Decent selection of Chinese food for the price. While not a gourmet feast, it is doable if you just want something to quench your craving for Chinese food. Desserts are satisfying also, with soft serve ice cream and various puddings and jello.
First time experiencing this type of food service. Friendly staff, great choice, reasonable prices. Fully enjoyed the food. A great experience if you haven’t tried this type of restaurant. Would recommend.

Had a lunch buffet here on a weekday. The prize was around 12.9 per person. The staff are very polite and friendly. It's situated in the basement just near the China Town entrance. Coming to food, I have had better in other places. There was no fish or seafood in the entire menu. I had read some reviews where it said excellent prawns, dimsums etc but there was nothing. I have shared videos and photos. The taste was alright but could have offered more varieties as most of the starters were frozen stuffs like chips, sweet potato chips, spring rolls, onion rings, samosas. The salt and pepper wings and pork were the only 2 starters which tasted good. A very good spread of fresh cut fruits. Dessert had 5 types of jellies, 2 types of Swiss roll (lemon and raspberry) and one sesame roll. No ice cream was served. It's chicken, pork and beef in the meat options.
Chrysanthemum buffet was the banquet we ordered. Brilliant table service including shredding of duck and filleting the fish. Staff were excellent and professional. All food was piping hot and tasted delicious. Not sure on the beef wrap as the middle course though. Good drinks selection. Big portions and option of fork or chopsticks. Only off-putting thing is the delivery drivers sitting in the doorway we thought it was closed at first. The restaurant was very busy all through our time there.

I have been to the China Buffet on 4 occasions now, and I must say that I do enjoy the food very much.

In terms of service, I have been greeted in a friendly fashion by the staff and the payment is up front which is not what I expected at first. The staff are prompt in picking up your plates, which is nice.

A great selection of food, set out in an orderly manner, which is to my taste. An ensemble of fruit for dessert is a great addition for those who want to eat some fruit and jelly.

It is a little bit cramped in terms of seating, often you have to wiggle your way through. Toilets are reasonable as one would expect.

Food is excellent quality and definitely one of the healthiest Chinese restaurants around. I will agree with other reviewers the portions are slightly small. However the quality is fantastic!

Mailinda not only serves delicious and fresh food with excellent service but also offers an authentic Chinese dining experience. The atmosphere may be just okay, but the authentic flavors make this restaurant a standout choice for those craving genuine Chinese cuisine.

Very rude delivery man. Asked very rudely for a tip, he said so do you have a tip for me.
We wanted Korean bbq originally, but saw in the menu they have a variety of seafood dishes so we opted for that instead being big seafood fans. Glad we did as we were pleasantly surprised! We ordered the seafood platter and that was huge! Seafood was delicious, although we would have preferred it if all of the seafood was not spicy at all, the spicy clams and crab were very tasty. We also ordered seafood tofu pot, salt & pepper baby octopus and a fried rice dish and chicken soup noodle. (We were not meant to order the fried rice and soup noodle from the bottom floor of the restaurant as that was separate even though it was the same restaurant, but the manager were kind enough to let us order it up).
Would recommend the huge seafood platter (for 4 people) and the salt and pepper baby octopus.

Do not use people. I was given food poisoning the other night from this place I had sweet-and-sour prawn balls and a mix cho mane. It was very oily obviously made me very ill and the portion of meat in the mix Chow mein was very poor. Most of it was just vegetables and noodles. Very poor takeaway very poor rating.

Super tasty with changing dishes. This is kinda frustrating if you find something you love and they take it away before you can go and get more.

There is definitely a need for more veggie options. But the food is very tasty.

Staff are nice for the most part. Unfortunately an older man seemed to be running a army boot camp with his customers and often barked orders. The other staff were really nice tho.

Like, I don't think there's any really good Chinese food in Manchester so this may be the best it gets, but this place just wasn't that good. However, it wasn't horrendous, but Chinese food could be better than this. Service was good though and place is nicely decorated.

Fortune House has proven to be a true culinary gem with its exceptional Chinese cuisine. Our dining experience at this establishment left us in awe of the delightful flavors and impeccable service. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted warmly by the staff and seated promptly, setting the tone for a memorable evening.

Appetizers:

We started our culinary journey with a selection of appetizers that included Prawn Crackers and Salt and Pepper Chicken. The Prawn Crackers were crisp, light, and had a wonderful prawn flavor, making them an excellent start to our meal. The Salt and Pepper Chicken was a delight for our taste buds - crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with the perfect balance of seasoning that left us craving for more.

Main Course:

Moving on to the main course, we ordered the Crispy Chilly Beef and King Prawn Chowmein. The Crispy Chilly Beef was a showstopper! The beef was fried to perfection and coated in a delectable blend of spices, offering an explosion of flavors with each bite. The dish had just the right amount of spiciness, which added to its charm. As for the King Prawn Chowmein, it was a masterful combination of succulent prawns, perfectly cooked noodles, and an array of fresh vegetables. The flavors melded together seamlessly, making this dish a standout.

Crispy Duck:

One of the highlights of our meal was undoubtedly the Crispy Duck. The duck was flawlessly cooked, with a crispy and golden skin that encased tender, succulent meat. Served with pancakes and a variety of condiments, assembling each mouth-watering bite was a joy. The richness of the duck was beautifully complemented by the accompanying sauces, resulting in an explosion of flavors that left us mesmerized.

Overall Experience:

Fortune House not only impressed us with its delectable cuisine but also with its attentive and friendly staff. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, creating a perfect setting for a relaxing meal. The dishes were served promptly, and the presentation was visually appealing, indicative of the care and attention to detail put into each creation.

In conclusion, our dining experience at Fortune House was exceptional. The Salt and Pepper Chicken, Crispy Duck, Prawn Crackers, Crispy Chilly Beef, and King Prawn Chowmein were all outstanding dishes that surpassed our expectations. We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking an authentic and flavorful Chinese culinary experience. Fortune House truly lives up to its name, delivering a fortune of delightful flavors!

Excellent food 😋 David 1st class very good at his job.
All you can eat Beijing style hotpot for £70 for 2 people(excluding drinks), recommend the fresh lamb slices.

Not bad but when they top up the soup, they use just water so the broth does not get stronger over time, which is a shame.

The best Chinese takeaway in Antrim, by a mile.
Food is incredible and good portion sizes and the owner is one of the nicest people you could meet. Clearly cares a lot about his business, his food and his customers. If you want Chinese takeaway, this should be the first place to look

Stumbled upon this place in the Isle of Dogs, not too far from Canary Wharf jubilee line station. We went there for the hotpot which we found to be very good value and great variety of food to choose from. I’d never seen this style of hotpot before so it was an interesting experience. If you are in the CW area this is a good choice to fulfil any hotpot cravings

Nice shop. Decor was also nice, but staff seemed... Idk, definitely not rude just incredibly neutral? Very unemotional. But what matters most is the food, and the food was delicious. It's really really good, even surprised me a bit. Just be careful as they might not let you have hotpot (they close for a few hours during the middle of the day)
Eaten at One Plus Restaurant for the Second time Today, Honestly absolutely love the experience so there are like 3 different floors where you can have a conveyor belt and then you cook your own food that you select, Then there is a rice and noodle floor and on the 2nd floor It is a BBQ.

So we went to the BBQ so on every table there are hot plates where you can order numerous dishes from King Prawns, Salt and Pepper Chicken, Beef steak etc and then you cook your own food on the hot plate but you can also order hot food that is cooked in the kitchen and Brough to you ready to eat.

We absolutely love One Plus Restaurant We was served by the amazing Waiter Sean who is absolutely brilliant.

I went abit mad ordering numerous dishes ranging from Razor Clam with garlic and chilli, Salt and Pepper Chicken, 2x Oysters, 4x King Prawn Skewers, Beef steak, BBQ Beef Kebabs, Fried rice etc.

Again Sean our waiter couldn't do enough for us, Its a fantastic experience and it us definitely a must try and you won't be disappointed.

Total came to £112 for numerous plates of different dishes, 2x Bottles of Beer and 2 Large glasses of Red wine P.S they also have a set menu which is amazing value.

5☆ We Highly recommend 👌
Great restaurant with multiple floors of options. The staff were super friendly, and the food tasted great. Lobster was spot on. The BBQ was a tad on the expensive side, but really did taste fantastic.

Probably the best tasting Chinese food I’ve ever had and delivered promptly. Would be 5 stars but for the fact it’s cash only.
This was our first experience with Chinese hot pot and we have already decided we will be back in a few weeks!

The staff are amazing, very knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. They were very present and attentive, probably the best service we have ever had in Manchester.

The sauce/ dipping bar is great, lots of variety and a guideline of how to create your base. Allergens are labelled clearly, it is stated that there is chance of cross contamination due to the kitchen handling ingredients- completely expected and well explained in the restaurant.

We had tom yum broth, it was light and refreshing - full of flavour and well seasoned. They offer lots of options on the menu, along with recommended cooking times and the prices are labelled by plate colour. Soft drinks are quite expensive but that's the only real criticism.

Amazing experience, we can't wait to come back and will be booking a table soon!

Food - 1/5 - Food itself was okay, but there was not much flavour, salt or sugar in the food, it is probably healthy but personally it tasted like nothing. However the 1 hour wait time for the food to come made it even worse, some of the food came lukewarm/borderline cold. Took another 30 minutes for the last dim sum to come and we just wanted to leave.

Service - 2/5 - I'm sure the people are friendly but they give off an unwelcoming vibe most of the time and you feel like you're bothering them if you need something. I give them the benefit of the doubt that it might have been a bad day.

Atmosphere - 3/5 - There is a decent lively atmosphere but quite cramped when you want to go to the toilet or anywhere else.

Also, it's not accessible to those in wheelchairs or may struggle with stairs as there is a steep flight of stairs to walk down. Just something to keep in mind.

Overall - I personally don't want to go to this place again, I've been twice and both times have been an a mediocre or below mediocre experience. Do give it a try yourself though.
Really great value for money. The roast duck and pork is good, the dim sum isn't bad but also not the best.
I came here for a buffet twice and found it very delicious! I like the beef and lamb slices. It is fresh and a good portion for shabu. The service is good depending on how busy the restaurant is.

Very like this restaurant and came back for a buffet soon!
A great find in Chinatown! Down the stairs and led to a table with everyone else, it was quiet and only a handful of people. But seating us near each other helped build atmosphere. There was a long wait time to order but once the ball was rolling, things came pretty fast. Food was delicious, but not as good as other Chinese resteraunts in town. The duck in lemon and honey was delicious, but very very fatty (more so than usual for a duck dish).
The food was on balace extremely delicious, hot, well seasoned and despite the complaint of fatty duck, delicious.
A small annoyance, their Cola's are quite expensive for cola and come in very small thin glasses. It's quite a rip off of your money especially when the food is reasonable priced.
Staff are very pleasant, but hard to flag down to place another order. There was a 20 minute wait from the mains being taken away and a desert menu given to us finally managing to get their attention to order said desert.
Overall, if the staff were a bit more attentive, and they sorted out their pricing for soft drinks in comparison to the quantity of soft drink you get, it would easily be a 5* rating.
This restaurant has 3 storeys with the basement as noodle bar, ground floor as hot Pot and 1st floor is the Barbecue. We chose to have the BBQ dinner. The food is great and the staff are so nice and friendly.

I ate at this restaurant this evening. I was the only customer and it soon became apparent why. I ordered two courses, both came in record time. The starter was ok, the chicken chow mein I had for the main course was the smallest plate of food I have ever had served to me. Nobody asked if the food was ok and the attitude of both waiting staff was abrupt. I was there for no more than 20 minutes. When the bill came I asked for the 10% discretionary service charge to be taken off the bill. I was told this was made very clear in the menu. I pointed out that it was also very clear that the charge was discretionary and demanded it be removed. The guy's attitude was appalling, he didn't even ask what the issue was! If you are looking for small portions of very over priced, mediocre food then you might like this place. If not give the place a very wide berth and find a decent Chinese restaurant instead.

Easily the best Chinese in Sale, I've been coming here for 6 years now and have never been let down once. The service is fantastic, staff are all super friendly and more importantly the food is amazing. Portion sizes are very generous and this Chinese offers brilliant value for money (especially the special takeaway deal) If you are new to the area and are looking for the best possible option on which Chinese restaurant/takeaway to try I would highly recommend Fortune House, or alternatively if you are simply looking to try somewhere new definitely give this place a try.

Went for a dinner on 13th May 2023 at 8:30pm. Not too sure it was newly decorated; the restaurant looked pretty clean and fresh. The platter was nice, it’s pretty large, very tasty with good selection of different food, definitely one of my favorite starters had in restaurants. The main courses were well made too. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. Only one thing, it was probably told by the manager, there was always some staff circling the tables over and over like sharks, probably saw them every minute or two. Once one plate emptied, it would be taken away by someone immediately. It might be the way they manage it, however I felt a little stressed and like they were trying to push everyone out as quickly as they can.
Over all a very good experience. Will consider to return if go to Manchester again.

Absolutely lovely buffet chinese best prawns I've ever tasted. Had to queue as no booking but didn't wait long. The room it was in wasn't fancy but the food more than made up for that. Across the road from the picture I posted.
Excellent hot pot experience! Chinese hot pot is one of my favourite dinners, and I've heard of conveyor belt hotpot from friends who lived in Shanghai, so when I saw it as an option in Manchester I had to visit to try it for myself.

I've eaten hotpot many times before, but always with Chinese friends hosting or managing ordering for the table, so I loved being able to pick the ingredients I recognised as my favourites off the conveyor belt. I also appreciated that they left the menu with us so that we could check to make sure we cooked everything for the right amount of time.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, so if you have any questions or need anything don't hesitate to suggest it. For example, I asked for medium spicy broth and didn't find it hot enough, so they brought me a bowl of the spicy paste to add to it to my liking!

I got the plum juice (pictured) which I really enjoy - it's the perfect amount of sweet / sour to compliment a spicy hotpot. Afterwards, my friend from Sanming told me next time to order the Chinese gin (the square bottle with blue letters) and add it to the plum juice for a Chinese cocktail.

Worth making a reservation because it gets busy.

Gone way down in everything, used to be a great fish supper , now a plate of grease with rubbish thin tasteless fish
Lovely restaurant tucked away we found to eat out, during a weekend away to Manchester. Food was lovely, service excellent, and reasonably priced for the ample portions. Would definitely recommend a try. Restaurant layout was cozy especially for a romantic meal for two. Tables were sectioned off, like a perspex cozy booth, loved our visit. Thank you guys will visit again if in the city! 🥂👏🏽

We ordered food from this place to eat at home because it seemed like a good option, also to try something different. We practically live nearby and had some house specialties, a fried rice, roast duck with roast Chinese pork and fried rice, roast Chinese pork with fried rice in BBQ sauce. Not only did we wait about 20 minutes longer than the time we were supposed to pick up the food, but bad service, arrogant and rude staff if it wasn't for the fact that when we got home the food had a peculiar smell but we didn't give it much thought because we were convinced it was the mixture of the various spices and sauces used. Two hours after we finished eating the food, my wife, my two children and I started to feel sick and the children vomited everything, while my wife and I had severe stomach pains and diarrhoea which lasted practically all night and half of the next day. The food poisoned us all. I went back to talk to someone and tell them about it and not only was I not listened to, but I was also treated badly because according to them it was not possible that I had been sick from eating rice and meat. When I left the place I managed to take a picture of the back of their takeaway and found myself in a filthy, dirty place where I don't think anyone has ever cleaned or thrown anything away. Even the pots that are used for cooking are left outside and not well looked after, how disgusting. I think it is shameful that a business that sells take-away food is left in such filthy and disgusting conditions. I strongly advise everyone never to go there again because they are filthy and if you are lucky you get poisoned and spend the night in the bathroom with vomiting and diarrhoea or you can even end up in hospital.

Excellent service and very attentive staff.
We have recently had 2 large family celebrations at the Fortune House and their incredible service was only surpassed by their delicious food.
Thank you so much to the entire team for accommodating us and going above and beyond.
A fantastic restaurant and a true asset to Sale!
We just popped in last minute for their lunch deal as the price and food looked great. We were seated quickly and the staff were very attentive, taking our order almost immediately.

I chose the seafood soup noodle (sorry I couldn’t wait for the picture) and my other half had a selection of dim sum. All the food was hot and delicious and we were very satisfied at the end.

The prices were great and the food was amazing. I wouldn’t miss out on the lunch deal as it gives you a chance to try out a lot of different foods at a very reasonable price. Thank you to all the staff!
Appreciate the great service and food here! So far, we've been spending quite a couple of our lovely afternoons at Pinwei Chinese Restaurant. Staff are friendly and offered assistance attentively, and the dim sum and main dishes are consistently delicious, we've gotten the seafood Cantonese egg noodles in soup, Custard bun, spare ribs, prawn and minced pork dumplings, Beef Rice rolls, Stir Fried Flat noodles, Siu Long bao, Chiu Chow dumplings, Beef dumplings with Ginger and Onions, Sichuan spicy wonton in red oil! Certainly made our day with the fantastic food here at Pinwei!
Service is quick but they delivered us the wrong dish at first. After we asked for our correct dish, the made it fast.
Dimsum taste quite nice but I am not happy with the duck with sour and spicy sauce b/c the quantity of meat we have is so little.
Our 1st time, though some of our family members had been before and had recommended. Enjoyed our meal with the family. Lovely food, good service, nice surroundings. Would come back again.

the char siu in the three roast meats rice was pretty good but the duck was mainly bone and the roast pork was too fatty. the noodle dishes (seafood hor fun + veg crispy chow mein) had loads of toppings but were quite bland and lacked wok hei. the dim sum was also a bit hit or miss - the standouts were the stuffed beancurd rolls (v flavourful and well filled), purple sweet potato har gau (so pretty!) and the steamed brown sugar cake (perfect sweetness and super fluffy). i would pass on the xlb (skin was too thick and v little soup) and fried meat parcel (basically empty) though…

overall, it is 100% great value for money not only bc of the lunch time deal but their portions as a whole are very generous. however, i felt a lot of the dishes were just standard and lacked a wow factor. i would come back tho bc i feel like there are only a few improvements needed!
The price for all-you-can-eat was reasonable, and the ingredients were fresh. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they even offered charcoal hotpot, which I had previously only experienced in China.

As a big fan of offal, including beef tripe, goose intestines, and cow aorta, I was pleased to see that they had it all on the menu, and they got it right in terms of flavor and texture.

The only downside was the tomato soup, which tasted somewhat artificial. However, the numbingly spicy soup was awesome, and definitely worth trying.

I heard that their Sichuan food is also quite good. I didn't get a chance to try it this time, but I will definitely be coming back to give it a taste.

I read many of the reviews in this place so I thought I would give it a go.
Early Evening visit, shown to a table very quick, you pay up front for your food and drink. It’s not a big place so a smaller choice than many others places. They had all the popular choices. Chilli soup was excellent.
I tried bits of everything, all freshly cooked.
The staff kept the place nice and clean, found them to be very polite. Will visit again.

Superb food - not your usual 'run of the mill' soggy, greasy dishes (although the premises are very much what you'd expect & pretty plain). Tastes really fresh & made with good quality ingredients. The satay chicken was excellent & made of lovely chicken breast, as well as the chilli squid which was cooked just right (not overcooked & rubbery). Overall - not cheap, but worth the cost.

Wow! What a great find in Chinatown Manchester. Tucked downstairs from the street, this authentic Chinese restaurant serves up some seriously delicious food. We tried the crispy duck, sweet and sour chicken and the pork with black bean. All we’re super tasty. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area and don’t know where to go. We went with our kids, and it was a hit with them too. The staff were very friendly and helpful!!

Key Lesson One: If you order 'Delivery' on-line, do not assume your order is being processed. Phone up and check.
Key Lesson Two: Be prepared to be very clear and robust in response to some never-to-be-forgotten customer service.

Really good food and arrived In half an hour still hot. Friendly staff on phone. Best beef in black been sauce I’ve had, chicken satay also good. Set menu for one good value price.

I always ordered Chinese food in there if I miss Chinese dishes. The price is very reasonable and food quality is great. They got a lot of choices and I am sure you can always find something that you interest in.
All dishes we ordered tonight were fairly delicious. Roasted duck and the soup that came with it are especially recommended. Beef slices and fried squids are also nice. Overall it’s a Chinese restaurant above average in Manchester.

David is a pure gentleman. I have eaten in this carryout for years and the food is consistent. Love their chicken fried rice and sauce of your choice on top.

We used to live locally and get take-out from here many years ago. We returned for a sit down meal with the family this week and am very happy to say the place is still amazing. Staff and management are super friendly, came over to speak to us and recognised us from years back. The food was fresh and wonderful as always and we were very happy to share it with the family. Still our favourite Chinese Restaurant in Guildford. Hidden gem at the top of the high street!

The best Chinese in Guildford bar none. Unfortunately there is another unrelated one with the same name which is on delivery apps- this may be the source of the bad reviews. Always love the chow mein, the crispy beef in chili, all the little appetizers. There is a reason I am here almost every week.

Went to the Mandarin early on a Saturday evening. The food was exquisite , the staff were both friendly and very efficient. It was my first visit but I shall make the effort to return when I am Guildford again. In conclusion. It was fantastic and would throughly recommend the Mandarin to others. Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The home style meat (pork belly) with chowmein warmed the soul.
I’d also recommend the char siu with rice and seaweed.
I can’t tell if i was just especially hungry but the crispy duck rolls were divine.

Ordered and collected in 15 minutes.

Food and price was very good. Service on phone and at counter was great. Messed up with part of my order..Sweet and sour chicken balls turned out to be king prawn. Fortunately my family and I love both. Food quality was very good indeed. Would i use again?... yes. For now at least. My usual go to has put prices up and dropped the ball on quality.
Lets see where Shangri La takes me.

Best Chinese in Antrim! Brilliant value for money and massive portions. Always accommodates to how you want your order and nothing is to much. When you have 2 children with special needs it’s hard to find places that will accommodate for you as they are very selective to what they eat and lucky star has always done it for me no problem 👌 very friendly staff and over all 5*

This place should be called minging! It’s really gone down hill Fri nights seem be the worst. I think they cook off a lot of chicken balls and have them hanging around. I gave them feedback last time and they just said sorry didn’t offer any kind of replacement / discount. Gave them another chance and tonight it’s worse!!

I’ve been here three times, apart from the beef chaomein(fried noodles) I ordered was too salty, the food I had for the rest of two times are pretty nice. And the staff is really warm welcoming and friendly, brilliant service. The only drawback is they take cash only, a bit inconvenient. BTW, I love the mini vegetable spring rolls very much, I always finish them before I remember to take a photo of them. A portion comes with 6 of them. It’s a nice place for Chinese takeaway!

Apsolutly disgusting service. Get told my bill is £20.40 when ordered on the phone Delivery came. £25.40.
The bloke I spoke to was rude and childish on the phone wanting to take half the order back.
Scamming people offering delivery but then charging for it at the door. I will always go else where now. Must have a new person working because never come across this plonker before.

They forgot to add a dish that we paid for, so we called them and they delivered it to our hotel without a problem. However, it was still quite overpriced for what it was. Soups we had did not have much chicken in them. Sweet and sour chicken and Chinese pork was okay.

Absolutely terrible, ruined an otherwise perfect 26th wedding anniversary. We have been customers for over 5 years, but tonight the food was awful. Shredded beef was welded together in solid lumps, Lemon chicken was just raw batter inside & hardly any chicken ( totally inedible) and the lemon sauce was just pure lemon juice and water. Everything was cold and unpleasant. They have lost our business today. Save your money and shop elsewhere unless you want to be disappointed.
Thank you to the owner for proving my point by replying to my review with two words "Talk Nonsense "! Appalling customer relations. The camera doesn't lie and neither do I. TERRIBLE FOOD.

This was the worst Chinese food I've ever eaten. Absolutely disgusting.

Should have known when my large order was ready within 5 mins.

The crab and sweetcorn soup was just the sweetcorn soup with mangled crab sticks. They didn't even have the presence of mind to not put the red bits of the crabs sticks in.

The duck was so overcooked you could barely swallow it.

In fairness the fried rice was alright. But this is the first and last time I would ever go there.

Sometimes old school Chinese is just the right meal. Nothing fancy & just like we had back in the 70's & 80's. Reasonably priced & great tasting. Just don't expect a modern culinary experience.

Complete utter rip-off. Dishes were small and too sweet. For example, the seafood hotpot for £15 contained 3 prawns, 3 thin slices of scallop, 2 slithers of squid and a lot of onion (see pic). All the mains were served on small entrée plates. There was nothing at all authentic about this so called Chinese Restaurant.

Great quality food & really good portions.
Staff are really nice and polite.
They make sure that if you don’t like certain thing in your food they don’t put it in.
You gotta try their smoked chicken starter.
Also the Tuesday & Wednesday meal deal is great value for money.

Ordered a Bamboo Garden tonight and ordered a Thai Green curry and chips and my partner had chicken omelette and chips. My curry was excellent!! We order from this place regularly, sometimes it is just ok, but tonight it was delicious! Whoever the chef was tonight keep them on every night!

Awful service. Second week in a row they have lost my order, after ordering it over the phone. Used to be really reliable but now it's far from it. Another customer lost.

Update - 05/07/2020, since writing this review the owner has kindly contacted me apologising for the service we had experienced. In a gesture of kindness the owner has offered a credit voucher to the value of our original order, to keep our custom.

First time visiting Guildford and thought me and my husband could try this place out - it was delicious to say the least. We ordered Singaporean noodles, BBQ ribs, Chicken curry and some other mains and they were all superb. Definitely going back whenever we visit Guildford again (very good location as it is opposite the train station).

Ordered yesterday night for a party and the food was amazing!! Highly recommend the salt and peppercorn dishes. They prepared it very fast even though the order was quite long and they were very nice to talk to. Definitely ordering from them again!
One of my favourite Chinese restaurant in London. If you love spicy food, this is the right place to visit. Overall the food here are amazing. And there are something you must order, cold dishes such as chicken 口水雞。 beef 夫妻肺片。 hot dishes, double cooked pork 回鍋肉。fish鍋包魚。chicken 乾鍋雞。 highly recommend!!
