey and was again just plain with no seasoning other than a few sesame seeds. I previously tried the umami fries as well which were cooked well but the sauces were overwhelmingly salty and they went a little overboard with the bonito flakes. Service is great and the staff are friendly, but there's usually nowhere to sit nearby as it gets so busy. Overall it's just okay, but I wouldn't especially recommend it.

This Japanese experience was truly exceptional! The sake tastings and the availability of various sake bottles added a delightful touch to the experience.

The bento boxes were not only delicious but showcased the authenticity of the cuisine. The staff, with their fun and engaging demeanor, enhanced the overall dining atmosphere.

The menus, with their authentic feel and avoidance of a generic or mainstream vibe, were a great touch, contributing to the genuine Japanese experience. Highly recommended for those seeking an authentic and enjoyable journey into Japanese cuisine and culture.

We sat down and ordered a cherry ripe smoothie which was delicious! Highly recommended.

Unfortunately the food was a let down. The chilli scramble on croissant was pretty ordinary, the eggs were cooked well but lacked flavour and the croissant tasted low quality as in it wasn't flakey and didn't provide any buttery pastry taste.

The zucchini fritters were decent, the fritters were crispy and the beetroot hummus was nice. The eggs were cooked well and the bacon we added was crispy.

This place slaps I always bring my friends here and they are all so blown away how amazing the food is and how it's such amazing value.
Been here around 30 times an will continue coming back for the prawn dumpling soup.

It's seriously seriously good I think if they had another restaurant in CBD would be lines out the door and serving 1000's.
Best pho in the area! My wife and I are regular customers, dinining in for delicious bowls of pho whenever we get the chance. The food is delicious - although extremely hard to look past a bowl of brisket and rare beef pho, we have also ventured onto other parts of the menu and never been disappointed. We are always met with a smile from the lovely owners, and leave full, happy and content. Cannot recommend the place enough!
Came here with my family for a quick lunch, there are lots of variety when it comes to kids, any picky eaters will be happy.

One problem is that it is commonly packed with people and it can get a bit uncomfortable sitting next to strangers.

Waiters and servers were nice and food was to notch. A bit on the pricey side, but it is a good experience

Our family visit Miss Viet on a frequent basis and love the tapas and other dishes on the menu. The specials are always good option to try especially the sticky lamb ribs… Best prawn spring rolls my kids say. Service is always on point with friendly suggestions on the menu and attentive to spice levels for each individual. Special mention to the decor and art work it amazing. Highly recommended.
The food is actually very good, the soup was yummy with pepper and I enjoyed the omelette the most, tasty. I would recommend this restaurant to my friends.

We went there to witness an amazing live singing performance. The staff is wonderful what they do, they are friendly, hard working, and very accomodating. The place has great room for performances with colourful lights. It has a bar outside the room and inside, too!
Had crumbed zucchini with almond and pomegranate pilaf for dinner and simply loved it. The flavours and aroma were great! It came with a serve of Greek yogurt and tasted awesome!
This place is super busy and lively. The club has accessible entry as well. The location is right at the corner of the street, but it is extremely tough to find a parking spot on the weekends! However, the tram stop is just right as you exit the club, so for public transport users, that wouldn't be an issue!

Wrote a review about this place well over a year ago and nothing has changed as far as quality and price.

The staff are quick to serve without being pushy.

Japanese beer on tap at fair price plus on bottles and cabs. Sake or Japanese spirits and liquors available.

I love the Okanomiyaki on a stick. Is my favourite.
Had pickled vegetables and agedashi tofu which were excellent.
Nigiri eel and scallops were great grilled options.

I hoped to sample more but with a couple of beers was full. A farewell sake or 2 completed a memorable night.

The owner Ito is a true gentleman and will recommend items not on the menus if pushed. I had the octopus and wasabi to finish which he said is very popular in zjapan. Really enjoyed it.

If you're in Brisbane CBD anytime, do yourself a favour and try it.

I order the noodle stir-fry with beef. The service was standard and the waitress was attentive. The food look great however it came soaked in the sauce at the bottom (as seen in the photo).

Usually this doesn't concern me however as I had my first bite it was very salty. It seems to be the sauce which I asked the waitress to drain the sauce out as it was very salty.

The food came back a little later with minimal sauce. It was still pretty salty which I only end up eating a quarter of it and finally gave up. I drained a full bottle of coke along with the food but it didn't help me to finish the noodle.

As I was paying, I informed the staffs that the food was very salty after being asked how it was. They seems to notice my barely eaten food however didn't seems to offer any solution. I paid the 22.50$ for the noodle and 1 bottle of coke.

I’ve come to ban ban on multiple occasions and upon today’s visit I’ve finalised my rating.

My first time at ban ban was amazing, the wings were juicy and flavorful. However the quality of the food for the next few visits along the months really went down. The sizing of the wings became smaller and sometimes would still be a little pink in the middle.

I’ve tried to give them opportunity after opportunity to see if it was just the one occurrence but unfortunately it’s not. It’s been consistently bad. Today I got the cheesy corn in a cup dish and the corn was still cold in the middle. It was obvious it was made with frozen corn topped with some melted cheese but for $10 that’s atrocious. The portion was small too and I felt sick after eating it cold. However because some parts were cold and other parts were warm I couldn’t show what spot was cold. Don’t think I’ll come back again. Staff aren’t even warm or greet you properly anymore. The quality really degraded it’s disappointing.
Fantastic food. Seasoned really well and the portions were hearty. Kudos to the chef!

Love this KFC place in Rundle! The wings are always really crispy and the garlic soy sauce is a great addition - flavourful without being too overpowering like I’ve found at other KFC places. If you’re looking for cheap and satisfying lunch eats (with a view!) this is the place to go.

Side note: during my most recent visit I found that the chicken wings weren’t the “freshest” and the meat itself was a bit dry. However, they have been pretty consistent during all other visits!

Heard from many sources that the Japanese food in Brisbane was top tier, so obviously had to see for myself. I must say, it definitely lived up to the expectation. As someone who is half-Japanese, the flavour was genuine and reminiscent of what I eat while in Japan. But as with all good foods, go there with the expectation to pay top dollar for the food. Regardless, it is definitely recommended!

I visited here in a small group. Our friend has tried most Korean venues in Brisbane and really liked this one. It’s only open for lunch and only during the week and there’s usually a queue outside. There are a few items on the menu that I’ve not seen at other Korean restaurants. Food took a little while to come out but was hot and tasty. I really enjoyed the choongmoo kimbab and pork intestine soup.

Little Banban is one of my favourite takeaway shop in Adelaide CBD. One of my personal favorites is the chicken wing rice box, which comes with 5 flavorful chicken wings, rice, and a side of coleslaw. The plain fried chicken is already scrumptious on its own, but you can also opt for their tasty sauce (for an additional cost). My top recommendation is the sweet and spicy flavor—it adds an extra kick of flavor to the already mouthwatering chicken.

Must try: 5 Wings rice box

Visited just to try the dumplings, as the name was encouraging.

Unfortunately I left disappointed. We got the pork and cabbage fried dumplings, 12 for $15.90, and they lacked flavour and also had several grisly chunks that I had to spit out. I like how you can choose and fill your own dips: soy, dumpling vinegar and chilli oil.

My Fiance and I both ordered dumpling soups. He had the Laksa which tasted very traditional and full of flavour, while I had the Tom Yum with chicken and prawn dumplings. The dumplings were delicious, though the Tom Yum was very sweet, unlike any I have tried before. Although it tasted nice, it wasn't what I expected and became almost sickly sweet by the end of it. The staff were great, though the venue itself was very clinical. No colour or artwork, and no music, to the point you felt you had to whisper. Still worth trying for sure.

Amazing tasting food with stock standard service - great for lovers of dumplings and Asian food

I’m always torn with reviews for places like this. On one hand, the food is absolutely delicious - combining some of the best dumplings I’ve had with other great/intense flavours. But on the other hand, the service was impersonal and basic... but at the same time I didn’t come here expecting to be treated like it’s fine dining

So what do you do?
If you want great tasting food served at pace in an environment that facilitates chatter - this place is a must! Beautiful, beautiful food

But if you want high class service, maybe consider somewhere else

Either way, I’ll be back

The waffle was perfectly crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and the toasted almonds and whipped cream on top added just the right amount of sweetness. It was clear that a lot of care and attention went into crafting this dish. The coffee was also top-notch - rich and flavorful, with just the right amount of acidity. It was the perfect accompaniment to the waffle.

TLDR:
Good pub food although long wait times and higher than expected prices cause for an ok dinner.

Review:
Good food, slightly pricey. At $99 for two people price is definitely up there but very tasty. Ordered a burger, steak and calamari with two drinks. Burger was good with nice patty and crispy bacon although chips were under seasoned causing them to be bland and unappetising. The steak was cooked nicely but chips had same issue. Calamari special was nice and sauce was unique. Finally, food wait was subpar, long wait time for 3 dishes when restaurant was not crowded was an issue. Would recommend to people looking for a decent pub meal while enjoying a game of pool and watching cricket or footy.

Had the boneless chicken rice pack which was a fairly large portion, a lot bigger than I expected. Chicken was beautifully cooked, crispy on the outside and tender inside. Came with rice and Coleslaw, I had a side of kimchi which went perfectly with the rice, and side of secret sauce on the chicken.
Will definitely come back again :)

We had the Mongolian Beef, Chicken with Peanut and Chilli, Chicken and Prawn Wonton Soup and Pork Dumplings. All for under $60. Everything was tasty and fresh. Too much to eat, had to take home the rest. Enjoyed every dish.

Couldn't speak more highly of 3 Sons Cafe, wife was promptly helped to our table with staff offering to push the pram whilst I was taking in our dog. YES! Dog fridndly! They even provided a water bowl for our Chow Chow Theo.
Staff were very friendly and periodically checked in on us and also provided hot water to warm up milk for our newborn.
Food was really good quality and seasoned well with generous portion sizes.
Would definitely recommend and come back again in the future, something quite unexpected in the heart of Keysborough.

We had a wonderful dinner at Izakaya Kotobuki. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Atmosphere is great and nicely decorated with Japanese influence. We had mixed sashimi as entree and Unaju Don, chicken curry rice, Fried oyster Bento, Wagyu Beef Sizzling. Sashimi is fresh and tasty. The grilled eel is delicious and fried osyter is very yummy. We are very happy with our visit and looking forward to come back and try other dishes.

I’m really wonder why this shop is so popular. The food we ordered are so different from the menu photos. The rice cake with noodles were watery. The rice cakes were the noodle type which were long and thin. The amount of rice cakes were so little, it was totally different from what I had before.

The beef briskets and tendon soup was not impressive too. Only a few slices of beef, and the beef tendon were hard and tasteless.

I think we might have ordered the wrong food. We may go again and try some other popular dishes.

This kitchen is located at the plaza sub-food court near reject shop, they offer huge portion of noodles and rice dishes. I personally like their beef brisket with noodles in soup, Singapore noodles, soy sauce ribbon noodles with beef, fried rice.
I recently visited this venue and was impressed by the delicious food and welcoming staff. The prices were also very affordable which made it even more enjoyable. The Pho was flavorful and pork chop was cooked perfectly. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure that all of our needs were met throughout the meal. The restaurant had a cozy and warm atmosphere, and the service was prompt. The restaurant is a must-visit for anyone looking for a great Vietnamese cuisine. Highly recommend it.
The best Korean restaurant in the town!
There are 3 other Korean place in the complex but we like Mama Korean better.
The squid stir fry is my favourite.
A little long wait for food but worth it.
The place is also well price and clean.

Ordered vegetarian mopu tofu and it had chicken. Returned the food and was told rudely by server it's my fault. No sorry, no money back. All good.
I admire how incredibly thin they were able to cut the piece of fish for their sushi. Come here if you like more rice than you do fish. 🙄

New Asian resto in Chinatown. Reasonable price for homecooked meal. Tasty Hainan chicken. Thai Fried chicken is much better if not drenched with sweet chili sauce. Crispy pancake shallots. The FOH is really accommodating with the customers, I hope that house water is offered when they bring the food.

Fast and friendly service with good food and good serves. Good for a quick lunchtime meal. The dumplings, as hoped for, were plump and juicy and tasted great. You MUST try a Chinese hamburger - this was delicious! The mapo tofu also had a good hit of mouth numbing spice.

One of my favourite pubs in Melbourne. Nice, cosy venue with good beers on tap and decent food. The wings and chicken parma are top notch but stear clear of the pizza. Perfect spot to play a few rounds of pool or darts while sipping a few froths.

This place caters for everyone. Delicious meals. Vegan options that are so tasty. Has cosy atmosphere. Nice fire in winter. Pool table. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Will come back again.
First time here, probably one of the best in this area for pho, pho real. Located in convenient area with decent parking. Table/chair space can be a little restrictive. Decent broth and good portions for the bowls of pho.

Tasting is above average, but the food quality made me worried, I went to there at the very 1st opening day, as you can see, this disgusting pork, another customer return her meal at the same time.
Although the owner was very kind to produce us a serve of fried spring onion pancake for free as apologise, it’s still… u know it:)
Hope it could getting better in future.
Also, it’s nearly no air conditioning at the dinning room, and the cooking smoke is inside room, not sure whether they have a business-level range hood or not lol.

After reading some other reviews, I'm not sure if I got lucky, or Ban Ban have improved. But I can say that the chicken wings we had today were perfect, very juicy and moist on the inside, and very crunchy on the outside. For the price it's some of the most affordable Korean fried chicken in Adelaide.
I found today that the sweet and spicy sauce had no spicy component and was really just sweet and salty. Previously I tried the secret sauce and found it too salty, however my partner liked it. I would recommend not getting the chicken coated in the sauce, but instead having the sauce seperate as a dipping sauce (they do ask when you order if you want it separate), as the sauce can be overwhelming with the saltiness, and a lot of the same flavour. Overall, if you like fried chicken in any capacity, this place is worth a look!!

Love their Monday $10 pizza special. The zucchini pizza is to die for! Apparently the other ones are really good too. Also ordered the potato croquettes and they were yummy as well. In addition there are some interesting beers on tap which I enjoyed. Will definitely return!!
So delicious. A hidden gem with fresh and flavoursome food. Family run with a no frills approach. Must try the spicy salt quail! Everything was perfectly cooked, authentic flavours and served with warmth. We have had takeaway once before (ready in 10 mins) but I loved dining in. Thankyou! We will be back again soon. They also offer BYO wine too.

A beautiful and vibrant cafe tucked away in the quiet suburbia, 3 Sons delivers the inner-city vibes to Keysborough with amazing food and impeccable service. The missus and I ordered the 3 Sons Veg-Out, the Smashed Avo and a side of spiced wedges along with drinks, which all came pretty quick given it was lunch rush hour. The attention to detail in the presentation was spot-on and the flavours hit every spot, the serving sizes were a touch conservative yet still very fulfilling. Great members deals, very friendly staff, heaps of vegan / vegetarian options and a nice outdoor dining area to boot - I couldn't recommend this place highly enough.

On a more personal note for those of us local to Melbourne, we know all too well how devastating the past year has been for businesses due to the pandemic. Especially the loss of Valentine's Day weekend last week - one the busiest of the year. Despite every setback, watching the team at 3 Sons adapt, switch gears, and step-up to keep locals like us engaged with generous promos and deals has been nothing short of inspiring. You offered us BOGOF mains today in spite of already losing a year's worth of business - that kind of hospitality does not go unnoticed. We will be back! :)

Used to be so good here before the new owners took over.....now it's sad to see customer service is way down on the list of priorities!
Customers waiting in line and you see staff walk straight pass them several times without acknowledging their existence
Tables not cleared making tables unusable for customers who are waiting in line and brings down the whole ambience of the place while you are eating there
No one comes and asks if you want any drinks you have to ask the staff or get them yourself
Tables set up with no small dishes for sauces you have to ask for them
Waiting up to 25 minutes for orders
There does not seem to be anyone on front of house to make sure things run smoothly and provide the service and streamlined actions that should be a major part of any business

When I went there, the food was great, up to the excellent standard of Asian fast food. However, I got to admitted, several times some of the customers kept harassing the staff there, and want them to give them 'more meat than rice', I think the staff was reluctantly compliant. I think the staff should avoid those customers.
Nice food and staff.
Menu looked really nice. Basics done well.
Will be back as food was fresh and hot.
We came across this Vietnamese cafe by chance while drove passed and decided to try out. Glad we did. It’s always very hard to find an eating place where the whole family have something they like and this is one of the rare one that’s on our list.

We were there during odd hours so we are the only guest. The owner have 2 little kids and they are usually there when we visit the cafe and my kids will hang out/play with their kids while waiting for our food to be served. Not sure their kids are there on other times but they are always there during our odd hours visit.

It’s just a typical cafe/restaurant setup so not so much of the ambience. They also have an outdoor seating with shed. The food wise, we tried a few dishes and our favourite are the Pork and Prawn Spring Rolls, Chicken Satay, Rare Beef Pho and Chargrilled Pork Bun (rice noodle). We have since then know what to order every time we visit this cafe and it hasn’t disappoint us so far. This cafe has quickly become one of our weekly to go to cafe for Viet food.

Lovely new neighbourhood gem tucked away in an unassuming industrial pocket. The eggs benedict was perfect – yolky egg; high quality, crispy bacon; fresh vegetables – and served at the perfect temperature. The salt and pepper calamari was soft and freshly made.

The food was served quickly enough, yet was made with care. The owner, Brent, is very receptive to feedback, which was very refreshing.

The service was warm, welcoming and friendly; the staff treated us like family. Thank you, Anne-Marie, Brent and all the others – we wish you every success and hope to return soon!
I had sushi in here around 4:30pm and stuff was mopping the floor with bleach liquid. I smelt the bleach all the time and was very uncomfortable. They closes at 5:30pm, seems like just want to finish work on time. Very limited sushis on the train and nobody helped me to take order since they are cleaning, Very unprofessional.

It's my second time coming here and I remember from the first time the food is not very good either. Never have food in here again.
