Best Dog parks in Canada

The place is great, the dog park is large, and my dog had fun at the beach. The only downside is that Cherry Beach had very loud electronic music, which could be heard across the entire beach (I don't know if it was from the beach itself or if someone else played it). I couldn't stay for long because I had sensory overload.

Lots of room for the dogs to roam. Several nice beaches for the doggies to frolic and swim.

Disappointed this time as it was not looked after well, lake water is dirty and not advisable to swim, beach is full of pebbles and sharp stones and not suitable for bare foot walk, benches and other picnic areas are available but not clean, over all good place to spend some time to unwind and enjoy the view from beach, due to construction and development work in the area it is very inconvenient to drive through narrow and zig zag small streets, lake shore boulevards bridge is closed and it took us 25 minutes to reach the cheery beach in car, whereas before it was just a 15 to 20 minutes walk from St Lawrance Market

Cherry beach was great my dog had a blast, Meet lot other great dogs that day. Nice to have an off leash dog park with a beach dogs can go for a swim. Parks was okay- Driving into Toronto is never fun but it worth for the occasional afternoon. Parking was free when I went.

I went to 3 pet stores before coming to Animo. I was looking for a good harness for my dog who pulls. I’ve been through 4 harnesses and have had problems with all of them. The clerk asked me to bring my dog in and have her fitted for one. This was the only place who took the time to offer to help me. The young lady who works there took plenty of time to help me and try a few harnesses on my very timid dog. Excellent customer service. The young lady was very experienced and offered her very helpful opinions and knew exactly how to make my timid dog feel at ease and have a great experience in the store. Will return for all of my pets needs going forward.

Too busy, 2-3 week wait for grooming. I'm not patient enough for that... found another place much cheaper and I'm very happy... ont 1-2 day wait.

Very clean, good selection of products for every type of pets , they have a daycare for dogs as well as a self serve grooming bath to wash our dogs and grooming service . We will return!

This handsome boy is thanks to the awesome groomer here :). His first time professionally groomed and he came out happy as a clam, can't be more satisfied than that! The staff here are also fantastic, helpful, and really friendly. Looking forward to trying the dog daycare. Already met the trainer and she's amazing. The selection of food and snacks are at the quality I expect to give to my babies. Can't be happier to have this place so close to home.

Great dog park! Super spacious with lots of area to roam and lots of area near the water with easy entry for swimming. Nature right next to the city and quite a popular area with area and city canines. The area is well kept and there are public washrooms nearby if needed. One of the largest dog parks I’ve seen in the city. A decent sized parking area right next to it, what more could you want for you and your furry friends.

Very helpful and kind people here! The owner/manager took the time to help me find the right size boots for my pup and helped put them on her too. He also recommended a vet clinic nearby when I brought up that my pup needs dental cleaning but that I couldn't find a good place with reasonable fees. I did end up going with his recommendation and couldn't be happier. I got more out of my first visit here than I expected. Would come back whenever I'm in town and need something for my pup. :)

An excellent dog beach for off leash water fun! During the week, it’s full of lovely dog walkers and their packs. During the evenings and weekends, the fur mommies and daddies come out with their pups.
At the moment, the water is low and it’s rather rocky, but still so so great!
