This Courier service is providing very poor service, irresponsible or not responding properly. Finding the Contact number itself is so difficult & even if we find the same, They will not respond properly. The purpose of sending letters thro' Courier is lost. Better we avoid their service.

I rec'd a call from Delivery Panjim office 4 days back , informing me that there is parcel in my name .. with no proper address mentioned on it .. so I gave them my address and I rec'd the parcel for which I was asked to make COD payment of 778/- ...since the delivery person was known and I had ordered a few parcels which were awaited so thinking it the same I made the payment blindly , later realising the parcel was of some other person ... After calling up delhivery person and informing him the same he asked to wait for return call but there is no update still...

Worst possible service, it should be rated 0 stars. At every place their pattern is same, daily it says our of delivery and then say customer not available. Kind request to companies don't book this for delivery as it's a huge headache for recipients.

Worst courrier option to choose.Third class service..its better to send parcel on local bus than to use tpc's service.unproffesional to the core and delivery is not provider by this guys... You've to go and collect from their office.theyve not uploaded their phone.number anywhere because customers coming to office savee their money for delivery.most useless staff and worst experience.Also their transportation is super slow.. consignment was to be shipped from banglore to goa-ponda took 4 days.useless tpc hope this scamming buisness stops soon.
My house is just 1 KM away from their Kukatpally Office. My parcel reached this office on 30-05-23 11.00 am. Today, 01-06-23 time 1.00 noon. Not yet delivered the item. It is not an EXPRESS BEE serivce, it is BULLOCK CARD SERVICE. Deserves 0 ranking.

Worst service!! They never provide home delivery.. they always call me to collect the parcel in office.. and if you dont come then we will send the courier back!! This was my 3rd time!! Very disappointed. Even office assistant (girl) is very rude..
They even not eligible for 1 star.. one of the worst couriers.. they didn't respond over calls and if we ask for the issue, they will simply disconnect our calls. The shipments will not deliver to our address on time even the shipments reached our nearest hub 3 days before too!

The Professional Couriers Ponda. Has the best service 🙌 but the office is located at the 2nd floor of building, and also located at a bussy and market place. So probably if you have any huge item then it's difficult to manage.....
As for me opinion professional courier has to be one of the best courier services I have come across, as they are very reasonably priced, and they deliver goods within 2-3 days within south India. Much appreciated service.

A package was couriered to me from Solapur but Professional Courier didn't deliver it at my place, stating that they deliver only in city limits. If that was the case, then they shouldn't have accepted the courier at first place.
The address of professional couriers in Ponda is also incorrect. It isn't in front of Canara Bank. I literally wasted my time searching for their office around Canara Bank branch in Ponda. what I understood was Canara Bank branch existed previously which got relocated but these guys have not changed their address, which is such a poor thing for a courier company.
I tried calling them several times to which they never responded and nobody picked up the phone.
I found this courier to be highly unprofessional, non-responsive and very poor.
