Good coffee. The blueberry one was something I haven’t tried before. Lovely atmosphere and reasonable price for delicious lolli.
I landed here on a very quiet morning and had the best Matcha Latte I’ve have had in a long time as well as the cinnamon toast latte, which I highly recommend. I tend to go half sweet, but the regular dose was not too sweet. Nice space with high ceilings and lots of choices for seating. I will definitely be back.
Deliciously fresh Italian food, the burrata was particularly great with the soft focaccia.

Found this place because of an Instagram post and it was truly outstanding. Michelle was our server and she was exceptional. Everything we had was delicious!
Great vibe, the staff are very courteous and friendly. Not to mention the food, the turkey and avocado sandwich I ordered was delicious. Eggplant wasn’t too spicy either. The mortadella sandwich is very good too.

i want to hate this place because the servers treat you like you just skinned their cat unless you buy a bottle of wine, but i will not stop going back. its insanely delicious every time. the special only hits about 50% of the time so be careful. GET THE CAESAR AND THE CHOCOLATE CAKE. avoid the tuna. i keep 2-3 res booked here at all times. sue me
One of the worst starbucks. I ordered caramel frappucino through skip from my workplace. They forgot to add straw. When I called them, one lady received the call and she was so rude and said do whatever you can. The worst staff I’ve ever seen.
Very disappointed about their quality control. The differences of roast level among a single bag of beans is just not right. You can also tell how many defective beans are there.
I recently visited Journey Cafe and was thoroughly impressed. The atmosphere was inviting, and what stood out the most was how impeccably clean the place was.

My go-to place for bubble tea during weekdays! The workers are very kind and I've never had a problem with my order. Definitely a bit expensive, but isn't all boba?
The website says you guys are open until 4:30. I get there at 4:20, and you’re closed already. You need to match the hours on your WEBSITE! NOT a poster you hand-made that no one ever reads. #commonsense

Small coffeeshop with friendly staff, and I can say that the best café americano,filter,.. that I really enjoy the taste. Also the carrot cake or pumpkin cake are really good. Highly recommended!
This Starbucks always gets my orders wrong. The drinks are never properly made and at times I've gotten some of the sandwiches cold. Staff need to be re-trained as the drinks are never properly made.
Visited Arvo Coffee in Toronto's Distillery District and was impressed. The cozy, rustic-modern cafe has friendly staff and excellent coffee. Their signature latte and fresh pastries stood out, though seating can be tight during peak times. A great spot for quality coffee and a relaxed vibe, despite the occasional crowd. Worth a visit for coffee lovers and those exploring the area.
I had coffee and toast, and it was honestly amazing. The place was comfortable, and the staff was sufficiently nice. I think their food and coffee quality is what makes the difference. I would definitely recommend and will go back when I'm in the area.
My coffee group meets here a couple of times per week.Journey meets all of our needs, plenty of parking , easy to get to. We don't have to compete with loud music to hear each other. Table sizes for singles or groups of all sizes. Best of all, the owners are charming, agreeable and always smiling. Great food and drink. Cheers!
Came here recommended by my wife. We enjoyed the atmosphere, the food was carefully prepared, ingredients were fresh and it was delicious. We had chicken shawarma sandwich, carrot cake, a cherry sparkle and their fabulous grilled cheese sandwich.
The service was fine…but the espresso drinks were terrible. It seemed like the coffe beans were over roasted. It wasn’t only one time, but everytime. I ordered same drinks from starbucks in different location and tasted really good.
Great date spot or nice place to catch up with friends. While the food and drinks are very expensive, the margarita pizza was absolutely to die for (and is the cheapest thing on the menu). Their wine selection is huge as well with lots of variety, just take note that very few options are offered by the glass; most are by the bottle.
The music was relaxing and not too loud, and the interior of the restaurant is beautiful. Staff were very kind, quick and informative, and the food took no time to come to the table!

We live in the US, but love going to De Mello's for coffee when we're in Toronto! They make a lovely espresso, and have a great selection of coffee beans, including a number of light roasts. The staff is super friendly, and knowledgeable and passionate about coffee. They also have coffee gear, so you can pop in if you forgot to pack Aeropres filters or other gear.
What a treat! This little gem of a place served some delicious food and offered the loveliest service ever. I was in between appointments when I stopped by and was looking for some comfort food. Did I ever hit it big. The americano was spot on, and I am very picky about my coffee. The grilled cheese was spectacular, great quality ingredients and great quantity of cheese!! Then to top it all off, I had their colossal carrot cake! Oh my. Totally and absolutely delicious. I will be back. Hasta luego Journey Cafe.

I saw a blueberry latte here on social media because I am someone who loves to try specialty coffee, so I came here by taxi.
Perhaps due to weekdays, the store is not very crowded. I chose a position by the window, and overall it is quite comfortable.
The prices of coffee and bread are not very cheap, but the taste of latte still surprises me. It has a strong blueberry flavor and is my favorite fruit flavored coffee.

This place has a very cozy atmosphere and good customer service. I absolutely loved the cookies and cream cake. The hot chocolate was ok, but it wasn’t fully blended so there were bits of powder left over. Unfortunately, the salmon in my salmon bagel was spoiled and not cooked, which sucked. They gave me a refund for it though, so that’s nice at least.

Opted for the Flat White, and it easily ranks among the best I've had recently. The espresso boldness, combined velvety milk at the perfect temperature, gave the wake up I needed. The friendly service and efficient coffee preparation pace added to the positive experience. I plan to return, perhaps after the festivities, for a leisurely sit-down, exploring their food offerings while immersing in the atmosphere.

I just got the best possible welcome. The staff was very helpful and nice. I also like how the first floor is a place where people come to meet. It feels alive but is generally not that noisy.
Great baristas, nice location, just don't come here at lunch on a weekday! It gets absolutely overrun by local high schoolers and ruins the atmosphere🙄 plus the number of people sitting on the floor blocking exits etc. creates a serious safety issue. Not to mention the noise, the garbage they leave behind, and the graffiti they carve into the tables.
This was such a fantastic place to stop by and warm up in. It has a pretty cool atmosphere with a lot of sports jerseys and memorabilia for sale. When you walk in tucked away on the back left side you'll see a really nice coffee bar with some seats and wall tables.

Good food and drink. Very clean. Good service. They have board games if you want and everything is 100% Halal. There is no music playing and not a lot of traffic so it's very quite. Lovely place to unwind.

I recently have tried the food in this Italian restaurant and so far it has been my favorite spot to eat pasta. Although it’s all the time busy and usually there is a lineup, but still it’s worthy to try and be patient to get served. We try the salad, pasta pesto, and pasta Bolognese. Pasta pesto was my favorite among the others 🤌 I also tried you sooner the portion was big and it was worth it to try. One other thing that I like about this restaurant is the fact that I was able to see exactly how chef and his team are working in the kitchen, and it was nice to see the steps to prepare my food in front of me.
Amazing little cafe, really delicious sandwiches (chicken sandwich to die for!) and pastries, 1$ small coffee, nice terrace where you can sit, super cool deco inside. Must try!

The food didn’t really taste good for the price they charge. I ate my sand which with the for and knife they gave me and half way through I discovered Jaír in my food and lost my appetite. Latte was good though would be weary of the sandwich menu. I’d get drinks from there again but I’ll never eat here again after the hair in my food. Mentioned it and all I got was a “sorry”.

It's Starbucks. But considering there were twice as many staff behind the counter, the wait for my wrap.and coffee took twice as long as normal. Also, don't even think of coming her during lunch for a quiet drink, as you'll sharing the place with 50 screaming schoolgirls.

Please get an iced vanilla latte with soy milk at De Mello. The weather was a bit chilly the day I visited so I was originally thinking of getting a hot coffee but I’m so glad I got the iced one.
I actually tried both iced and hot. Both tasted good, but iced latte is more savoury and you can taste stronger vanilla than the hot one. It’s really good so that you won’t regret holding it even in the super cold weather. Me and my friend also tried their strawberry jam scone. Their scone is more on the moist side. I’d recommend them for a light breakfast menu.

Always on the lookout for a new Café to try. Was meeting up on a first date on Sept 30th and I suggested this Café as it's between both of our places.
It's a little hidden from the main road but the sign is visible from the parking lot. Lots of parking was available, including Handicap parking. Their hours are visible from their entrance.
From the outside it looks small but once inside, it catches you off guard. There's a nice entrance with seating, beautiful signage and displays, a nice size counter and service area and then further back is even more seating! Very well hidden gem.
Love their caulk board sign and I took my time looking over all the options. They serve a Canadian Roasted coffee from BC. As always, got a cup of their drip coffee and I loved that it came in a proper mug as I was staying. The blend of coffee wasn't for me when I drink it just black. But with cream or sugar, I'm sure it would have been fine. Though it wasn't busy, there was cups on the table from the previous customers. The server came and took them away but didn't wipe down the table, which still had cup marks all over. Oh well....
I would happily come back and try some items on their menu, server had some recommendations and I would love to give them a try next time.

Such a pleasant surprise to find dessert that is actually yum in Toronto. Really lovely tarts - tried the pineapple mango coconut tart and the plum tart. The chocolate cake was yum too.

I've been going to this location for a few years now and they were always friendly, and had great customer service. They have a good variety of bubble teas, with the oreo brown sugar bubble tea and Royal #2 being my favourites. They're very accommodating with milk substitutions and modifications, which is a plus. Thanks for a great experience!

I am very happy for have found Jules Cafe while looking for Croissants in the neighbourhood. Pistachio and Almond croissant were amazing, fresh and plenty stuffed. I also tried the Focaccia and I never had one like theirs in Toronto. Definitely a place to return and that worth to pay a visit. Cheese croissant is also something else.
They are busy on the weekend’s morning and my suggestion is a takeout. Even though they offer a dine-in, ot is just two high chairs and no much room gor a group. In general, I am pleased and surprised with the quality and freshness of everything I ordered. The service was also amazing and fast.

Store was looking great as they decorated for Fall. Clean washrooms and so friendly staff . They welcomed me with huge smile which made me feel at ease. I got my food at a reasonable time and to be honest it was a great experience for a fast food place.
Delightful French bakery that I keep coming back to. Pistachio croissant and peach tart are made to perfection. There is generous amount of real pistachio in the croissant and not just some paste. Also tried almond croissant and plum-pistachio tart. Plum pistachio tart is a bit sour. We also had an americano an a cappuccino and they were fair
Arvo is a cute cafe in the Distillery District. A good spot to grab coffee and an open faced sandwich. The service is quick and the staff is sweet. There isn't much seating inside but the cafe is cozy. The coffee is good quality.

Jules Cafe Patisserie is a small and popular bakery on Mount pleasant. They are offering a variety of treats and breads. I recently bought from them a great sourdough ray bread that it was amazing. When it comes to the treats my favourite remains the pistachio fig tarts. It seems that they really know how to balance those flavours. The crust alone is so battery that it is worth each cents of the cake. I definitely recommend this place, but be careful on weekends it gets busy and they may run out of your favourite.

Excellent efficient and friendly service, food, and drinks! The maple cappuccino was so perfect and the best drink I had during my visit to Montreal! The chicken swarm sandwich blew me away with the crunchy fresh bread, pickles, garlic sauce, and tender roasted chicken. Nommmm! The young lady at the counter was so personable and friendliest barista we met here! Thanks for a great experience!!

Their bubble tea cups have serious quality concern, the drink leaked in my car cupholder. The employee working there can even crack the cup with a easy pinch, the manager agreed to pay for the cleaning but not the part I need to replace in the cupholder. Then I told them I do not need the money anymore, I will just leave a Google Review instead. That manager tried to threat me and she said she will sue me if I leave a Google Review.

I got the brown sugar pudding drink with soy milk. The milk was definitely expired and had a sour taste. The pudding was super stale as well. Waste of almost 8 dollars smh
How am I only finding out about this place now?! The paste rows are amazing. The croissants are super flaky and buttery. It’s making me hungry just thinking of them now. I also tried the quiche, it was good and had big chucks of broccoli but probably not something I’d order again. That being said I’d definitely come back for the croissants again anytime!
Great experience. Erica did an amazing job helping me out with my order! Sadly, the upstairs seating area was quite warm. I had to take off both my jacket and sweater to feel comfortable.

Super watered down, no flavour in either the drink or tapioca, feels like I spend $8 on purple almond milk
Horrible customer service! The middle-aged lady with poor English and awful behaviour. She struggled with taking orders (although it's her business) and couldn't even calculate the charge. I had a terrible experience with this bubble tea place. Spent $7.35 on one drink, they made it wrong , and then, they refused to redem their mistake by making the correct drink if I don't agree to pay a full price otherwise. No refund whatsoever and blamed customers by saying "it's your fault". Ridiculous. Plus, the waiting is way too long (>15'). I'd give them negative score if I can. I've never ever been served and treated poorly like this in my entire life.

After seeing 7 people that were behind me get their drink and waiting for 16 minutes, I asked them about it and they said they had forgotten and will make it for me. After 23 minutes I finally got my drink and I asked them to reheat my sandwich. I was late to my class because of this inconvenience, I paid $15 and wasted 23 minutes. Maybe Starbucks doesn’t believe in customer service because I got absolutely no compensation for this huge inconvenience to my day.
Get some reasonable sized straws for your customers…
Always crazy busy, they aren’t particularly fast, and drinks are regularly made incorrectly. I think the baristas are overworked and undertrained. They do their best.
Okay first off it shouldn’t take 25+ minutes for a normal latté with ice at 2:10pm. Secondly make a drink limit of 1-2 per person not 4-5. Also Line will be 12+ people long with 7 people waiting for drinks and there’ll be one person on register and the baristas will be standing around doing nothing, or itll take two people to make one drink. Consider hiring new staff.
This cafe is the best in this neighbourhood. Tiny small cafe with delicious selection of 🍭♥️❤️❤️❤️❤️ excellent coffee, friendly service, serve oak milk 😊. Their match latte is none sweetened from Japan, very good quality and amazing barista. I come here every day.
Best coffee in the neighborhood! I’m used to bête a pain or l’amour du pain but I gotta say that this place have it all! We’re not talking about their pastry since they’re not baking any croissant or bread but the set up is very nice and the staff is super friendly! If you’re a sugar lover, THIS is the place to go!!!

Great coffee, great staff, great sandwiches, great little café! Love love their oat milk iced lattes. ❤️ You have to try their vegetarian sandwiches (can be made vegan also)…it’s not on their menu yet, however you can request it when you’re there. They make all kinds of killer sandwiches!
Their fresh baked 🥐 🍩 goods are also very delicious. 😋 Every thing is made fresh daily.

Great quality coffee and very interesting store for sport lovers. The patio is very basic though and a little touchup would make it more convenient and enjoyable!

Arena is comfy coffee shop in maple leaf merchandise store. Environment is nice, staff is friendly. Sadly, my order was done with mistake, but barista without hesitation solved the problem. Btw, They serve rich pilot coffee beans.
Very chill staff (polite and friendly), lots of options and reasonable prices. My food (a butter chicken wrap) was hot and delicious when I recieved it, and I didn't have to wait too long. You can make any wrap gluten free for an extra dollar.
The drinks themselves were satisfactory - the pearls are not the freshest. And the size of the drink is a little underwhelming compared to the price. However it’s not too disappointing when it comes to bubble tea geared for a student crowd (which I assume it is). The reason I have given two stars to this establishment is due to the fact that we waited 10 minutes while the employee was preparing the drinks for another costumer only to find out that they had no pearls. Both my friend and I wanted to order the pearl milk tea, so we ended up going to another location with pearls. In the future, please make a sign to let customers know before they wait so long in line to find out that there are no more pearls (especially since it is such a pertinent aspect of many of the drinks).
The worst Starbucks I have ever been. No team work. All the workers don't help each other. The senior worker only do there work so they can get off on time. The junior worker isn't familiar with the process so that take long time to make a drink. Such a long line up!~~we are late for the class……

Rudest staff at any Starbucks I've ever been to and they are always under staffed (which could contribute to why they are cranky), which makes them slow and the lines insanely long. Drinks are always inconsistent depending on who's making them and I've had baristas hand me a cup only 3/4 full of coffee because they didn't measure the correct amount of milk for the lattes. Ridiculous.
