Came for our daughters graduation. Lovely venue, good sound and visibility. Chairs were very narrow to sit in for hours
It's a good venue, the only reason for 2 missing stars is for the 2 older members of staff on door 8 for mcfly took their jobs way too seriously. Not friendly, more rude than anything. Took away from the experience of a good night.
The floor manager of that night was great though! Firm but fair.

Seating over 2000 it is an impressive theatre. At all points there is a good view of the stage. Great acoustics. I went to hear Lang Lang play and it was phenomenal! Good facilities (WC, bar etc)
Easy to find. PLEASE book parking in advance, i didnt and ended up paying £20 for 6 hours. Great view of the stage, reasonably priced beverages and snacks, disabled friendly venue
This will be my 3thrd time here with my work. I work in a Care Home and the welcome We receive is amazing. From the Care home I work in we take a number of residents along, and a number of staff so that they can enjoy the atmosphere. I live over the Clyde in Anderston and I have never never stepped foot in the place up until now. The atmosphere is amazing and it's the best night out ever.

Went to see Alfie Boe, a great show with an unexpected guest, as Roy Wood joined him for a couple of songs. Staff were good, and the only slight criticism was that the queue was too long for the drinks, as there seemed to be a problem with the card machine.

Spent a lovely evening here made even more enjoyable by our server, Dorian. Dorian was lovely and had great recommendations for wine and food, which meant our meal was a memorable experience. We spent some time here and had three courses and did not feel rushed despite the popularity of the restaurant.

As a vegetarian, I was happy with the vegetarian options - The moussaka was full of flavour and I will be returning for more!

I particularly enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and well-designed interior which is stylish and relaxing. A great place to celebrate an occasion, go on a date, or to catch up with friends/family.

Friendly professional staff, starting from welcoming at the door till the end of the service. We went for the mix appetizers for two for £25 hummus , babganoush , bulgur, tazykie and two other dish. Each of the was delicious with hot bread from the over. A mix grill for two £69 with salad and pomegranate malaises, rice and bulgur. Meet cooked to perfection and my favorite was the lamb chops. We finished with a complementary Turkish tea with pistachio baklava topped with pistachio ice cream and it was wonderful !!! Throughly enjoyed the experience

The club is nice but bouncers are awful. I went there on my own and they told me it's against the policy to let me in alone. I asked why and that it didn't make sense as I'd paid for my entry ticket. They kept this up even when I asked are they pulling my leg. Then later admitted they are. I just didn't find this funny at all. Very unprofessional behaviour towards a customer.

Beautiful Hall. Cheerfull staff. Pitty all bars aren't open upstairs for pre concert drinks earlier. We were crammed into the foyer bar having to sit on the stairs - not ideal. Paul Carrack was amazing. Support artist depressing.

Amazing staff, professional but personable. This place has such a great atmosphere I enjoyed my night more than the recent gigs I've been to. Digbeth is looking good too!

This is fast becoming my favourite roast in Bristol, everyone gets a yorkie and all the trimmings. Really friendly and lively atmosphere, can get busy on a Sunday so I recommend booking.
First time visiting this venue with our knit and natter group as our usual meeting place was unavailable.
A great venue, Food and drink really good and reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and attentive.
Will definitely be back.

Popped in for a quick pint, can't complain. It was very quiet but it was 17:30. Would come again.
The restaurant by itself look nice and I was offered a good table. Unfortunately fish was like that. Even I asked if it will be fine or not(
It was really sad. After I was offered they take it back though. So I ll give 4 for service ( I was asked before if I need a bread and I said yes, but they bring it only after the fish)

Food was OK, choice limited, but general ambiance and smoking in the only eating area, which is out-doors, was very off-putting. The pub itself inside was extremely dingy. (Think Harry Potter and Hogs Head in Hogsmead) Didn't risk the toilets.
Such a great night, everyone is so friendly, live music and the bar prices are excellent. Best place in Scotland (possibly the UK) for live country music and a great atmosphere.
The beautiful decorations and cozy atmosphere of the restaurant from the outside drew my attention to the menu. I was very excited to see some vegan options, and on top of it, exactly what I wanted - vegan risotto. I could not believe it! It is not easy at all to find this dish as plant-based. Since it was already late, we decided to come back the following day. A very friendly waiter, Arrya, booked us a table by the window, as I had requested. I was looking forward to it. I went for the risotto with mushrooms and spinach. The presentation was beautiful, and the taste was beyond my expectations. It was very delicious. I was very happy with my choice, enjoyed the atmosphere and music in the restaurant very much. Definitely a memorable experience. P.S. My husband also loved his dish. The sauce was very tasty.
Great little venue, easy to get to, sound is good, parking is quite close. The whole bar facilities let it down though, and since the neighbouring pub shut recently, it takes the gloss of your visit enough to merit reduction of one star.
Bar staff try to deal with queue in order while security tell people not to queue, confusion reigns, service takes ages and people get aggravated (security doing a job creation scheme?). Then if you buy bottled beer they decant it into plastic, if their pouring skills aren't great and it won't all fit in the glass because of excessive head then what doesn't fit gets binned - pay for a bottle, get 90% of a bottle, irksome
Beautiful atmosphere and lovely customer service. Some restaurants don't really acknowledge birthdays even when you put it in the notes section, but Kibele did and made my friend's birthday very special. Rashid was our waiter and he was very friendly and accommodating. Would defo come again!

We booked our tickets beforehand for our friend’s birthday party; we queued for almost an hour but, unfortunately, no one was able to get in and were all sent away because their “ticket reading machine was not working”. It’s really a shame. No warning whatsoever before we got to the door.
We went on a Thursday night a group of friends and I to catch up and we were surprised with a very fun bingo-songs night! We order some food although we didn't expect they were all going to be burgers... we misread I guess, they were nice and tasty tho. Super friendly and fun staff, for us is always a come-back place.

Great place for some real Camden culture. The bar is very cool with great decor and rock tunes. Fairly big room at the bag for live gigs, we saw some punk rock there, of varying quality, but love to see live music nevertheless!

Firstly, I got my booking time wrong and called to explain. Without hesitation they told me not to panic and to make my way there when I could, they would hold the table.

After arriving, we received nothing short of perfect service from Gavin. Warm welcome, menu described beautifully, complimentary appetizers and a little bit of rugby chat to top it off!

The food was fantastic and our steak perfectly cooked,

This wasn’t my first time at Pasture and it certainly won’t be my last.

Super cool underground club, loved the set up and atmosphere, drinks were a little weak and small for the price but that's a club for you. Definitely look at who is playing before you commit to paying the cover as they have all types of artists and that really changes the experience.

Lovely lamb moussaka and cabernet sauvignon but noisy and rushing. The server gave us the bill without being asked to. Our dinner lasted 75 minutes. If there is a time limit, it would help if they stated the rule beforehand. The loud chat of our next table wasn't the restaurant's fault but it surely affected our experience.
Its pretty expensive restaurant so dont expect to have medium priced food. The food itself was tasty. I ordered lamb shank and it was big portion and quite tasty. Other things including service and vibe were just okay. I wont go back there because of price, and if you dont care about the price, still there are better places to go.

A wonderful community pub with a nice selection of beers, and excellent Sunday roast. Would happily make this my local if I lived nearby.

Staying within 10 minutes walk to this venue and knowing of their listing in the Camra Beer Guide, I made a beeline for this cosy community pub, literally within 5 minutes walk of Cabot Circus, and was not disappointed.

The beer on cask was excellent and included choices from Plain Ales, Arbor, Bristol Beer Factory and Purity - largely on the lighter side (pale ales and IPA). There are also 3/4 keg lines in addition to the standard choices of lager and a beer fridge. The cask beers I tasted were all in excellent condition and at a good temperature.

The atmosphere on a Saturday afternoon was relaxed, with a few regulars at the bar; although the bar staff were busy as there was a birthday party in the outside area out the back. Food on Saturdays consists of Sliders n Sides, and looked good from what I saw, but I was hankering after one of their talked about Sunday roasts and so I booked a table (recommended for Sunday lunch as it got quite busy around 2pm) and came back.

The small looking kitchen is effectively taken over by other businesses- Sunday roasts were provided by All The Trimmings. I had slow cooked pork belly with a side of Cauliflower Cheese and apple sauce: it was one of the very best roasts I’ve had. Everything was well cooked, the pork belly was soft and tender and flavoursome as was the crackling. Lovely Yorkshire, a good portion of greens and superbly cooked roasties. The cauliflower cheese side is for 2 people but it was too good to waste! Desserts are on offer as well.

I thought it was very reasonably priced as well, with my order including a pint coming to £23 roughly.

I read in the toilet a poster that said the manager, Amy, is moving on to pastures new and they are on the look out for someone to replace her. What was interesting was that both volunteer and hospitality sector experience was being sought, which illustrates the community focus of this establishment.

Anyway, by the looks of things whoever replaces them will have their work cut out, because this is one of the best examples of a community pub doing everything right. Long may it continue.

If you get a chance to visit this pub, absolutely do!

Absolutely love this place; it's a dive bar with the best atmosphere. I've been going for around 10 years. Live music, fantastic drinks selection, awesome staff. The Long Island Iced Tea is nothing short of incredible... nowhere else makes it as good. Making your way to the toilets is always an adventure on a busy night, you make so many new friends on the stairs!

Another fantastic experience at Pasture.

The staff are always super friendly and efficient. The atmosphere is nice and relaxed.

We shared a 600g Chateaubriand (medium-rare) between 2 of us with a couple of sides. The steak was incredible (as always), tender and very tasty!

It's a little more expensive than some others but it's easily worth the extra cost. A great place to go for a special occasion or just when you want to treat yourself. Would highly recommend!

Really fun pub with spacious outdoor area - beautifully decorated too! The staff are lovely and the food smelt great (sadly didn’t get to try). The ale selection is good but the lager is disappointing and at £4.50 for the cheapest pint I hoped it would taste a little nicer.

Good selection of beer here, we ate a Sunday roast which was nice, crispy roast potatoes Yorkshire pudding a bit on the stodgy side if you like that (I personally do), thick gravy.
However the service wasn’t great, we weren’t asked if we wanted any condiments until our food came out, then when we asked for apple sauce and horseradish we had a small amount between the four of us, we had half eaten our food.
Then when ordering additional drinks there was only 1 bar person and although I was only second in the queue I waited 10 minutes to get served.
On paper it’s a great establishment but the management needs to rail things in to make a slicker service for me to want to return.
I’m not from Bristol but don’t mind a little distance to get to somewhere I like and this place needs a slight increase to be back on my radar

This is another one that has been on the list pre covid. We finally made it for a quick lunch.
The Set menu was decent. Good variety to cater to your varied choices.
The spiced lamb with the sauce was amazing. The halloumi and sausage were cooked nicely. This definitely tasted a step up from your local takeaway. Service was pretty quick but it wasn't too busy at midday. I hear they have dance performances downstairs on some evenings. Something to take into consideration if you are into that type of stuff😉
I'm really looking forward to trying more Mediterranean restaurants on the top end of the scale

This pub is fantastic, with a vibrant atmosphere and top-notch live music that kept us entertained throughout the night. However, the state of the toilets was quite disappointing, and it definitely needs improvement. Despite that, the overall experience was enjoyable thanks to the lively ambiance and great music.
Yet another nice place in this area to hang around. For a change, it is Turkish and a good quality one. It is crowded generally after 7 pm and they do have Turkish beer as well. Quality of the food is good. Generous quantity and usage of ingredients. Asparagus salad was lovely. Had a chicken main course (don't remember the name) which tasted nice as well. Decently priced. Value for money.

Setting the standard of a proper boozer 🍻
Loved it, very good prices, nostalgic interior, friendly staff and good atmosphere.
For good live country music in Glasgow this is the place to visit. As well as good live bands, inexpensive prices and a 'chuck wagon' to keep you topped up grub wise you will have a memorable night out and meet lots of friendly like minded folks. You can even buy your dream cowboy or cowgirl outfit and experience a cowboy or cowgirl event near the end of the evening, just like the movies. There are also line dancing and jive classes available to suit demand. For a great night out this is it!

We popped in for a roast today and had a fab time! The roast was 10/10 (tender pork, crispy crackling, rich gravy, bubbling dishes of creamy cauli cheese). Friendly staff, food and drink well priced. Also just love the garden. We’ll be back!
Came here for breakfast today, I know who knew the Georgian theatre did breakfast.
I was not disappointed, full English, veggie and vegan options and really reasonably priced.
Lovely chilled out morning.
Staff really friendly and polite 😁
Food freshly cooked to order, good portion size and quite delicious. 😋coffee was great too.
Also do lunches
The Georgian, a local independent gig venue, has a variety of independent markets and classes and events.

Very nearly marked BIC down to 4 stars because of some work going on. But really they deserve the 5.

I went here for the TUC Disabled Workers Conference and the way they bent over backwards to make sure accessibility was provided for all kinds of needs was fantastic. Staff were tremendously friendly.

As a theatre person I always pay more attention to the tech than I should and I have to say the lighting rig is fantastic. If you’re considering a theatrical or music event they obviously know what they’re up to and have plenty of scope.

Great location too, spent my lunch on the beach. Just watch out for aggressive seagulls!!!

The service is top quality, welcoming and friendly from the moment you step foot inside. The food is always outstanding with sustainability at its core. The place is dripping with musical history. Rough around the edges inside but a warm welcome awaits.
The bar lady was kind enough to let us see the backroom and stage where Madness started out.
Very poor restaurant. Had onion soup which was very unimpressive, bread brought late with pre packed butter.
Entrecôte was quite good.
Decor was very tired and poor which means the owners and staff probably don’t care.
No staff were wearing any uniforms. They looked uninterested and seemed to lack knowledge of French food.
France is famous for its bottled water but the thoughtlessness here extended to serving Scottish ‘Spring’ water rather than French mineral water.
Very poor.
Avoid.
Great having live bands on our doorstep & bar price's aren't bad too.
Great little venue for bands. This time, I went to see Fleetwood Bac (fantastic band, by the way) - all of the staff (bar staff/door staff) were very pleasant and friendly. Reasonably priced drinks for this type of venue - £4.40/pint of Red Stripe, £3.70/can of Red Stripe (June 2023). Every time I've been here I've never had a bad experience.
The only niggle for me was that when I bought the ticket, I was charged £1 for delivery via email (I couldn't change this option) - this after I was charged a 10% booking fee (which I accept is normal practice) - but seriously, £1 for sending an email?? Having said this, it wouldn't stop me in the future...

Thank you for working to continue to let this place exist! Firstly, lovely cold beer from the keg served to the dulcet tones of every 70's rock band you can imagine! Lovely attentive staff serving fast and efficient. This place offers live music, played till late with free entry!!! A rare gem indeed. A difficult balancing act and an act of bravery, brilliant. This place is great for Turkish food, high quality food very flavoursome and mouth watering. Big fan of Turkish food so would definitely recommend this spot. The place looks great too very vibrant pay the extra a book a table downstairs were they have live entertainment singers, music, dancers etc literally turns into a club lol. Great place defo will be back.
Had a great time. They just play old country music. But the people were nice for the most part. I was nervous as a black woman because they have the Confederate flag hanging in there. But the people didn't seem bothered by my presence. But it took me a while to relax because of the presence of the flag.
Recently visited the BIC To watch a competition one of my family members was entered in on 24/06/23. I found the venue was very well set out inside . Plenty of signage once inside to guide you where you need to be. I believe the configuration of all the halls seating arrangements and stage can be altered to suit your needs .inside was very well presented clean and tidy . There’s a bar inside the hall we visited for when there’s a need for one . Closed when we was there . There’s a large multi-story car attached to the BIC . So a very short two min walk to BIC . The two photos I’ve put on review are from a outside patio area with lots of tables to.

The restaurant is in the heart of London. The staff is welcome and friendly. The food is really delicious and fresh. I highly recommend that you could try sharing a mixed platter.

Service is good, especially Dorian, he served us some compliments as a starter and he is really kind and helpful.

Three important signs to consider for a Restaurant are atmosphere, presentation, decoration and presentation. For all of these, it gets full marks as a mixed Bar Restaurant. It's also the bar is nice and the event organization is in the downstairs, which makes it different from its competitors.

Come here every now and then and always enjoy it! Quite expensive but that's expected for centre of Bristol at such a lovely venue. The rooftop is truly gorgeous in the summer! And the people working here are always very friendly. However, not sure if it is accessible as there are stairs to get in, but not sure if there is a lift for wheelchair users and others who may require this
Fun times at the volunteer. So much more interesting than your generic Bristol City centre pub, with actual humans for bar staff. Thank you.

Fun but expensive. Generally a good vibe, and the downstairs seemed to have a good sound system. However drinks were a bit expensive, and staff charged us different amounts for our drinks each time, and as other reviews have said they don’t show you how much they are charging you. Between £16-20 for two singles which is pretty steep. They let women in before men, even though we all had tickets.

This is honestly amazing. The quality of the service, food and drinks is incredible. My partner and I we already have dined here couple of times, but this time I had to post an review! Our favourite place to dine. The staff is great. Makes it everything so comfortable and enjoyable. We had oysters for starters and dessert! So flavourful.
Can’t wait to be back !!
The staff is amazing, waiting time for the food is 5-10 min, food tastes good and nice portions, the restaurant is very nice inside. Per person = £43 + £6 service charge ( starter, main dish + salad, dessert + 2 drinks) I think if you want to spend a nice evening in London this is the mininum you should spend. Worth every pounds Thanks
*Updated response, just to say thank you for the owner for taking the time to write an extensive and honest response. I appreciate it and also that it's a tough time for publicans at the moment. That being said, I would urge you to consider having a different pricing in the day compared to at night with the music venue backstage being open. As I said below, £7.20 is remarkably high for a pint of Guiness, it's the most i've paid not at a club.

Unbranded pint of Guiness (4.2%) at £7.20 is straight up out of order.

I do like this pub, love the venues history and came here for a few nights out when I was younger.
But you just can't be charging that when you are meant to be a working class place. That would be considered a bit much at most of Londons' 5 star hotels, probably.
Said to the barman that's a bit bloody rich, and he said yeah I wouldn't drink here."

I like the space and thought the sound system sounded good. But I agree with the other reviews. The security is on some weird power trip. They also don't let you see the price when you tap the card, which annoys me. My first drink was £17 for two singles. So the lady bar staff decided to give herself tip. Bit shady in general.

Absolutely thrilled with tonight's Movie Magic performance by The City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra @TheCBSO.
Listening to these world renowned pieces of music from box office hits was spine tingling. The highlights for me was: Harry Potter, The Avengers, Jaws, Back to the Future, The Great Escape, Star Wars, Star Trek and many other fantastic pieces, bringing back emotions and memories of when I first watched these great films.
It was my first visit to the BIC when, as a party of 4, I attended the Joe Bonamassa concert on 9th May 2023.

Looking around, all seats had a good view and it was easy and only a short distance to get food, drink and toilet.

Good venue
Had a lovely evening, even though i dont line dance. The band was good, staff were lovely, and there was bingo (didn't win 😔) good service at the bar. Drinks were cheap, which is always good. Look forward to going back.
Great venue! Went to see Billy Ocean and had a fantastic evening. Parked in the adjoining 800 space multi-story car park so no worries about getting your hair messed up by the weather (if you're lucky enough to have some :-) Also didn't need to queue on arrival which was a plesant surprise. All the centre staff were happy and helpful even though it was extremly busy. There are plenty of bars to choose from so no long wait to get served and they sell a 2 pint solid plastic glass of lager for £11 so cheaper than a lot of pubs!

I had one of the most amazing experiences here meeting 6 of the Neighbors cast at the celebration tour. The show was incredible. The theater is beautiful and the staff were really helpful. There is a lot of recycling facilities right in the bar which we love to see. The whole night was very well orchestrated, hugely helped by the amazing tour manager but the venue staff must have worked very hard to pull everything together too. The security guy was very reassuring when I was late.
We are being to the BIC a few times for a special spiritual assembly and found this place very appropriate and comfortable for such events.
Various cafes and places for a break, clean toilets( that is important )) and a huge multilevel car park with the perfect vista of Bournemouth and the sea, and you can use a perfect walking area during your break as well ( if the weather will let you do it 😅) with breathtaking seaside observation 😍👍🥰

Came here for Sunday roast and it did not disappoint. You have to book months in advance but everything was delicious. The beef was not dry and pink - exactly how I like it. Everything came out hot! We had a wonderful meal.

This place was okay and the food was overpriced so I wouldn't personally recommend them - It was also very cold in the restaurant as they didn't have the heating on so make sure to bring a warm coat!

The pizza was good but the brownie was terrible. They ran out of cider on draft too so it wasn't the best experience for us.

🚇 Camden Town
🍺 £6.90 Moretti
❤️ A famous Camden pub and legendary music venue.
.
The Dublin Castle is located on Parkway in Camden Town and just a few minutes walk from Camden High Street and Camden Town tube.
.
The building of the railways around Camden in the 19th century attracted workers from all corners of the UK. After a night on the sauce around Camden there used to be many a tear-up between the Irish, English, Welsh and Scots navvies. In order to keep them apart, four pubs were built to serve the respective nationalities, all had “Castle” in the name. The Dublin Castle was built to serve the Irish.
.
In 1974 the pub was bought by an Irishman who decided to showcase up and coming bands and artists, one of the first was Madness and the rest they say his history. Other artists to grace the stage here are Amy Winehouse, Blur, Arctic Monkeys and many more that went on to make it big in the music industry including The Specials, RIP Terry Hall, sad news today. ▪️▫️
.
The decor here is no frills traditional with soho red lighting which makes for an atmospheric setting. The walls are clad in mirrors and lots of posters and artworks of artists and bands that have played this pub. At the back of the bar is the music room and stage.
.
The beer line up was straight up and full of familiar favourites, this makes ordering a pint easy when it’s busy. I had a Moretti, it was a good pint but expensive.
.
I arrived just after 4pm on a Saturday and the atmosphere was buzzing. The pub was busy with lots of oldschool Shinheads smartly dressed in their check shirts, Fred Perry’s and the odd crombie. I got chatting to a friendly Geordie fella who used to be a Skin, he works and lives in West London a couple of weeks a month. I asked him why he drinks here and he said that people talk to each other in this pub whether they know each other or not.
.
The @dublincastlecamden is a great place to come for a drink whether you’re here for the music or not. With the exception of the Khazi’s I couldn’t fault this place. Definitely worth a visit, you never know you might see the next big thing.

Very nice dinner served by polite and nice staff. It is not very cheap but definitely worth the price. The onion soup, lamb shank and duck were all cooked well. Highly recommend to someone wants to have a nice modern French cuisine.

Better known as a live music venue, rather than a pub, but I visited on a midweek lunchtime when it was quiet.

Three real ales on tap and a great range of craft beers, etc. Good music playing and friendly bar staff. Definitely worth visiting this legendary place.

Fantastic little place. Amazing drinks, friendly staff and absolutely spot on music choices if you like alternative/rock type music. Absolutely loved the place. Interesting graffiti in the toilets as well if you fancy a laugh

If you like rock music you will love this place.

Found the bar whilst looking for another a few weeks ago. I am so glad we did, we opened the door and the sound of rock music and the sweet smell of incense sticks burning greeted us and welcomed us. The staff were really good and friendly. The music was great and not to loud which is refreshing. So me and my missus didn't have to shout at each other when we were talking.

I would have stayed all night but we had a table booked at another bar and as we were leaving there were a group of musicians walking in so I presume there was music on later.

It is a place I am glad I found and I have and will recommend it.
Great venue for the mighty Ferocious 🐕 😃 free parking just around the corner. Small balcony served by a lift for less able customers. Good bar access and toilets fit for purpose. A grand night had by all - welcome back live 🎶

Had the loveliest meal ever in pasture! Full of flavours and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. The guy who took our order for drink was super polite and friendly and kept checking to be sure we were fine. The cocktails especially penicillin is highly recommended and the steak and desert were 100%. Pasture is truly what fine dining and great customer service is about. Would definitely recommend. Cant wait to try again as the memory of the food still lingers..Thumbs up!!!!!

Nice place in the city of Bristol. Not the most known not the most impressive but value for money with great atmosphere and decor. Food was decent as well. The service and cleanliness was also good. There is ample of parking around the area, but should the weather be good I'd recommend you rent a Voi as there is parking exactly opposite the venue.

A great alternative bar in the heart of Leeds City Centre. Sadly my usual bars (Carpe Diem & Fab Cafe) closed down some years ago, but Santiago's is a great alternative. Bar staff are all very friendly and the music selection is en pointe!
This venue is a gem that's hidden away .Great sounds for live shows very nice beer selection great staff
