They ask me to resubmit the same document 4th times, I also tell them to just submit my original document. it has been 3 weeks and my visa still not submit. My colleague who submit the visa application himself got his visa in 3 days.

pay extra for CIBT for longer turnaround time.

CIBT is by far the worst visa service I have ever used. And the staff has been incredibly unreasonable to the point where I have to contact the embassy myself to get clarification on the documents needed for the application. I will never recommend this service to anyone and will never use the service again.

I signed up for CIBT premium visa services to get the visa done for a country due to an urgent travel requirement. However, after filling out the details online I waited for more than a day and after no one called I decided to call them. Finally I got the list of documents and I responded back by next day with available documents. I had queries on few documents so I asked them to provide more details (again .. I reached out). When I got the document, they said its not to going to work. So, this time I reached out to another agency and they confirmed that the document is okay and it will work. So, I submitted the application by myself and got the visa. But for 2 calls and 2 emails I paid $400+ which also translated into loss of 3-4 days and rescheduling of my travel plans. When they last reached out to me over email, I told that I got the visa with the same document and respectfully shared my feedback to make necessary changes in their process. But their response to the feedback was even bit aggressive. Overall, an interesting experience, I learned my lesson. I would avoid any visa service company going forward.
Poor and disorganised.
1. Sent me a date(5-May) to visit the China Visa centre on 3-May-2023
2. Sent me an email on 4-May-2023 7:30 pm to make last min changes to 8-May
3. Reach embassy 15mins before the stipulated time and there's no clear CIBT queue or agent to attend to us.
4. Wait for other agencies to complete their queue before finally coming to CIBT.
5. in total spend 2.5hours at the embassy after paying for 500+SGD.
6. Took my passport and old passport, but only returned my new passport.
7. Need to call the hotline, waiting for 40mins to agent to pick up.
8. Finally arrange a courier to return my old passport, but charged me 27SGD for courier fee. WTH, charging customer for their mistake.

Avoid at all cost. Many agencies out there which is cheaper and better.
The lousiest service i have ever had. When i submitted my China visa application on 5th May, i indicated that I need to collect the visa by 16th May. There was no indication at all (or even a warning message) from them it is not impossible (even though when i tried to do it personally, the earliest appointment date was already scheduled till June). After submission of application form, apart from a system email asking to furnish missing documents, there is no email or phone calls since then to update about the status. Went on their website and it still indicates the documents are still with them although all the documents have been submitted 1 week ago. Only when call them today (which i had waited for more than 20 minutes for my call to be attended) and ask about the status and then they said can only get appointment in early June. When I said i want to cancel and ask for refund, they said the $270 service fee still applies for reviewing my documents. Saw so poor reviews before i submitted mine. This type of visa agency should not exist in Singapore anymore.
I received an automation email saying that passport is collected by courier agency on 10/04/23 at10am.

I enquired after 3 days, they are unwilling to share any new updates except that courier is collected on 10/04/23, and later when I called the courier agency they informed they didn’t receive any package from VFS.

I self collected myself on 13/04 as I had to fly that weekend.

The agent lady who served is rude and impolite. I don’t understand what premium courier services they provide as they claim

Do not consider their automation emails seriously!

Overall it’s been a pathetic experience. And complete waste of my time.

Horrible service with premium prices. Rude agents. Kept you waiting on the executive line for more than 20mins. Very slow in email responses. A few visas got rejected/corrected as applicant missed out some fields. CIBT was supposed to check our documents carefully. Guided consultants (that we paid for) in the visa office wasn't any help at all. Did not control the crowd and line them up. Just ask applicants to manage on their own. Only used them as them as the company has a corporate account. Good news is my company will not be using them any longer. They lost a customer.
Horrible customer service as if it was for free. The receptionist desperately needs a training on how to speak to the clients or customers.

They treat your passport at their disposal by pasting any sticker on your passport without your permission. Passport is your identity and it's way more valuable than just a visa.

This is the first time and it's gonna be the last time I would engage their service. I should have read the review first. Btw, you should read the automated reply from them too.
My application for a French visa encountered problems with the VFS online appointment system, which they were unable to resolve. After waiting for seven days without the problem being resolved, I had to take this matter to the French Embassy. After that, the VFS escalation manager contacted and scheduled an appointment for me to submit my application.
VFS executives were pleasant to interact with and were able to effectively answer my questions.
VFS website is the entry point for visa applications, mostly for Europe, therefore it is important to keep a reliable and solid VFS IT platform for applicants.
Went in for Switzerland visa application, came with really low expectation due to the awful google reviews. Surprisingly the whole process took me only about 15min in and out, security check, documents check, biometric data. Thank you to Ms Nursyakilla, she is really efficient and kind. The security gentleman and lady are nice and polite as well.
Some note:
-Be there on time, they will allow you to enter max 10 min before your appointment time
- Please do extra prep to ensure your documents are complete, triple check on the embassy website about the requirement.
- Bring the proof of your appointment, print it out so it’s easy to read
- Payment can be cash or card
- Be patience and be kind to the staff as we are all human.

We were bit skeptical after reading the reviews. But the service is quite good (for Germany visa) and the overall process smooth. They pay keen attention to the itinerary. So make sure to keep accommodation proofs for all dates in correct order for smooth verification process.

We booked earlier slots - 8:30 am. Overall process took only half an hour
It was a smooth process for me. Appointment time was 13:45, arrived at 13:20 and there was already quite a queue there. The check-in/security lady was super friendly, helpful and apologetic for the minor delay. Was admitted to counter at around 2pm++ and done the application & biometric data collection by 2:20pm.
Staff is nice and helpful, instruction online were clear too. BUT, for 12:30 appointment people have to wait and queue until 15:00 to finish the whole process (first 1.5 hour for payment and passport connection, then another hour for actual bio collection).
Only 1~2 out of 4 counter were open for Australia. 1 out of 4 counter were open for NZ.
It would at least be better to set the expectations if long waiting are expected.
Was here to accompany my daughter for her biometric enrollment. Was rudely greeted by the security staff. Brushed us aside saying 'the system was down'" for whatever that means. She shooed me to wait downstairs saying that was not a waiting area despite reasoning with her that I was there to accompany my daughter through the process. The manner she treated the rest of the clients were similar. Am embarrassed to receive such ill-mannered customer service quality in my own home country.
Process was quite fast and smooth for UK visa. I arrived 10min early for my 10am appointment but you’ll only be let in couple minutes to 10. There were 4 others for the same slot. Remember to print your appointment letter. If you skipped work to attend this, you can’t actually use your laptop or talk on the phone inside. The lady at the counter was polite and straightforward. Wait was a little longer for the biometrics. Spent about 5 minutes in the room and that was it. No payment required. I uploaded my documents online so there was no need to print them. Whole process took close to an hour. Was expecting a lot worst based on the reviews, I guess you just have to read your email thoroughly and just follow instructions for this to be smooth for you.
Horrible experience applying for Australia Visa.
- Appointment booking means nothing here, as you will have to wait about 1 hour anyway.
- Got a surprise of $45.55 for biometric fee, when the the website clearly stated that it is free.
- Must bring cash or Nets for the payment so be prepared
- Must also print all documents out on ACTUAL piece of paper (climate change denier?), while the website clearly stated electronic documents are "fine" (fyi, they cost $2 each page for printing service if you didn't print out in advance.
- Again, i am here to just scan 10 fingers, so if we do a simple maths Total-Time-Spent/Number_of_Finger we shall have ~60mins /10 finger = ~6mins for 1 finger. So from my scientific understanding, the nominator seems to be out of my control, I only left with the denominator to play around. So if I were to expect the level of speed for scanning fingers to be of total 10-15 mins, i would simply need to chop off 7-8 of my fingers. I probably need 2 thumbs to write a Google Review so the choices are pretty clear.

I understand it can be frustrating when there are a lot of people to manage. However , we were very disappointed to see how the security staff treated people , including us. In the 5min interaction we could see the blatant disregard for respect. No point calling people ma'am or sir if u are going to be rude and impatient Moreover , no where on the website or email have u stated we had to print the appointment letter. We were charged 2 bucks for it. This just seems like a gimmick to get more money. Saving grace , was the visa staff and biometric staff who were kind and gentle. I know this review will go to waste as many have complained for a prolonged time and nothing had changed. Hopefully this helps someone coming to visit this place. Also set aside 1hr or so as your appointment time means nothing.

Please note on the following:

- They ONLY ACCEPT CASH which is absurd in this day & age. It’s a global company.
The nearest atm is quite a walking distance away.

- You are expected to print all of your own documents or pay$ up.

- You still have to wait although you have an appointment. My whole process was about an hour.

Only 3 stars as the system is dated & needs to be upgraded.

Nonetheless, Staff were great & helpful. They were quick to submit information.
Terrible web services. Also I don’t have good experience for my previous Canadian Visa and Australian Visa. I just hate their entire system. They spread their trap with so called premium service. Their UK service is the most disgraceful. Feeling so annoyed after spend 2 days still I can’t select my appointment date and can’t upload documents to their web. The web service still show me service unavailable after upload all required docs thrice times!!!
This is not acceptable. There should be someone who is responsible for this issues. I am so surprise how elite countries chosen them as a diplomate partner for their visa matters!! This is absurdly disgusting!

Great service. All the staff members I met were polite, efficient and helpful.

However, the queue system leaves much to be desired. The 15-minute slot applicants indicate in the booking system is completely ignored on the ground. Instead, applicants for each country’s visa are slotted into a queue by the order in which they arrive outside the centre for security screening. Hence, latecomers are not penalised. Therefore, I would recommend booking as early a slot in the day as possible, and expecting a very long wait.

I dropped off the passport and everything here. Good service. Expensive , but it is corporate travel agent, you can expect that. You need to look for 135 Cecil street blue color neon lights, next to state bank of india bank. It is on level 7 of MYP tower. Need badge for lift.
