Went for a 90 minute massage - amazing. Unfortunately, I can't remember the lady's name but she approved new hires.
Pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Being as blind as a bat, never saw this sign and on our second day I was chased out of the sauna because I had my swimming costume on. When I asked about this at reception I was given the reason of hygiene, which doesn't work for me. I have no issues with nudity but feel I should be given the choice or at least a good reason. Also, being forewarned might have helped. I think swim wear should be optional but if I go back at least I'll be prepared.

Had the pleasure of staying here for a few nights on my European Christmas trip and I absolutely adored this hotel! It was absolutely stunning and is perfectly located a two minute walk from the train station and the underground. There was also a Christmas market located right outside. The pool and spa amenities as well as the hot tub were luxurious and, they provided the comfiest robes I’ve ever worn (and I’ve stayed at several Waldorfs in Europe and in the USA). The breakfast was truly a treat and a highlight, the buffet had everything you could have wanted and the made to order menu was our favorite choice to go with. The bar was also gorgeous. All in all. A great experience. Want to be back soon !
Perfect for a day of relaxation. The pool area and the sauna area are big enough to enjoy, but compact enough to keep the overview. The restaurant's food is tasty, with very decent sized portions. We have also enjoyed the massages a lot. Definitely worth a visit if you want to unwind.
had a disappointing experience at this Frankfurt hotel. The reception lacked professionalism and seemed inexperienced. Despite making five calls about my misplaced AirPods, no one could locate the responsible person. Even reaching out via email and speaking to the receptionist before leaving yielded no results. Additionally, with only one restaurant available which was not available and small rooms, it left much to be desired.

Outstanding hotel. Trustworthy property. This marks my third stay. I appreciate the location, breakfast, and the first-floor bar. Our first-night dinner at Rocco restaurant was convenient. The staff is amazing, and the reception is outstanding. We had a wonderful time! Thank you so much.😊
Since I have a Diamond membership, we were upgraded to a junior suite. The room was very big. The rooms were generally a little cold.

Unmöglich ! Rufe seit Tagen an um Termine auszumachen für HYPOXI Training. Habe einen Gutschein über Groupon gekauft jedoch kommt hier keine Antwort obwohl ich jedes Mal auf Anrufbeantworter spreche .Falls man bei Groupon nicht mitmachen kann oder möchte sollte man auch keine Gutscheine anbieten. Ich verstehe nun wirklich nicht diese ganzen positiven Bewertungen, sind aber auch sehr alt . Es kann doch nicht sein, dass man hier total ignoriert wird. Ich habe schließlich für diesen Gutschein bezahlt !!!Die beste Lösung wird wohl sein mein Geld über Groupon zurückzuverlangen.

Room not ready at checkin time. Lost bag. Ripped towels. A broken lamp. Very poor service. After a complaint, I was given a bottle of shampoo? Issues have been raised to Hilton corporate support.
Nice hotel, poor front desk service, pretty mediocre check-in experience. Room wasn’t ready (which is fine), but no updates, limited flexibility to try and find an alternative room in same category, and overall poor client management and communication.

The other thing is that the phone in the room is for decoration only - no one picks up! So I had to go to the lobby to ask someone to come up. And that is absolutely not ok

This is a fantastic Spa. The restaurant offers a great variety. The relax rooms are peaceful. The two whirlpools are great and convenient to get to amongst all of the sauna options. The locker facilities are nice. Lots of parking available too. They have many offerings of Aufguss so you can always find one if you'd like. Sorry no photos since it's textile free.
Our stay was extremely disappointing. There was live music and a party going on below our room until almost 2am. We had an early flight out and barely slept because of the music, screaming and vibrations. Definitely won’t take our chances on this hotel again. Possibly our worst hotel experience ever.
Geschlechter ungleiche Behandlung bei der Kleiderordnung und neue Tower sind sehr schlecht zu tief (Hüfte kann sich verletzen) und schiefe Polster die das Training fast unmöglich machen!
Prinzipiell ein gutes Studio. Was uns stört ist erst waren Damen duschen ausser Betrieb. Okay. Dann im Hochsommer Klimaanlage defekt. Okay. Jetzt in der dritten Woche keine Luftreiniger mehr in Betrieb. Wegen gerade diesen, haben wir uns für dieses Studio entschieden.
This is one of the nicer hotels I have stayed in for business travel recently and it's proximity to the airport terminals and train station is a huge advantage. Check in and check out were smooth as they were carried out by pleasant staff.
The hotel is right at the airport so very convenient. I stayed here as I have an early flight in the morning. My stay was far from stress free. Sure, the rooms are nice and comfortable. But I went to the bar for dinner and drinks. The service is awful. The food is awful. I ordered calamari, which was delivered with a human hair in it. When I complained, the manager was very quick to remove it. As if that wasn’t enough, the staff then chose to avoid me. Took me ages to pay ( yes, I paid despite the quality). Anyway, regardless how convenient this hotel is, I will never stay again.
We are Titanium members at Bonvoy and like to stay at Marriott properties during our travel, this was one we selected because we saw good photos and suggestions. This was not our favorite.

3. I get the small and open bathroom but a bit of privacy would help in the toilet. I don’t need to see my partner through the clear glass while they sit on the toilet.
4. TV was about the size of an iPad. We usually don’t watch tv in a room but after a rainy day we came home and we’re hoping to watch tv, but it was better watching on our phone.
5. This is just me but the reason we are titanium/ platinum elite members (both me and my partner) is the benefits Bonvoy provide. Upon check in we were not told about breakfast, told about Bonvoy benefits or greeted as such.
6. No usb ports anywhere, this is a nice luxury now, but for these prices you’d expect those on the nightstand.

Für ein premium Venice wirklich dürftig. Seit dem Wechsel des Studioleiters herrscht hier McFIT Niveau: es regnet in das Studio, der Boden ist sehr schmutzig und auch die Toiletten sind alles andere als sauber. In den Duschen tummeln sich Stechfliegen. Und all das, obwohl hier wohl kein Personalmangel herrscht..
Not only is this hotel very convenient but it’s an incredible hotel. I stayed one night during a layover. Check-in was fast and friendly. My room was very comfortable and clean. I used the spa facilities to have a sauna session before bed and then used the fitness facilities in the morning before my flight. They even have a Peloton which is always a bonus for me. Breakfast at the Michelin starred Mountain Hub Gourmet Restaurant was delicious. It couldn’t have been a better stay. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.

I was today at this place to have a good relaxed day. Before I came to the place I called they told me there is place for 4 people. When we went to the reception to pay they didnt let us inside because it was “full” the woman at the reception Harstert is her name was very rude to us I won’t recommend any to come to this place if you want a relaxed day because at the end of the day you maybe get the chance to dont come inside and drive for nothing
I went with a friend to have a good drinks and fun in the bar (we are tourists) but the doorman was so rude, he told us that we can enter only with ladies and there is a dress code (things that never been before)... Very snobish and not reccomend place, I will never step there
This is one of the nicer hotels I have stayed in for business travel. It has great amenities, rooms, and the location in relation to the Munich airport is fantastic, all for a fair price. Walking distance to both terminal 1 and 2. It is also very closely situated to a rail station that can take you to many destinations including downtown Munich. I would recommend if you stay here to pay extra for the breakfast buffet. It was fantastic and had a very large & fresh selection.

One of the best places to relax and forget everything outside, there were you fell that you are dreaming but in fakt you are living👍❤️
After an exhausting flight, I was in desperate need of rest and the Munich Hilton airport hotel was a sanctuary. The day room option they offer, with checkout by 6 pm, was a lifesaver. My room was spacious with two comfortable full-sized beds. A highlight was the luxurious bathroom equipped with an oversized bathtub and excellent water pressure. The bed was so cozy I fell asleep almost immediately. I was especially grateful for the blackout shades that kept the daylight out, ensuring uninterrupted sleep.

I inadvertently left behind my Kindle and sleep mask, and at many places, such items would go missing. However, upon contacting the hotel, they promptly responded that they had found my belongings and kept them safe for me to retrieve. Their integrity and professionalism truly impressed me.

Ich bin vom FitBase in das VeniceBeach gewechselt und bin absolut zufrieden. Die Mitarbeiter-/innen sind alle sehr nett, die Umkleiden sind sauber und vor allem groß, die Geräte sind top und man hat genug Platz zum trainieren. 3 verschiedene Saunen sind auch vorhanden und die regelmäßigen Saunaaufgüsse sind auch super :) Eine separate Frauensauna hätte ich mir noch gewünscht, aber es gibt immerhin einen extra Ruhebereich für Frauen!

It's been a top favourite Thermal Sole Spa, after a long time I've come back an noticed that its being bad maintained. It really could need some repairs. Chipped of tiles, ducktaped lights.. It's frequented mostly by elderly people. The water experience is luckily still at my expectations. I hope they make a effort to fix and repair the spa.

between Terminals 1 & 2 at the airport. Breakfast in the executive lounge was delicious with plenty of choices between hot and cold food. The exercise room in the Mountain Spa had a lot of equipment for a workout. We really enjoyed our stay.

The rooms at Roomers hotels are always great, and the Frankfurt location is no exception. The guest suites have updated rooms, with a sleek, modern feel. The Wi-Fi is great, there is a huge shower, plus all the extras like a coffee maker, kettle, mini-fridge, etc…
The morning staff is very accommodating, and the breakfast buffet and coffee are fantastic. The bar did seem somewhat “exclusive,” and the bouncers wouldn’t let in certain guests for evening cocktails.

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The location couldn't have been better - right in the middle of everything I needed, which made exploring the area a breeze. I can't wait to visit again!
Rude at the reception and person cannot count to 4. For 4 hours of stay, two people were counted as a whole day. And when asked why yes, to return the money "You come next time, we will somehow deduct these money." They are not interested in the fact that you are perhaps only passing through, etc.

Loved our deluxe suite. It had a full bathroom with an amazing shower and separate tub as well as a half bathroom. And plenty of space for all! Comfortable beds, really nice rooms!

Actually we didnt go inside.. for some reason, one is only allowed to swin in the swimpools naked.. the sauna i would understand.. but in the swimmingpools also 🤷♂️
The sauna area is excellent. The one negative is the parking situation. You have to park away from the therme and walk through the kurpark, which is ok, but my husband has walking problems, and it is difficult for him to walk uphill. Otherwise, perfect 👌

A bit dark. Service very "cool". Lots of fun gimmicks but in room curtains don't close properly, there are no plugs (let alone USB) next to bed. Pretty basic toiletries and open bath/toilet which bot everyone likes. Really nice Old Fashioned at bar (if you don't mind absurd prices and smokers)
They force you to be naked. I wouldnt mind if it was a choice but I guess be aware for all people wanted to visit. Place itself disappointingly small for the amount of money they want you to pay
Absolutely amazing, huge space for every type of lifter. The dumbells are a bit everywhere but other than that the gym is great and clean.

This place is super good for having a sauna. There are all kind, salty, forest, outside, hamam, 90/80/70/50 degrees. Was surprised people are coming inside naked but nudes are Ok. There is a separate thermal area with salted water and outside area. Inside people are dressed so there is no cultural Shok and you can easily spend time with children.
It is a nice place with many small corners, path etc. , only no map for orientation or a summery of all the different nice things. At the very end, just by accident we fount a huge nice resting place. We critized before that there was just one. Perhaps there have been even more. Also finding toilets was a long search...

Very nice wellness-spa area where you can find peace and spend a nice day with many facilities. For foreign people, be aware is a nudist area.
We had the Spa included with our stay. I'm not sure if we would have paid 15€ per person, per day otherwise. The lounge area is a bit small, not a lot of lounge chairs. The pool temperature was good, the jacuzzi looked comfortable, but a teenager was playing, so we did not get in. The sauna was the most crowded, 7-8 people (most people were laying down). The steam room was excellent, I enjoyed being in there alone. The spa staff took a bit to arrive, even using the phone to let them know there was a line for people to go in. They provided towels and shoes, free lockers in the back. It was a nice hour relaxing.
The thermal/salty bath was great, it's a once in a life time experience.
Really enjoy visiting this Therme when in the Bochum / Dusseldorf area. Friendly staff and a very relaxed atmosphere. It has a great range of saunas, steam rooms, pools, indoor and outdoor relaxation areas. The restaraunt / bar has a good range of food & drinks which are generally reasonably priced for a therme.
Great place with a big variety of saunas: from chill 45 Celsius to Sahara 100 Celsius one. In addition swimming pools, jacuzzi, relax zones. Restaurant is located within the area, so you can have a lunch inbetween sauna sessions. Keep in mind it's textile free spa therefore no swimming suits allows. In sauna naked or towel covered, in the pools naked and bathrobe required in restaurant.
Really good . I personaly really liked it . It have 2 outside pools with 34°-36° water tempriture and its with salt ,inside it have one big and 3 smaller pools. Outside it have Pool bar , restaurant with good food . Inside you have 3 rooms ( inhalation room, and 2 saunas , one is with clothes and other one is naked ) . Inside pools are also 34°-36° and with salt . In every pool you have some kind of massage , for back,legs, everything you need... It is clean and ppl working there are nice,polite and always with smile . I will definitely go again .

Shame you can’t rate this facility negatively. It’s at best a nest of xenophobia and at worst a den of racists. Their racism is overt and in your face. They made every possible effort to stop us from entering, culminating in the police being summoned when one of us tried to question their prejudices albeit vociferously. There’s a very short distance between excluding people and singling them out as ‘others’ and genocidal extermination because the fundamental thinking is the same. Germans should know this better than anyone. The irony of the kitsch Asiatic theme and the blatant racism is totally lost on the insensitive and gormless staff.

The receptionist could have been more customer friendly, and the facilities were dirty, with only one hairdryer in ladies changing room. But the most shocking was the outside pool that was covered in green moss and algae. For such a high priced sauna, we expected more. Sauna master lady was nice.

De sauna/wellness is opgetrokken in Japanse stijl. De tuin is prachtig aangelegd met verschillende terrassen. De corona maatregelen zijn duidelijk aangegeven maar zeer onlogisch. Van de sauna naar de douches is het nog geen 5 meter maar toch dien je in die gang een mondkapje te dragen. Het contact moment is zo verwaarloosbaar klein dat een mondkapje overbodig is.
Er zijn veel sauna's zowel binnen, 3 temperaturen, als buiten 3 temperaturen. De Japanse sauna is erg groot evenals de oven die pontificaal in het midden staat. Er is relatief erg weinig ruimte voor een echte wapper show. De opgietingen vind ik daardoor teleurstellend. De geuren zijn heerlijk maar een beetje te overheersend. Ik denk dat er gebruik gemaakt wordt van parfum ipv etherische olie.
Er zijn heel veel terrassen waar je lekker kunt ontspannen. Het is groots opgezet maar mist de luxe die ik ken van bijvoorbeeld BLUE wellness. Ik mis de mooie materialen en de ontspannen gezellige luxe verwen sfeer.
Er is een zwembad binnen maar voor mij is het onduidelijk waarom er een bordje TEXTIEL BEREICH hangt. Moet je zwemkleding aan hebben om er in te zwemmen terwijl de rest ohne is?

In verhouding vind ik het een dure sauna welke net dat extra cachet mist.
De corona check app werkt er niet. Entree proces is tijdrovend maar er wordt stipt gecontroleerd. Er wordt met een munt systeem gewerkt voor entree en kastjes. Jammer dat je door draai poortjes moet. Geeft toch het idee van een sportschool ipv een luxe resort.
De menu kaart was erg karig. Behalve salade, flammkuchen (soort pizza) en pasta kon je er niet eens een lekkere Duitse schnitzel bestellen laat staan een lekker stuk vlees of vis.
Al met al vond ik het een leuke interessante ervaring maar niet voor herhaling vatbaar.
PS parkeren kun je in P6. Kaartje even bij de receptie laten zien zodat je gratis kunt parkeren.

De corona check app werkt er niet. Entree proces is tijdrovend maar er wordt stipt gecontroleerd. Er wordt met een munt systeem gewerkt voor entree en kastjes. Jammer dat je door draai poortjes moet. Geeft toch het idee van een sportschool ipv een luxe resort.
De menu kaart was erg karig. Behalve salade, flammkuchen (soort pizza) en pasta kon je er niet eens een lekkere Duitse schnitzel bestellen laat staan een lekker stuk vlees of vis.
Al met al vond ik het een leuke interessante ervaring maar niet voor herhaling vatbaar.
PS parkeren kun je in P6. Kaartje even bij de receptie laten zien zodat je gratis kunt parkeren.

The treatments are amazing and the staff is really nice and professional. The app's atmosphere is super relaxing and Zen.
Unfortunately, there are a few things lacking which is not acceptable for a high-end luxury spa: A lot of lockers didn't work. Had to try several until I found one that actually locked. Same happened to the girl who came in after me. Due to the covid situation there were too many people in the spa area which led to too many people in the pool, jaccuzi and on the deck chairs by the pools despite the signs. The shower in the locker room was overflowing a little as the drain wasn't cleaned. They provide simple nivea hair products in the locker room and the cotton pads and q-tips were not packed in a sanitary way as well as other female products (again, we are still dealing with Covid). I know it seems like small stuff but for a high-end business everything should be on point.

Nice place with great spa, group trainings and almost sufficient set of machines. But even though the price is high, you still have days when there are queues for a machine and the water pool is closed.
This is one of my favorite Spa ever. The Staff is extremely professional and always trying to exceed the clients expectations. The treatments are very refined and the masseuses are very well prepared.
The swimming pool area has been recently renewed and is definitely a cool place where to regenerate your mind and body for a few hours. There is a jacuzzi with warm water and a sauna as well.

The fitness area is very nice and clean but used to include sauna. That stopped after the pandemic. Unfortunately, fitness without sauna to relax the muscles and destress after a workout doesn't work for me. The sauna area is very nice, including the pools and outside area. Still gets 5 stars for this alone, but a lot more expensive these days. It used to be much more affordable.
For 3hrs 16euros is really good. Loved the outside pool with the swirly currents and lots of bubbles. The pool with lots of salt, so much that you float and listen to classical music under water was my favourite. Staff was friendly. The food was really good, almost home cooked quality
I wanted to write this review for a while but I think now is probably the best time. The customer service of the company is most demonstrative in crisis times like now. All I can say is that Elements is a great gym. They have wonderful facilities, two floors for fitness and machine training, different zones, a few rooms for group trainings which are never overcrowded because of a well thought through class registration system. The hamam adds to a fantastic relaxation after the training, and the bar offers the best shakes I've ever tried in a gym. Thanks a lot for this!! What I also appreciate greatly is the client service. The contract is very transparent and comprehensible even for a non-German speaker. It clearly mentions situations when you can cancel the contract or freeze it (because of the move or illness). There are no lies (like at Puls gym). I froze my contract twice, and there has been no problem. And finally, in this lockdown phase, the gym continues to offer the best possible client service (renovating the studio during closure, offering free months for training to its customers, offering online classes). Thank you so much for doing this! You are amazing!
Nice and empty. Thanks to flu scare. The saunas are awesome. Good variety in pools. Come to relax in a very healthy environment. I read other reports saying it's unclean. When I was there it was spotless. Deutsche Sauberkeit "Sehr gut".
Reviewed 04.2022: customer service improved and some of the staff is smiling, welcoming and helpful. Therefore, 4 stars! The only thing to improve, in my opinion, would be to have more support from the trainers in the free weights area. It's very easy to get injured when working out alone and I guess it would feel safe to have someone just checking around and giving advice if required. I guess people which subscribe to elements are expecting an excellence gym. Personally, I would love to see trainers looking after or helping in the gym. It would really make a huge difference for all of us training there. :)

I go back to the gym to look for my jacket and "obviously" someone took it.. the lady at the front desk calls me off saying that" I have simply lost my jacket". No, I was not on the street, sorry, I was supposedly in a very good gym where also the environment should be a respectful one. Even on the Ubahn if you forget your wallet the police is going to send it back to you. on the same week my purse was also taken and I had all my personal items in it. The staff was not super friendly and they even seemed annoyed by my questions - totally appropriate questions considering the situation. Well, after paying so much money for a good quality gym you also would expect safety in there.

What a gym, almost like time traveling to the future, not cheap but a lot for your money. + good staff
Ich kann nur sagen, dieses Studio muss man besuchen und die Erfahrungen, die ich gemacht habe und mache, machen. Ich fühle mich dort sehr sehr gut aufgehoben. What a relaxing, clean and friendly staffed sauna and spa. The uncomplicated staff allowed my wife and I to change the date for a massage that was scheduled before online. The staff in the excellent and delicious restaurant were very friendly and accommodating. The saunas are clean and modern, but still cozy and private. Many areas for relaxing and getting your senses back. The highlight here is definitely the lake sauna with the lake directly next to it. Can’t get any better than that!
Very relaxing atmosphere, calming sounds and not overly aromatic which was a nice change from some of the other spas I have visited in the past. Wonderful staff, wonderful treatments and wonderful pricing. Definitely get what you pay for here. Worth every penny.
Not too large and very cozy place. Lots of saunas with low through high temperatures and excellent ambient. Mostly rather educated and throughout well behaved visitors. Nice and clean facilities and a small nice restaurant. On Sundays it can get a little crowdy.
Great place for fitness and wellness
Well organised training area. Machines, floors, changing rooms, basically everything is 98% clean. So clean you forget it's a gym. The stuff is very helpful and friendly. There's a bar with small snacks and beverages. And they also host some events for their members occasionally. Overall it is the best gym in Stuttgart, hence the high prices.
