I can’t thank Aman and his team enough for the exceptional service we received for my son’s wedding reception. Everything from set up, food, service, and attention to every little detail was top notch! They were extremely accommodating and made my vision come to life. Aman is a pro and has a good eye for details. He will provide valuable input that will make or break your event.
During the event I had so many guests come to me and say how impressed they were with the food, the service and the hall itself.

Full hall may accommodate 600 people easily.

We had a great experience hosting our Sangeet at Sagan. Hussein and team were extremely responsive throughout the entire process and were very organized on the day of. We received many compliments from guests about the food, especially the butter chicken.
We recently had my daughters reception at this Hall. Everything from start to end was excellent. Staff are professional and know what they're doing. Food is a definite 10/10.

The venue is beautiful, however the management is below garbage. It's embarrassing to see how unprofessional the management is, to the point where we decided to cancel our event with them.
Its frustrating when you have to chase down the owner for every little thing, and he still decides to ignore you.
Do yourself a favor, save the headache and book with a venue that cares and will get back to you promptly, no customer needs that.

Attended a wedding here and while the decor was beautiful and food was decent (not dessert) the venue itself felt a bit stuffy. However my biggest issue was how inaccessible the entire venue is for people in wheelchairs and even people with strollers were struggling. On top of no disability parking, there were a bunch of steps just to get in the building and my mom can thankfully walk but anyone who's completely wheelchair bound would never be able to get in. The washroom also felt like a tiny corner that couldn't even fit one person. I would love to see the space expand more and be more accessible.
Beautiful place to have a party.... elegant decor, good service, especially the dance floor was very appropriate....all the guests could easily watch the dance items...
Great ambiance, amazing looking hall - I was stunned by the high ceilings and general decor. I think it is a great place to hold any big gathering/party/wedding etc. My only knock was that the placement of the speakers meant our table was getting absolutely blasted by the sound waves.

We had our daughters wedding and reception here. Dev and all his staff are super nice, and accommodating. The venue is well maintained, the food is great and the ambiance is beautiful! Would definitely use this venue again!
Over the past year, we’ve hosted three family events at Versailles Convention Centre, including a Sangeet and a 50th Wedding Anniversary party. The management and staff were excellent —attentive, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. The venue itself was clean, and the bartenders provided outstanding service. The food received several compliments, and our guests praised both the appetizers and main courses. I would definitely highly recommend this venue for any event.

Had our wedding reception here in Aug 2024 and had a great experience. Staff was very professional and friendly, and the space was perfect for our number of guests. Food and service was excellent as well. Neelam went above and beyond to accommodate for our requests.
I have finally played a round of 18 and here are my takes.
TLDR: terrible greens, players not following rules or etiquette, an absent marshal, shared tee boxes with other holes.
The course varies for an executive course. Some short, some medium length. You could get away with a 3, 5, 7, PW and a lofted wedge with ease.
Tee boxes and fairways are well maintained. I will say, the shared tee boxes are not ideal, especially with how many novices are playing.
Most people take a power cart, however it's perfectly walkable. The power carts take away from some of the pleasure of an executive course. They're noisy, and considering how few people actually know the rules of the game and etiquette, there's cart tracks everywhere. They're especially bad on the greens.
The greens, they're in pretty terrible shape. Between dead patches and divots that players don't repair (leave the course better than when you played should be everyone's mantra) I can say that I repaired well over two dozen divots that I did not make.
16th is an absolutely dreadful. The separated white and blues from the Reds caused us to nearly hit a father and son duo who jumped ahead 2 seperate times. They teed up without checking their surroundings.
The course marshals aren't doing their jobs on this golf course. They aren't doing anything to ensure the rules are being followed, that players are mindful of their lineup. The one time I saw the marshal, he was whizzing by without a care.
The driving range is mid-low end on the quality. The balls have been very very very well used, unfortunately this skews your shot pattern. I don't expect brand new, but when the balls have been worn down to the point where there are no dimples, they should have been retired ages ago. They do have some newer balls, but they are in the minority.
The grass tees are good, good feel, divot well, and they do take good care of them.
The chipping green could use some work. The grass is not greens quality, so you can't get a feel for roll or spin. The sand trap is a pond at this point, great practice for out of a water hazard.
The shining star for the facility is the price. I would normally give a range like this 2 or lower, but the price for a large bucket is excellent.

The staff at this Venue were absolutely amazing! I had my Wedding here and the venue is so gorgeous! The staff Breann and Heather were absolutely amazing! From the very start to the end! very responsive, accommodating, diligent and the food was amazing! They all made our day so memorable!! All of our guests kept complementing on how nice and organized everything was! Thank you C. Banquets for everything! Totally recommend this place for your big day :)
This place is filthy. The glasses all had stains on them, the table cloth has old stains. The chairs are so run down and basically falling apart. I didn’t feel comfortable eating off the plates or using the cutlery. They are clearly cutting corners with their cleaning. Disgusting!

Had the time of my life hosting our reception here. Everything was so smooth and flawless, I didn't have to worry once. Neelam was so wonderful, she took care of everything and stayed until the end. Communication with her is sooo quick and easy. Service at the venue is out of the world. I didn't have to worry once. Food was fantastic, staff was fantastic and we had the best night of our lives thanks to this venue.
One word... INCREDIBLE!

It was definitely worth every penny and the event experience. He is such an amazing event planner - very, very patient. He does not rush you, instead he works with you at your pace.
My experience with his way of organizing was priceless, I am extremely impressed. I think my event was one of the best event in town . I am so thankful for his tireless efforts , maybe I will also host more parties and events by him in the near future.

We had visited a few venues before choosing to go with The Red Rose Convention Centre; and it was one of the best decisions we had ever made in our wedding planning!! The venue is beautiful inside and out. There's a gazebo just out side that's great for taking photos. And inside, the double stairwell! The washrooms are automatic and always clean! When we met Neelam, she was the only venue coordinator who impressed us the most in terms of knowing what she had to offer and how to accommodate to our requests. Not just as a couple, but of our families too! Even when she was super busy, she still made time for us when wanting to go over details days before the big day. I personally am truly grateful for having access to the bridal suite earlier than usual to have my hair and makeup done there. I was also able to rest and relax just before making my bridal entrance. But of course, Neelam was with us personally every step of the way; guiding us to make the entire event flow smoothly accordingly to our itinerary.
The food at Red Rose is AMAZING! All of our guests couldn't stop commenting about how delicious everything was! We took the opportunity of sampling the food weeks before the wedding and that too was all thanks to Neelam! We had booked Sagan Banquet Hall for my son’s wedding and had a wonderful experience there. The management was very helpful and made the entire process smooth and easy for us. We had requested a complete segregation between our male and female guests and had booked both the halls. They provided us with gender appropriate waiters in each hall and a separate prayer area for each hall. They helped us synchronize the timings for the appetizers and the main meal followed by dessert and tea in both halls. There is a manager on the floor present the day of the event making sure everything goes smoothly. The food was simply delicious. Our guests were very pleased with the food and the arrangements. The ambience of the banquet hall, their lighting, the chandeliers, everything was beautiful and presentable. I will absolutely recommend Sagan Banquet Hall to all my friends and family for hosting any big events and will definitely do business with them again.

Very recently, I had the opportunity to attend a wedding reception at this venue. To my evaluation, the venue is well located, food was really delicious. As far as the drawbacks are concerned, I would say that the Air Conditioning was not working well and the male washrooms are below the standard so far I have used washrooms in different convention and banquet halls in GTA in the last 10 years. One must check and obtain the guarantee from the authority that the washrooms will be useable before the final booking of the convention center.
We had our wedding here in June 2024. We are from Buffalo, NY. Dewinder was cool in the beginning. He showed us the venue and he was very welcoming in general. The venue was beautiful and sells itself. After some negotiation, we signed the contract. After signing the contract, it was FRUSTRATINGLY DIFFICULT to reach him. We are big planners and we had questions sometimes. No answer. Voicemail box full. No call back or text back. It seems to be a pattern among the other reviews.
A month before the wedding, we wanted to do a tasting and go over some details. We traveled from Buffalo so we could sit down with them (they agreed). After the tasting, we inquired to go over some things. There was an event going on, but we were willing to wait. They made it seem like they would not be sitting down with us AT ALL. We voiced our disappointment, and only then, Seema sat down with us at 9 PM.
The week of the wedding, and really the night before the wedding, is when they gave us their full attention. It was a complete 180. This seems to be their workflow. During breakfast, they ran out of fafda. During cocktail hour, they were still coming back from LCBO with non-alcoholic beer that we had written into the contract. They had promised lemonade and there was none (tequila lemonade is my go-to). They did not put enough dessert on the dessert table; left with crumbs.
Other than that, everything was seamless. We had a great wedding. The venue was gorgeous! The food was spicy, tasty, and delicious! Customer service (workers) was great. However, management and client interaction require serious attention. Additional event coordinators are needed since 2 is evidently not enough.

Open 24 hours, serves breakfast all day and their smoked meat dish is great!
Hall itself was nice but service very slow after appetizer tables should be clear for dinner. No show i had to call server to clear table. Big hall only 3 washroom were so dirty walk in and out they were not even flush.people and hall management should be responsible. In the end management is at fault .ample parking. My opinion is if they work on there facilities which is human need hall is beautiful
I've visited many banquet halls, but this was my first time at the Versailles Convention Centre, and it was by far the best experience I've ever had. We booked the venue for a wedding, and they exceeded all our expectations. The chef met with us beforehand to offer his expert suggestions and ensured everything was executed perfectly to our specifications. The food was incredible—words can't do it justice. Every guest loved it and gave compliments. The Goat Biryani comes highly recommended, and the Chicken Korma will remind you of traditional weddings back home. The Amritsari fish, salads, and appetizers were all fantastic. The staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient, making sure everyone was well taken care of. They didn't rush anything and made us feel like they were enjoying the event with us. Versailles Convention Centre will be our top choice for any future events. We can't thank them enough for making this special day perfect.

Best golf, best food and best atmosphere in all of Oshawa.
The driving range is a dump. They have a mat and grass area. The grass area has been completely neglected and nothing is growing there. The ground feels like concrete. The mat section isn’t any better unfortunately. The mats are the lowest grade mats you can get and it feels like you’re hitting off concrete. The range balls are garbage too. I will never come back.
Edit: Addressing the owner’s response, I refuse to be gaslit. To clarify:
1. My criticism wasn’t about the age of the balls but their quality. The density and feel of a ball are not age-related issues. If the owner is new to the business, I can provide contacts for manufacturers that sell superior range balls—typically in yellow.
2. Similarly, my issue isn’t with the age of the mats but their quality. A quick Google search for a reputable company like Fibrebuilt will show the stark difference compared to the substandard mats currently in use.
3. Regarding the desolate grass area, it’s surprising the owner needs to send a crew to examine such an obvious problem.
In short, don’t take my word for it. Visit and see for yourself.”

We decided to hold my daughter's baby shower at this venue, and I am very glad that we did make this decision. The staff at the event center were extremely helpful from start to finish and were there throughout the entire event to make sure that nothing was left to chance. I am grateful for all the attention that was given to my family and the guests and I would have no hesitation in recommending this center to anyone that's considering hosting an event, whether it be for something small, like a baby shower or something large, like a actual wedding or reception.

Had our wedding here this past weekend. Absolutely phenomenal food. Accommodated some vegan dishes and received nothing but rave reviews from our guests. Place looked great. Staff was helpful and considerate. Party was amazing.

ME GRAND CELEBRATION of the banquet just made the luncheon for our mother's funeral a very pleasant experience. Her personality was loving and kind at a time like this and she just took charge of everything. This place is dirty! The plates, silverware, glasses, and bathrooms were all filthy. Food and drinks are rationed, and not adequate and the employees are rude to guests. I am surprised the health department is still allowing this place to operate under these filthy conditions.

I've been going to Hawgs for several years now and they never disappoint. A very easy place to agree to visit in a group whether large or small.
The main reason for my high rating is not only the 24-hour service but especially the menu variety - no matter what you are craving and when, they have it and they are open to receive you. Better yet, if you don't know what you want, you are certain to find something. The Hawgs burger is an easy go-to for dinner but their breakfast menu is incredible across the board.
The prices are what you would normally expect in this economy, however surprisingly of better quality than most restaurants in a similar price range.

From the moment we walked in, the staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. Very fun family owned golf spot. The prices are reasonable and the snacks aren’t bad either. They even have deals on their 18hole games at times. Would definitely recommend for a date, my husband and I always have a great time playing

So I called a few weeks ago to ask for quotes and book a venue tour. That call went well and I made notes of the numbers given. I went in for our tour with my mom and there was no one to greet us at the door. I called and manager told us to make our way upstairs to the office which we did. When we walked in to the office we were discussing potential date availability as we were flexible with dates and the manager/employee was extremely rude. Wasn’t writing anything down for us and the numbers she gave us were including Indian/Pakistani food which we told her we don’t want as we aren’t Indian or Pakistani and would like to either be given packages with our cultural food or given numbers per head for external catering and she basically told us to take the Indian food as that’s what’s offered other than continental?? The numbers she gave were different from what was told on the phone which is sketchy to me. The way she was treating us was extremely condescending and disrespectful I wouldn’t recommend the hall to anyone. What makes it worse is when we asked for a venue tour she told us to go downstairs OURSELVES and that the doors were open to look at the venue. We’ve done multiple venue tours and NEVER HAS ANYONE NOT WALKED US AROUND. The lights weren’t all on in the hall and we had NO ONE TO SHOW US THE HALL. Didn’t even show us the bridal room which is an important part of venue tours and choosing a venue. She was acting as if we were a burden and nuisance and not as customers who would be paying 20k+ for a venue. Very unfortunate as location wise we were very interested in this venue. I’m still in shock as to how she acted and will warn anyone looking for a venue. If this is how they act at the initial meeting I can only imagine how much worse they’d be acting on wedding day where stress and logistics can cause issues. I had my nikkah event at Red Rose Convention Centre. I had Neelum Aunty help me with the decor, photographer, and catering. She helped me with every single detail and everything turned out to be beautiful. She is very detail oriented, kind and organized! I am so happy I had ceremony at Red Rose.

Really pretty venue but if you don't eat meat or seafood make sure you eat before you come, the main course is literally just warmed vegetables and rice. For some unknown reason they cook the vegetables whole so you have to have to pick the seeds out of the peppers yourself, maybe so you get so focused on trying not to eat the seeds that you don't pay any attention to the person across from you eating veal

Amazing event space! Absolutely stunning renovated spaces! Very modern! And the food WOW, our favourites are the Amritsari & chole! We have held multiple events here and will continue to do so. The staff is incredible! They are professional, thorough, flexible & kind! I highly recommend!
We hosted a social event at Versaiiles on Nov 4th Saturday. Mary-Anne, Baljeet and the staff were amazing. Food was delicious and kudos to Abdul for making sure that everyone was well served. We highly recommend this venue
Absolutely loved this venue and working with Breann for our wedding in Aug! Our guests loved the buffet style dinner and we were able to keep the cost relatively lower as this is a city run venue. We would recommend renting chair covers as it really helps brighten up the space!

We worked directly with Breann who was very responsive to our needs and questions, and flexible when we needed to make changes. The C Banquet venue is a hidden gem for weddings. You don't often get a 12th floor view of the entire Mississauga city-scape at night. Would recommend a lit up candle centerpiece to match the ambience. Food was also amazing.

Normally, the experience here is ok. Not sure what happened this time around. Sat on terrace on a Monday afternoon. Barely any service, waitress did not come to ask about our food (my Benedict eggs were horrible), if we were missing anything (yes, ketchup and water, went to get both inside, as never found the waitress).
Lunch and supper meals are better. The breakfast meal gave me indigestion. ☹️

I decided to give this place a try. It was a delivery so can't really comment about the service . It was alright for the price ,the fries were a bit cold when it arrived ,I asked for a medium cut for the smoke meat and found it dry a bit. Overall it's a good value for the price but not sure if I'll give it a try again.
Great venue. It's lovely and foyer is great. We've done many events there with our cold sparklers, dry ice clouds and 360 booths. We're always happy doing events there.

Absolutely horrible service and food. Would not recommend booking any of your events here. The amount of planning and time we put into organizing my sisters 21st birthday was completely ruined with their lack of organization and cleanliness. We arrived at the hall, and they hadn’t done anything we had asked for, from the decoration to the cake and even the small things like providing 21 white roses. The hall providers and workers were absent during majority of the party and even if they were there they were slow and acted as if they had no part in making sure the party went smoothly. The bar was supposed to be equipped with drinks for mix and they had failed to provide this as promised. In addition we had paid for bar bites and that was also not provided until asked for, and it wasn’t proper bites as well. The only positives we were able to take away from the event was the DJ, MC, and bartender. Of course they were great since the hall does outsource them. Otherwise the hall owners and staff associated with this hall are completely disorganized and do not deserve your service if you are considering. The owners are really great at saying yes for everything and not providing anything as asked for.
This was a great banquet hall where we hosted our Canadian Tamil Radio event. They accommodated our guests well. We did book the hall for a reasonable price too. We will definitely come again!

Great place for a bigger crowd capacity like 800+. Remax Gold held their annual Christmas Party on December 10, 2022. Great clean hall and food was also good. Clean place and great decor. The atrium was beautiful for displays, Santa pictures, 360 camera and much more.
Look at the pictures as those speak thousand words each! We had few parties as guests and couple of those as hosts. Indescribable experience. If there is any 360 degree experience venue in GTA then it must be Palacio.

We booked the Grand Victorian back in 2019 for a 2020 wedding. Due to the pandemic we had to reschedule it twice. Dewinder and Seema were so accommodating and kept communication with us from 2020 till 2022.
Dewinder was extremely nice and welcoming from the start of the process. He was the only one that agreed to do both Italian dishes and Indian dishes out of all the venues we checked out. We had Italian and Indian antipasto table, steaks or Indian food for dinner and the dessert table. No other venue would agree to this request but the Grand Victorian. He would always say “we want you guys to enjoy your nights, we’re here for you”, I really appreciated that because it truly felt like he was there for us along the way. Also the food tasted amazing! Seema was our coordinator. She was absolutely fantastic answering all my questions. She made this experience so stress free as it felt like talking to a friend/family member. We had multiple meetings where we went through the schedule, the menu, the hall setup and it felt like we were able to decompress as we knew she had all of our interests taken care of. I can truly say she made the night a wonderful experience.

I have been a member here for coming up on a year and I love it they have amazing diners for any family event… saves loads of cooking. But you lose no quality as the chefs here are amazing they are very into the food they serve. The support staff is amazing they help you with anything you need!
Went on a Sunday evening to the driving range and it was great. They had lots of empty spots for driving including a side area on the real grass where you can use your own conventional tees rather than the artificial grass and rubber tees. The prices were in line with what I have paid at other ranges and no issues. Staff in the shop seemed decently friendly.
A unique layout of holes, including challenging Blue tee boxes on 2, 3, 8, 10, 12, 13, 14 and 15 measures an additional 115 yards. Bravo to the crew who dreamed up that box way back there, seeing the line as a potential shot. A very affordable course, which reflects in the pace of play. No Marshall, no guarantee you finish in 3 hours.
Best Golf Course in Durham!! Outside 18 spectacular (all 18 Holes are unique ) The Patio overlooks the 18th hole. Food is amazing ... they made a new short game are behind the driving range.
An outstanding Stanley Thompson course. After playing this course last week, I looked up the scoregolf ranking and it was rated 101 in canada in 2018. I'm not surprised. A beautiful layout with elevation changes. Lots of nicely sculpted sand traps. Out of 18 holes, I thought that 14 of 18 holes were amazing. My favourite was the 13th hole, a par 4 elevated tee deck and then the second shot is uphill to an elevated green. I thought holes 10 through 13 were outstanding. My only critique is that the course ended with a par 3. Have the nines been reversed? Stanley would have not finished a course with a par 3.

I sent emails for pricing and to see if it gets packed at the range and I got a response in a timely fashion. The response had the information I was looking for and friendly at the same time.
When I got there the ball machine was broken but they did try to fix it.
However when I went to get my bucket of golf balls they had them ready in every bucket size except jumbo which was fine with me.
The range only had a couple of fellow golfers using it so there was plenty of space.
The golf pads (I’m sure there called something else) looked pretty worn out but thats just cosmetics.
Overall I had a great time practicing my terrible golf swing but hey you can only get better when you practice lol.

This is a really nice banquet hall, There are also Halal food options available. Pricing ranges . There are 4 main halls within this building and each have the capacity of about 120 people. However if you require a booking for a larger convocation there are temporary walls between each of them so they will open up more then one if required. As for the food options there are several packages available in the corporate/social range there are: Breakfast/Lunch, Meeting 1 and 2. For the wedding range there are: Halal, Gujrati, South East Asian and Platinum. And then the European line of menus which have 5 different alterations. More info on the website.
Was treated to Mother’s Day brunch. Beautiful atmosphere, very clean. Everyone was very friendly and dressed in lovely attire. Bathrooms are quite nice and super clean, the dining area was beautifully decorated and very welcoming. Views of the ravine and greens were impeccably beautiful and well maintained. The patio is large with beautiful views all around. There was a buffet with a wide variety of breakfast and lunch items as well as drinks, The food was very good. There was also a photographer there to take pictures of the families. It was a beautiful morning and a wonderful treat. Overall excellent experience visiting for the first time.
