The store is kept clean and the staff is professional. I've been shopping there for years and I have always found the TV, laptops and devices I needed at a half decent price. My only issue is that the Roku TV's in stock are too expensive.

In earlier days it was a good place, but now...they have nothing, the staff is, like, not interested in you nor your wishes AT ALL, and there are such long lines of people on cash departments. I really hope they'll change their terrible management(

Best buy changed their customer service people. Now they're much better than a few years ago. The prices are pretty good.

This store sold me an open-box TV with literally no power cable, no remote, no mounting system that’s supposed to be included after we confirmed with the pick up department that the box would contain all those items. After we spent our day lugging it back and forth from the store, the manager (I believe his name was JJ) offered no apology and told us our best option would be to buy a TV for full price. Gosh, thanks for telling me how a store works, mister.
Customer service sucked, their pickup department lied to us, and everyone was very unhelpful (except for that one dude who gave me a dolly as I carried the TV in)

I have always liked this store for its service, but when you put in an idiot who doesn't know his job, you lose the prestige of the store, the person who works in the copy center needs more training.

This location is decent . It’s hard to have associates available to help. And when they do help it seem like they don’t want to be there. I do notice that there is more security than associates on the floor. Kind of feel like you in a .99cent store and the owner is watching what you doing. I like coming to a Best Buy to try out items before buying . A lot of the item are missing , the associates don’t know nothing about it so regular customer like me spend more time trying to figure out the difference. It be nice to meet someone that like tech and is well versed in it .

Very pleasurable experience! Went in to upgrade my phone. Excellent customer service! Jason was extremely patient and really helped me out. Kudos to Jason and the staff!

After we returned an item 2 days late for full refund call back, the store made us take a site credit for the full refund. Sometime after that Best buy took a restricting fee of $45. That was more than 25% of the cost. We only found out about it when we went to buy something else and we were short the $45. Very sleezy! No notice at the return and no notice by email. I remember Circuit City was bad. Looks like Best buy is competing for top sleepiness title. I won't buy anything there anymore.

My old spare computer (i3) was running very slow. Not my main computer. Use it for travel and reading PDF's. I thought about buying another one and donating my old one. I learned about "Once Again Tech' and thought to give them a shot. I spoke with the staff and found out I could speed up my computer for only 100 USD. The computer is now running as good as new. I strongly recommend "Once Again Tech" for any computer post warranty repairs. Very satisfied.

Clean store. A lot of nice finds. It can be disappointing seeing an item in one section, but not finding it in the right size. Lines can be long but usually move along without too much of a wait.

I am writing this review because I have recently had one of the most disappointing retail experiences and I wanted to share so that others can avoid the same headache and loss of money.
I live in Brooklyn. I ordered a printer from Best Buy and it was delivered by a courier called Roadie. I wasn't home at the time of delivery; when I got the photo confirmation that the printer was delivered to the sidewalk outside of my apartment building, I knew there was no way it would be there when I returned home. Sure enough, when I got home, the printer was gone. I contacted Roadie who gave me the runaround and told me to contact Best Buy. I contacted Best Buy who gave me the runaround and told me to file a police report with the NYPD. The NYPD has way better things to do than track down a printer that was basically fair game. I hesitate to even call it theft - the printer's packaging identified what was inside and it was left in a completely public place.
Because of Roadie's incompetence and complete lack of common sense (delivering a package to the sidewalk? In New York City? Come on now.) I am now out $80 and a printer with no plans to reimburse me or send a replacement. Both Best Buy and Roadie have utterly failed to take responsibility for this loss of product and I will never purchase technology from Best Buy again.
Be warned: if Roadie is in charge of your delivery, you may never receive your purchase, and if Best Buy is the retailer, you will have absolutely no recourse when your purchase goes missing.

I was referred here by a Friend who said she had only spoken with Mr. Richard on the phone and she felt good about him. So I took my computer to him yesterday (9.29.23.) Did the mailbox service. Days or weeks after they wanted some sort of extra form they didn't mention. In the meantime I was waiting for critical mail. Finally I spoke with two people here including a manager. They told me the mail never arrived. I specifically asked if it had been sent back. They said no, they wouldn't do that regardless of the form issue, and they would let me know when it arrived. I never heard back. Contacted them two more times and never heard back. In the meantime I was trying to get tin touch with the sender to confirm it had in fact been sent here. Finally the sender called me back and said it was sent here but refused and returned. The mail was MIA for a month. F this place.

Very confused on why you need an appointment for geek squad.?? I am currently writing this review at 11:48am, while waiting for my turn with an appointment scheduled for 10:40am. Walked in circles for abour 10 minutes before having to wait in line to be helped. Still did not have what i need, but the girl at customer service and the guy at geek squad were very helpful in recommending where to go to get what i need. Very friendly which is always appreciated.

This is one of the few outside large strip malls that has most of their stores intact. The recent additions of Burlington Coat Factory, Ross for Less and a few others make it a good place to visit. They also have a Micro Center and a couple other stores. The parking lot is gigantic so there is plenty of parking even on crowded days and the stores are open pretty late for business.

I like the Ross store puma hats I don't come here for clothing but it is perfect for black dress pants for like 20 bucks u get stylish , comfortable,and breathable pants for waiters ,barbacks,dish washers,or retail in a clothing store I go to Marshalls for better shirts I think Ross should start doing replicas of penguin brand and bring new robot designed shorts if not I can do the graphics for you guys

Been to this location many times over the years. I hadn’t been there in about a year and was a little thrown off by the new layout, the store seems to have gotten a facelift recently. But I like the new look, things were well organized and easy to get to. I definitely recommend this store, right in the heart of tax free shopping! A+

Super experience with buying a printer today from Garner. What a great help he was! So knowledgeable and honest with his assistance. We left feeling very good about the transaction - knowing we did the right thing. He also did not speak down to us and never acted like we were a bother with our endless questions. My experience at the Best Buy in the Fashion Center was phenomenal... The one at the Bergen Mall, not so much. I had to pick up my new phone at the Rte 4 store, and the data transfer took over 3 hours for what ultimately was a 10 minute task. To make a long story short. The first two salesman didn't know what they were doing and they were distracted by other things. Finally, 10 minutes before the store closed, a third guy came over and did the transfer in 10 minutes. Bottom line, just because they wear a headset doesn't guarantee they know what they are doing or are focused on getting it done.

This is my second time this month looking for some protection for my phone 13 pro no cases not screen protectors. When I called got someone in India huge turn off so far just wasted 40 minutes of my time. Customer service in that department sucks maybe because they being over worked. Sucks for me because I rave about Best Buy being a favorite store. I hope they get better management turning away lots of money that could be made.

Great Best Buy store! It's clean and has a lot of different products like workout equipment and Legos! We have been to a lot of other locations and this one has the most unique products available in the store. And it's a plus that there's no sales tax! Definitely recommend this place.

Bitter Experience...!
I ordered a Samsung Z5 flip in this store almost 17 days prior as a pre-order buy. When I reached the store for pick-up, the pick staff told me that the product is pending for release (meaning no one knew), but to answer a question, she said that the phone isn't released (Aug, 11th is the official release date of the product).
But when I spoke to the supervisor, Shane, though he is quick in getting the information about the inventory and very helpful in addressing the issue but he even does not know what exactly pending for release means. (E.g., maybe a backend issue or product, maybe with flaws. "Maybe") further suggested us that if at all I wanted to get hands on the mobile, I have to forfeit the pre-release promo, which is the ultimate loss for me.
When things stood thus, we reached out to the customer care rep Priyanka of Bestbuy, explained the whole situation over the sms, and she informed us that even though she is not aware about the status or the meaning of pending for release. But finally, she suggested us to contact Shane, the supervisor who was like, as I explained earlier, that he does not know the exact reason to get the phone as on date i have to forfeit the promo offer and the customer representative is not able to do anything except to raise a complaint.
When I questioned him about the other products which I ordered 3 in number but only got one instead of three. When I questioned, they said it shows in the inventory but can not find them.
I have traveled 90 min to the store to get down on taxes (which we all do) and failed due to the lack of communication gap between them(customer representative and store supervisor), which made me suffer whole day.
Hope this review helps the staff both in store and representatives to work on communication gaps and help the customer in need.

When I reached the store for pick-up, the pick staff told me that the product is pending for release (meaning no one knew), but to answer a question, she said that the phone isn't released (Aug, 11th is the official release date of the product).
But when I spoke to the supervisor, Shane, though he is quick in getting the information about the inventory and very helpful in addressing the issue but he even does not know what exactly pending for release means. (E.g., maybe a backend issue or product, maybe with flaws. "Maybe") further suggested us that if at all I wanted to get hands on the mobile, I have to forfeit the pre-release promo, which is the ultimate loss for me.
When things stood thus, we reached out to the customer care rep Priyanka of Bestbuy, explained the whole situation over the sms, and she informed us that even though she is not aware about the status or the meaning of pending for release. But finally, she suggested us to contact Shane, the supervisor who was like, as I explained earlier, that he does not know the exact reason to get the phone as on date i have to forfeit the promo offer and the customer representative is not able to do anything except to raise a complaint.
When I questioned him about the other products which I ordered 3 in number but only got one instead of three. When I questioned, they said it shows in the inventory but can not find them.
I have traveled 90 min to the store to get down on taxes (which we all do) and failed due to the lack of communication gap between them(customer representative and store supervisor), which made me suffer whole day.
Hope this review helps the staff both in store and representatives to work on communication gaps and help the customer in need.

If it wasn't for the nice and personable lady that checked me out, this likely would be a 3 star, maybe 2. I needed to purchase a small TV for the bedroom. Apparently the two people working in the TV department could not be bothered to offer any assistance or acknowledge my existence. It is not my job to ask you to do yours. I didn't find the TV my wife wanted but I did find one that she likes more. Finishing up with the positive, the checkout lady was the exact opposite of the store associates in the TV section. She was engaging. Asked all the questions, even made a joke or two, and made me feel like a welcomed customer.

I bought a nintendo switch oled there. It works the wifi in the library but some reason my home wifi doesn't work 😒. I guess they want me to play outside my online games. I bought a case there too. The worker there, Arliyah, hope I spelled her name right. She was helping me and listen to my story of how at target the same white nintendo switch oled didn't work in my home. Maybe there is something wrong with my home wifi. Anyway it is a upgrade to the nintendo switch lite I was using. I tried replacing the joystick but I think I damaged the wires and connections and it wouldn't turn on. So I upgraded to the oled. Costed about $402 dollars for the case and switch oled. The best buy store is huge and had many thing inside. Saw washing machines DVD, switch games near the back and laptops in the front.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars. I had trouble with my son’s gaming computer and they fixed it after other companies couldn’t find the issue. I just wish I had taken it here first. We are long time apple people so we had no idea how to troubleshoot a PC. They worked fast and gave regular updates on their progress. Very professional and I’m so pleased with the results. If you have complex issues with higher end gaming consoles, this is the place.

Good selection of furniture, we went for a sofa advertised for $399.00, good price but they get you on the delivery and assembly, we paid about $150.00 extra for that, you have the option of picking up at their warehouse and assemble yourself if you want to avoid that cost, I don't have a truck so we had to have it delivered. They did arrive on time and assemble the sofa in about 20 minutes not too bad.

Usually, when I walk into an electronic store people are on top of me asking if I need help, so initially, I appreciated space when I first walked in. However, it got to the point where no one came up to me to help and I couldn't find anyone to assist me. Time was going by. When I finally approached a young man who looked available, he was only a little helpful. The selection was better here than in other stores but still not a huge selection to choose from. I ended up picking out what I needed but it was not the best experience.

I been a costumer for over 13 years. It took me years to realize that everything I have ever bought there is garbage. They make it look like is good quality but it's not. You don't realize until you buy and starts to break down days sometimes months after you buy it. Plus the fact that it's way to expensive. Apr is worse then curacau. Yet I love customer service at curacau. They fix things even with no insurance if recently bought. Anyways. I am now customer at different furniture stores that actually have strong furniture/electric domestics, that last way longer then any of the 100 things I bought at casa linda. I advise people to STAY AWAY FROM CASA LINDA!

Aweful just aweful. I purchased a printer and had it less than two months. It prints when it feels like and 1/2 the time pages jam trying to come out of the undercarraige of the printer. When I contact the company for a replacement or repair as they said garuneteed for 90 days, they gave me the hardest time. Send this, send that. It should be enough that I proved I purchased it and said there are issues. In addition I reported the issues on the 9th and here it is the 17th and still no resolution. As alot of people I work from home and need my equipment to work. I cannot wait weeks on end for someone to respond to be or fix the issues. If I could post with zero stars I would.

I purchased a bed set from the Downey store as a gift for my mom and went back within 2 days to return it because she wanted a different bed frame. They charged me a restocking fee of over 50%, a delivery fee of $130( even though the website states the delivery fee as $100), and charged me for a queen sized box spring (even though the bed I purchased is a full and I had already paid for the base/box). The bed was supposed to be delivered the next day and they were supposed to replace the bunky board I purchased with the box spring. Yet when I arrived home I found the bed In 3 parts NOT ASSEMBLED and the bunky board still there with NO BOX SPRING in site. I called the warehouse and they hung up on me repeatedly. I finally spent an entire day trying to get in contact with anyone who could fix the issue and was unable to. The manage refuses to speak to me and the warehouse will not give me the numbers to higher management. I would like to know WHY MY MOTHERS BED WAS NOT ASSEMBLED WHEN I PAID THE FULL COST OF DELIVERY. Why the box spring I purchased was not delivered. Followed by sn apology and full refund of the delivery fee, box spring, and restocking fee since nothing was restocked. Do not purchase from this store. The sales rep who help me was Wendy Aguilar she was nice but the one who wrote my information wrong. And the warehouse people are the ones who had the audacity to drop off a 3 piece bed set and not assemble it leaving a 71 year old woman to sleep on the floor. Why the box spring I purchased was not delivered. Followed by sn apology and full refund of the delivery fee, box spring, and restocking fee since nothing was restocked. Do not purchase from this store. The sales rep who help me was Wendy Aguilar she was nice but the one who wrote my information wrong. And the warehouse people are the ones who had the audacity to drop off a 3 piece bed set and not assemble it leaving a 71 year old woman to sleep on the floor. I attached photos of how those warehouse workers left the bed frame.

Was told a price of 150 per chair. Even at that ridiculous price I was in need of chairs so I agreed .. than once I was ready to pay they told me that’s the price per chair without it being built ( so built an added 50 per chair ) and extra 100$ charge if I wanted it delivered ( one black away )
They wanted nearly 500$ for 2 dining chairs. How ridiculous. Never coming back again.

I have had numerous experiences with Experimax for myriad service needs – from a simple power issue on an aging G5 PowerMac, to upgrades and sustainability fixes on a 2009 Mac Pro. The work that the team performs at Experimax can best be described as surgical, for indeed, they operate like doctors to keep your beloved Apple alive and functioning. Moreover, the knowledge base shared between the owner, Alex, as well as Chris and the rest of the Experimax team extends well beyond mere repairs. They know audio/video, they know gaming, and they are knowledgeable about all emerging Apple technology.
It must also be noted that the customer service that I have experienced at Experimax is second-to-none. I came in with an all in one desktop that had a bad hard drive it. They were able to remove the drive recover some of my stuff even the drive was almost dead, really great service. I highly recommend this place, avoid the Geeksquad!

Avoid this store at all costs !!!! I ordered a black office chair. Should be pretty simple ... right ? No. They ordered a red chair instead. I called the 1-800 number on my receipt to cancel the order. After multiple calls trying to cancel the order and getting absolutely nowhere with the worthless customer service reps, I find out that I'm getting a red chair delivered that I don't even want. Worst part is, I was told that the order got cancelled. It wasn't. I tried calling the store directly to cancel the order. I told the woman who answered the phone that I wanted to cancel the order for the chair since I had no intention of keeping it. She asked for my name and said she would pass my info along to cancel the order. She never even asked for an order number so I'm pretty sure my info won't get passed along. It really was a nice office chair but after this horrible experience, I'm pretty sure I'm done with Staples. I'll make sure all my friends know about the horrible customer service here and make sure they avoid this store as well.

My laptop basically broke in half, but EVERYTHING still worked fine. I took it to be repaired and they did a fantastic job fixing the casing and told us if anything wasn't working to bring it back. Well the mic and camera were not working so we took it back. They were not able to fix either, and also charged me another $50. So I paid $50 for for them to try to fix something that wasn't broken before I gave it to them.

Bought what we thought was a new hp printer, it failed after 4 months and Compubiz suggested we reach out to hp. Then went into hp web lookup and found out the warranty expired about 1 year BEFORE we bought it!

I do not recommend this place, if I could give zero stars, I would. They sold me a defective printer through Overstock.com and refuse to make it right. Filing a reversal with my bank as well as complaints with the BBB, Consumer Protection Agency, and the Attorney General's office.

I ordered a printer from this place. When it arrived it didn't work, so I waited a week for them to send a new power cord. Still didn't work. Then they told me to send it back, AT MY OWN EXPENSE EVEN THOUGH IT WAS FAULTY. Not too happy!!

Wonderful repair shop! Took my computer here with hopes of salvaging it, and got results FAR beyond what I was hoping! Vince is a lovely man and I'm more than grateful for his patience when my budget took an unexpected hit from an emergency vet visit for my cat. Because of that we had to discuss changes in what I could get done, which was more than enough to get it back up and working! The prices are fair and Vince is very kind and patient. I will be coming back for future repairs!

Purchased a printer through Overstock and this is the company that sent us a printer. After receiving the first printer from this company it had a remanufactured black ink sent with it. After going through the setup procedures the black ink will not print. After contacting this company about the problem they sent a new black ink tank for the printer which did not take care of the problem. Made contact again and they sent us an other printer which is the last thing they will do and we still cannot print or copy anything in black. We contacted Overstock and they will not do anything till a year has gone by. We contacted HP and talked to costumer care and they told us that with every printer that they box up has new ink in them set for that printer. They informed us that no mater how many ink tanks we try it will not work with out the original set up ink tank.
Long story short this company removes the tanks and sends empty ones or send none at all.

I needed a charger for my asus 2 in 1 laptop after two failed trys w 2 different brands of universal chargers. I called them up and asked about it. They polietely asked me to bring my computer up there with me to make sure they could match it correctly. When i arrived he knew exactly which charger would work on the first try! It also costed less than either of the universal chargers i bought. Really knows his stuff and anytime i need anything in this department ill be calling here first!😁

HP printer ordered. Shipped w/o what was expected to be included in NEW printer, ie Installation Manual and disk, ink cartridges, cables and original packaging. It came in in their box, poorly wrapped and without expected accesories and DEFINITELY TOO BEAT UP TO BE NEW. USED piece of junk. Will never do business with them. Lucky I paid with PayPal and now awaiting resolution. $77 for printer and now shipping I'M paying also.So, After return I'll get back my $77 minus shipping and aggravation. PayPal resoluyion sucks s well.

Don't every buy from this company - I got a printer from them that was bad right out of the box, took weeks to even try to get a refund or replacement, then the company threatened me because I gave them a bad rating telling me they would not give me a refund at all if I did not revise my rating. I refuse to be bullied by this company

I needed a very minor repair for my 5-year-old Toshiba laptop. Best Buy's Geek Squad recommended Port City. They quoted me $175! I then went to Ace Computers and Electronics (Old Shell, near Foreman) and zac! got the fix for $75. I also got a discounted new recharger for $35. Ace's owner is courteous, quick and "obviously" must work at a loss.
