Beware! These people are thieves. I had a couple silver ornaments that I wanted to ship to USA. I showed the ornaments to the agent who came to my house to pick up the delivery. When asked him if I can ship the ornaments he said ‘YES’ and added to my package. He did not add them to the declaration list and not to my surprise the ornaments did not make it to USA. When I called Ali he said he was going to provide a refund as it was a fault of his own employee. I have been waiting since February and these people are no where to be found. I have had a very frustrating experience with them. I would advise everyone to find a different courier service rather than having to deal with these crew of burglars.

Functioning in the important business area This network is so bad offering very poor service, collect money, the parcel / letter but deliver on a day as and they wish. They could not even be contacted thro Phone as they neither provide proper contact number nor respond Properly. Overall this Courier service is avoidable.

Poor service would not recommend. Claimed to have attempted delivery, however no one contacted us.Tried to track by several phone calls. Finally after 12 days went personally to the warehouse to collect my items. Very disappointed service , unreliable.
I had an unpleasant encounter and will never recommend. The DTDC service is terrible and lacks professionalism. For the past three days, my package has been left untouched and no one bothered to contact me or deliver it. When I asked why it hasn't been delivered despite the tracking showing that it was out for delivery three days ago, the owner or employer, whose identity I am unaware of, had the audacity to respond by telling me not to use their service. This clearly indicates that they do not take responsibility for safely transporting your valuable items.

Worst service ever. Booked courier to same location where I used to send parcel. Lethargic and haven't sent my courier to the address. Until I went to shop physically. If you are booking for express or one day delivery don't trust them.
Not happy with the packaging, the box was open. Someone tried to open the box and the plastic bag was torn, pickle licked everywhere in the box, my cousins trousers was in, it got pickle stain, it got spoilt. Trouser was packed in a cloth bag. Festache chone packet was torn and it was everywhere in the box, Salt packets just packed in the blue plastic bag and it was dumped in the packaging.
It seems like everything was dumped in the box not at all packed. Only sausages and pickles were packed in the foil bags. On top of that the packing box was already cut from inside. This is not the way it should be.

very worst service i have ever seen. sent a courier on 31st july from chennai to erode today is 4th still its showing in transit. No proper response from the customer service support side. Never book any parcel with this courier.
They are charged very high price other services are good but price is matter for everyone that is very high there.

Would not recommend it to others. As the staff, isn't professional enough. As a courier office, no boxes were available at the office. The staff was not so cooperative and too judgmental. The owner was decent enough.

It was once a good courier, but past 2 years it is the most poorly performing service. Very late services. Even for a parcel which has reached my city is not delivered to home for around 4 extra days. We have to manually reach them and get the parcel.

The courier service doesn't provide service to your home. Instead they call you and tell you to pick the parcel from their office. If you ask them to deliver it to the address mentioned on the parcel, they just tell you to pick it or else they will send the parcel back.
If the courier service doesn't deliver at home then why do they not tell this to the sender. Such Courier services hide this in the beginning and then make the receiver suffer at the time of the delivery.
Please skip such unprofessional courier services.
