Shame on you! I came in on Sunday 11-12/23 I had labs taken. It's 6-days now no one has called me with my results. I've been sick almost a month. The number wants you to talk to a website. I want to talk to a live person.

I just got off the phone with Nicole and it was an amazing experience! I tried leaving a voicemail with her supervisor but it didn't go through, so I'm giving her praise here. Nicole reaffirmed to me that I chose the right HMO for my family and I. Visioncare/ Hersolf wasn't up for two days and my daughter has been needing an eye exam since Sept. We were told they weren't taking anymore appointments till Oct. 31st, so we waited and called yesterday, then tried today. No picking up for two days. Called the state and was told to call Molina. Nichole listened and tried calling for us, she ran into the same problem. She apologized which she didn't have to and kindly sent them a message to call us. Talking to Nichole was the ONLY good thing about this process! So THANK YOU SO MUCH NICHOLE!!! OUR FAMILY LOVES YOU ❤️

Love them. Never had any issues with scheduling or getting a new appointment. My daughters PCP stays in her paperwork and never delays anything. And it's always clean there. Wish I could give them 10 stars

This is the best urgent care i’ve been so far! i’ve been to a lot of urgent care but had some bad experiences! This is the best so far! Staff are really friendly and waiting time is shorter. I defenitely recommend this place!!
Dr.s here are rude, dont listen to you.And brush you off like you dont matter.Made a mistake on my referal paper work. saying i needed to get my knee looked at.when it was my ankle.Dr.s are incompetent and lazy.Really unprofessional.WOULD recommend to my worst enemy.Bottom line this clinic is the horrible dont waste your time.
Dr.Talbot and all of her office staff are awesome! They are always so helpful and quick to see me! The nurse Jesse is always so nice to speak with too! I used to always get nervous about doctors visits! Since I have been a patient in their care, I no longer do. The ease of checking on online for appointments and the patient portal as well really makes things convenient! Couldn't be happier!

When they say they are open until 7:30pm, that is apparently only a recommendation. I arrived 20 minutes prior to closing and was promptly told that they were no longer seeing patients because they needed to do charting. Unfortunately, one of the other doors was open and there was a friendly conversation being had amongst the employees, but definitely no work being done. I suspect the odd closing time of 7:30 is to allow time for charting, cleaning, and closing prior to 8pm, but if you really don't want to work, just say the last patient needs to be checked in before 4pm.
Don't waste your time the therapist was so negative. Go anywhere else.

Dr. Raggaa z. Iskardos is an excellent doctor but the nurses in front are a bit pedantic and talk to you ugly as if they won't get paid for doing their job.
I made an appt online for 9am and came to this clinic at 8:40am to check in. The clinic opens at 8:30am and nobody was there. There was another customer who had schedulers and appt before me and was there waiting as well. We tried to call the little clinic phone number online and nobody answered the phones. They charge a $20 no show fee but you can't get ahold of anyone to talk to and nobody ever showed up. So unprofessional. Will never be going to this clinic again.
Made appt for son for strep test for 10:40 the next morning. Did not get a call from clinic until 1020 saying NP did not show up. They open at 8, why didn't they call me right away?!? I could have gotten him in somewhere else later that day but now I have to wait another day to get my son on antibiotics for strep. Very unprofessional.
The absolute best service I have ever recieved at an urgent care. Everyone from security, front desk personnel, nurses and of course doctors are completely professional and kind.

After going to this clinic (all locations, seen MANY providers) since my first child was born 19 months ago (we now have two babies there), I have concluded that they believe parents do not know their children. They do not take your concerns seriously. They give you a blanket answer on everything instead of actually looking at the child. My daughter cannot hear. She cannot say mommy or daddy or no or anything. Nothing. Just makes loud “ah” sounds. She is 19 months old. Has had several antibiotic resistant ear infections. I’ve been expressing concern about her hearing since she was a few months old, never mind the fact that she failed the hearing test in the hospital multiple times after birth. They refuse to listen and to this day she still has not had her hearing tested (apart from what they do they say she’s born) or a referral to ent. One provider raked me over the coals and treated me like I was abusing my son when he failed the gain weight, come to find out he had RSV. So disappointed I chose this clinic.

Narcissist does not begin to describe Dr. Talbot. I had my first and last visit with her this week. The office is filled with promotional material to try to sell you medical procedures which makes sense after meeting her. Seems she is more focused on selling you things than actually taking care of her patients. Her bedside manner was horrible and she referred to me and another medical provider I’m seeing as “retarded” that’s her exact words, not mine. She spent all of about five minutes with me and it was the most awkward, unprofessional, and rude experience I’ve ever had with a provider. That’s saying a lot since I spent 12 years in the care of the military and the VA and we all know the level of care those providers are known for.
HORRIBLE INTERACTION WITH OFFICE MANAGER LAUREN! The staff is completely unprofessional and gives patients incorrect information. I spoke with the office manager, Lauren, about scheduling an appointment with the doctor about the vaccination schedule because she and her staff stated they would not see my child if we weren’t planning to vaccinate. I asked her about scheduling an appointment anyway so that we could consult with the doctor. After explaining to her several times wanting to discuss my options with the doctor, she still refused to schedule an appointment and then hung up in on me. Maybe Lauren sees herself as a gatekeeper but she was so stuck in seeing her point Lauren inserted herself in a choice that is between myself and my physician.

I walked in, in extreme pain because I had put off getting tested for a uti for too long the woman upfront was sweet and let me take my time talking and paying. When I was put in the room she continued being sweet and when Dr. Young came in she was extremely helpful and caring. If I need help again I'm definitely going back. The visit was affordable and so was the medication.
Without a doubt, he has saved my life! His warm and kind Demeanor is like no other. He is always available when you need him and his staff is kind and professional. I'm so grateful for the recommendation to Dr. Emmanuel. I trust him with my life.
My appointment on March 17 at the little clinic was very pleasant. Sam at the front desk and who took my vitals prior to seeing Dr Rhonda Young was very nice and helpful and listened to my issues and gave me options on the testing that needed performed. Dr Young was very nice, knew what the issue was and explained it to me and gave me all the info and diet requirements I needed for Gastroenteritis. Same experience my Wife had a week before and she highly recommended I see them for my issues. Quick and easy check-in. Thank you guys!!!!!
I think it’s incredibly telling that when you walk through the door their first question is not how do you feel but how will you pay. You can tell that their main concern is their profit and not your health. I understand they want payment, but it seems insensitive to hit people with that right off the bat when they walk in the door. It would feel a lot nicer to at least open with a hello how are you. When they said that to me I said something and they just laughed at me. They seemed very insensitive. They really didn’t make me feel very comfortable looking to them for my sons health. Once we saw the doc, Doctor Lu, he was quick and dismissive and never did any sort of examination at all. Just asked a few questions and dismissed us with a prescription. My son had bloody stool. You think you’d at least feel around on his stomach and ask it it hurts or something. All in all it felt like I was a just a dollar sign walking around in there. I never felt like anyone actually had any real compassion or cared for our actual health. This place really exemplifies the problems with the healthcare system today.

The receptionist Cheyenne has a bad attitude. And should reconsider her reasons for working in a facility that deals directly with the public and especially with children. Cheyenne's behavior cannot be catergorized as an isolated incident. It his definitely her normal. Her behavior is repulsive and unacceptable.

Finally, a young lady called her name and she didn't let me go with them while she took my mom's vitals. My mom comes back out, tells me that the young lady said her blood pressure was good, which she found odd and so did I. We proceeded to wait another 20-25 minutes after they supposedly checked her blood pressure.
When she was finally called back, they took an EKG and then a physician's assistant came in, almost let my mom go home, but checked what her blood pressure was when they checked her in and she immediately said my mom needed aspirin, nitro, and to be taken to the ER in an ambulance!
The whole experience was traumatizing and I honestly think the person who took my mom's vitals should be reprimanded for their negligence. It's completely unacceptable.

ALL the Medical Assistants working here are extremely rude, unprofessional and have horrible customer service. & BRAKE MANY HIPPA VIOLATIONS.
Scheduled vaccine 4pm, called and texted various times in the day (night shift worker) telling to come in earlier if I could, I replied I could not and was told see you at 4p. I get here at 4pm and was told they had vaccines that expired at 4pm and that I would have to wait 25 minutes for the vaccines to thaw. My suggestion was to make clear why requested to come in early rather than not be prepared for the appointment. First and last experience with the Little Clinic, found the receptionist to be a little stressed. Everyone with appointments behind me got the same answer. As a previous leader in the healthcare industry that encompassed a vaccine program I feel this was poorly organized.
Has been our doctor over 10 years.....he's the best and we trust him ...we live almost 2 hours away and still take that trip to see him...
The utmost disrespectful and unhelpful staff I have ever spoken with at any practice. New physician must be very very unqualified for her position. Refused to help me get into the patient portal. When online it particularly states that I must contact the clinic to have the account unlocked. Cannot schedule an virtual appointment without utilizing the portal. Would not listen to a single word I said without saying "I cannot help you." Proceeded to hang up on me. When I called back refused to help and said I was telling at her. I was simply asking a question. One in Wich would not even be aknowledged or heard. Shocked and amused at the lack of respect or concern for a patient. Go anywhere else but here.

My child has been using Dr Duke as his pediatrician, since birth. In that time, he has almost always been 'seen' by different physicians in the clinic, none of which ever develop a relationship or get to know my kid. When we needed a referral for renewed occupational and speech therapy, Dr. Duke denied it without even seeing my child, then gave us a huge run-around, while his school and therapist (and us) clearly saw he needed therapy, badly. They just don't get involved or care or get to know the children, and act like a business, not a healthcare operation. We're looking for a different pediatric clinic, after 5yrs of disappointments. I stay annoyed with this clinic.
I love this urgent care! I come to this location when i get a migraine attack. I am checked in, seen & treated all under an hour. Every single nurse, from check in to discharge, genuinely care about you. They are so friendly that it feels like ive known them for years. Even the doctors are amazing! The drs here dont rush out of your room, they have a genuine concern for you and try to provide relief as soon as possible. I also bring my kids here. Same thing when they are seen, we are treated with kindness, as if we have known eachother for years. I wish other dr offices & urgent cares had an ounce of PIH Urgent Care’s compassion. The best urgent care, the best nurses and the best doctors!
*the ONLY downside was an experience with one doctor, an asian male dr, he said he was temp at this location, when i come for migraines i always get the imitrex injection, he said i was wrong that urgent cares dont carry that, and i kept explaining that is how pih treats me, and he kept saying i was wrong, so i said “you dont believe me? Check my records!” He did and rolled his eyes and huffed out. He still didnt wnt to give me that injection, only a Benadryl cocktail. Good thing one of the nurses spoke up.

I arrived to urgent care before opening hours & was assisted by courteous front staff. All went well during my visit this was until I overheard my diagnosis from the back staff nurses yelling it out. What happened to patient privacy......
Also, when Dr. Shaun Kramer came into the room he looked at me with disgust and stood maybe more than 3ft away when looking into my throat. Very unprofessional!

I had almost given up on getting better after getting treated by different facilities and seeing no results until one of my friend recommended Philadelphia Mental Health Center. I am blessed to find this place, I swear I was on the verge of suicide if I wouldn't have found this place. They gave me a reason to live. Thank you. God bless.

APC is an awesome team of pediatricians!!! Dr. Eugene Lu has been my son's pediatrician since he was 2 months old, my son is now 16 and I have a 3y/o daughter who is now also his patient. Dr. Lu is OUTSTANDING!!! He listens to us. He's concerned. He cares. He is thorough and has always been professional. He has a great demeanor with my children and we all LOVE HIM!!! In the case we have to see his colleagues, EVERY physician has given us the same compassionate attention as Dr. Lu and has also been very professional as well as easy to talk to. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND APC for your little ones.
