I did a new abo in the shop and they say me there is no activation fee. I got a bill with 99.- activation fee. Then I came back to the shop to explain the situation and remove the activation fee but they say they couldn't do nothing without the contract. Is this a joke?

An excellent experience!

Serge, who handled my case (bringing in an iPhone), was impeccable.

He was friendly, professional, and created such a welcoming atmosphere. He even offered coffee to both me and my girlfriend while explaining the entire process in a relaxed and pleasant manner.

He even noticed when I mentioned to my girlfriend that I liked the music playing in the store, and then he turned the volume up a notch!

Little things like this made the experience remarkable!

This week, despite having some very annoying phone troubles, I had a great experience with getting support and excellent customer service here. The android expert here, Piña, was especially super great with me! The phone I had bought wasn't working well, but she helped me return it and advised me on what other models to buy. She was kind, honest, knowledgeable, and patient, and I really appreciated that! Thank you!

This company cannot deliver a good quality of network. It’s nerve Breaking to constantly trying to load a page or trying to stream with unlimited internet that though is constantly crawling anywhere in Switzerland even at the big cities and centers. Yallo needs still to invest a lot of money to be a legit company in telecommunications .

Worst Customer Service I have experienced in a very long time.
Chat bot does not understand simple problem discriptions. Ask you to repeat.
Over the phone, they divert you to different people and you have to start from scratch.
After 7 (!) phone calls and several attempt with the chat bot, my problem is still not solved.
I hate yallo.

We went to the shop to cancel the contract because we are leaving the country. They nicely told us we just had to bring there the router before leaving and there was no problem with the contract cancellation, we only had to bring on site the Abmeldbeastätigung. Turns out the info were wrong , we had to do everything online and give a two months notice. Now he have to pay 250 chf for nothing

Buying a phone here was a big mistake.
The phone never had signal, after testing 3 different mobile operators, I asked for an exchange, which they refused. I had to come with 2 phones and show the difference in reception. They still denied it, and I had to stay for 4 hours arguing with them. The new replacement has issue with battery and they refuse also to exchange, it last only 3-4 hours but they deny any issue. The staff is also really stressed, I think they might have poor working conditions.

I bought a Mac about six months ago

It has been giving me problems with the battery (which means that it does not last without being connected to the power what I asked for when I bought it) when I specifically talked to the one who sold it to me that I needed it to work away from home and on top of that there are problems connecting to the Wi-Fi

I’ll come back if there can be a solution and they just tell me that the computer is very old and that the battery is fine, I was expecting another answer.

Really disappointing experience, brought my iphone there to replace the cracked back glass only, nobody warned me this is a risky job to do.
They broke the front screen while doing it, replaced it but since it’s not a genuine apple screen now my battery is draining by about 1% per minute (within 5 minutes at the shop while showing the issue 5% were gone, lost 2% just typing this). Owner declined any responsibility or goodwill fix to test another screen that might remediate problem and refused that a non-certified screen might impact the battery (which it in fact can). 150 paid to make it worse and now I actually have to buy a new phone.
EDIT: Yes I did want the battery changed at first but it wasn’t draining by the minute, that started after they broke my front screen when changing the back and replaced it with a cheap replacement.

TRAP TRAP don't buy anything from this place. Went to this shop to buy prepaid sim for 5 days , The guy with Turkey 🇹🇷 flag on along with Swiss was this is the sim, we have for 70 franks and this is Switzerland. So ?? I think he lives on some other planet. I checked twice is it a main networking company I Switzerland? Name of Sim company is Talk Talk ? Sounds funny that Swiss named their top telecom company Talk Talk. Because the staff was looking suspicious that they are just standing there to trap tourists.
I went out and checked with some locals and they said I could have got cheaper sim if I would have bought direct sim from genuine Swiss telecom company. They sold me some 3rd party sim, which uses local mobile towers and shares the signals and its been commission based plans.
Well the impression of Zürich, Switzerland because of this unpleasant experience is bit low considering the reputation of country. Is Switzerland expensive? Not for people who lives in Finland, Norway, Denmark so mind it when you tell others that this Switzerland.

Took our phone and tablet in to repair a crack and the owner decided to throw out the WORKING screens and say that he couldn't fix them, despite working previously. We ended up getting the police involved due to this disgusting shop not even wanting to give us a document about our property. Sketchy, disgusting practice.
I would never recommend coming here and I hope no one ever falls victim to their idiocy again.

EDIT: Oh boy, they decided to respond! A RedMi A2 (a phone you guys distribute as a replacement) which is worth 69CHF on Digitec so there's one lie disproved. Secondly, where is any of the paperwork that you gave us the phone? Imagine doing ANY professional work! If you had proof, you'd send us a letter. Too bad you did literally nothing you scumbag liars.

Handybildschirm zur Reparatur gebracht. Dauerte 8 Wochen. Bei zwei Anrufen von mir wurde jeweils versprochen, dass ich es die Woche noch abholen kann, ebenso, dass im Preis inbegriffen der Akku ausgetauscht wird, war auch nicht der Fall. Dritter Anruf mit Ankündigung der Abholung in 5 Tagen, selbst unrepariert, hat der Mitarbeiter einfach aufgelegt. Bei Aushändigung fehlte der SIM-Karten-Halter. Keine Updates von Mobilezone, keine Entschuldigung. Nie wieder.

I am extremely disappointed by the service of Yallo. I recently discovered that you have to pay 1-. taxe if you want to pay your bill using TWINT. NO store does this !!!! You already increased the price of the subscription last year for no reason and now you start to include taxes for everything. It is a shame.

(My contracts were cancelled by mistake when hotline support was trying to register a change of address, and now I have no network connectivity at home or on my mobile phone...).

I don't know who rates this more than 1, personally me can score this shop to -1, as even zero you need to be at least normal to have. No service, rude staff, place where I would not go even if this would be the last shop in Switzerland.
Completely unacceptable service. They took my router, and did not notify me that they didn't cancel the contract. I ended up having to pay for 4 additional months. Stay away, and go with Salt instead.

Be careful with this enterprise; we want to cancel our subscription at home with my husband. They were charging double internet at home after a phone call to offer a better modem. Since 2 months, they have been charging me $200 from now on, and when I called, they promised to correct that, but it has still not changed. That is like stilling every month. I cannot believe it.

Anyone knows what happens to fiber lines (infrastructure) in Würenlingen? We lost the home fiber internet on 13.9.2023. Yallo still hasn't told what happened and how long the issue will be solved. All the customer service on phone focused on selling me more mobile package than telling me what happened and how to solve it. Yallo has cheaper price, is good also not good (when something bad happen, they might not have enough resource to slove it).

Ich wollte kürzlich in dieser Filiale meiner Apple Ultra Watch eine SIM Karte hinzufügen und mit meinem Iphone verbinden lassen. Der Filialleiter hat das sehr professionell gemacht zu meiner zufriedenheit. Nun jetzt könnte man sagen ist ja sein Job, ja klar, nur hat er dazu auch meine beiden Mobile Abos also auch meine Home Internetpaket angeschaut und enormes Sparpotential festgestellt. So ging ich nach Hause mit monatlich 32.- weniger ausgaben für gleiche Leistung, macht im Jahr 384.- CHF.

Kurz: Haben oder nicht haben! Deswegen meine wärmste empfehlung für diese Filiale.

Somit habe ich auch den kommenden Teuerungsausgleich von Sunrise mehr als übertrumpft.

It was hard to find Yallo office at Zurich HB. We find one desk inside Fix repair and one inside mobilezone.ch, the same floor.
Hatte anfangs Juli mir dort vor Ort das S22 Ultra bestellen lassen. Ich wurde sehr höflich und korrekt von einem Jungen Mann mit Blonden Haaren empfangen und er konnte mich sehr gut beraten im Bereich Abo Auswahl da ich zuvor mein Abo wechseln wollte und er mir den Unterschied aufzeigen konnte und mich zu meiner Auswahl brachte beim Bestehendem 55Fr Abo zu bleiben wo man sehr viele Vorteile hat wieder zu den günstigeren Abos. Wir hatten eine Frage zu dem immer schlechteren Mobile Empfang mit Sunrise. Der Berater konnte nicht mal eine neue Simkarte bestellen und war sehr überheblich und frech! Die Folge davon, wir haben sämtliche Verträge gekündigt und werden auch nicht mehr zurückkommen. So verliert man treue Kunden, die Mitbewerber freuts!
1 Stern ist zu viel für diesen Laden. Unkompetente und unfreundliche Mitarbeiter, ständig muss man vorbei gehn weil die ihre Arbeit nicht ernst nehmen. Indirekte Drohung vom ,,Filialleiter" erhalten, frechheit! Ich werde mein Handyabo und Internet bei Sunrise sofort künden! So viele negative Erfahrungen gemacht obwohl ich schon sehr lange Kundin bei Sunrise bin! Ein Tipp noch, als Frau lieber nicht dort hin gehen, man wird nicht ernst genommen. Der Laden ist fast immer leer, das heisst, dass man so viel Zeit hat, wieso wird die Arbeit dann nicht richtig gemacht? Zu viele Raucherpausen?! Bitte schaut zu, dass Ihr eure Mitarbeiter unter Kontrolle bekommt!
Ich bin ebenfalls Geschäftsführerin, würde eine von meinen Mitarbeiterinnen so mit unseren Kunden umgehen, würde dies Kosequenzen mit sich ziehen!
Man bezahlt zu viel und dann bekommt man das Geld nicht mal zurück. Die Mitarbeiter zocken die Kunden ab da die auf Provision arbeiten, doch das man so die Kunden verärgert und somit auch verliert interessiert diese unkompetenten und umgeschulten Mitarbeiter wohl nicht. Das ganze macht kein Sinn, Kundenbindung funktioniert anderst!

It would be 4 stars for the experience in this shop, one star for the company as a whole. After a week without internet, I was more than happy to discover the best way to fix my internet connection, which was to switch from Swisscom to another provider. Very happy since, and not looking back.

Extra points for Swisscom: at the end of the contract, you have the option to return the brand new router to them, for free, because "why not?".
I came, a lady ask me why I was there, she said "sure please wait". I can see people that came after me talking to representatives but not me. Half of them went for pause at 2:10 pm. I was almost the only one waiting to be attended. After 20 min the same lady that said "sure we will sell you a sim prepaid card" came and said "oh we don't sell those" a bit annoyed I said "nice half an hour to tell me that" and she said "no actually 15 min", like that makes it better, specially knowing it wasn't 15 min it was more. Everybody at this shop is very nice, professional and very helpful. We were redirected to the people who spoke in perfect English to us and helped us with everything we needed. We are very happy with their service!!

Typical poor atitude from staff. The person I was dealing with was very good but the other salesman was quite disrespectful and made me ask how to cancel my family's contracts. I have had multiple issues with Salt over the last few years and I think I would now rather switch to a more costly service than continue with them. At a cost of over 2000chf a year for my household I expect better.

Me and my friend went there just to see the new samsung with no intention to buying it and they didn't have a problem with it. They asked if they could help with anything.

When I went there a Saturday evening they had 5 staff, only 2 of them were helping the customers. Other ones were texting on their phone, having a break or doing other tasks. I had to wait 30 min before being helped (after being ignored first by a rude staff member while it was supposed to be my turn), all of that to return my broken TV box for which I had an exchange voucher already. Pfeww !

Watch out for the moody/busy staff. If you're new in Switzerland and qualify to get a phone plan/contract, they might tell you otherwise out of the blue just to get rid of you in order to cope with their workload. If you're not completely sure they're telling the truth, ask for the manager and insist.
