Visited Diablo for dinner at the same place where tamasha was located earlier.
Food and ambience was good and service was quick. Food items we had -
1. Mushroom toast - Toast was loaded with mushrooms and was creamy and fresh. Must try.
2. Harissa chicken - It tasted like chicken tikka and was served with mushrooms. Chicken was soft and yummy.
3. White sauce pasta - It was served with garlic bread. Pasta was creamy and yummy.
For desserts we had double chocolate and nut tart. This was the best dish of the evening. Filled with chocolate and yummy tasting dessert. Definitely must try.

This is a very beautiful place i have been in lower parel called as Diablo. The ambience is so beautiful that you will fall in love with it. This is a perfect party place in lower parel with good food, music and live sports screening.

Recently attended Gaurav Gupta Stand up comedy show. It was an awesome experience. Its interior will take you to olden days of single screen cinema... I was reminded of Chanakya cinema and my college days .
This is the second time we went to social with friends. I have always loved their concept. Food I am really disappointed why these guys are not paying attention to at all. Whether social m3m or this one. Food is below below average. Love the vibe of the place. If you just want drinks and music then cool place to go. Don’t put brains on the food.

Room needs to be little more comfortable with flooring and glass walls need to more soundproof..door mats to be put near the bed, use and throw slippers etc are also to be put.

Beverages and other drinks are good and In Room Dining services are also good… English movie channels should have been added attraction for room stays and name plates need to be displayed by the staff

Hotel Maris has been our home away from home for Chennai visits since 2013. The price is so right (actually very good) and the location is perfect.
The rooms have had some upgrade done. The toilets are very well done. Except the flush. The flush doesn't seem to work. Still a few things would be nice.
* Door keys could become scan keys.
* More power ports esp on the other side of the bed with a small side table.
* Better cable and remote.
* change the archaic switches and fan control
" make the AC controls better (the touch screen is not working well), maybe an AC remote.
Be prepared to have a local phone number if you need the Wi-Fi password. There is no other way for them to send the password other than to an Indian mobile number. That sucks if you have a foreign mobile number.
The onsite laundry is fine. Be prepared to pay separately for the laundry in cash.
The restaurant downstairs is the best. Good vegetarian food and at a very reasonable price. Extra food options on weekends.
The mini store downstairs is very well stocked for all your needa, from toiletries to snacks to soft drinks to energy drinks to water to coffee/tea powders from their estates.
The front desk staff are very helpful. The ladies in the morning are always smiling and go the extra mile to help or answer your questions. Nice to see them when you come down in the morning - they brighten up your day.

It's too bad I went to the Maris bar and restaurant on the advice of an old colleague. Typically, they serve the first drink in a whiskey glass, followed by 30 or 60 ml glasses, finally counting the drinking class + drink serving classes.
Here, I've had a negative encounter with the bartender, who has a habit of defrauding new clients. He first placed the empty drinking class alongside the serving class, then counted the empty drinking class as drink consumed.

The rooms were nice, breakfast is good, welcome staff at the entrance were good, but the service and the basic needs were missing. The rooms didn’t have hot water, the management says lukewarm water is hot water. The manager understood the issue kept assuring me that it will be resolved we waited for 2 nights and had to cancel the rest of the nights and leave. Issue resolution is very bad at this hotel.

Ambience of the hotel is good, and the rooms are spacious too and well maintained. Food was good, and surprisingly was very reasonably priced, similar to any regular restaurant and not a hotel. Only reason for the 4 Star review is the power cut management. They did not have an online generator, and power cuts resulted in 30 sec to a min of darkness everytime. Also, showers were not having pressure motors, or having very low pressure.
While the location of this property is at a very convenient and accessible place, the rooms and amenities are not on par with the cost of the room. Both me and my wife got a fever while staying here for 2 days.
I believe the central AC filter has never been cleaned or bedsheets are not changed for every guest. Would not stay here again and not recommended.

I went for the sakura brunch. Loved the food. There were so many types of vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes. Loved dumpling soup, edamame n sweet corn soup. Amazing sushi n dumplings. Wontons were out of the world. Overall the food was amazing. We were served by Mr Karam Kanojia. He was super sweet n did his job well. The whole vibe was super chill.
The hotel looks really small from the outside but is spacious inside. The first few floors consist of halls available for organising events like engagements, receptions. The upper floor consists of rooms which are single, double and triple occupancy. The rooms are small but digitally updated for smooth operation. The food offers a varied range of cuisines and dishes from India. It is a vegetarian restaurant so it is a boon for vegetarians.

I'm from South Africa and stayed here for 3 weeks with my family. I must say the rooms are above standard for the price that you pay and the service from the staff has been exceptional, food was great with lots of variety from local cuisine to a more international standard (love the bacon), would recommend this Hotel for families.
My first post Covid visit was a happy one with some old favourites and a few newbies on the menu. Fresh ingredients and great flavours make their sushi and dumplings easily the best items to go for.

This is newly build hotel with low cost furniture. It seems 2 star from structure of bed rooms , lobbies, just reception area is seems decent but not use of it if you have to stay in room.

Food was good, but at the rate the service goes, people will stop coming. Too much attitude by the servers. When we ask rice he says first time you said enough and now ur asking. What’s the point of unlimited meals when sweets extra is charged. He could have informed upfront. They refuse mother to feed a child of 5+ years the same meals and insist on ordering a separate meals for the child. What type of hotel expects a child to eat full meals.

Food was awesome and service was really good just the place is bit cramped for space but all in all a nice place to visit with friends for food and drinks.
It has a vibe of Mumbai Chaul setting with some quirky corners, loved the music vibe there. The place has different types of seating arrangements with diverse interior yet welcoming. They should have more people for waiting tables/for attending customers.
Had organised a baby shower in their banquet hall. Very well maintained, easily accommodates 150 guests, tasty food and a very hospitable manager! Would definitely recommend👍

Wonderful resorts with beautiful location and peaceful place and present all amenities and The vibe was nice, it's nicely made with an amazing view for balcony rooms. Big spacious resort. Very comfortable, clean rooms and bathrooms!

A day stay with my family. A very memorable stay. The room is spacious with all amenities like a refrigerator, oven, electric kettle and kitchen cabinet. I really liked the ambience and hospitality of the people. The pool on the terrace is very well maintained and the gym is fully equipped. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. The bar has exotic drinks. The most memorable was my birthday cake prepared by an in-house chef and my 11 month old son relished the taste of it
A classic place with a legacy Ample parking and a lovely High Quality Veg food, Probably the only Vegetarian Bar In Chennai. Excllent Bar, and Good Service. The Hotel as such is very well maintained .There is Ample parking but always tight to get a spot, its Located in the Prime Locality. This is my fourth visit and the food was consistent and tasted the same. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I can't wait to stay there and review their rooms.

I love the food, ambience and music of this place. We ordered tandoori veg momos, pizza, mix sauce pasta, spring rolls, oreo shake and red wine. This all cost us around 3k.

We always have lunch here whenever we visit Chennai. Quality of food has improved compared to last time which is a year back. A balanced South Indian meals served on plantain leaf.

Good, authentic East Asian food. The atmosphere is very welcoming, pleasant, and beautiful. The music is never too loud, which is a good thing. The signature dishes, dimsums and desserts are excellent. it was an extremely positive experience for me.

Very cool place to hangout with friends and family. The place is child friendly as well. Very well behaved staff. Awesome ways to serve the food and drinks. We can order and pay through mobile application by scanning the QR code. No hassle of mistaking food order and quantity. Be mindful that each dish is sufficient for 2 people. I think it's best that way because then we can enjoy as many varieties. I was amazed by presentation of food and serving style. We had chooza 65, egg in pav, butter chicken with roti, oreo mud pie(oreo milk shake) and beer of course.
Such a nostalgic package this place! Been here after 25 years…! It’s been renovated and there’s an additional lift and overall some spruce up. But what’s not changed is the food! The dosas, the meals, the lime and grape juice - the taste stays the same! The rooms have lost their charm post the renovation - missed those balconies and incredible view of the sea. Kudos for the management to still keep this place running and in good spirit! Heartened to see some of the folks in the restaurant from 25 years back! This place packs too much of an emotional quotient to warrant a rating - but still a couple of things that they could improve to keep up with the times: 1. Toilet paper and a mat outside the shower area 2. Electric kettle and provision of basic toiletries. I took my daughters here after feeding them quite a few stories of folklore of this place. They liked it but then just a few changes can make Maris really the everlasting landmark it is.
It is one of the good place in DLF Mall of India where you can enjoy both veg and non veg food. Ambience is good and it is very spacious. They have variety of food and normally they get it ready within few minutes once ordered. Last but not the least their smiling service. Thank you Team Social.
I went to Social for a team dinner. The Ambience was nice though a little dull as compared to other Social outlet I have visited. The service was a little slow. Food was mostly disappointing paneer tikka was nice , Hara bhara kabab was also good but dal and panner was a major disappointment. Beverages were good.

When it comes to standalone asian restaurants in Mumbai, I’m pretty sure KOKO is at the very top! Maybe Yauatcha/Hakkasan are of similar standards but this one should definitely be in your bucket list. Chef Eric Sifu who hails from Malaysia and brings in culinary experience from working in a Michelin starred restaurant (Din Tai Fung) in Singapore has done a fantastic job in creating an amazing menu. I with my 3 other friends had gone for the Sakura Brunch and it was worth every penny. Sumptuous spread (you name it they have it), groovy yet soothing music and the interesting decor of the dining room takes the experience to an whole another level. Coming to food specifically, Dim Sums were very expertly made (not the best in the city but extremely tasty undoubtedly), KOKO Signature Roll was a banger, Spicy Chicken Bao was the best one I ever had in my life, The staples/small plates were honestly very okkayish and finally the desserts were again big hits since they were reinterpretations of Masterchef Australia’s finale desserts. One suggestion is that the Sakura Brunch menu in terms of Dim Sums can be a little more well thought since mostly everything has chicken chicken chicken…More variety would be appreciated there in terms of filling. I guess more overall thought is required in designing the Sakura Brunch menu. But again since the menu changes from time to time, it’s a good thing. Service by Akash & the front desk lady who escorted us to choose the table was fantastic. Very professional and it seems as if they know how to do their job well. Overall it’s a great experience, with a lot of hits and very minor misses so I would still give 5 stars haha! Definitely going again when the menu changes.

This is hands down, the best sushi I’ve had in Mumbai!!! The rice to filling ratio is perfect, seafood is fresh and delicious and the sauces or additions made do not drown out the fish at all!

Loved the service, ambience and music at this place.. Food is exceptionally #delicious and so are the beverages. Their sitting area is also huge with 3 levels and services are standard. We ordered Sangria, Momos Platter , crispy corn, egg fried.... Got some crazy discounts also .We could stay for as long as we wanted. The place can be friendly or romantic or family oriented. Always recommended..!!!! ♥️

Due to the Covid Lockdowns the Business has been affected and as such the quality has degraded a bit. The taxation along with the service charges makes the alcohol cost a minimum of 100₹ more than the printed price. The food quality has gone down over the years wherein a simple French Fries is made of so bad Potato that they changed the recipe and are adding Coriander Leaves and Turmeric and Spices to cover up the bad taste.
Overall, would say this place is okay if one doesn't have any options and would want to just sit down and chill, otherwise not that worth it coz there are better options available around this business

Hey guys, found something interesting place for fun. This is Madras lunch home at sion. It's very close to Sion station hardly 10 min walk. This hotel is having 2 floors basically, gr was non AC & upper was AC. Sitting arrangements is okay for 4 people. If more numbers of persons are there then you have to split into two groups. The fish food over here is specifically good compare to chicken. Happy Hours is available till 6 pm starting from 11 am. Decent place it is if you want to drink & enjoy the food as well. Recommended
It's a old restaurant and bar where mostly all the trendy foods are available like chicken chili or other items of chicken too for the bar the some of the items are not in available. But one thing is that questioned me was the kitchen was hidden and not sure about the hygiene.

Good service and food is excellent
Had old monk and chakna along with chicken akbari and chicken triple rice. Ambiance is average as we sat in Ac room. Before 8pm it is quite silent but after 8pm there is a rush. Overall good food and decent place to drink.
