My return request from Myntra was done by ekart. Never in my life I've experienced such a rude and absolutely unrational delivery person. He asked me to throw my return parcel from the window. It's raining and barbaric to do so. And when I asked him to come up and pickup or send someone else if doesn't want to, he came up and started arguing with me at my door at 9:30 in the morning. Not only was he refusing to do his job of picking up parcels from people's homes, he was also asking people throw stuff out of the window. The stuff that needs to be returned. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.
Delivery boy not received call since 3 days....he daily picks the item in morning and cancel the packet in night
Ekart Delivery person are not at all good, I was expecting my product on 4th May 2024, it is out for delivery but now since it is 11th may 2024 but not received the product, the delivery person has not contacted me or visited my house for delivery but in online track shipment it is showing unsuccessful delivery attempted. Very bad experience. Evern Ekart don't have proper customer care no. Worst worst service by Ekart and Flipkart

My parcel service is very good service
Ok but late 1 day
I ordered a laptop and the expected delivery date was 8th Feb but on 8th Feb it reached my nearest hub so they extended the delivery date till 10th Feb but my order was out for delivery on 9th Feb and today is 11th Feb and still it's showing Out for delivery I didn't knew If you have to go seawood from Nerul it takes days great experience hope I could give 0 star rating

Upon receipt of my parcel, found torn & used T shirt.
Gone through Ekart website, all Contact nos. & E mail id's are not getting connected. This is one of rubbish company. This Company will make sure, you will suffer heavily, Fraud, cheating to their customers. Boycott & blacklist this company.
If you order anything from Ekart or Shubhlaxmi, then your sufferings will start.
They have only have FB Account & in Messanger, but you break your head, they will not respond you.
THIS COMPANY SHOULD BLACKLIST & should take serious actions against them to stop them to fooling, cheating to their Customers.
Third grade company who have cheated & made fraud to several thousands of their customers.

No way to contact. All phone numbers in the photos and in google listing are switched off or nobody picks the call. Worst service. Planning to write an email to head office with a complaint. There is no guarantee that consignment will be delivered.

Service is not good especially delivering parcels to near by village. Always call customer to pickup at the office location. Whoever in near by village or more than 6 KM should use either post office or any other reliable courier services like bluedart or dtdc. Note: I have own bad experience with professional couriers komarapalayam.

When I took the trouble to call up their offices they had the gall to say that they can do nothing about it. The Indian Postal service is better

Worst delivery experience. They hold the parcels for 2-3 days after receiving from erode office. Professional couriers usually deliver product in 1 day these guys literally spoiling the name of professional courier. Worst center

Very bad service. I am a doctor and I sent medicines to siliguri, Hyderabad. Generally it takes 5 to 6 days to get delivered but my patients got the courier after 20 days!! Even for delivery, patients had to go to the courier office for 3 TIMES then they started the medicines. Even I have inquired for the same by calling their office on bharuch but unfortunately I couldn't get good response. Sending through post is much better option than sending through professional courier!

Professional Courier is the worst Courier service, when I sent or receive courier. Whenever I get a call from the professional courier delivery executives, they are telling like Only they will cover only main area in the particular place. For example in the courier pin code is 638315. Then they will deliver the courier within 1 KM surrounding but particularly pin code will cover large area. For that they are asking the receiver if you want come and collect, otherwise we will return your courier.. if the professional courier doing like this. Why they are accepting the booking.
I have experienced many times with professional courier. But other courier service they are delivered courier in the mentioned address.

Pathetic service......dint delivered after six days just in the best city concludingly I had to personally pick up the parcel ,,,,and office has changed n haven't updated also ...public has to ask to neighbours on the old office to get the address of new location......and response on the new offiice was very rood n unprofessional.....the company should change the name to unprofessional courier
Need improvement in delivering the parcel to destination address. If the delivery boy is not available then company can arrange another resources since, we paid to reach destination not to asked for collect from center it self...

Our parcel was delivered to Europe in 5 to 6 working days. And the rates that we got were better than DHL or FedEx or Aramex. Always recommended.
Simple best and good network. You can relie on them but they don't match the express delivery speed when compared to DTDC and Blue Dart. Till date they haven't missed my any parcel but yes within the TN state they are best for fees they take.

Awesome experience, letters Need to send by standard cover, fragile or glass or breakable items cants be transfered.if need to transfer breakable thing, they will get a letter signed by the sender, aknowlegement of carrier service is not responsible for breakage... 😉

Hi, am gowdham from Komarapalayam [Namkkal dt, Tamil Nadu].My sister has reveived a courier on 12/10/20[Monday]
She received a call from Komarapalayam branch that the parcel has arrived, our home is outside the limit [Sanarpalayam, 3 kms away from komarapalayam] and it will be deliverd by saturday and if its urgent I need to collect it directly from the office.
I need to know is there any limit set by professional couriers that there is a limit to deliver a place once in a week and this was the reply I got from Komarapalayam branch and I don't remember the person's name.
I need a clarification regarding this

We booked a parcel - medicine from Chennai to Punnam via Bhavani office. They charged Rs.600 and refused to deliver at home during delivery. Courier delivery guy named Mr Diraviyam at bhavani office is very rude and asked my old parents to come and collect at different location. He again made them to wait for 1.5 hours and not professional service to send in this courier. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. Postal service is better and opt for it. This is not professional courier and I recommend not to consider this professional courier, mainly bhavani office. Terrible experience !!!

Latest being today when delivery person asked me to collect from society gate if i want my courier. He will not come to house to deliver. courier was sent a week ago in urgent mode.

My experience of this courier is fastly evading patience as my parcel couldn't delivered to Dubai. 10 days passed no sign of delivery. Is anybody hearing. Any helping person?
Best place to go and send anything u want to send letters products etc to ur loved ones simple fast and easy processing...I suggest this courier company is doing the right thing in delivering
