But then I called to get snow tires. They asked, "Can we get back to you with the estimate?" I said sure. It took them TEN days to get back to me.

After ten days from you guys, I'm getting phone calls, texts, and emails confirming my appointment. I wrote back that I never confirmed an appointment.
Today, I got a call saying, "We don't know what tires we are putting on tommorow." I don't have an appointment!!!!
So, I called this morning and was put on hold twice.
You guys need to clean up your service department, as this makes you look like a mess.

Excellence is very hard to achieve in the car service industry. AC is at that level . they serviced two of my cars and after their service I am truly impressed with how well they continue to perform.There were a number of problem areas that were very difficult to identify but they found them and carried out all repairs in a dedicated and professional manner. I spoke with Gabriel through email about a used car and he was very pleasant and upfront about pricing and quick to respond to any questions I had. I test drove the car with Martin who was also very pleasant and provided information about the car and what needed to be repaired. This was a nice change as the majority of dealers tried to hide any necessary repairs. The car wasn't right for us for other reasons, but if I'm in the market again, I would definitely do business here.

This year On May 1st,2024 I purchased a used 2018 Honda Accord from the Honda Lachine dealership. Initially, the car looked great after the dealership’s detailing, but over time, I discovered rust spots and scratches that had been covered up. While I understand that scratches are common on used vehicles, the fact that the dealership hid the rust spots is concerning. Rust is not something that can be easily repaired, and it should have been disclosed upfront.
As a reputable dealership directly affiliated with the Honda brand, I expected more transparency. It’s disappointing to see vehicles being “made up” to hide significant issues, especially when buyers trust a brand dealership to provide quality. I want to make others aware of this practice—please inspect the car thoroughly and be cautious when buying, not just from this dealership but from any.

I already had a great experience leasing the car and the servicing is terrific. They don't try to upsell when it's unnecessary. Then this week I met with Sean for my buy back. Everything went smoothly and he even went the extra mile to make sure my second appointment was on the date that I needed. Best dealership I've ever been to. Honestly.

Went there to get my car fixed for an A/C issue. Nicola had me all set for repairs while explaining the procedures. Repairs took longer than expected because of unforeseen circumstances but nonetheless got taken cared of at the original quote. Oleksiy took over my file and maintained the same level of high customer service since Nic went on vacation. Great experience would highly recommend !

I recently contacted [Mazda Longueuil ] regarding [vehicle inspection ]. Unfortunately, my experience with the customer service representative was disappointing.
She Refused to provide her name despite my request.
2. Displayed a rude and careless attitude.
3. Failed to address my concerns in a timely and professional manner.
I expect a higher level of service from [Mazda Longueuil ]. As a customer, I deserve respect, transparency, and accountability.

Reached out because I noticed they were selling a car I was considering purchasing elsewhere. Spoke to Salar and told him I had negotiated with a different dealer for the exact same car at a far better price and asked if he could give me a more competitive offer. He basically said there was no way he could go that low and terminated our conversation. It's fine if you can't, but have some basic manners and people skills if you work in sales.

Friendly staff to greet you. Unfortunately not all their mechanics are competent. They performed an expensive repair which didn't remedy the problem. After paying the invoice, leaving and driving around the block. I returned to the dealer. When they realized what was really the issue, they insisted I pay again to fix something completely different. Are they dishonest or simply incompetent? I'm guessing a bit of both.

They did not charge me and my car is working perfectly ever since!

He and his team, especially Ms.Alexia at the Service Department and Mr. Anthony in the Detailing Department are all outstanding! They are very personable, very attentive to every customer and very competent and consummate professionals.
I wholeheartedly recommend Honda des Sources for it's excellent and exceptional service.

I would not recommend this dealership due to their lack of honesty and transparency. On the day we went to pick up the car we had purchased, we asked for proof that all the necessary work and repairs agreed upon two weeks prior had been completed. After spending 20 minutes searching, they came back and admitted they had forgotten! They kept the car for two weeks to do these repairs and called us to pick it up, but hadn't done any of the work.
Additionally, the ad mentioned that the car came with two sets of tires. On the day of delivery, despite telling us the car was ready and the tires were in the car, they said they couldn't find the second set. They told us to pay for it now and they would deliver it later.
We cancelled our purchase, but it was a waste of our time. If you read this review, save yourself the trouble and go with another dealer because you can't trust them. If you still want to buy from them, make sure to have the car inspected by another professional before signing anything!

Reception went well. The recall work went very quickly. I was approached to have my car washed. I decided to have just the exterior washed and waxed. The car looked great, but when I got home I noticed that all my mag wheels had not been thoroughly cleaned. For the cost of the wash and wax, I would expect the car to be pristine. A bit of a disappointment It is the first time I have ever had the car washed at the dealership. I have included a couple of photos. Very happy with the overall service, just a little miffed that I had to finish the job when I got home.

This place is full of arrogant people, woman called Maud Beaudoin and man called Matthew. if you speak english only, they will humiliate you all the way. They wrote down my name wrong on certificate ( because it’s uncommon name in quebec , not his mistake Matthew said) and my car model name wrong ( Versa instead of sentra ) .All I aksed them was to help me so i don’t have wrong information in government system and i needed it to register my car in quebec but they did not provide me correct certificate and suggested it’s my “demand” for correction so i have to call agent which i did.they still did not provide me correct certificate for inspection.i had spend money and time to get another car inspection. Imagine. Forget about tiny apology for all trouble and make u upset but They were incredibly rude, angry and unapologetic. Just makes u scared in this province with this attitude of people. Avoid this place for ur mental peace.

A roofing nail lodged in your tire that you find when you get to your MILs funeral really makes a hard day even worse.
Driving all the way from Trenton home to Kitchener afterwards and hoping it doesn't come out is a terrible idea. Driving all that way on a donut is a bad idea too!
They were very fast, friendly, efficient and compassionate about getting me in and out before they closed but after the funeral so that I did not have to worry while attending the funeral about what I was going to do.
We made it home safely! Thank-you!

Great service until you face issues. Tire pressure sensor died after a year after purchase of the vehicle. Refused to be changed under warranty - sensor warranty is void if changed tires elsewhere. Had a flat tire and fixed it somewhere? Warranty void. Have they inspected the sensor? No. It's hard for them to detach the tire and inspect the sensor. Just pay $170 for new one, fix flat tire/change tires and void the warranty again. Mazda will apologize, void the warranty, rip you off and will wish you a great day
Edit: replying to the dealer's comment: 1. I'm not Richard; 2. Dealer never detached the tire from the rim to see the physical damage. Just pointing finger into the sky that is has been physically damaged. Or maybe they used tarot cards. Who knows 🤷🏻♂️

I had all 6 tires replaced with new tires on our RV. The ride home was not very good in comparison so I called and spoke to Kim, the Manager the next morning to go over my concerns and some items on the Invoice. Kim was very professional and suggested I bring the RV back. In the end I opted to upgrade the front tires to Michelin and with some checks and balances on the Invoice this was done at an extremely reasonable price. When the work was done I took one of the crew on a test drive on the 401 and was pleased with the performance. Thanks to Ron and the crew for their work. This is definitely a company that will go out of their way to ensure you are happy with their product and service.

Two things brought me to blue mountain Honda today, for one owning a vehicle is a necessity and secondly my very first car that I purchased was a very reliable cool white 1989 Honda Civic hatchback. Margarita Vega welcomed me to Blue mountain Honda i told her my story, and that I was indecisive and that I was just looking. Offered me options on new vehicles from leasing to finance also an allotment of used cars, but I have to say there was this nice cool blue Honda Ridgeline that caught my eye, Margarita gave me all the specifications very knowledgeable and after shaking the GMs hand today Dayne kramp got me very excited. I got margaritas number I'm definitely giving it heavy thought. My dog Kiko also felt ways as his favorite dog treats Honda had to offer, very cooool Blu mountain Honda I was taken back never have I seen a dog treat station. Overall experience very impressive demonstration with customer service and product knowledge the Blue mountain Honda place looks live. What a great experience, went there on a recommendation from a friend. They were able to schedule me in earlier than expected. Explained everything in terms I could understand. Had me back on the road, and charged me less than the original quote. Will definitely be a return customer and look forward to calling them my go to shop.

Update: two months after the service, the car is leaking oil. They have a new person taking service appointments. He exudes a level of arrogance rarely seen outside of a Parisian Bistro. These guys don’t care.
What a disappointment. We brought our jeep. Grand Cherokee summit in for service. There was a vibrating/rattling sound coming from the dashboard that they refused to cover under the warranty because I might have hit a bump or something. A bump or some thing! This is the most awarded off road vehicle ever and they are worried about me hitting a bump! This is a vehicle that they claim can go out in any conditions and go off road in extreme conditions. Yet a noise in the dashboard is not covered under warranty. Absolutely ridiculous!
This was escalated to the service manager, and they refused to cover this. This does not speak well of the Jeep brand or the service department.
I’m sorry, but the best recommendation I could make is to take your Jeep to a better more ethical dealer/service department

I hit a snag with the brakes work that was done on my van, but Eric, the owner, took ownership of the issue and brought the matter to my complete satisfaction. I'll always take my business where I find good old-fashioned customer satisfaction (old-fashioned means without the fine print that one finds everywhere nowadays!). Also, Mateo (sp?) and Ryan at the front desk are very friendly and pleasant.

So far only good things to say. They've done work on my ac, and my exhaust system. Both times was cheaper than I had expected (also WAY cheaper than an estimate I had from Canadian tire.

Went in to change the tires on my trailer. I was provided a quote for smaller tires over the phone, however when I got there they realized that tires I need were different than the quote, they honored the quote I was given - without me even asking for it!
Once the tires were removed a hole in the rim was identified and I required a new rim, the guys in the shop sprayed my old rim so I would have two white rims!!! *hugs*
They also went above any beyond to sprayed the trailer so that it would be easier to lift and lock latch on with ease.... you guys made my day!! 🙂 thank you!!

I highly recommend doing business with any other dealership aside from this one. I was cold called two weeks ago about my interest in selling my vehicle and they were looking for used ones as they are in short supply. I told them on the phone I didn’t have interest in selling my vehicle and not interested in wasting my time nor there’s. on the phone they highly suggested I come in as I’ll be surprised by how much they offer me for my truck. When I finally agreed I went into the dealership for the appointment, not only did I have to wait 45 minutes to talk to someone as there was no sales rep on site yet. (Not sure why you’d make appointments for times when you don’t have staff on site) they told me they weren’t sure why they called me and the offer was extremely low and a huge waste of time.
My original experience when I was looking for a vehicle with this dealership was just as disappointing. As well as there service department.
I would highly recommend taking your business to another dealership who’s more honest and won’t waste your time.
My experiences at Rive Sud Chrysler have been positive. Would recommend maybe looking there.

Booked services not in the system upon arrival for scheduled work…more than once it has happened that booked work not done on time or completed
I took a day and a half off of work so my car could be detailed Monday morning. They start calling me Tuesday morning me to tell me they couldn’t do it on time. Can I keep my car for another 24 hours which I use for work…
literally nothing done on their end to help create a resolution. benefiting their clients.
will only return for maintenance covered under warranty any extra services I will start spending my money elsewhere

Best Service i've ever had, i drove 6hrs and would do it again to buy a car from these guys. I live in Toronto and drove down to purchase a Scion XB, lets start by saying the first conversation I had with Freddy was outstanding, upbeat...clear...answered every question without hesitation. He had to tend to something and i then spoke with Kevin...never missed a beat same service and courteous mannerisms as the other sales person.
These guys were completely upfront about the vehicle and everything was completely transparent, answered every phone call and text ,they even sent me photos describing everything in detail so I could make a clear decision.
Honestly this is my 10th car and these guys are definately at the top when it comes to car sales...these guys know how to make a customer feel comfortable when there spending thousands...and my car was one of the cheaper ones and they still showed me that time and commitment.

It was a bit hard to find someone responsible for selling used cars. They seemed to be not interested in selling this car. I made milions of phone calls, but finally we made a deal.
