Sleek setting with moody decor and banquettes, for classic pan-Asian noodle and stir-fry dishes.

Excellent food and friendly service. Reasonable prices + good size servings!

We ordered 5 dishes with a combination of tapas, dumplings and bun bao.
We had the squid tapas and the prawn spring rolls – the squid was alright, pork spring rolls were great – we would recommend the prawn spring rolls.
It went quite well – until the third dish came out and turned out not to be the dish that we ordered.
Apparently, the kitchen didn’t have the dish we ordered (twice-cooked pork belly) So they served us crispy pork belly without letting us know first. The lady who took our order didn’t know either. After we spoke to another waitress, the waitress then asked the lady who took our order to come to speak to us. She told us that we ordered twice-cooked pork belly and the dish was twice-cooked pork belly. After having a proper look, she then went to the kitchen and came back to tell us that actually today twice-cooked pork belly was not available.
Seems like there is miscommunication between the kitchen and front staff.
Anyway, my partner and I decided not to swap out the dish as we didn’t mind at the time. But I have to say we regretted it in the end, as the pork belly was quite chewy.
The soft shell crab buns and the prawn dumplings were okay.
In short, we were disappointed at the situation caused by miscommunication, and the way the waitresses handled the situation. We could feel both waitresses just wanted to run away and not to have to deal with us for the matter. And also the pork belly could’ve been cooked better.

Review updated to prawn spring rolls – which was a typo.
Thank you for your response. Both my partner and I are objectively giving our opinion, despite the service we had received. Like we stated above, the prawn spring rolls were amazing and highly recommended. But the crispy pork belly was not to our liking. I understand that different people have different tastes. However, as you would appreciate my partner and I have crispy pork belly quite often and we just wanted to provide our objective comment to you. After all, it is up to you whether to take our comment into consideration or not.

We been here twice. The first time was in 2020, we didn’t eat any food after we made order. Because the wait was too long, 45 mins for two 🍜 pho! So we just left, felt being ignored.
The second time was my birthday dinner. We had Bao bun, pho, Vermicelli salad and mocktail. We enjoyed all meals, they’re very fresh made and tasty! Great customer services and kids friendly too. Will come back for more.

Every time I come here to eat, I have a good experience. The food is fresh, tasty and thoughtfully prepared, with many options to cater for all dietary requirements. The wine and drinks list are excellent and the staff are friendly, professional and accommodating. My friend and I walked in tonight after a gym session and even though we were dressed very casually, we were welcomed very warmly without a booking.
Seasonings and sauces are balanced and delightful, whether you are eating the eggplant, tofu or chicken. The chilli oil is great and worth asking for as a free condiment (thank you!). The phô is good, though I would say that the eggplant and tofu, dumplings, spring rolls and curries are probably more a reason to visit.
Prices are pretty standard for this sort of quality in Melbourne. This is a fusion restaurant.
I usually spend just over $100 for two people with a couple of drinks and entrees each.

Have been a few times now but this was our first lunch. Had Crispy Chicken Rice Paper Rolls, Flat Rice Noodles with Beef and Black Bean Sauce and Gluten Free Salt and Pepper Calamari. Everything was perfect!!

Our family visit Miss Viet on a frequent basis and love the tapas and other dishes on the menu. The specials are always good option to try especially the sticky lamb ribs… Best prawn spring rolls my kids say. Service is always on point with friendly suggestions on the menu and attentive to spice levels for each individual. Special mention to the decor and art work it amazing. Highly recommended.

I order the noodle stir-fry with beef. The service was standard and the waitress was attentive. The food look great however it came soaked in the sauce at the bottom (as seen in the photo).
Usually this doesn't concern me however as I had my first bite it was very salty. It seems to be the sauce which I asked the waitress to drain the sauce out as it was very salty.
The food came back a little later with minimal sauce. It was still pretty salty which I only end up eating a quarter of it and finally gave up. I drained a full bottle of coke along with the food but it didn't help me to finish the noodle.
As I was paying, I informed the staffs that the food was very salty after being asked how it was. They seems to notice my barely eaten food however didn't seems to offer any solution. I paid the 22.50$ for the noodle and 1 bottle of coke.
