Stampede Toyota is the best Toyota dealer in Calgary! They have the best team as well. I have been to all the other Toyota dealers in Calgary and had not very good experience. I went outside Calgary looking for a better dealer and at a point I almost went with a different car brand as well. I would recommend Stampede Toyota to everyone. I want to say thank you to the Toyota dealership for their service. I had a difficult situation with my banking history and I had to change the choice of car several times (about 4 times). Manager Emma (if you're reading this, I'm sorry I forgot your last name) and dealer Kirill Kim showed themselves at the best level. They patiently waited for my decision and selected the best options for me based on my situation and wishes. I highly recommend that you contact the salon and especially these two employees. This is definitely 5+.

My experience at Volkswagen was exceptional, largely thanks to Alex Kamal. He made purchasing my 2020 Q5 S-Line a breeze. Alex was incredibly helpful, patient, and a pleasure to deal with. Unhelpful and rude. Brought my car in to get the radio fixed (radio was turning on on it's own. Even when the key wasn't in the ignition). Got the car back and the radio code wasn't put in. Went back to get the radio code and they wanted to charge me 150$ for the code. They also did an oil change without consulting me before doing it.
Told the representative that they didn't call me to confirm the oil change and said "that's impossible".
I explained the radio issue I was having and he said "that's how it's supposed to work", I told him he must change his car battery a lot of his radio turns on on it's own and plays overnight. He then said "oh ya, that's not normal". I was constantly made to feel like I was a liar. I will never bring my car back here.

Bought a certified used Rav4. Paid 3300$ for extended warranty. First week of ownership had noise in transfer case. They fixed it. Now the roof leaks when it rains. Called to get an appointment. Want me to leave the car but wont offer a loaner. How am i suppose to get to work? How do they certify it with problems? Spend your money at somewhere else.

I like Toyota cars, but my experience with this dealership was interesting. I had just visited the Mazda dealership across the street which despite the fact the dealership was closing in 10 minutes, they helped me as if it was 9 am in the morning and they had just opened. I came to Toyota, didn't know they were closing soon when I entered. The "second" I walked through the doors, the receptionist screams across the dealership... Sorry we are closed... Come back another day. She wasn't wrong. I had no choice then to come that late, and really needed a car sooner than later. After that, I left the dealership, went back home and the next day, went back to Mazda to look at their cars.

I ordered brand new Highlander and got it in less than 2 months - much quicker than I expected. Hui and Bishoi also assisted and made my experience super smooth and easy.

I bought a used Honda CR-V 2019 from them less than 1 month ago and after care is completely non-existent. It's disappointing because they were very accommodating to rush the sale at my request. However, I was refused a follow-up at the service department concerning noises, broken equipment and maintenance lights that appeared a few days after purchase. I was told, and I quote: "We did check the car as we were supposed to but there wasn't anything to be done at the time of purchase. We aren't responsible for the oil changes or basic maintenance of the car because it isn't certified. If it was bought from Honda that would make it certified and they would have done the maintenance but you bought it from a Volkswagen dealership." Also: "Unfortunately there isn't anything further we are going to do on the CRV. We did the inspection and nothing was needed at the time of purchase or before." When I insisted, he required proof of the noise and supposedly forwarded the info to service. I didn't hear back from service and let Alex the salesman know. He said they called another number I don't have access to. They were supposed to call me at the right number 5 days ago and I still haven't heard back. I don't know if Alex is the shady one or if the whole company is, but this isn't right. Meanwhile, the noise is worsening. Horrible customer service. They don't care about customer satisfaction or loyalty after a sale. The embodiment of the stereotypical sleazy car salesman

It was an excellent experience! I felt as an important customer and the Toyota team provided me with a knowledgeable advice and was determined to serve to my needs, rather than trying to upsell. Jeremy Latreille was an excellent advisor and gave a honest and clear information, also regarding the delays. Lastly, the delays to receive a new car were not too much and respected, which was crucial for me.

Last February 2023, I made a purchase of a 2024 Toyota Corolla from Canyon Creek Toyota. Unfortunately, there was a delay in the production process at the Toyota plant, resulting in a longer wait time for the car to be delivered. Despite this setback, I was highly impressed with the delivery schedule that Canyon Creek had initially provided. Additionally, the Manager at Canyon Creek Toyota went above and beyond to assist me in resolving a few minor pricing issues. Their exceptional service has left a lasting impression on me, and I will definitely consider returning to Canyon Creek dealership for any future car needs. The service front desk is helpful and I want to shout out to the shuttle gentleman (very sorry I forgot his name) who picked me up from Costco and drop me off right at the front desk so I would not need to carry all heavy stuff around. Brought my 2020 Sienna to Charlesglen Toyota twice, spark plugs filled with oil, and engine rattled heavily when idle . Service manager said " It's normal to have spark plug filled with engine oil" , and deemed the car as " normal condition" , so they don't fix it. Will update video of the " normal rattled engine " soon. 5 start for their "bravely normal honest behavior" :)) , but not for their expertise :))

Service department, especially Chad, they are always on top of things. One time there was a discrepancy in my quote and the labour completed. Was adjusted with no issues. The next time I had a service, they accommodated my car while I was away for the weekend and they did fantastic work! Really helpful service crew! This is my third in 22 years from this dealership. I have a lot of trust with this crew.

Wow! Couldn't get my licence plates off my car when I needed to renew them. Service Ontario agent kindly suggested I try a dealership. Drove my VW to Hanna Ford Motors in Collingwood, since there is no VW dealer here, and Jamie Hanna came out and wrestled the screws off -- despite the fact they were rusted and we couldn't get a grip on them. He then found new bolts, put the old plates back on the car so I could drive back to Service Ontario, then offered to tighten the bolts for me once I had the new plates -- and he did! Fantastic and kind help even though I was not a customer. I will be for my next vehicle!

I have gone through the purchasing experience from numerous dealers over the years, and Charlesglen has been by far the best.
Stephen was a great salesman to deal with. Very knowledgeable of all things Toyota and the dealership. He genuinely seemed to be caring about getting the best deal possible.

I showed up to Canyon in a difficult situation and after a couple not so stellar experiences at other dealers, I wasn’t really too optimistic. I gave them an extremely difficult task and an even more difficult timeline with target budget that didn’t have too much wiggle room. Cel gave me multiple options, worked with her team, got the managers involved to help me figure out a solution. Everyone went above and beyond what I expected to make sure they not only made a deal work, but that I was happy with what I ended up driving as well! They got me in a newer, comparable size, and similarly trimmed model than my former truck, all while getting my payments where I needed them to be.

Worst experience ever!! Brought my car in because while i was driving my back windshield shattered all of a sudden. I have seen it happen frequently on VW rear windshield or sunroof. The employee in charge of the services tells me he has never seen that happen on a VW. He takes a look for 2 minutes and points at me a small crack on the glass that is covered by my trunk, so nothing could hit that specific spot. He tells me that it’s that chip that caused the entire glass to shatter! Calmly i try to understand his reasoning and ask why it wouldn’t be the other way around, that the shatter cause that little chip? Or even when i opened and closed my trunk to remove my stuff before dropping my car off. All sides and corners are shattered. He tells me that there are no ways to know and all they can do are assumptions and he is certain that the warranty won’t cover the repairs (my warranty is still valid for 7 months). Not convinced at all, since the entire glass shattered and there are no possible way to point out if a crack caused all this. They didn’t want to make more efforts then that, they didn’t care. I had to go to work, so i just told them to fix it (400$+tx) and to give me a courtesy car. He told me that they don’t have any at the moment but they work with enterprise the car rental company, they would drop me off there and they will cover the charges, fine by me, i had no choice at this point. They drop me off at enterprise, i get there and the guy tells me that I am the one that has to pay for the rental and thats what the employee at VW told them. I try to call him back 4 times, to get a hang of him on the 5th. His story changes and he tells me that the rental is only covered if the warranty covers the damages on my car, knowing exactly that he did not mention that to me before sending me to enterprise. The rental of the car would have cost 450$ since it takes 6 days for my car to be fixed. I Decided not to rent a car because i don’t have that money to spend on a rental.. so I had to wait there for an hour and a half for a family member to pick me up because VW gave me the wrong information and decided to get rid of me by dropping me off like that. No consideration whatsoever!
My friend had the same problem and another dealership fixed it under warranty because the doubted that it was an electrical issue that caused the heating wires on the windshield that didn’t work properly. But they didn’t want to hear any of that.

Recently bought a used 2019 CRV and had a great experience with London Honda! My partner and I have never financed a car, and usually feel out of place and awkward in a dealership, but all the staff helped us feel welcome and explained everything super clearly. Adam our sales guy was super awesome and made us feel listened to and comfortable the whole time, which was great since we usually feel intimidated with the whole buying a car experience. Murat helped us out with the financing and paperwork and he did such a wonderful job and didn’t push anything onto us that we didn’t need, just gave us a good idea of all the options we had and did his best to save us money. Everyone was super helpful when we had questions during the visit, and Murat was also so helpful over the phone while we were getting our insurance figured out. Super excited to continue to go here and get our car serviced cause everyone on the team seems super great! I would totally recommend coming here cause it seems they have something for everyone whether it’s your first car or you’re a seasoned car owner.

Amazing Location and staff!! I was going to “look” at the used lot and saw the 2021 4 Runner (that I now call my black widow)…. I was greeted by Fran Tagudar! Fran was amazing, she was honest, courteous and went above and beyond! I highly recommend Fran!! She answered all my questions, amd responded to my many text messages and phone calls in a timely manner. Emma from finance department was extremely helpful and Adam Kumi is a fantastic product advisor! I highly recommend Stampede Toyota, and not only because of the quality of the Toyota, but these specific staff members are world class and made my purchase experience phenomenal!!

Never again. DON’T go here! They can’t be trusted! I had a leaking sunroof so I got it looked at and was quoted an extremely high price. I basically had one plastic tube that was disconnected which was causing the leak. I was told that I should replace all 4 “tubes” because they would break soon. (Quoted $650 for the parts and 4 hours of work - an hour for each tube). After telling my boyfriend what they quoted me, he was flabbergasted and told me to immediately say no & that they were clearly ripping me off. So he then went on YouTube and found out how to fix the issue. He opened it up and saw that it was simply disconnected and put it back in its place. The other 3 tubes were fine not even blocked nor broken. It took him a total of 20 minutes to reconnect the tube in place and inspect the other sides. I’m still in shock?! Not only could they have just reconnected it for me when seeing what the issue was, but they could have also been honest and not want to charge me for stuff that isn’t broken and that takes 20 minutes and not 4 hours?! Is it because I’m a woman and they think they can get away with it?! I’m utterly disgusted & insulted and will never ever go back here ever again! On top of that I waited an hour for the shuttle service.. Unacceptable. Worst experience ever! Do me a favor and don’t waste your time or money on these scammers.

Called for service on a 2yr old ranger purchased from this dealer. Wanted cost to service breaks vehicle has done 34k to keep everything working well given our winters I like them to be stripped and cleaned and pins related to save future headaches down the road. The lady was unable to give a cost without seeing vehicle asked to book it in to receive cost and she hung up the phone. Just another ignorant badly trained staff member with zero customer service skills. My advice avoid this place for service like the plague, go to masters mechanic they seem to no more about fords products than the dealership, with a customer service set up that out performs the idiot I spoke regarding knowledge and politeness that the lady I spoke to would never achieve in a lifetime. Finally in 6 more months we will change the ranger we were going to get the new model but after this experience Toyota it is, congratulations ford your dealers are excelling themselves at driving customers to other brands.

"we would appreciate your response to the service performed on your vehicle. You will receive a second email if your chosen to respond".
This only proves that they know something was done wrong and they prefer not to deal with it.
If they respond to this review, aswell as other reviews, they'll say something like...
" we don't have you in our system. Please feel free to contact us directly blah blah blah".
Why don't you's deal with the issues immediately before waiting until a customer responds here ?

Their customer service went from great to mediocre at best. I used to even make a detour to bring my car there for maintenance, but definitely not anymore, sad.

I recently visited Complexe 440 for scheduled 60k maintenance on my car, hoping for a smooth uneventful experience. That's what I expect, considering the cost of the service vs the work that's actually done.
However, I left extremely disappointed and frustrated. After picking up my car, I noticed a new "airbag error" message on the console--which I've never seen before--and a non-functional horn, both of which were perfectly functional prior to the visit. The inspection report even stipulates that the horn was functional!!!
Shockingly, the service department refused to take responsibility, claiming they were not accountable for issues that arise while the car is in their care. I even made them repeat that part to ensure that it wasn't a misinterpretation: if something breaks while your car is in the garage, they will not take responsibility for it. They even wanted to charge me 150$ to plug the car in the computer to see the cause of the new code!
This lack of accountability, coupled with their dismissive attitude towards resolving the problem, highlights their poor customer service and professionalism. I advise potential customers to think twice before choosing Complexe 440, as their negligence and refusal to address their mistakes reflect poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Bought a New Car, lady at the front warmly welcomed and properly assign sales person Mr Umair. He showed everything which was available appropriately and with great care. I was impressed upon his Excellent Customer Service in a way that not only he showed me the positive features of vehicle but he also informed me about conditions which was not okay too, an extra star for this. Mr Lieu (Sales Manager) personally came in during the potential deal to help me out and showed all the information and document which actually helped me out in making a decision. I had millions of questions which both of the gentlemen answered efficiently.

I had my truck booked for in a harsh transmission shifting issue so I dropped it off the night before for service. During the day the loaner vehicle I had from my neighbour needed to be returned to the owner by 12pm. Around 11am I called Hanna's explaining the situation as I was in a pinch. Service Advisor said the truck was scheduled to be looked at for 1pm but said he would see what could be done. He called back within 30 minutes saying the truck was fixed ready for pickup now. I got the loaner returned to the neighbour in time and picked up my truck right after. Stellar service and the problem has been fixed!

This review is a little late because I’ve been a little busy, but I wanted to let people know who don’t know already, Blue Mountain Honda is by far the best dealership I’ve been to in a while. As you all know trying find a lot of vehicles on ground has been challenge to say the least, but the folks down at Blue Mountain Honda proved that was challenge they would accept and conquer for us. We initially went looking for a 2023 Honda Civic Touring which was nowhere to be found. After going to several other Honda dealerships and dealing with unhelpful staff, and no inventory, we figured to try our luck at Blue Mountain Honda. Upon arrival we were greeted by the manager, I believe his name is Greg, who asked if we were there to see any salesperson in particular, offered us hot chocolate, which was splendid I must say, asked if there was any specific vehicle we had our eyes on and gave us a little information on the timings for certain vehicles due to the shortages going on in the industry. I had spoken to a salesperson via email (Quinn F.) so I figured it only fair that it be the same person who gets the sale. The manager, Greg, then came back and informed us that Quinn would be a little longer and asked if we’d like to take a 2023 Honda Civic for a test drive while we wait, of course we did and we fell in love. When we got back Quinn was ready, he then told us that the Civic wasn’t going to be available for 3-5 months, which sucked but was understandable. Quinn asked if there was anything else we had seen or if we thought about any other vehicles and we said maybe the 2023 Honda CRV, they had one there so they said take it for a drive and see, so we did, and my wife instantly fell for the vehicle. We went back to the dealership and spoke with Quinn about the availability/wait time for the CRV he said if you want it then we should do up some paperwork so we did. 3 days later thanks to Greg, Quinn and Dawn we’re the proud owners of a 2023 Honda CRV We thank you guys so so much. Keep up the good work. Best customer service hands down.

I've had great service. Matt at the service counter was very helpful and accommodating when I needed a fairly major engine repair done well beyond the warranty period. You may have to wait a bit for your service needs as they are fairly busy but is likely worth it. Even their over the counter parts pricing seems to be better than some other dealerships. I would advise checking the OEM price for parts here before buying at an aftermarket location

It's nice when you arrive at a commercial establishment and find someone who treats you like a friend. Well, that happened to me today. While cleaning the snow off my windshield I broke the wipers. So I called Toyota Collingwood and was answered by a gentleman named Andy, it was my luck on the phone he already explained what could have happened and told me to take the car to him. They fixed the wipers and I went home happy. Thank you friend, keep up the excellent work. God bless.

I have bought 2022 New Tiguan and it was wonderful experience!! For more than 2 months, I have visited so many dealer shops and have met so many dealers, but I can say Complexe Volkswagen 440 is the best dealer shop ever! Mathieu, Audreane, Serge, Stephane, Hugo, Marc! I really want to write down how kind they were in detail but I don't have enough English skill for it. They were super kind, whenever I had a problem they did their best to help me out. Especially, Mathieu and Audreane!! I felt they were doing their best to make me and my wife satisfied, not to sell a car. I definately recommand this dealer shop!!!

My experience with Collingwood Toyota was fantastic, Everything from my first visit to the last day i left with my car went so smoothly. Sales Manager explained everything i needed to know about my vehicle and i left confidently. I bought my car from this dealership a few years ago and I am absolutely satisfied. Since then I’ve always taken my car here for services like oil changes, check-ups, and tire swaps. They do a great job. Highly recommended!

C-HR. This is the 3rd vehicle that I have purchased from Collingwood Toyota since 2010. I have dealt with Ed Akitt on all 3 vehicles and its been a great experience from the start. He has turned into a friend more than car sales man. I would recommend talking to Ed if you are looking to purchasing a new Toyota. He will not steer you wrong. Everyone at Collingwood Toyota are friendly and great to deal with.

After a less than stellar experience with my local Toyota dealer (twice, and awful would be a better description) I discovered Collingwood Toyota. Not only did Shane and Vicki answer every question I had they were friendly, honest and genuinely cared about my inquiries.
I wasn't pressured or misled, and was given all the facts. I probably sent about 25 emails and every single one was answered promptly, accurately and in a friendly manner. When it came time to negotiate, it was painless and I was happy with the discount.
That led me to commit to purchase despite being almost two hours away from my home. I was told my rare model would take a few months as there was limited allocation. Low and behold Shane located one, in all of Ontario and made arrangements to have it brought in for me. All within a couple weeks! Vicki in finance provided all required info and again answered all my questions. They both were genuinely pleased I made a purchase and treated me like a old friend.
Overall the best experience for a major purchase I have ever made and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or refer a family or friend. Keep up the awesome work Collingwood Toyota!!
