Amazing people and service! Very friendly environment
Completely unacceptable service. They took my router, and did not notify me that they didn't cancel the contract. I ended up having to pay for 4 additional months. Stay away, and go with Salt instead.
Fast in serving and very supportive for my needs.
Bad service!! Stuff is not competent enough and everyone says something different. We had to overpay due to the fact that the employees did not close the payment, disappointed!
The store is as good as it gets, but the staff didn’t know what they were selling, sold me an incorrect product and their mistake costed me time and money.

We have been waiting for our modem for two weeks now and it’s still hasn’t arrived even though our subscription has already started. The staff manning the customer service helpline are completely useless.
I’ve been assisted by Gabriela who really went the extra mile to make sure that my inquiries we’re addressed adequately and I’ve been so satisfied with her service that I’ve had to recommend my friends and family to this particular Sunrise shop due to people like her. Customer service is really important to me and it’s one thing that really makes me come back again and again. Happy & totally recommend!
