took my phone to replace the charging port and battery. when I came to pick it up I found out that the charging port didn't need to be replaced but fixed / cleaned, so I paid less than originally agreed; got my phone back in 3 hours, super transparent and efficient service!
First when my Iphone 12 pro max's screen was broken, I brought to them and paid 400EUR to repair, everything seemed great, and the guy working there was super friendly. I got my phone the same day.
But apparently they did something wrong and strangely out of no reason the display dimmed and it wasn't possible to increase the brightness, as well as FaceID stopped working after 1.5 months. I brought my phone back to them for diagnostics, which supposed to be done in a day. It took a whole week, I was trying to call them they were just not accepting my calls, neither answering to my emails, and when I could catch them I was hearing a lot of excuses. Finally they told me that I should pay additional money (when on their website it was mentioned that it'll be under warranty) as something was damaged because of water, and it's not related to screen when obviously the problem was the screen and I had no incident with water as I'm working all day in the office. But still as I needed my phone back asap, I was like ok, do it. I paid 60EUR, they did fix only the screen without FaceID. Also after the last repair I noticed that my battery started to work so bad, so it's just working for 4-5 hours and goes quickly to 0.
Now It has passed 2 weeks and my phone has just got completely dead. The worst service I have ever got in my life.

The best phone seller in Berlin , Ahmed and Hammam are so friendly und so helpful , i can highly recommend it.

I have given my mobile to glue my display which went off a fall. It took around 3 days to fix as the display got damaged while gluing back. But they replaced it without any additional payment. It costed me only 15€. So, economical.
Staff are freindly and they speak English. So, communication is easy.

I went to Mobile world for Mobile 13 pro max screen repairing. They repair my mobile with in 10min and very reliable price.
I do recommend to every one at least visit 1 time because they have unlimited mobiles options (I phone ,Samsung, e.t.c), accessories(all mobiles)and best thing they are making contract for SIM cards(o2 ) and Mobile Phones.
Last but not least they can speak multiple languages (English,Turkish,German,Hindi,Urdu e.t.c)

Great service
Went to repair my broken iPhone XR screen. The new one worked semi-well for a week, then dropped it from 10 cm, and the screen stopped working at all. They didn't want to repair it back.
At lest in case of XR screens, they change it for not original screens - be mindful of that. The colors look a bit different and the durability or the screens (as outlined above) is not even close to the original ones.
The prices are substantially lower because:
- they don't give you a receipt (at least I didn't get one)
- they don't use original parts (at least in case of my iPhone XR)
In my opinion, better spend EUR 30-40 more but do it legitimately, with original parts.
At lest in case of XR screens, they change it for not original screens - be mindful of that. The colors look a bit different and the durability or the screens (as outlined above) is not even close to the original ones.

Issue: phone not chargin / turning on / wobbly contact.
2 identical phones in the household so easy to compare.
While picking up the phone for the 2nd time, the owner implied we broke the charging connector again by unplugging the cable correctly causing him to do the same work twice.
This was not the case we had not been able to use the phone at all after the initial repair and the contact felt loose on the very 1st plug-in attempt at home. While the other identical phone as well as our other phones using USB-C all worked fine using the same cables.
The way this was communicated while handing us the phone back left a bad taste and will be the reason for us not to use this store again.
It would however be unfair to give a low rating for this as the issue was in fact solved in the end.

While on my way I noticed the phone wouldn't turn on properly and the screen kept going dark. It quickly went from 1% to 0% charge.
This is my own responsibility, as I was in a hurry I did not take the time to fully verify before leaving the store.
At home, I put the phone flat on the table and inserted the cable, the contact did not feel right it still seemed loose/wobbly like it did before the repair but at least the phone seemed to be charging now.
6 Hours later the phone had 4% charge.
The next day I was unable to turn the phone on properly it kept going off.
When I returned to the shop, the owner graciously agreed to have another look at it.
When I picked up the phone several days later the issue was indeed now fixed and the contact no longer felt loose when plugging in a cable.

I entered the shop upon recommendation with a "smartphone emergency" (my display had all of the sudden stopped working, and my microphone already had an issue before). I got a quote over the price for the repair, and then was told I could come back in two hours already to pick up my phone! I was also sent a personal reminder by email when the phone was fixed.
When I returned to the shop, only the display got exchanged. The shop assistant was honest enough to tell me that the issue with the mic had been easy to fix, and he insisted on only charging for the display repair, but not the mic repair!
He was patient enough to answer all my questions, and was kind enough to even offer me a new case on top as a gift (I instead chose something else :-) ).
I am very glad for the recommendation I got, and can only second it. Needless to say my phone is fully operational again. Top service both on a technical as well as a personal level!

Very competent and helpful service
After 5 years, the battery of my iPhone SE (1st gen) was not working well anymore and I was already worried I might need to get a new phone. Found this shop, called to see if I could pass by any time (I could), went there, took 20-30 minutes for them to replace the battery (waited there, was even offered some coffee) and put on a new protective sheet for the display. Paid less than 30 € for another few years of having my phone, three months warranty. Really nice guy, fast, professional, and good value.
Good offer but thay are doings something that i can't understand many mobile on your name but your not having these .
It is fake shop. They don’t even deserve 1 star. If you want to make your phone worse, go ahead.

This is the best phone repair shop in whole Kleve. My phone display broke and I got it replaced at the store. However due to manufacture fault it stopped working after one day. I went to the store and told what happened and the owner had no spare screens to fix it on a Friday. However he went out of his way to fix it with a semi cracked display till he gets the spare display on Monday so that I can at least take a call or reply to a message. Once the weekend was over I got my screen replaced and after three weeks of testing no issue has occurred yet. Fully satisfied with the customer service! Highly recommended‼️
Awesome! Not the first time they took care of my phone. I only went there to get my ear speaker cleaned. Stayed for a longer chat and was given the opportunity to warm up a little on a freezing day in Berlin. Great service overall and very friendly staff!!
Muhannad is the man for the job. Had a broken Galaxy Note 8 Display, and even though I was aware of the expensive replacement fee, he somehow managed to offer that same expensive display at a much cheaper price. Now I am in possession of a brand new device.

Hello, I was repairing my phone in July and now my phone doesnt work because of nothing. The new master who opened the phone said that 2 screws and a plate are missing. Also one of the screws is thread destroyed. I strongly advise NO ONE come to this shop and repair anything - you will pay more afterwards.
