5 stars for sales consultant Asil Nasiri from Swisscon Zürich Banhof - very attentive with me client - he was calm, uncomplicated, answered all my doubts and made great sales to me. I am very satisfied with his service and great helpfulness!!! 10/10!
I was received by Djordje and Seraina. They are so patient in sorting out my sim problems and addressed my situation very soon. Cannot ask for more! Swisscom should be proud to have staff like them!
Great service, in English as well. Sorted out my issues within 30 mins. Very happy. There seems to be less people during day time. If you come in the afternoon, there might be a queue. They also open on bank holiday too!
The worst service that I have received in swiscome stores, everyone tells you, promises or "makes solutions" but they never solve the problem. The only employee who has solved my problems is a young man named Vincent Nösf, he gives you the solution instantly.
It would be 4 stars for the experience in this shop, one star for the company as a whole. After a week without internet, I was more than happy to discover the best way to fix my internet connection, which was to switch from Swisscom to another provider. Very happy since, and not looking back.
Extra points for Swisscom: at the end of the contract, you have the option to return the brand new router to them, for free, because "why not?".

I came, a lady ask me why I was there, she said "sure please wait". I can see people that came after me talking to representatives but not me. Half of them went for pause at 2:10 pm. I was almost the only one waiting to be attended. After 20 min the same lady that said "sure we will sell you a sim prepaid card" came and said "oh we don't sell those" a bit annoyed I said "nice half an hour to tell me that" and she said "no actually 15 min", like that makes it better, specially knowing it wasn't 15 min it was more. Then I ask and she says a place, like if I was suppose to know where everything in zürich is. Feeling disappointed with swisscom.
Everybody at this shop is very nice, professional and very helpful. We were redirected to the people who spoke in perfect English to us and helped us with everything we needed. We are very happy with their service!!
