The staff, specifically Andy and Shah, are always professional, knowledgeable, helpful and reliable.

This is a great choice for anyone seeking a seamless and straightforward experience.

Long wait time and queue. Despite the staff noticing this long queue, no attempt to open all available serving counters. There are 3 counters but often only have 2 counters open to serve customers. Need to do better.

Excellent customer service, Andy and Shah always have a smile on their face. They offer the right services when it can be quite complicated at times and they go above and beyond and helped me scan some very important documents. My favourite Post Office! :)

It is always a pleasant experience at this post office branch on Chrisp street market… The staff are lovely and very friendly given the amount of people that patronise their branch, all the staff just work professionally… my experience with Nikhil was really a pleasant one.. he was very helpful and always with a smile on his face!

The two ladies in the post office Stockport were extremely helpful and friendly. Unfortunately I didn’t catch their names but it was a Friday afternoon and very busy, they went out of their way to help me with postage & travel money. Even though the shop was queuing out of the door & people were eager to get their jobs done this didn’t phase the staff working, they had excellent customer service & remained professional.

Just been in to Post Office Stockport to renew both my children's passports. Lindsay was great, she went through everything with us, was a very quick and easy process. One of the post office near the E14 area. I had no issues as I visited few times. On problem would be finding a parking nearby. Usually this is a busy post office so you might wanna have enough time on your hands to wait. Overall good experience.

I went to this post office to return my package not knowing how to. The amazing customer service by Ansuman Parida allowed me to learn how to do this. He was very understanding of my situation too.

Once in blue moon I need to do some business that makes me to use this post office. Since I have no chance Monday-Friday due to opening hour which clearly are not targeting people active professionally, I have to aim for Saturdays. Btw. Not even one day a week, they are open longer to deliver appropriate service, which is disgrace. Typically, I go there with a package etc and they are closed due to technical issue…. I suppose the issue is called: it’s Saturday and we have better things to do.

Total shambles, delivery was arranged to be collected from sorting office, they ignored this and then faked a delivery delivery to the house.
This is now the second time this has happened in the last few months and makes matters worse when they also don’t respond to formal complaints. Now they don’t even know where the parcel is and yet again seem to have lost the plot.

I love this post office! I've had photo's developed here, created many a wonderful birthday gift! I've also come in great distress regarding topping up my gas/electric and the staff (Baloo and the team!) have always been so helpful, friendly and compassionate - I feel so lucky that this is my local post office. They try to make your visit to the post office easy and stress free

I have been going for almost a year now and I have noticed that some dodgy stuff is going on there. EVERY time I'm going to this post office, the same man always charges me for extra stuff that I've never asked for. For instance, I want to send my parcel with 2nd class delivery, and automatically this guy always charges me for 1st class. He is just a total embarrassment to this place, even though the other employees seem nice.

1st time I went couple of months ago to send a parcel, being clear that I wanted it to send it with second class as I don't mind how long it will take to arrive. The guy tried to charge me £2 for first class parcel when I told him twice NO.

2nd time today, to return an amazon parcel through Evri drop off, he told my boyfriend that the printing option will cost £0.50, my bf agreed and then the guy printed the label in color (without saying anything) and charged him £1, when my partner said that he didn't mention anything about being charged extra, even though is the assistant's mistake printing in color when clearly at the beginning he said it would cost £0.50. He replied ''that this is our policy''. So their policy is basically to steal people or take advantage of them by charging them more £££. This is the worst Royal mail I have ever been to. Honestly I don't know how that guy works there still (Asian guy). From my side, I will never go back again and I will make sure to tell my neighbors and friends to be aware and avoid at all costs. Terrible service!!!

Extremely incompetent and slow working staff.
They processed my postage wrong and it came back to my address next day.
They also gave me wrong advice and didnt accept one of my parcels i wanted to send. I went to another post office and they accepted it straight away. This caused me alot of time and hassle.
I am surprised these people can be still employed when they have no idea what they are doing. Save yourself time and dont bother with this branch...

To be delivered 24/July. Front door left wide open. You can see into the house. I kept in all day due to parcel being delivered. ...I received a message stating 'attempted delivery but no one available to receive parcel '..... total lies

I've been using this PO for around 5yrs now and can't recommend it highly enough.
The staff are genuinely brilliant and always check if you're paying too much for the services you require.
They're absolutely still open 6 days a week but with the construction going on around them the access is a bit harder to locate.

They were very attentive to what I needed and even told me that they give great customer service because that is what they expect to receive. Came in to get form to renew my passport and was told I didn't need to fill it in as they would do it for me. I had my passport with me and she said she could do it now. I was served by Veronica who made it so easy and stress free. She saved me a trip coming back and we had a good laugh whilst taking my picture. I would higlhly recommend this service.

Posting slot could be higher and better angled for speed posting on fast walk by but otherwise pretty similar to many others I've used. It gave off lonely vibe which made me feel a bit guilty for not having time to stop longer. Maybe next time.

I received a card saying they couldnt make a delivery due to insufficient postage paid and I had to pay £1.50. I did this and they said it would be delivered today. NO SIGN OF IT. I class that as fraud

The tall, white, bald man that works in the delivery office is consistently rude every time I visit to drop off my parcels.

I would address it with him directly but concerned my parcels may start going missing.

I don't know what the previous reviewer was talking about. This is a shocking post box. The whole letter posting experience was a disaster for me from start to finish. Firstly, the box clearly needed to loose a few pounds. It had let itself go. It had some white paint spilt up it's base and had not attempted to clean itself up either! Secondly, the customer service from it was frankly shocking, virtually no interaction throughout the letter posting experience. I was stuck on the other side of the road waiting for traffic and it did not offer to come over to me or anything. Just sat there. I can see now why less and less people are posting letters! If you're going to post a letter, I'd use a different box if I were you. one that actually appreciates your business. It probably steams open the letters looking for cash anyway.

Can you believe it, one can actally put a peice of stamped paper in an 2 to 4 weeks later it can reemerge literally anywhere in the world. Mind-blown!

Handy double post box at Canary Wharf. Good last evening collection of six o'clock and on Saturdays at eleven thirty am. Located near a bus stop (F) on the North Collonade and handy for the Tesco and the Canary Wharf DLR station.
