Fantastic food. The best service I have experienced in 25+ years of visiting NYC. Kyle was exceptional. Surprisingly good value for money @ $560 for party of 8, including tax but excluding drinks and tip. I will be going again.
It was a mature atmosphere, loved the piano playing. Waiters are very attentive. Food was great!
The Lobster Ravioli was so good! I should have ordered the full vs the half lol. The fresh squeezed Lemonade was so good and had free refills. My waitress was awesome. If she saw the Lemonade going low, she brought more w out asking. The Lobster salad is expensive but soo good. Loved the Brussels Sprouts and steak. Definitely would recommend!
Wanted to love this place but the food was mediocre. The atmosphere was amazing, the service was wonderful. I would go to get drinks but that’s it. I had the pasta with vodka sauce and it tasted like a plain marinara sauce. My sister had the bolognese which was okay. My husband had the lasagna but still didn’t have much flavor. $300 not worth it

Shame on you Capital! What happened to your dress code that you prominently place in a frame by the front entrance? We went with friends about 2 weeks ago and were quickly escorted through the bar (that was filled primarily with single men who missed every point of the posted dress code) to a back room, which I have been in in previous visits. We were all nicely dressed. We found ourselves seated in a room full of half naked women. As the tables turned in the room, a new group of half naked women came in. We were dressed out of respect for your establishment and to honor your dress code. Couldn't you have sat us in a more appropriate area to honor our commitment to you? Shame on you! By the way.....the food and service were okay as usual.

We spent the weekend in Philadelphia to celebrate our Anniversary. We had a beautiful dinner in The Capital Grill. It was an absolutely amazing experience. Everything was perfect the interior, food, service. The sommelier recommended beautiful wine. I want to thank our server Ian and the manager, they made our Special Day. We will definitely come back again. Now we planning to visit their location in Tysons VA.
I’ve been to The Capital Grille up KOP a few times but this was my 1st time at the center city location. The ambiance and decor was exactly what I expected. The food was delightful except for the fried lobster tails (whatever breading they use is too salty). I had twin lobster tails and my husband had the steak. We shared the cream spinach and lobster Mac & Cheese. I would come back to this location.
You are made to feel special and seen from the door. The servers were so attentive and knowledgeable of the entire menu. It's an experience, not just a restaurant. The food is amazing from the bread to the desserts. There is absolutely nothing negative, I could say. It's worth every penny.... Loved it!!!
Went here for the first time and it was amazing! The service was fantastic, our waitress even helped us pick the right wine and let me tell you, it was perfect! The meatballs are a must to try and the chicken parm was seasoned so well and full of rich flavors- loved it. Definitely will go back!
We had a great experience. We ate at the bar and the bartender Anne Marie was the best. She made a great martini for me and a great old fashioned for my wife. The food was fantastic, cooked how we ordered it. The steaks was perfect. We will definitely make this a date night destination in the future. And the cheesecake was amazingly delicious.
One of best restaurants Ive ever been to, probably one of the best service I’ve ever had, Eric was serving our table, he brought us cakes and amazing coffee after some misunderstanding order. I have to say that the service was probably the best one in California and I have been to many restaurants since I was traveling in California for 3 weeks. Hope you all get to be served by Eric! Highly recommended this restaurant👌🏻👌🏻
We booked a table for a birthday and we’re extremely satisfied with the experience. Our table was ready on arrival and there was a wonderful card and decorations set up for her birthday. Our server Tyler (Ty) was outstanding and made the entire evening feel effortless. We accepted his recommendations for wine and add-ons, and were very happy we did. Ty provided five star service and was very attentive, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The restaurant was immaculate, the food was perfectly cooked and tasted fantastic. Our entire evening went well and we will definitely be back. The Capital Grille is always a great experience and this location is superb. Very highly recommended.
It was a delicious dinner where the service was top notch. They had great recommendations and were always refilling water. The steak was dry aged and delicious and the sea bass was flavorful also
First time here and I have to say the food and environment were both great but what set the evening apart was our waiter, Jay. He was beyond nice and informative. He guided us on what to get without being pushy and made the best old fashioned I’ve had to date. Definitely a place worth visiting and count yourself lucky if you get him.
Honestly for the price we paid, the food should have been so much better. Also, we waited a long time for the food. Our reservation was 5:30 and we didn't leave until almost 9. Our waiter was not very attentive because there was a private room party that he was also attending and he was more focused on that. He forgot some things we ordered too. This was not my first time there. It used to be better. Not spending all that money for such poor service again and mediocre food for the price.
Most amazing experience one could ever wish for in a steak house. And Andrew, our waiter made it exceptional! Congratulations on having such staff members! I had porterhouse steak (specials) and it was amazing, so were the cocktails, the Caesar salad, the cheesecake and everything else.

The hostess helped us secure a table on a very busy Saturday night, the waiter was great, the manager came by to congratulate us shortly after we were done with our meal (I’m very…very pregnant), and the food was exceptional. My first time at a Capital Grille given we lived in the city for so long and had so many options — usually am not a fan of chains, but this place didn’t disappoint! Will definitely be back.
I had an exceptional dining experience at Capital Grille in Boston. The porterhouse steak I ordered (on the menu as a special) was cooked to perfection, and my date thoroughly enjoyed the delicious roasted chicken. Our server, Molly, provided top-notch service, and her thoughtful touch of a complimentary miniature cheesecake added a delightful ending to our meal. The ambiance, coupled with the impeccable food and service, made it a memorable evening. Five stars well-deserved!

10 oz Filet cooked to Perfection! With the right amount of Flavor with Char and also done between rare and medium rare. Loved it.
Lobster bisque was a tad creamy for me but still good.
Cheesecake was good too.

First time here and service and food were outstanding! If I’m back in the area I will definitely return! The I had the lamb chops and cheesecake and they were amazing, the cheesecake was probably some of the best I have ever had. Everything was good but just wanted to mention that!
I enjoyed a nice lunch last year on my birthday and it was amazing. They had my table decorated with a birthday card, confetti and even a complimentary dessert. I enjoyed the food, atmosphere and service. I wish I could remember my waiter's name but he was amazing. Great experience!!
Amazing! The food here was absolutely delicious. The service was also impeccable. This is the place that we go to whenever we can. That said, it’s very expensive. But you definitely get some phenomenal food for the price. It is a place that I love to go back to for special occasions. Also, don’t forget about the desserts. They were some of the best that we’ve ever had. See the pictures below.
I took my girlfriend here for her birthday, and this place was even more than what I expected. The service was EXCELLENT. Everyone was so friendly and they kept checking to make sure everything was going well. Everything we ordered was amazing. Our server John was doing a fantastic job. I highly recommend to everyone. I’m most definitely going to be back.
The service is great and the environment is nice, very suitable for a date or a small celebration. The only thing we found was the side, the mashed potatoes with bacon and Spinach were very salty and not edible.
Your typical white-table clothed restaurant. No miscues or mistakes. Steaks cooled as expected, delicious asparagus, lobster bisque was money. Drinks were on point and service was attentive. Bonus that you can easily park your own car vs valet.

Ean, Marija and the team took great care of us. My tuna and gingered rice was perfect. Wifey’s steak just as ordered. Complementary birthday and anniversary desert. Top notch!
Excellent service and extensive wine list. One of the fairest priced dry aged strip steak I have found in downtown. Will absolutely be coming back next time I’m in town.

We went here on a Friday evening. It was pretty busy. We were not able to find reservations online, used chase concierge service to make a dinner reservation for us.
The atmosphere was nice and lively. Our waiter, Ricky, was a funny and pleasant guy who was good at his work. 5 ⭐ for the service.
The food was fine. To start off we got their complimentary biscuits and butter and those were some of the best biscuits I have ever had.
For appetizers we got butcher salad (minus the salami) and onion soup. The soup was okay but the salad was good. For main we got their Australian wagyu and lobster Newberg. They were both nice but nothing out of the world. Their stuffed hash brown was something new for us but at this point we had too much greasy food that we could barely eat it.
As far as the good is concerned, we would give them a 3.5/5. 5/5 for service.

Our experience was good but could have been improved if there were multiple waiters in the open for seating bar. The food was delicious but was slow coming out. Our waitress was spread so far between tables that she kept forgetting the things we asked for to complement our meal. We may return but not to sit at the bar.
We visited this restaurant twice in one weekend it was so delicious lol. We didn't have reservations, so we sat a bar once and then at a table by bar. This is a fancy and elegant place. You definitely want to dress up if you plan to dine inside the restaurant. You can be casual if you sit by bar, though. You definitely need to make reservations to get a table. My favorite was the lobster crab cakes. Omg I could have just ate those they were delightful and delicious. The cold shellfish platter was beautifully presented and was fresh and delicious. This place is exquisite, fine dining. I was very impressed with the service and food. Definitely a upscale kinda of restaurant, so it's expensive but definitely worth your money.
I was invited to dinner on Christmas Eve with friends. The food and staff were amazing! The Manager and the Chef even came to the table to see how everything was. Both were very friendly and made us feel special.

Butcher and Singer is a classy, sophisticated, but comfortable restaurant. The service was perfect, and the food was amazing. Absolutely delicious down to the bread on the table. Be ready to spend money, but know that you'll be getting what you pay for, and it will be worth it!
Enjoyed my birthday dinner! The service was 10/10 and the food was delicious. Doug was our waiter and he took great care of us. We started the night with cocktails, I had the Black tie margarita and my husband had the in fashion. We had the grand plateau for our appetizer, great way to try their seafood options. I had the lamb chops and my husband had the tomahawk. We got them cooked well and they came out perfect. We had the lobster Mac and cheese and mushrooms for our sides and I was impressed with Mac and cheese. We would definitely go back!
Love the service. Atmosphere, obviously, is understated and elegant without being off putting or snobbish. I was offered a "black linen" option to protect my black ensemble from the lint of white linen napkins.

First impressions are EVERYTHING. . . Our entire experience at the Capital Grille was drastically tainted by the initial reception/treatment we were greeted with by the 2 hostesses. Whether intentional or honest, human oversight. . . Once, it was brought to BOTH their attentions that - not only had we been waiting over 20 minutes, but even AFTER we informed them of this, they actually seated TWO ADDITIONAL parties (1 of which had just walked in the door!!! And were seated immediately. 😯 🥺)
This was my 1st time patronizing this (seemingly) distinguished establishment. And since they did not extend the offer for us to check our coats, you can imagine my absolute dismay & utter shock when one of them snatched my Canada Goose from an adjacent chair without my knowledge!!!
The lack of concern for having been overlooked & ignored for such a long period; the cold and callous demeanor in their responses really left quite the sour taste in MY mouth. ESPECIALLY, since I chose NOT to address the issue at the time in the manner in which it deservedly warranted - (we were celebrating a close friend's birthday who was just overcoming an illness).
Thankfully, our server was on par with the expectations one would reserve for an eatery of this caliber. The crabcakes were simply scrumptious - seasoned perfectly & plated beautifully. The lobster bisque (soup special of the day) was one of the best I've ever had. I even have to "shout out" the assortment of herbal breads that preceeded our meal. . . FANTASTIC!!! So hats off to the chef!!! ALL the food we had was amazing.

Busy, busy, busy holiday season visit! This place is great and Jackie at the bar was PHENOMENAL!! Vivian, eh, lacked in personality and service. But JACKIE, she was great to every single person whether she served them or not. She had a lot going on with all of the patrons in the 5:00 hour on a Tuesday. The food was delicious. I had the Roasted Chicken, mashed potatoes, asparagus and Black Tie margarita with a little Paradise Punch. Delicious and worth every penny. My first time on Long Island and I want to go back just for Capital Grille.
Classy, elegant and steak that is out of this world. Feels like stepping back in time when you come here, or a place that Sinatra would be seen at. Upscale and pricey, but with the service and menu to back it up. It is vibrant and exciting inside, while being dimly lit and low key at the same time.
Fantastic waitstaff and service at this steakhouse. Our waiter was very personable, witty, and knowledgeable about the types of steaks. My friend got the rib eye. I am watching my cholesterol so I got the Sea Bass. The asparagus were OK. I like the larger ones. The tuna tartar was amazing too! The sea bass was cool to perfection too. I will return this Spring.
The tomahawk steak was the best I've ever had; highly recommend trying it. My friends unanimously agreed that the tomahawk surpassed both the porterhouse and New York strip. The service was excellent, and while the appetizers were great, the desserts didn't stand out. Convenient valet parking options are available nearby.
I went to the Paramus location and this was my first time. What a cool place! They definitely have a nice array of cuts of meat and those that are not big on meat (I know it's a steakhouse) they had very good salmon. I would definitely come back. The only caveat is the parking is a pain. It might just be because it's connected to the mall and it's the holiday season but if you don't want to look for parking do valet.
I honestly admit that I expected better food, having tried this brand from other locations. Well, I ate it, but I wasn't satisfied. But I leave here words of appreciation for the staff and waitresses, because their high professionalism and politeness made a great impression on me.

Absolutely everything about our night here was incredible! The steak was dry aged for 40 days and cooked to absolute perfection; the lobster was so succulent I thought I was back home in Florida; my beautiful wife got her favorite French Onion soup which I'm not a fan of and even that was incredible! Oh and you have to get the stuffed hash browns!!! The drinks were great, our waitress was amazing...I wish every dining experience we have goes this well! Three cheers to Butcher and Singer!

Seriously, I think my water glass was refilled before I even realized it was empty.

Celebrated my anniversary here and I was truly impressed. We were 30 minutes late and didn’t expect to still be seated. They were able to still seat us, even with a convention going on next door. The table was decorated nicely with heart shaped confetti and a handwritten anniversary card. Our server was amazing. Very attentive, knowledgeable on the menus, and pleasant. We were given celebratory champagne and dessert. The meal was delicious. I’ve never been disappointed with a steak from Capital Grille. Looking forward to my next visit.
We hosted a dinner for over 50 people in the private dining room of The Capital Grille. The staff were exceptional, and the food was excellent. I love calamari, and the calamari appetizer was delicious! The salmon served over a bed of vegetables was perfectly prepared as well.
The food, service, and atmosphere were all phenomenal here. I sat in the bar area and was served by a really helpful and attentive waitress. It had the vibe of a high-end steak house, and it was a great spot to sit and have a conversation. I ordered the NY Strip rare (because "Only one life, 'twill soon be past," am I right?), and it was amazing. It wasn't overly seasoned or charred, like at most steakhouses. I also got the Old Fashioned, which was delicious. I could also get passionate about the bread bowl that they started out with, which had a selection of four different breads. Legendary.

Complimentary biscuits were the highlight of the night! So good, would come back just for them. We also enjoyed our loaded hash browns, delmonico steak and brussel sprouts. We didn't like our mushroom steak sauce tho. For dessert we had the baked Alaska, which was a new experience for both of us.

I just love coming to this location whenever I’m in Buckhead. You can never go wrong with Capital Grille when you want exceptional service, food and drinks. The view of the city is just beautiful! Me and my wife love having Kris as our server. She is the absolute best!
Outstanding steakhouse!! My family and I had an incredible meal here that was to die for. First off, a shoutout to our waiter Ryan (no B!). He was incredibly helpful with suggestions and explaining the menu. We were happy with all of our choices. To break it down:

Lastly, dessert. The peanut butter tart was easily the best and the homemade ice cream was super tasty. However, the desserts didn’t quite live up to the quality of the rest of the food. The chocolate fudge cake was just decent and the scoops for the ice cream were extremely small. Otherwise though, great experience all around!

The dry aged steak is fabulous 🤤 and the oysters are fresh and juicy. Definitely a fine dining restaurant I will pay a visit for the second time.
Where do I begin.. amazing restaurant, amazing food, amazing staff. Husband made reservations for our anniversary and when we arrived to our table, there were heart decorations and a card stating “Happy Anniversary”. Our server Jared was spoiling us the whole night with great conversation and desserts to celebrate our night. He was an amazing guy and the food was very very delicious. Everything was perfect and never felt more appreciated in a restaurant! Would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who is being celebrated!

The food was amazing, but the service here is what really made my day. Upon learning that I was celebrating my birthday, they decorated the table with confetti and a birthday card! Additionally, they brought me super cute desserts and champagne.

Second time here, great atmosphere and staff. Andrea was our waiter he’s amazing too, the speed of service was outstanding. We did not wait long for our appetizers, or the food in general. The pictures aren’t everything we ordered either. We were celebrating our anniversary focused on each other most importantly.
Was surprised here for my birthday last month and it was gorgeous! They went all out with service, table was covered in confetti, had a birthday card, dessert came with complimentary champagne and was given some roses 🥰 Beautiful experience! And the food was delicious with generous portion! Got the steak oscar and a lobster bisque which had a full lobster tail in it! Definitely worth it ♥️
I took my mother here for her birthday (I was visiting from Los Angeles) and it was absolutely delightful. Music was on point. Atmosphere also on point. Our waiter and I’m so sorry I forgot his name (because I’m writing my review so late) absolutely five stars. The best person in the entire establishment I’ll say that!! Top Notch between the food and the service. Our sirloin and ribeye steaks were cooked to perfection. Potatoes were amazing along with the asparagus. The manager Kevin gave us a complimentary calamari while we waited for our table to open up. Great guy, amazing with the guest, great personality. It’s people like him the reason we come back. Our server Nicholas was amazing as well! We were celebrating an anniversary they gave us a little sampler dessert dish. So cute! We will be back soon.

Great atmosphere and a very lively vibe. It was pretty busy for a Tuesday night. The food and drinks were all excellent. There was a good portion of lobster on the raviolis and the sauce was great. My only issue was the service. We had a reservation and we arrived early but they made us wait way past our reservation time for a table and it took a long time to get the food. I had a great dining experience at Capital Grille in Indianapolis. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff who made the evening special. The cocktail selection was extensive and offered a delightful start to the meal. I enjoyed the mezcal margarita. The crab cake appetizer was a delectable start, and the salmon was perfectly cooked and flavorful. The real star of the show, though, was the lobster mac and cheese; it was rich and indulgent. While it was a great meal, I reserve the fifth star for that 'wow' factor that I didn’t quite experience.
Always love this place, the service is always impeccable, the food quality is always consistent, the ambiance is so luxurious and cozy. Best of all it’s value for money! We had Lobster Bisque, Garden Salad, Steak, and Grilled Salmon. The have a lunch does oak menu and it’s really good value. I was celebrating my birthday and they really made me feel special from the moment I stepped into the restaurant. Our table were decorated with glitters, and the also gave me a birthday desert which happened to be my favorites Crème Brûlée Cheese Cake and Chocolate Lava cake. Highly recommended5/5
What can I say about this place..this is by far the most amazing Italian restaurant in Baltimore. Close to the harborfront, this restaurant is great for business/date night eat outs. Squid ink pasta and chicken marsala are must try dishes. The soft bread that they serve in the beginning is so delicious. The cocktails are great and have a nice kick to them! Overall a great experience.

Food and service is good. Had 2 different steaks and crabs for starters. The dessert was a coconut cream pie that was mediocre. Need to go here again to explore the menu more but was for sure a good experience.
I want to start by saying that our wait staff was fantastic. The meal was delicious but I think some of the offerings were priced too high for the taste. We were a party of about 15 and some of the people ordered stakes ended up being way salty.

The food was delicious, the server Mr. Rahmat was very knowledgeable and professional. His recommendations were excellent. This was me and my husband’s first time here. A friend of ours recommended this restaurant and brought us here for dinner. Very beautiful atmosphere. Quite busy but not loud where you feel you have to shout across the table. Will definitely recommend and come back to try some more dishes. 😊😊😊
I had my mom’s 60th birthday here in the private room. It was such a beautiful event. Dione and Melissa was so helpful during this process. The serving staff took great care of us during the event, the food was excellent. I loved the filet, the food was hot and perfect. We turned this room out! We catered it to our party, we decorated, had a singer & a saxophonist come in and play for our event. They provided the two tv’s for us to play our slide show, we built a balloon arch, everything was just so amazing. This was the perfect place to have our party. I highly recommend booking the wine cellar room. We had 34 people comfortably with the table running straight down the middle of the room.

Wow, what an experience. The restaurant is beautiful and the food is some of the BEST I’ve ever had. For a pricey restaurant, you get what you are paying for. The bone in rib eye (68$) was incredible, and my buddy got the roasted chicken breast and risotto ($38) which was also fantastic. The service is great and even the bread basket was awesome. Absolutely recommend this place for a special occasion!
We came here to celebrate our anniversary, and it did not disappoint. We had a drink at the bar while waiting for our reservation, both bartenders were very attentive and friendly. Once seated, our waitress Ashley arrived almost immediately to wish us a happy anniversary and get our drinks and appetizers started. We enjoyed absolutely every bit of Ashley's service and the food was amazing. We will definitely be coming back here!

Arrived 10 minutes before our scheduled reservation and was welcomed by the hostess. Upon checking-in they advised they were a little behind. They brought glasses of champagne to apologize for the inconvenience. We waited 25 minutes past our reservation time before we were seated. It would have been great if they would have comp’d an appetizer of our choice instead of imposing what they felt was sufficient. It was standing room only , and they offered the bar area for dinner reservations. Our location was in a room cater-corner to the kitchen. Our service experience was sub-par as we had a waiter that was not attentive or helpful. We did not let our service experience ruin the night as it was the first time our daughter was able to take her parents on the town. For the price point you would expect at least Houston’s service level. Food was fairly good but I have to admit the service really impacted my experience. The views and ambience were beautiful and make for a great social media content. Certainly not the experience the owner intended. Hope this helps!
Kenneth provided us with some of the most exemplary service I've ever received at a restaurant. On top of that, when the manager checked on our table she actually asked detailed questions about our meal. This made us both feel like she genuinely cared about our experience.

One of the best Italian restaurants we've ever been. I normally don't finish my plate because of the big portions. But I finished my Ceasars salad and my main of Squid ink pasta. We sat at the bar on Saturday afternoon. It was not busy. The lady at the bar was friendly and pleasant. Love everything about this place. ❤️

I had my first visit to the Capital Grille today, and the service was absolutely flawless and phenomenal. I'm giving a mostly positive review here solely for the exceptional service provided, especially our waiter went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. However, to address the elephant in the room, I was very disappointed that my NY strip was cooked incorrectly twice in a row, the first being overcooked and the second time the center was just not even warm (Our waiter did take it off from our check). On the bright side, the appetizer, seafood, and dessert were outstanding – the lobster tails were fresh and perfectly cooked, and the cheesecake and the chocolate cake were not too sweet, balanced to perfection. But again, the inconsistency in the chef’s control of the meat temperature merits serious attention, as it detracted from an otherwise promising dining experience.
This place is just amazing. The service is perfect, they have the most genuine hospitality I have come across. They are always ready to serve your needs before you even have a change to ask. The steak was just as amazing as the service. The food was hot, fresh and it arrived in no time. My wife and I enjoyed our steak and wine. It was our anniversary and we let them know of this and they did amazing job showing the love. We were treated to an amazing desert and champagne for the occasion. Would definitely come back again. I had the salmon and heirloom tomatoes and everything was cooked perfectly, will definitely be back and recommend to anyone wanting a great dinner with even better service!

Visited Tagliata back in April 2023 for a late Saturday lunch. It was pretty quiet, but it was also a rainy day. Food and atmosphere was great, did not disappoint. Ordered 3 appetizers to share, and 2 entrees (full portions of pasta) for three people and it was way too much (could have gone with half portion for one of the pasta). Service was also good. Overall, very happy with our visit and will definitely be back for some yummy Italian food and/or a special occasion.

In the historic Equitable Building, what was once a mighty bank vault is now the entrance to the private dinning rooms on the lower level. Just stunning, don't forget to check it out.

When they arrived to the table his steak wasn't cooked to his liking and the waiter Donavon noticed by the look on his face. Donavan asked him if he wanted to order another steak to his exact liking, he hesitated for a bit but then went with Donavon's suggestion to "eat the steak exactly the way you want it." Moments later Donavan returned with a steak cooked medium- rare that was exactly how he wanted. Thank goodness Donavan asked him a couple of times because it was really worth the extra little wait. I genuinely appreciated Donavan's attention to detail and vibe. Donavan was just a delight, exceptional service, fun and very helpful. His service was 10/10.
Oh and just when we thought we were done, the desserts arrived. Hello chocolate cakes! First bite into the cake and I knew this was the right decision. The cake was served with raspberries on the side which allowed for a wonderful blend of sweetness from the cake and a bit of tartness from the raspberry. I really didn't have enough space to finish the entire cake but I did my absolute best.

Donavan asked him if he wanted to order another steak to his exact liking, he hesitated for a bit but then went with Donavon's suggestion to "eat the steak exactly the way you want it." Moments later Donavan returned with a steak cooked medium- rare that was exactly how he wanted. Thank goodness Donavan asked him a couple of times because it was really worth the extra little wait. I genuinely appreciated Donavan's attention to detail and vibe. Donavan was just a delight, exceptional service, fun and very helpful. His service was 10/10.
Oh and just when we thought we were done, the desserts arrived. Hello chocolate cakes! First bite into the cake and I knew this was the right decision. The cake was served with raspberries on the side which allowed for a wonderful blend of sweetness from the cake and a bit of tartness from the raspberry. I really didn't have enough space to finish the entire cake but I did my absolute best.
I highly recommend this location we had a wonderful dining experience and can't wait to comeback.
The level of service was excellent. Very polite and accommodating staff. Food was very tasty. Would recommend the clam chowder, crème brûlée cheesecake and Ribeye. The sides are excellent. You really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Not a fan of the bread, but I’m not a bread guy so that could just be me.
For now I would say stay away from this restaurant. I think they are having staffing issues effecting all levels of service. For a finer quality dining place this was poor. The older man that was the host when we entered was the high point for service. The server was a waitress and not particularly professional. To order took far to long, the cooking of the food took to long, and when it was delivered it wasn't to the right people with sides spread throughout the table instead of to the people who ordered them. The manager is a tall black man who definitely needs work on his customer service. The table next to us had a harsh discussion with him when he arrived unexpectedly to tell them their policy is to group all checks and include gratuity since they sat together although only half had food. He refused to split their check except some drinks but would not let them choose their gratuity. He kept saying he was in charge instead of being professional. I paid for our table and after waiting for 20 minutes for our check people started to leave. I had to leave the table and find the servers station. I explained people were leaving and asked how much longer it would be for my check. Instead of her answering he stood up and said just tell them it will be five more minutes. Everything could have been more professional. It was more of an experience for fast food than fine dining regarding service. I know everyone is having staffing issues, but when the meal is expensive the expectation is a higher level of service which is not found here right now. I'd say check back in six months.
I was blown away with the decor, the ambience and even the smell of this place lol. From the detailed walls to the bronze eagle statues throughout, it was breathtaking.
I had the seared sea bass it was fresh, a thick-cut portion of the fish, was moist inside plus the top and bottom of the fish had this thin, flavorful crust that I will not forget.
