Tehran has so many parks and gardens where families and couples can have a walk around and of course have brunch! Iran Garden is one of my favorite place to visit when I want to feel loved ( nature) and chill. Water is the element which makes this small garden special for me. At the heart of Tehran, it is quite amazing to have a peace and tranquility with sounds of water and birds singing around you. It is small garden ( probably takes 10 minutes to go around the garden but ali spent 30 minutes walking around) and very local ( lots of friendly people). If I can describe this garden in one word would be “romantic “ … it brings a romantic side of me being here. There are amazing local bakery and yogurt shop in five minutes walk which you take bring to the garden. Park is very well maintained and well guarded by park staff! Love to try in the evening next time!

Lovely memorial site and tomb of one of Persia's greatest poets, Saadi Shirazi.
Native to Shiraz and had never been anywhere in his life, it's amazing how his poets and verses are still being used by many people across the world.
The outer building of the tomb is new, with the inner walls decorated with his creations. Nice garden around it to just stroll around as well.

A must see place, you can visit Delgosha Garden too. You can walk for 15 minutes from Saadi Tomb.

This place is at the end of Bostan street. Saadi is one of the great Persian poet and literature.
One amazing thing about the building of the tomb is architecture. It ihas a cubic shape from outside but from the inside, it is in the form of an octangle with walls of marble. You can see his poet on the wall.

Tomb of Hafez is in the north of Shiraz. Unfortunately it is always crowded but it's beautiful and worth it . When you are inside the tomb, don't forget to look at the roof. Magnificent.

A must to see for those love literature and history!!! Abu Mohammad Moshref al-din Muslih bin Abdallah, known as Saadi Shirazi, was one of the major Persian poets and literary figures. Its surrounded by a beautiful garden and will provide a cozy atmosphere to explore and enjoy. Highly recommended!!!
A must to see!!! Probably the most celebrated Persian poet, whether among Iranians or literature enthusiasts from around the world, is Khaje Shams al-din Mohammad known as Hafez. Tomb of Hafez is locally called Hafeziyeh. The current mausoleum was designed in 1935 by Andre Godard, a French architect, with the help of some Iranian architects. It consists of an octagonal pavilion structure topped with a hat-shaped dome. Highly recommended!!!
A nice monument for poem lovers and architects. There are plenty space for parking, and there is less than one minute walk to the tomb from the gate.

It is always a pleasure for me to read Saadi's poems, and I make it a point to visit this place. It is one of the places that must be visited during private hours.
An old and restored garden which has used Persian traditional #architecture called Iranian #garden in one of the old neighborhoods of Tehran known as Deh Vanak. It has #beautiful, colorful #flowers along with tall, old #trees where you can sit down and enjoy the beauty and forget the hustle and bustle of a big city like #Tehran. It's an environment appropriate with the Iranian culture for spending #leisure time. you can say a small piece of heaven with colorful tulips in the Spring. I suppose it is also registered as #UNESCO World #Heritage sites of Iran.
Fascinating traditional Iranian garden with hundred year old trees and several elements of conventional Iranian garden. Tulips of different colors give it an enchanting ambiance and smell in spring. Nonetheless, its beauties attract me 4 seasons!

Gorgeous urban garden, with a nice variety of flowers (especially tulips). Looks like a really nice place for a picnic, although since we visited during Ramadan there were obviously no one eating in public during the day.
It is the tomb of one of the greatest poet that his poems are a life book...saadis poems should be one of the books that must be read before die because its full of useful and learning statements.
I think the poems are very useful for teaching ethics to children and also adults..

At first it may look like a random garden with a monument in the middle but if you read a little beforehand and know where are you going to , that makes a big difference. A tomb of a world traveler and poet and philosopher and suffi master that his quotes and thoughts are still being used and actually one of the main resources of Farsi literature in term of proverbs or metaphors etc .
If you like to have a good view you can hike from the hill nearby or grab some ice cream and carrot juice from the shops in front as they're famous for that .

A very beautiful garden full of plants and different flowers suitable for family picnics and holidays. There is a playground for children and some sports fields for soccer, volleyball and basketball. There are restrooms. Finding parking is convenient. Wheelchair entrance is available. You can take a lot of memorial pictures in this eye catching park.

Great feeling in the tomb of this exquisite Iranian poet. I strongly suggest you listen to his poems sung by Mohammad Reza Shajarian as you visit the place. You can easily find them online with a simple search.
A beautiful and descent location that lovers of Persian literature will surely enjoy this tomb and its atmosphere
Baba Taher Oryan "The Naked" is a noted poet who likely lived in the 11th century, though his exact dates of birth and death are unknown. The tomb shown here was built from 1967-70 by the National Monuments Association of Iran. The interior of the eight-pillared tomb features 24 pieces of marble inscribed with verses from the poems of Baba Taher.

Iranian Garden is located in Shaikhbay avenue in the Old Town of Tehran. This park has been an old garden with its traditional architectural elements and its green space is based on the pattern of persian gardens full of trees and flowers. In design and construction of the greenery of this garden, the trees of the old garden have been kept. The passageways of the Garden is fit the disabled people and makes it easier for them to use the park.
Brilliant experience to see the tomb of the great humanist writer and poet. The location is very special, there are beautiful gardens surrounding the pavilion, and it's a wonderful place to be at the end of the day as the sunlight wanes and the birds return to the trees, telling each other about their days. Very memorable experience.
A place for a great poet, unfortunately not such a great architecture. From outside it looks a bit like a rocket, but a bit too short. But anyway it's worth visiting, because the closer you get you will realise, it's not just a single tube on octagonal cross section. The octagonal tube changes to a octagonal star. Inside all this is much more obvious. Anyway inside it's great. All lightend by Alabaster Windows

Beautiful peaceful place with lots of parking slots. The entrance fee is quite cheap and is one of the top 10 places you shouldn't miss while visiting Hamedan.
