I attended a Charity Gala event held here and the banquet hall is beautiful. The staff are so friendly and professional. Bathrooms were clean and maintained well.

Excellent layout. Conditions reflect the lower price point. Don't expect a well groomed facility.

We booked the Ajax Convention Centre for a staff appreciation event of about 250 participants and it was a fabulous experience! Food was great, location and venue were perfect, and everyone had an amazing time. Highly recommend!

Wow. What to say? I’ll let the pictures tell the story. If you’re still open when conditions are like this either (a) tell people so they can decide whether they want to waste their $55 or (b) charge accordingly.

Our first time on Jan 27th for a wedding. The hall is amazing - super clean, and everything is tastefully decorated, bathrooms are exceptionally clean, which is super rare these days. Gotta compliment the chef - from antipasto to dessert everything was absolutely delicious. Really recommend this place for any special occasion. Thank you.

I've had the absolute pleasure of photographing weddings at this venue on several occasions, and all I can say is - WOW. I love this place!!

First things first - it's a really beautiful venue inside, with big arched windows and elegant tablecloths, chairs, and other details. It strikes a balance between being classy without being overly fancy.

The outdoor area is also beautifully landscaped, with a classic Gazebo that is perfect for wedding photos. I love every single outdoor and indoor spot as a photographer.

The staff are also some of the best I've ever experienced. They always ask guests if they need anything and are super prompt with food delivery and clearing dirty dishes. My clients have always had amazing things to say about their experience with their wedding coordinator, who ensures that everything is just right for their special day.

I really can't wait to work at Chateau Le Jardin Event Venue again because I know it'll be an easy-going day, and the photo sessions around the grounds will look fabulous!

My husband and I, began our wedding planning journey in 2021 and decided to book a consultation with the Hazelton Manor after attending a friends wedding that took place at this venue. From the first consultation meeting with Ken to the day of our wedding we are forever grateful for the amazing experience and services Ken and his team provided for us. We got married here on Oct 21st 2023 and it truly was the most magical day but definitely would not have been possible without Ken. He was available to chat at all times, give his professional opinion on anything that crossed my mind, coordinated all my vendors for the week of, accommodated any/every dietary restriction my guests had, set up my personal DIY decors in the foyer, stayed throughout the night for support to ensure everything ran smoothly, and truly just calmed my every nerve. I was able to give full trust in someone to handle one of the biggest days of my life and turn it into everything I could have hoped! We got so many compliments from our guests on the food, late night stations, and service (especially bar service lol). I would recommend this place to anyone getting married in the future!! Reach out to Ken and you won’t’ be disappointed.

I also hosted my bridal shower here in June 2023 for a Brunch and Bubbly afternoon, which turned out AMAZING. As stressed as I was, Ken was always very reassuring and accommodating to all of the decisions I had planned for the day. We also got so many compliments on the brunch/food options from the buffet that we planned out.

We had previously planned an event for February at a different venue, but had to change the venue location due to unforeseen circumstances. This was a very stressful time and I had called Eugene at Chateau Le Jardin to see if they might by any chance be able to accommodate us. Eugene was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to help accommodate all of our requests within weeks of our event and everything went very smoothly in terms of the booking process. We’re still awaiting our event in another two weeks but so far, our experience with this venue and Eugene, especially, has been incredible. Would definitely recommend !

I had two events at Maple Banquet Hall. One has a guest and another helping organize an event back to back in the in November and December. And both times I was impressed.

First by the space and how beautiful it looks! It didn't look big on the outside but when step in that first hall. Stunning. Second, the staff are amazing, flexible, and so helpful when it came to planning an event.

I would definitely recommend using their halls and would book again for my next events.

Where do I start with the Eglinton Grand? As soon as Teresa showed us the venue we were hooked! Its charm and uniqueness captured the attention of all of our guests! My husband and I had a relatively shorter engagement (8 months) but Teresa allowed our timeline for payment and decisions to be smooth and effortless. We also booked when they had their "Inventory Sale" which is a great incentive to book to save some money!

The weeks leading up to the wedding there was constant communication from the events manager Paula. She was calling and emailing promptly and was a pleasure to work with. The day of events manager Gleb was very polite and on top of everything. He went around to every table to ensure guest satisfaction with their meals. One thing to note, we wanted our speeches to happen throughout dinner, back to back to back. The DJ was fine with it but the Grand staff took formal dining etiquette into account and wouldn't allow speeches during serving and clearing which pushed us back a bit (like half an hour). Overall, our experience was absolutely fabulous, I would have our reception there a million times over, and the staff is so on top of serving. Wine glasses were never empty, food was served and cleared promptly, and bar service was efficient.

Played on New years day, great conditions for the season. Greens were excellent, fairways were ok, not too much mud.
Only 3 temporary tee boxes, and I give credit to whoever designed them as they were excellent.
Price was very good.

I've photographed a number of weddings at the Elginton Grand over the last decade and it continues to be one of my favorite venues in all of the city! The iconic marquee alone is reason enough to book an event here! The uniqueness of the venue cannot be understated. This is a true gem in the city of Toronto and I look forward to photographing there every chance I can get.

My wife and I recently had our wedding here on December 9th. Working with George throughout the process was great. If he was not available someone always was to answer our questions. Our wedding was amazing, the food was great and overall the service was fantastic! Our guests loved the food and the venue. The cost per person was reasonable which made it better for us when shopping for a wedding venue. Even on our wedding day, George was there late to assist at the end of the evening.

The venue has large rooms, with great lighting. I would suggest doing the bride and groom portraits near the venue; we went to the nearby town of Kleinburg for photos. :)

I had an event at Chateau Le Jardin and Susan who was the coordinator did an incredible job! She was always there to assist me and go above and beyond! Whenever I needed something like the podium was missing, I informed her and within minutes she got me the podium I requested. She's super easy to work with and made the event so smooth and effortless! Isabella did an incredible job too by responding to all my emails, giving the site tour, answering all my questions and ensuring a great event. It’s been over 2 weeks and some days when I had an opportunity to host my 30th birthday at Maple Banquet Hall, I had to do my research and searching for venue until I came across Maple Banquet. Tunde, who is the General Manager of the venue was responsive and amazing to work with. She answered all my quiries which is a big factor for me, communication. Hosting an event is such a work already, and so having people that communicates and see your vision through is a top priority, and Tunde & Maple Banquet Hall didn’t disappoint.

Space was perfect, the open bar was a hit! Up to this point, my guests are still buzzing about how good the party was and I couldnt have made it without Maple Banquet Hall! I highly recommend this place for your next event!

My husband and I agreed that the food, drinks and vibe (experience) were the top priority for us in order to give our guests a great time. With this in mind, we chose Hazelton Manor. We had our wedding reception at Hazelton Manor in October and all we can say is, it was the BEST decision we made throughout the wedding process. Everything was to perfection.

Ken: The reason for the wedding success was Ken. We went with Hazelton Manor because of Ken. I’m really at a loss for words to describe how amazing, blessed and thankful my husband and I were to work with him. Majority of the halls we went to visit, we really felt like a “number” or just another couple to the people who were giving us the tour, we were not personally connecting with any of them, we were just another slot in their schedule. When we went to Hazelton Manor, when we met Ken, WOW. He was kind, intelligent, knows this industry VERY well and most importantly, very personable, we connected with him right off the bat. It was very a very authentic interaction. We were stuck between two venues, but ultimately knew we had to go with Hazelton because of Ken. Best. Decision. Ever. He LITERALLY took ALL the stress away. He was with us from the first day we toured the place, to the actual wedding night. What a privilege it was to work with him. We did not have a wedding planner, and honestly you don’t need one if you are going to work with Ken. In our thank you speeches and even in our families thank you speeches we all mentioned Ken (without knowing) because that is how much he positively impacted our wedding experience.

The Hall/Staff: The hall was AMAZING, they made it look soo beautiful and the staff executed the vision perfectly. They helped with setting up and breakdown and were so accommodating and accessible to everything. The staff were incredibly friendly, had amazing customer service and really made the process so seamless. Hazelton Manor really cares about who they hire and ensure that the standard is set high for them to deliver on. At no point did we have ANY issues, it was smooth sailing.

Food/Bar: We had guests voluntarily come up during and days after the wedding to make the sole point that that was the best wedding food they ever had. My husband and I absolutely loved the food during the tasting and during the reception, the quality was consistent, and they delivered the day of the event. We were also very happy with the Bar and the bartenders and were able to customize some of the vodkas and liqueurs to reflect our backgrounds. The bartenders were fast and attentive and guests mentioned they were incredibly friendly as well.

If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. I would give it 100 stars. They offer competitive prices/packages and go above and beyond for you. They went above and beyond our expectations, going with Hazelton was the smartest choice my husband and I made.

We had our wedding at the beautiful Eglinton Grand on Oct 15 of 2023 and my god was it the best decision we ever made.
Everyone was amazed by the theme and the venue and how different it is from anything they have ever been to.
An now to the most important part which is the people at the venue.
We dealt with Sarah and Paula and we have no words to describe how AMAZING they have been throughout the process.
Not only would they accommodate the panic calls the week of the wedding. But they actually suggest things to make our life easier and our wedding even more magical. You can tell they are passionate about what they do and are genuinely helping out like they are our own wedding planners.
Even Artur the master of the sound and light at the venue was happy to jump on calls with us and accommodate all the ideas we had to make that night perfect. And it was just that.
The night went ahead without hiccups, and even if there were any which i am sure there was, the team there did an amazing job of handling it.
In short, this place is magical and unique and so are the people working there that happily made our dream wedding come to life.

The most disgusting underground parking I've ever been to. Elevators don't work. The stench of urine in the stairs wells will make you gag. The stairs were literally dripping in piss. Absolutely disgusting!!! Tell your custodian to hose the stairs down. I will never park here again

We had a baby shower at this place. It's a nice and elegant place.

The space is well maintained and the staff are really helpful to make sure your events perfect for your guests.

I was looking for a place for the baby shower, but many other places were Booked. Tried this place and glad that I could get a booking.

This place do not allow food from outside for the event. So the in-house chef will provide the food. There are some menu options you can choose from. The food was good and all our guests enjoyed it. We had south Asian Menu and can say the food was good for Indian pallets.

The food was good and the staff were always there to help our guests thought out the event.

The hall is usually booked for the day, so we got the space from 11 am on the event day and enjoyed it till midnight.

Definitely would recommend for your events.

Best venue around! We just had our wedding at Chateau Le Jardin this past weekend. Ecstatic is an understatement! Isabella was our coordinator, nothing short of amazing. From start to finish, Isabella was so kind, diligent, helpful and honest. She helped us with everything, in any way that she could, and made sure we were happy. Isabella helped make our wedding day perfect.

Amazing place to have your own wedding at. We started booking a year before and had John Kioussis as our event coordinator. Very professional and extremely good at what he does. Made our day very smooth and answered any questions we had about wedding planning. I definitely recommend this place to whomever is looking to host their own party/event. A greatttttt experience at this venue starting from 9 months ago signing the contract with John who is amazing to work with (he explains everything, helps out with any question or problem, very organized and accommodating, cool and friendly) ... to our wedding night 2 weeks ago when everything was in order as requested, staff were soooo friendly and on-time, food was top-notch delicious, all our guests complimented the hall and the food. I attended my friend's wedding at Château le Jardin today and the venue was INCREDIBLE. From start to finish, Suzan and her team were attending to our every whim and they really went above and beyond with their service. The food, the building, the service... just a 10/10. If you have or are planning an event or wedding reception, I don't know a better place to have it happen. Honestly, I am from Manitoba and I would even consider having my wedding reception happen here! Really great place, and couldn't be more satisfied!

A beautiful location to grab a good drink of your choice and plenty of sides from bagels to sweet pastries.
The ambiance is phenomenal and there is private rooms you can reserve for 15$/H to study or have a meeting or plan stuff.
Very limited space to sit and relax so plan to arrive in a less busy time.
Parking is a little tricky and hard to find since its located in the old port of the city.
Staff is nice and welcoming props to them for the hard work!

Took more than 20 minuits to get 2 coffees. Even long waiting no latte art, that was okay but cappuccino was like a latte, no foam.

No real complaints just a little confused trying to find where we were going but a few corrected turns and all was fine. Beautiful complex.

I had a fantastic time at Crew Collective & Café! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the beautiful architecture and aesthetic decor. The spacious seating area made it perfect for enjoying our food. The private study rooms for 15$/h were a great addition.

I absolutely loved the Oat & Lavender Latte – it's easily a 5/5 for me. My brother enjoyed the refreshing Matcha Lemonade, also a solid 5/5! The Sugar Scone was delicious, although slightly dry, earning a 4/5. The Brownies were decent but not too exciting, a 3/5 from me.

Overall, I'd rate the experience 5/5 and highly recommend this cafe to anyone visiting Montreal. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly. The prices were reasonable too – we spent a total of 28$ (taxes included) for two drinks and two pastries. Keep in mind, there might be a wait during rush hours. We waited about 15-20 minutes, but it's definitely worth it. Can't wait to visit again soon!

Stunning architecture and beautiful building to check out and book study rooms, although a bit loud. The wait for the drinks is very long and the drinks are so amazing that they are worth the wait. Try to go when its not super busy if you wanna go for just the cafe!

Issues started before we even checked in. Tried to talk to the front desk and they said they couldn’t help. Called a manager and left a message and never heard back. Was told it was dealt with but the issue is still there. When we booked we were not told the indoor pool was closed so there was only 1 outdoor pool for the entire resort. Extremely busy because of this. Rooms were decent, bathrooms very small. Ac doesn’t allow user to control it, there’s a lock on it and being pregnant 70 degrees is still too hot. Best part is the location because it’s close to Collingwood downtown and blue mountain.

Hosted our wedding reception at Parkview last weekend and had a great experience. We worked with John Kioussis who was professional, responsive and made our experience an easy and positive one. Well maintained course and very forgibing course if you slice. Lots of fun but the greens can use a tad bit work.

Nice place to stay. Not overly fancy, but clean and looks new! We didn’t use the amenities as we were only there one night to visit the Scandinave Spa, but seemed like a nice enough place. I heard there is a $25 charge for the pool towel cards if you don’t return them, so beware of that and don’t take the cards if you’re not going to use the pool! Pool area was simple, nice landscaping, but no spa outdoors. Looks like they have a mini golf course that’s no longer maintained/offered.

Spent one night here with friends for a mini getaway. The front desk staff was friendly. The room was clean. Beds were comfortable. We were at the main pool and it was busy and full of kids. We asked the front desk about the 2nd outdoor pool and it was empty. We had the entire pool to ourselves.

We had breakfast at the Gustav restaurant. It was delicious and not expensive. Service was wonderful. Our server was short staffed and busy but she was friendly and we didn’t experience any issues.

We are just wrapping up a three night stay. The hotel is clean and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We had a main floor patio to the pool room that we absolutely loved. The location is perfect as it’s close to Blue Mountain village without being in the hustle and bustle of the hotels down there. We will be coming back regularly. Thank you for a great stay!

Stayed a week and loved the spacious suite which was clean and very comfortable. Enjoyed the heated pool and surrounding area. Reason for 4 stars was only because the exterior photo of the hotel that is shown is misleading. Hotel is nowhere near the bay or any water. One of the main reason we picked this location. However the location is close and convenient to Blue Mountain shopping and restaurants.

One of the best and most elegant places to host any event! Linda was a great manager to work with. Food by their Pakistani chef was awesome - he knows how to cook. My niece got married here and everything went perfect! Thank you!!!!

Just went for a one night getaway and it was a lovely stay. The rooms are spacious, fully equipped and clean. The pool is nice but too small for the number of guests. Gustav's restaurant was delicious and both servers at night and in the morning were very friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I only had the iced latte, but it was great! I mainly went in to look at the architecture. The ceilings are amazing. Staff is very friendly. Tables and chairs are pretty close together, but they make it cozy.

We had our 2023 Prom at the Eglinton Grand and could not have been happier! The venue was beautiful. Communication was smooth and the staff was so lovely and accommodating. We will absolutely book again!

Honestly best experience ever! Came from Niagara for a mini vacation, and even with the rain ruining some of our plans it was amazing! The front desk gentleman was wonderful! (I'll bring you another rock soon!) The housekeeping staff was also great! Rooms perfect, even had our extra requests done for us! 3 pools to choose from, plenty of outdoor activities for the family, Pathways to walk and even a little pond. 10/10 would recommend and stay again! Firstly we would like to thank Eugene for walking us through the initial setup for our Daughters Quinceneara. This was our 1st time with no experience organizing an event of this caliber. My daughter wanted a memorable evening and boy did Le Jardin staff live up to that. Secondly, we were then introduced to the event co-ordinator Isabella DiLauro. Who exceeded our expectations. She took us by the hand and was there from day 1 to the following day after event. Any questions I had, sent via email or phone, they were quick to respond. Incredible work done by the entire staff for setting up the room, including the wait staff. Leader Susan made sure throughout the night special meal requests were placed at the correct table, even they went all out to accommodate my close friends daughters meal was swapped with nuggets, it was the 1st time they all went out together and travelled 1 entire day from the USA just for this special event. Also keeping in mind people from South America, USA and Europe to attend the event. It was a big deal for us as we spent 1 year planning the event. Safi the bartender was friendly and amazing service. Made sure the kids did not have alcoholic drinks. Big applause to the entire staff at Chateau Le Jardin, most especially to Isabella, you brighten my daughters day. By the way the room was amazing, dinner service was on point and food very delicious...and decorators along with your staff made it night to never forget, and always remember in our hearts. Please note, this special event was broadcasted in a city of Argentina where my father in law runs the newspaper. They mentioned your hall on TV. Well we had a fantastic time here! The staff was exceptional our room was nice we had a pool side view, the outdoor pool was great and very warm (mind you it was raining for 2 x days) but it was perfect you have to make the best of it! The indoor pool was great too and yes it has a chlorine smell but that’s expected… I wish there was a hook in the shower to hang your wet bathing suits instead of the towel rack above the toilet (that’s my only complaint) but I would definitely return!

This location is a converted historic bank and has a bit of a Harry Potter feel (think Gringotts). We came on a Saturday and the line was super long, so expect about 30-45 min wait. We picked up an egg/mozz sandwich and ordered 2 hazelnut lattes. The sandwich bread was quite dense so maybe ask for a knife to cut smaller. One of the lattes tasted different from the other - it could be that one of them did not get the syrup shot ordered. The staff were friendly and the interior is a very nice experience. There are open work areas but it's quite busy so it's hit or miss. There are banquette work areas that can be reserved for $15/hr or $80 daily. It's definitely an interesting experience.

Have not tried the food but this has got to be one of the most gorgeous coffee shops in North America. It’s in a historical building with super high ceilings and comfortable spacious seating.
Can’t wait to try their coworking space sometime. They have meeting rooms, booths, and open area tables set aside for paying coworkers. 100% would love to try!!
Fyi it is a super popular place, morning and afternoon. Be prepared to assertively wait and claim a spot.

My husband and I got married at Hazelton Manor last month in March and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. George is absolutely wonderful. He answered our many many questions with a friendly attitude and made sure we had everything we wanted for our wedding. The venue itself is really gorgeous. We had our ceremony in the lobby and the pictures turned out so beautifully. The food is beyond delicious and everyone was saying it was the best wedding they had been to. I would highly recommend Hazelton Manor 🫶

Host your wedding here, you will not be disappointed at all! The staff (including the owner Jim) always go above and beyond to ensure every event goes on without a hitch! Also, let’s just take a second to appreciate the aesthetics of the venue before you even enter the Grand Room. Everything is so elegant from the moment you walk through the doors to the moment you take your seat. The foyer is beautifully designed — perfect for cocktails or to host an intimate ceremony. We can’t wait to perform here again!

We had our wedding reception at the Eglinton Grand in December 2022 and it was an incredible experience for us and our guests. Working with Teresa, Paula, Mikal, and Joe made everything easy and enjoyable. They were extremely accommodating, responsive and professional. They cared for every detail and the service was exceptional. This venue is stunning!! Truly an unique event space that gives off an elegant and classy vibe. Our guests loved it! The "Grand first dance" as the curtains opened wowed our guests and the customized marquee was a beautiful detail that made our wedding stand out. The food was fantastic - we still keep getting compliments on it! We wish we could cater it in - it's that good! The evening staff cared for all of our guests and were extremely mindful and helpful. We had a few guests that needed the elevator which was easy to use, and the staff were attentive all night long. Joe and Mikal checked in on us and our parents and bridal party tables to ensure everything was to our liking. They made everyone feel like royalty. The food service was quick, hot, and right on schedule. Joe even re-folded my mother-in-laws napkin when she got up from the table. The bartenders were amazing - they were quick to serve our guests, and were friendly and polite. We also received many compliments on the mocktails that were served. Every part of the venue was in pristine condition; the washrooms, the lobby, the mezzanine, and main space. Being an old movie theater, the sound quality throughout the venue was remarkable - unlike some traditional halls, at the Eglinton Grand, you don't have to worry about the echo of sound bouncing off walls or being louder in some parts of the space. The entire team at the Eglinton Grand are experienced, detail oriented and can be fully trusted to host your event. If you are looking for a high-end venue and a high quality experience, this is the place. We highly recommend this venue and team. Our wedding day was perfect! I was most recently here in July 2022 for a wedding as a photographer. It's a really nicely decorated venue and the staff are hard working and kind. Especially the coordinators that making sure everything is going smoothly. The venue is really convenient as it is right off of the 401. There are lots of great photo locations nearby like Ajax Rotary Park, Lynde Shores Conservation Area and Heydenshore Park. The food is also really good which is impressive for a large banquet hall. Even the vegetarian options are good. I can't wait to be back!

We had our wedding at Hazelton Manor on Feb 4, 2023 and I have to say, it was one of the best choices we made. The venue is absolutely beautiful. We fell in love with the venue the moment we first walked in. We received so many compliments on the venue and delicious food. The food and staff were amazing and we are beyond happy that we chose Hazelton to host our special night.

We dealt with Ken Christofi primarily. From start to finish he helped us with any questions we had, down to the day of coordination with our vendors. Ken went above and beyond for us and we will be forever grateful for everything he did to ensure our night went by smoothly. He was super responsive and oh-so-funny! He made the entire planning a breeze all the way to the execution of the wedding day. We’ll definitely miss Ken and his wittyness. He is a one of a kind person that will assist you all the way through :) Thank you Ken and to all of your amazing staff at the Hazelton Manor for an incredible evening. A big thank you also to Maggy, George and everyone who worked at our wedding that evening. Maggy was the person who helped put all the decor pieces together on the tables. She was beyond amazing! I had the privilege of photographing a wedding at the Ajax Convention Centre last year. The food was great and the ceremony looked absolutely beautiful. I found a perfect location near by for party and couples photos. The wedding party got ready at a hotel that was within walking distance, making things run easier. Such a fun wedding!

We had our wedding at VICC in June 2022 and they helped to make our special day so amazing and memorable! We had 80 guests and were able to use one of the smaller spaces, which suited our purposes perfectly. There was lots of natural light for the ceremony, photos, and the reception. The catering and bar service was amazing. We had food options for our youngest guests to Elders and everyone in between! We were able to request an option for our vegan guests. We worked with VICC staff a few times in the months leading up to the wedding and the planning was perfect. I am so glad we booked this venue for our wedding and I will always remember our beautiful day there.

Phenomenal experience. The entire process was easy and enjoyable. Our event (corporate holiday party) was perfect, great atmosphere, set-up and food. The staff went above and beyond to make it a seamless evening. Tunde is super responsive and helpful to make the vision come to life. Would highly recommend!

Was here for the Island Health Leadership U Conference. Security was generous to allow initial set up the evening before to have a head start on the day of the event. Catering was splendid and the food was simply delicious. Thank you for making this a memorable experience.

We recently had our wedding reception hosted at The Eglinton Grand and cannot recommend it enough.

The admin staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout the booking and planning process. The coordinator made sure everything was on schedule and went smoothly, which is much appreciated. We had added tequila to the bar, and ran out sooner than expected, so we were kindly offered the option to add a couple more.

We had a few early guests who were allowed to wait inside, rather than by the busy street. Then when we arrived, the chef kindly delivered us a personal bottle of champagne and appetizers. We were starving due to a busy day, and this thoughtful gesture blew us away!

The kitchen staff made sure the wine was always topped up, never had to ask. All tables were provided excellent service. Overall the food was phenomenal!!! We got a lot of positive feedback from the guests. Bartenders were friendly and attentive, and all other staff members seemed friendly, even during the pre-wedding setup.

Many of our guests told us it was the best wedding they've been to, and that says a lot. Much thanks to the wonderful staff at The Eglinton Grand for making it happen!

Attended a wedding here. It's a very nice venue. Lots of room to move around, plenty of parking and lovely decor. Their washrooms were also very clean and smelled lovely (hey that's worth mentioning!). Food was excellent and the staff were friendly.

The only downside to a shared venue is the fire alarm went off so two weddings had to move outside briefly, but it all made for great fun.

It's a good area to hold multiple conferences with respectable sizes. Especially since it connects between three hotels. However it's mostly good for conferences with turnouts of a maximum of 300 per place.

The hall was booked for the marriage function of my friend and it did feel good. Breaking it down subjectively, space was just right enough for a crowd of under 50. Tables and dice were set pretty neatly and evenly distanced. Only thing that bothered me was a lack of heating system. The hall was a bit too chilly even for the number of people occupied during the time. Everything else,was pretty cool. The hall was overseen by a pretty cool lady(probably Russian🤩,or maybe i am wrong,but definitely Canadian)who made sure we had the vaccination passport before we entered. So if anyone wish to book off the hall,then make sure to be aware of any requirements related to COVID and all.

Eglinton Grand is a nice cozy place for
celebrating your important event. It's great for medium sitdown events of 80 - 150 but can accommodate more. It has a ballroom on the second floor, divided into 2 parts by the dance floor in the middle, stage for the head table or music band; the separate ceremony room on the third floor with separate entrance, another space is the reception with the bar on the third floor separate from ceremony and overlooking the main ballroom from above with cinema style huge curtains that can be closed during reception and then open to watch the first dance of new weds. The hall at the main entrance on the first floor with the original theater movie entrance. There is also small bride room next to the hall. It's a very attractive and efficient place for the weddings9 and other events.

Great time today on the course had to wait for a bit of fog to burn off, it's a great layout for being here the first time and you could tell our hot summer sure left its toll on the course.... but all in all a great round with tricky driving holes, and unmaintained bunkers and spotty teeing areas... I will probably wait till next year to play it, because it seems like it has great potential if the course was in better shape

The company I work for has been booking here for years and my job is to setup and dismantle program rooms. Parkade gives me easy-rain free access and I know the security (Derek) and staff by first name. They are all very friendly and helpful. During Covid they did an amazing job keeping us safe and social distanced. I actually took picture to show my boss.

The Nanaimo conference center is world class. Great bright and airy rooms, good parking, and set in the nicest part of Nanaimo's downtown. Everything is in clean and new looking condition.

Only been there for the Kippers Melee event. Nice venue.. Though they need to drop their no outside food policy.

Nice place for conference space. Unfortunately, food choices is lacking within the hotel.
