Great escape rooms and really lovely game master (I think his name is Oleg?). We've enjoyed all our visits and would love to finish all the rooms!
Have done a couple of rooms here now, Dreamscape and Rameseize. Both were really good.
The puzzles were at a good level and satisfying to solve. The themes were good and the hosts did a fantastic job. (Shout-out to the lady with the pink hair who hosted us today for Rameseize. Alas I forget who hosted us for Dreamscape as that was a while ago!)
Both rooms had a great sort of scoring system where the win condition to just escape is quite a low bar, but if you solve all the puzzles you get additional treasure/loot/etc. This works really well to provide a satisfying experience.
Will be coming back to do more rooms for sure!

We did the Rameseize room, because we liked the concept of there being 3 stages of puzzles and not getting all of the relics didn't mean a fail. Unless you're me and you want total victory or nothing 😅

Puzzles only required observing and thinking, with only one final part at the very end demanding a little bit of dexterity. The "guest in the room" giving clues and time was not something I'd seen before and is a good idea to keep the immersion.

Booking was easy. We had a friendly welcome & rules were explained. Help was given al9kg the way if it was required in a friendly, humorous manner. Our team enjoyed the experience & would visit a different escape room within cryptology again.
We completed the Cyphording 1.5 room in 48;57.1 and had a great time! Benji was a fantastic host and slipped in to character the second we crossed the threshold. We were provided with helpful hints and had a lot of fun! We would definitely book again.
Compared to other softplays it was not too busy, for a saturday, spacious and clean environment, apart from soft play there are arcade games , pin ball machines , sweet vending machines , so bring change as they don't have a onside cash machine and the lady on the counter didn't have any change , parking was an issue had to use side road.
Great time at the escape room! The room host Emily was very fun and played the character so well! Will definitely be returning to escape some more scenarios!
Good clean soft play for kids very big and spacious. Before you do check about the sessions as you just can't walk in they do 2 hour sessions. Good place definitely recommended

First visit as a group of 7 work colleagues and we did the Rameseize Room. Really enjoyed it, great room and lots of fun. Benji was brilliant with setting the scene and the whole experience and to top it off, we successfully completed it and escaped!! Would definitely go back to try another room whenever we in the area.

Millie our host was absolutely brilliant and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Everything was smooth and well organised. Our regular soft play. Absolutely love this place. Very spacious, huge play area, lots of comfortable seating for parents to relax and lovely food! Quiet sessions available Sunday mornings which is a life saver. Polite staff. I'm so happy to be local!

We played the robbery escape room. It was by far the best i have been to. While not visually amazing, its puzzles were varied and non linear which allowed all members of the group to contribute and solve puzzles at the same time. Cannot recommend enough.

It is very good to spend time with family. Very large play space. The children are happy with the atmosphere. We come practically every weekend. Those who write reviews about cleanliness should know that, first of all, you must respect cleanliness and then there will be no mess.
We are childminders and have been coming to spacehoppas for more years than I care to remember, the staff are lovely, can't do enough for you. The children we take know the staff well and look forward to visits.

As a regular visitor with my children I can not fault the venue or their staff. All the staff are so friendly and polite and engage with me and my friends in a kind and approachable manner.

What really sets this place apart is the large gaming hall and helpfu,l knowledgeable staff. Dozens of tables for playing any games of your choice with stacks of scenery for terrain of all types when wargaming.
There are even purpose built paint stations with loads of paint/tools for public use.
Cheap and easy to book and also has a fully licensed bar with a good range of beverages at reasonable prices.
You can get lost in this price for hours/days/your life.

Unwilling manager.
Prior to purchase I specifically asked about the refund process to which I was told everything (ie keep package unopened etc), but failed to mention about refund being in the form of exchange/credit note. Had I been correctly informed of this I wouldn't have bought the item.
The male manager got involved and he was told about failure of important refund 'exchange/credit note' information. The manager was all to eager to state 'Its basic legal stuff no cash refund, its all here in writing'.
Unfortunately I declined the exchange/credit note (hardly ever buy from Game) and took a financial loss.
I'm sure a full cash refund would have been an option as a gesture of good will on that occassion.
Bad customer service and defiant attitude from both cashier and manager.
I would of happily taken the loss of chin if I was only been told the full story and if their customer service would have been better.
If you are in two minds to purchase from Game, considering the exchange/credit note refunds and poor customer service. From my experience I would definitely avoid dealing with this company and buy on Amazon where refunds are dealt with correctly.

The guy who sever me stoped harf way thort to talk to someone els who just walked in he didnt give me my change when i asked if it would be possible to get a less damged case he gave me a funny look and just said no (im not anoyed he said no even thow i dont see it being a big problem with my request im anoyed i got a derty look) he didnt seemed to be happy and seemed ok taking that out on customers and honestly if hes so unhappy in his job maby its time he looks for a new one because its not good for him are the business as now i wont be coming back would rather shop online but i try not to to keep the high streets going

Tucked away in the upstairs of sports direct and easy to miss, but surprisingly still has a pretty big range of current and second hand titles, as well as toys and gaming accessories.
Good customer service and reasonably priced. One item has taken a long time to arrive (due to suppliers so not their fault) and one parcel arrived damaged and missing paints, which they rectified quickly.

As we stepped in, a friendly staff member named Rupert warmly greeted us, instantly making us feel at home. His exceptional customer service skills were spot-on, striking the perfect balance between attentiveness and giving us space to enjoy the experience.
Rupert went out of his way to guide us through the bustling store, informing us about ongoing activities and upcoming events. It was a pleasant surprise when he handed us a promo card and a welcome booster, adding to the excitement of our visit. Setting us up with a land bank for our winston draft further impressed us, as it showed their commitment to enhancing the gaming experience for their customers.
Although some others have raised concerns about dustiness, grottiness, and plumbing issues, I personally didn't find them to be major drawbacks during my visit. Awesome customer service. I went in completely new, looking to get into the hobby & the team were super helpful. Thanks to Liv for explaining all of the factions in just enough detail and helping me find everything I needed to get started. I would definitely recommend this store, and I will certainly be coming back.
I was quite hyped coming down here for the very first time. I've never been to a dirtier shop in my life. I actually think it's cleaner outside the shop than inside. Said hi to the guy in the front desk, he didn't even bother to rise his head up not to mention the answer. Did he register I entered the shop and walked passed him? Don't know. The paints are all over the place, dirty, dusty, all in mess while staff chatting happily and ignoring my presence. I was struggling to find anything in this mess, nobody bother to ask me if I needed help. Like actually, how can you not be disgusted to work in such place? Junkie's houses must be cleaner. Jezus christ. Shame on you guys. That's the longest one star review in my life and i had to give it to the shop of the hobby I love. Shame.

Great selection of international dolls. Very fair prices and frequent sales makes it the best toy shop in Stockport. The staff is also polite and helpful.

I live in Hereford and was going to upgrade to ps5 but was told in Hereford they don't do part ex deals, so I went to Worcester store in house of frazer, was told it was too late in the day as they would be closing in less than an hour. Went back to Worcester again and was greeted by someone who said it was his first time alone in store so could not deal with the exchange and advised I use the other store located next to the Asda store.
I went there and was told the systems were down so they could not process the deal and the other store knew this.
I have been a game customer since they first opened and have stuck with them despite many games being cheaper online, however I must say that the business has gone downhill and I will no longer be making use of them and will buy all my games and consoles online.
Just as a footnote the part ex deal for a ps5 is only an instore deal.
One lost sale and future sales.

You find some great bargains and they do help where they can. Improved massively over the decades. Core staff are great only one working there atm who should leave his personal sense of humour at home. Buy-back options can be beneficial in times of real need but can also become a bit of a spiral to fall into. Great to buy/sell there though. Research your own best prices first then check the store/take in your items 👌

Got a faulty toy for Christmas, just wanted an exchange and couldn’t find the receipt. Asked the manager and he “looked through the transactions” and “couldn’t find my receipt”. Even though I told him the date bought, time, and card used. So I’m now left with BROKEN TOYS FOR A 2 YEAR OLD.

Like many branches and other similar stores, I think some of the prices are extremely unreasonable. However, that said if you are willing to look, and make repeat visits, you can sometimes find good value second hand products that are worth the investment

Bought proffesional cordless Bosch drill after asking for discount as I'm a regular cashconverters' costumer. Shop manager answered me with the asking price within 5 minutes and I'm very pleased with the drill.

Alright Game store, only real complaint would be that they seemed to just stock more toys than games nowadays. Game prices tend to stay quite high and they don't really ever do deals on a wide selection of games just old titles that performed poorly. Other than that it's a Game store.
I had been looking for supplies to make a custom forest theme for my 30k blood angels army. I had seen a wide range of products available on the website and had good experiences with what i had bought so far online. Went to the physical store and as i thought, the range was far more vast than the website conveys. Found ideal products from a great variety of brands such as greenstuff world and many more that were exactly what i was looking for. I would definitely recommend the store if you want inspiration or hobby supplies. The staff were very helpful and friendly as well, which is always a deal maker or breaker for me.
This is a smaller toy store than the ones I used to go to with my children but it has a massive selection of toys, condensed into the space perfectly. It's nice to be able to get in and out in minutes instead of hours. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and know exactly where everything is. 10/10 recommend.
In my opinion, Game (Stockport). Is a very friendly place to purchase games from with warm staff who try their best to help you. Game also resurfaces their disks so no scratches and can resurface any disk if I scratch one. Loads of games at decent prices and your straight in and out with no messing. 10/10
Shocking took xbox console in for trade in was told we can't accept it due to hardware fault and not being able to connect to the Internet! Well why does it work on two other WiFi connections? Would help if you wasn't using a iPhone to test it

I ordered a watch from them; unfortunately, there was an issue with delivery which after some time was found out to down to an incorrect postcode on my behalf. I was so pleased when they made Ian the manager. He is the kindest, most helpful, friendliest guy - and deserves so much respect for the job he does. Since he has been in charge , the staff seem a lot more relaxed, friendly and genuinely happy to help. He is very hardworking and always goes above and beyond to accommodate the customer. I always know that if I ring Ian he will do what he can to help me. Nothing is ever to much trouble for him - and no one deserved to be made management more than him. He’s got a good heart, maybe too good for this line of work? If I was management I would never let this guy go! He brings humanity to the work you do!...

Mostly overpriced, often the used items are more expensive than the brand new ones at other places. Small shop with very limited stock and even thinner variety. Sometimes there are pretty good discounts, but it would worth more going online rather than into the shop.

Staff knowledgeable, but the prices!! How can pre owned games be more expensive than brand new? But the brand new prices are order in!! Call of duty £20 brand new £35 pre owned but the new copy has to be ordered in. What shop dosent keep call of duty on the shelf, all the new games on special offer are out of stock as always
Ordered a keyboard online for next day delivery, 3 days later a laptop turned up at my door instead. Still waiting for the keyboard almost 7 days later. Absolutely disgusting customer service, rude staff and poor management. Assistant manager spams my phone with calls daily. Should be reported to trade standards.
I think the owners of this store are out of touch with the hole system. The games are hugely overpriced, and the trade in prices are a joke. Not once have they ever beaten trade ins at any other store. I used to shop here all the time, I would buy games on a monthly basis and didn't mind spending 2 or 3 pounds more than I could get them for online.
