Decided to come here for dinner before New Year’s. Overall everything was pretty good. Servers were attentive and actually cleaned our table after every meal.
The filet was a little bit dry for a medium rare and flavorless. The hostess was very overwhelmed with the phone ringing and everyone waiting for a table to get set up so the lobby was slammed packed and you couldn’t even move.

This is one of the best steakhouses i’ve ever been in dallas.
We tried the best red wine and steak combination - a dried aged NY steak with a glass of oswift palermo. The combination of Pinot Noir with dried-aged steak offers a rich and complex experience. The wine's fruity notes, often cherry and raspberry, complement the savory, intensified flavors of the aged steak, creating a harmonious blend of sweetness and umami. We ended up here by complete accident!😅 I thought I was going to a different restaurant but my GPS landed us here!🤣 I must say this was a fine dining experience of a lifetime. I want to thank Kyle and Marco for being so ATTENTIVE on my date night. Just a few highlight moments that made me feel like a princess! We were given a private table in the wine room, rose petals on the table, a special dessert, and my favorite was the guy at a nearby table bought us champagne. I absolutely LOVED everything! Thanks again Darden for taking care of your employees it really shows:))
What am I going to say that hasn't been said 2000+ times before? Everything here is excellent. We had Thanksgiving dinner here and brought some friends that had never been, and they were simply blown away with the quality of the food.

Amazing experience here with absolutely fantastic customer service. The food was superb and we tried the prime ribeye tomahawk which was delicious. Highly recommend!
We had a phenomenal experience at the Capital Grille! We were on a honeymoon road trip and decided to treat ourselves to a fancy dinner so made reservations for the early evening. They gave us prosecco and dessert on the house, which was totally unexpected. The table also had cute heart confetti for us. The food was totally fantastic. The steak melts in your mouth! We got the au gratin potatoes to share which were also super good. The drinks are strong and they have a really decent wine with surprisingly affordable options. Service was great, we felt welcomed and taken care of without feeling out of place or overwhelmed. Don't skip the creme brulee cheesecake! We're still talking about how tasty that was. Plus, we're already planning our anniversary trip to the Seattle branch :) it definitely started to get crowded around 630 as we were leaving, so make reservations! PS check the dress code before coming. We didn't feel out of place in what we wore.
My husband and i came here for our anniversary recently. I was so impressed with the cute note they left for us on the table. I really enjoyed eating here. Everything tasted amazing. Steaks were perfect. We had the Crab cake which was hearty, the mushrooms and parmesian fries were delectable. Out waiter July was outstanding. He did a great job and if you go in definitely request him. He took really good care of us. They even brought us a nice little dessert to sample for our anniversary
My family and I had an early dinner here before going to Awakening. The restaurant is beautiful, the service was impeccable, and the food was delicious. Our waiter was like the nicest guy in Vegas. He made us feel special, there are not many places I can say that about. He recommended a bottle of white wine, and it was perfect. I checked the price of this bottle(pictured below) at Total Wine, and it was $20. Capital Grill charged us $50 for the bottle, which hurt a little, but it's not surprising since it is the strip. I got the sea bass over asparagus and mushrooms. Like I said, it was delicious. I had never tried sea bass previously, and I'm glad this was my first experience. It started to get really crowded around 6:30 pm. So, definitely make reservations a day or two in advance! I definitely recommend 👌
Very accommodating, for the size of party we had, the service was fast and very professional, the atmosphere was also great, however the food did miss the mark a little in my opinion. My steak was cooked correctly however lacked flavour, the side were mediocre and overall the price was very high.
Service was incredible. Attention to detail, consistently filling my water without asking, checking in on me constantly, and giving complimentary items for my friend’s birthday. The food was even better than the service. Steak was perfect. Mashed potatoes were creamy. Lobster Mac and cheese was insanely good. 10/10. I’ve been to some of the other high end restaurants in Dallas, and this is easily my favorite.
The atmosphere is good with lots of space to sit. Parking is paid and underground but Capital Grill pays for that. I tried sea food and it was good. Not too salty or greasy. Of course this restaurant is pricey. I felt we were rushed through appetizers and meal like they would like us to finish and if there no more order, leave the restaurant. I think capital grill is photography friendly but remember like most of the restaurants there not much light here.
Celebrated one of my buddies birthdays here mid October and it was a great experience. No complaints at all, I felt welcomed as soon as I arrived, parking was also a breeze in the garage under the restaurant. Our service was amazing, it was about 8 of us and she did not disappoint, went above and beyond for us and gave us some complimentary champagne to toast after we finished our meal/dessert for the birthday boy. The salmon was incredible, it was a nice size portion and cooked to perfection. The mashed potatoes were very good, I've been to the Austin location and each time Capital Grille lived up to their name.
What a tremendous restaurant and such amazing food! The A5 Wagu was simply one of the most delicious items I have had the extreme pleasure of eating. I also enjoyed the steak tar tar immensely as well. I can highly recommend this location for an amazing meal!
We are never disappointed at Capital! The service is always impeccable and the steaks are amazing. Our server tonight was right on top of everything, but not at all overbearing or pushy. She was pleasant and professional. The steaks were moist, tender, and full of flavor as expected, and the sides were were tasty and hot. We chose au gratin potatoes and creamed corn.

The girls at the front door (specifically on 10/14/2023 evening) was rude though they should be replaced. I'd think the front face is very important. If I haven't been here before and didn't know the food worth the suffering from their bad attitude, I would have left.

The food was great and the experience was everything. We had a great view of the strip and they even gave the a handwritten birthday card! The sides were plenty to share with the table. We had Bussel sprouts, creamed spinach, calamari (you gotta get this app), mushrooms, and Cesar salads. The cheesecake they gave me for my birthday was delicious! The service was good it was a packed house but everything went smoothly
We went here for our anniversary and we felt so special. The food was so good and Stephen was amazing and so helpful! While this is primarily a steakhouse they also had great non-beef options (I don’t do beef but the salmon was sooo good!) We had so much fun celebrating here and would absolutely recommend.
This restaurant is superb! All of the food was amazing! From the appetizers through dessert, everything was top-notch. The service and atmosphere were both excellent as well. It's pricey, but it's worth it.
Went here for my birthday. IT was spectacular. The service top tier. They gave me a happy birthday card and sprinkled confetti on the table and honored my request of a window seat. Also gave me and my party champagne 🥂. And ended with a birthday dessert. I would definitely go here again.
Delany was AMAZING! So was the manager. Had a huge mix up with my party going to the wrong address and they took GREAT care of me. Super classy place, great calming classic steakhouse atmosphere. I can’t want to actually have a meal here. The menu looked timeless and the service was impeccable. Definitely try out capitol grille if you’re in the city :)
Incredible. The lamb chops are better than their steak, and their steak is great. I had a special that included a South African lobster tail. It was the best lobster I've ever had. Their drinks at good too. I personally recommend the in fashion.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant. It sits adjacent to Fashion Show Mall and has an awesome view of the strip. Our server Daryl was BEYOND attentive. His personality was infection, his service was impeccable and his recommendations were spot on. Besides the spectacular service, the food was equally amazing. I loved the crème brûlée style cheesecake.
Absolutely incredible service and experience. Gave me a champagne toast & dessert to celebrate my bachelorette party. From the greeters in the beginning, hosts, servers, busters to the managers they made you feel like they 100% valued you as a customer. We were late because we got lost (we are from Delaware) and felt so bad about being late, apologized profusely & they just said “we don’t care, we are just happy you are here with us”. Talk about outstanding customer service! Manager even came over to compliment our table and said we were nice & beautiful ladies that stood out and brought up the restaurant. Just genuine, kind, hospitable people working there. Thanks again for making the experience so special.
We had a great anniversary dinner and Capital Grille did not disappoint us. Food, drinks, and service were fantastic as expected. My only disappointment, and it was minor, was that there was only one option for non-alcoholic beer.

Friday night double birthday dinner at The Capital Grille. The service was very attentive and always ready as you’d expect at this level of place. From the drinks at the bar to the food everything was exceptional. We had a Kona crusted strip and the filet. Both cooked perfect. But make sure you order the lobster Mac n cheese.
We did not know that walk-ins had to make a deposit of $300 at the door for a table. I thought that was a bit weird, but other than that the food was great. The service was also great. Nothing too special, it was what you would expect from a steak house. They do make your guests feel special when celebrating a birthday!

Capital Grille is calm & sexy! How I like it! haha! I usually don’t attend restaurants during restaurant week because of the chaos but I decided to go during restaurant week & it was the same great service & good food as a regular night! The server was attentive & knowledgable of all wines which really caught my attention being a self proclaimed wine connoisseur lol The salmon was so good! The lobster tail was small but I expected it being an add on & ONLY a shocking inexpensive $15. Of course I’ll go back it’s at the top of my list for faves places in Charlotte.
I worked with Diane at the Capital Grille to plan a corporate 50 person happy hour event. The service and food was outstanding. I was very impressed with the detail, communication leading up to the event, and overall experience. I didn’t get the chance to capture all names, but all capital grille employees did an excellent job. I did remember Jeff, as he kept the drinks flowing and never missed a beat. I will definitely be back!!!

The bacon appetizer and the fries appetizer was very good! Actually better then my lobster and steak dinner. Mojito and dessert was great. Service was fine. The celebrity wall decor/paintings look out of place and clashes for a restaurant like this. Just my opinion. Not sure I would go back to this place unless it’s for those delicious truffle fries.
you just can't go wrong with the capital grille. the calamari was just right, the bone-in rib eye steak, stoli doli and oh my.. the tender seared with lobster was incredible.

Food was incredible and made to perfection. The hostess was great and our server was excellent. Only complaint was the seating. I called an hour in advance to make sure if I needed a reservation and I didn't. When my mom and I arrived not many people were in the restaurant and we were sat near the bathroom.
Our server/bartender, Stockton, was wonderful. Please ask for him if you are ever here. We were treated to a wonderful time and he knew exactly when we needed anything. He gave us off menu options when he noticed we were looking for something a little different.
I’d highly recommend the sea bass. And any drink Stockton recommends.

Wanted to love this place but it disappointed me. The bandeja paisa was bland, very little flavor and the portions were so small, the empanadas again so tiny and the tequeños, same thing. My server was Yulie A, she was friendly but wasn't really attentive, she also added 18% tip for large party and it was only my husband, myself and two children.

This restaurant is a must in NYC. The food is spectacular, and the serve is top notch. We were served by Ray, and he was attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. He was able to make fabulous recommendations, and would always make sure we were happy. This will be our go-to restaurant for years to come.

We really enjoyed the experience at this restaurant. The French onion soup was so delicious and cheesy. I love my steak well done and sometimes restaurants take that request as a go ahead to bun the steak. But they prepared my steak PERFECTLY. It was still juicy and it had a wonderful salt crust. I also had the cream spinach. This had a little too much garlic for my liking. The dessert was ok. Overall, I would come back here.

We had one of the greatest dining experience ever at Capital Grille for our anniversary. Our waiter, Peter, was super accomodating and welcoming. The dry-aged NY strip is worth the hype and they offered us dessert on the house. The congrats postcards and decorations were amazing too!!
Another perfect evening celebrating our parent 67th wedding anniversary. We have been coming back here for years and it is always amazing! Friendly people, beautiful atmosphere and delicious food never disappoints us. My Halibut special was scrumptious and the Banana cake superb. We will be back!
Great place to take in Downtown Denver, walk the streets and shops. Amazing Surf and Turf. Sides of mushrooms or mash potatoes are a must! Martinis are fabulous. Great restaurant even with a ton of construction going on.
Outstanding restaurant in the Orlando metro area. Lots of free parking with many many different choices of food to choose from. Price is very reasonable and food tastes great. Staff and owner were very nice and everyone is motivated to be working there. Paula our waitress was her last day in training and she acted like she’s been working there for years. She was very motivated and very nice attitude. Highly recommend this place for good food with family or alone.

I took my best friend here for her birthday tonight and we had a really nice time! I was blown away by the quality of the food and the service. From the moment we walked in, all the staff were welcoming and professional. Our server Harry was absolutely fantastic and provided great recommendations. We started with the bread basket (okay, we had two) and Brussels sprouts. The seared salmon and seared tuna, entrees were perfect. The mashed potatoes were so buttery and delicious. The berries and cream dessert and mocktails were the icing on the cake. I’m so excited to eat my leftovers tomorrow and even more excited to come back next time for a great meal! The food is delicious! They are very generous with the portions and the price. It felt like being in a restaurant in Colombia, they even has Poker beer. The service was also very good, friendly and quick. Would highly recommend!

Anniversary dinner out 1st time visit. My wife ordered the Catch of the day, Scallops looked and tasted fantastic. I ordered the 12oz ribeye steak absolutely amazing 👏
We came in to town on a late Sunday night and had a lovely supper of haddock chowder, pan seared crab cakes and tempura tuna roll. It was so delicious, we went back on Tuesday for the same meal. Our server, Matt, was great: easy going, professional, prompt and kind. Julia greeted us on Sunday and was so welcoming! Don’t miss this place- phenomenal food.

The service was superior to none, and our sever Les was very attentive to detail and informative about the menu. Lastly, the food is always delicious. Brought my daughter here for graduation dinner. She wanted a white table cloth dinner for her first time! She chose this place...atmosphere was very noisy, table's very close together, but the food was the best any of us has ever put in our mouths. Our waitress brought a fabulous cremebrulee after our meal for my college grad, yummm!

Although the restaurant was quite busy, it felt so intimate. Heron G. literally put the icing on the cake with his dessert gesture and overall great service the entire evening.
Overall, it’s a great experience. We celebrated my wife’s birthday and we loved the crème brûlée with happy birthday written in chocolate. It’s a great gesture. The dinner would have been perfect if all dishes are served one after one. The lamb appetizer is not great.
It's been about 8 years since I last visited and I was not disappointed upon my return. I took my sister for her birthday, and the food and service was phenomenal! Javier was helpful, and very attentive. The lighting was a little darker than I remembered but I managed lol. Thank you all for another great experience
We had a wonderful time celebrating my son's graduation from A&M Law School at Capitol Grille. We were a party of 7 and all were thoroughly impressed from the cocktails through the deserts. I personally enjoyed their Bourbon cocktails and Margarita. We tried quite a few "side dishes," all were wonderful. Brenda, our server, was absolutely wonderful. She paced our meal out expertly. We certainly visited at least 2.5 hours, it seemed under an hour. Brenda did well to our response that "we were not in a hurry." I highly recommend Capitol Grille for those Special Moments in life. We truly had a wonderful experience.
I must say it was a delightful experience. The restaurant’s ambiance was elegant and inviting, creating a perfect setting for a memorable meal. The staff members were incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring that my dining experience was exceptional from start to finish.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could and the main reason would be the bartender Roger. This man was perfect in every aspect. If everyone worked like him every business would boom!! He makes a hell of a margarita!!

Bonefish grill and Eddie V’s are definitely my two safe guarantees with steak and other fine dining, if you have a unique, differing from others taste for food then yeah this is probably great for you.

You can't get better than best! The entire team made our Mother's Day experience first class. My friend and I had to travel for work on Mother's Day and set a reservation here for dinner. From the moment we walked in to the time we left we were treated like cherished guests. Neya greeted use and we were able to be seated a little earlier than our reservation. Our waiter Dagvaochir (DG) made great recommendations and ensured that we were satisfied with each selection. The gentleman who refills the water ensured our glasses stayed full.
The sea bass and Brussel sprouts (customized to remove the bacon) were very good, BUT the coconut cream pie was OUT OF THIS WORLD! The Stoli Doli is my new favorite drink and I am making it a goal to reproduce the pear salad! 😍

My very first time dining here. It was an AMAZING experience. The food was absolutely AMAZING. Our steaks were cooked to perfection. The drinks were DELICIOUS!! Dessert, OMG... Devine! Marcel our waiter was the best. I will definitely be back. Love, Love Loved it. It was a perfect Mother's Day dinner.
What a wonderful place to have a delicious meal. The staff was friendly, helpful and funny to boot! I had the salmon, field green salad, and roasted brussel sprouts. The salmon was light and and cooked to perfection. My friends all had steaks and praised the chef. A creme brulee for dessert, on my!! Get a reservation when u are in DC, well worth it!!
Very high end restaurant but well worth it. Food was worth ever penny, the South African lobster tail was out of this world! Wait staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Not an every week restaurant but definitely stop in again next time we're in downtown Charlotte for the night.

I always have an amazing time here. This is my go to place for birthday dinner with friends. I have never had a bad meal. I’ve have the roasted chicken, steak, and lamb chops. You have to get the lobster mac and for some reason, it’s better at the ft worth location than the Dallas location. Drinks are good too. I’m not a fan of regular lobster in general but sometimes they have the South African lobster and it is sooooo good! A must try at least once. I definitely get the hype of lobster when I have that. The lobster bisque is delicious as well. The customer service is top tier every time. Everyone is always friendly and welcoming. So far this is one of my fave steakhouses/restaurants in Texas, has been for years and don’t see that changing anytime soon. Kudos to everyone from the valet, host/hostess, manager, to the chefs and waiters/waitresses.
One word for this place. Delicious! Everything I have had here has been great. The portions are substantial to say the least and fyi a salad would serve two. Julia ,Max and Taylor are friendly and professional. This establishment rolls out the red carpet. Ps: Save room for dessert and if you can't. Definitely take one or two home.
Capitol Grill exceeded my expectations with their exceptional food, service, and ambiance. As an NY Strip lover, I have to say that the steak was cooked to absolute perfection and seasoned just right to bring out the rich, bold flavors of the meat. The truffle fries were crispy and full of flavor, adding just the right touch to the meal. Additionally, the salmon and calamari were outstanding, with both dishes cooked to perfection and plated beautifully. I highly recommend Capitol Grill to anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience that will leave your taste buds singing.
Went to celebrate my anniversary and truly had no regrets. It was nice and romantic. Staff was very attentive, and everyone wished us a happy anniversary even if they weren't our waiter. But speaking of, our waiter was the best. So nice and personable. Ask for Peter if you go. Couldn’t have asked for any better service. The food was delicious overall. The lamb chops were delicious but may have had a bit more char on mine than I would have liked. The mashed potatoes were like crush velvet, just creamy and smooth but not whipped. Not fond of the bread, but depends on what you like. Definitely would go back.
Excellent food. The restaurant does not take Apple pay / contactless pay. It was an issue for us, unfortunately so we had to go back to our hotel to get a debit card. The restaurant manager did not manage the case correctly as he did not trust us, coming back. Not the best way to manage a family , on the top my husband used to coming over as it is closed by his office....

By far the best bandeja paisa i’ve had that’s not in Medellin !! Everything was made absolutely fresh and you can tell with the difference in taste compared to other places. I usually don’t eat the beans, chicarrón, and arepas are usually too dry. These beans were AMAZING, chicarrón was nice and crispy and arepa was perfectly moist. 10/10
Lobster and Shrimp cocktail are amazing. Cesar Salad is all wrong (especially for NYC) and I think the dressing should be revisited. The soups (we tried 3...lobster bisque, clam chowder, and french onion) were all lacking in one way or another. Dessert of a coconut cream pie of sorts was pretty good. Overall the food was a bit behind the atmosphere, the service and the prices. Expected a bit more, got a bit less. Would definitely try again to try some other dishes. Especially the meats on offer.
My husband received a very generous gift card for The Capital Grille so we used it for our anniversary dinner and splurged a bit! It is an incredibly fancy and upscale restaurant. We felt a little bit out of place when first arrived, but the service was excellent and the food was absolutely divine. We started with the cherrywood smoked bacon appetizer, which literally just melts in your mouth. We each ordered a New York strip and both were cooked to perfection. We got sides of asparagus and brussels sprouts. We definitely favored the brussels sprouts. It was overall a very nice experience, but it was very expensive and I don’t know that we would be willing to spend that much money on a dinner out again.

She had great suggestions for our meal choices. The lobster and crab cakes tasted like they were made fresh, way better than most places. The lobster bisque was so light on the tongue while rich in flavor and nice chunks of lobster. My boyfriend really enjoyed his French onion soup, he said it’s the best he’s had in years. We were already so full we split the aged Ny strip and South African lobster tail, sweetest lobster flavor compared to other types I’ve had… espresso martini was very yummy and the chocolate espresso cake was a nice end to it all.

This restaurant is by far one of my fav. We had a lovely early dinner here before our Broadway show & really enjoyed the whole experience. Exceptional attention to detail, friendly and professional staff, great ambiance and such a beautiful place! Definitely coming back for their delicious food!
We came here on Thanksgiving and had an absolutely amazing Thanksgiving dinner (for lunch). While that specific meal may not be available year-round, I imagine the high quality of the food we had applies to anything one can eat here (and there were a lot of options on the menu that sounded terrific).
The turkey was extremely tender and juicy (and that meat is almost always dry, in my experience). The buttery mashed potatoes were mouthwatering, and I could have definitely eaten more. The cranberry sauce had some nice spices in it that made it some of the best I’ve ever had. The stuffing was made with brioche, so it had a slight sweetness to it that was unexpected but pleasant. The green beans were just the right amount of crunchy (but a few didn’t have the stems cut off).
We also had some coffee, which was great, and an absolutely divine pumpkin cheesecake. I doubt that it’s served often, but it should be.
We were given some warm bread before the main meal. There were several different kinds of bread and rolls; the best one was definitely the onion roll. The butter was cold, so it was hard to spread, but it helped that the bread was warm.
Overall, a great experience. The staff was extremely professional, friendly, and hard-working. I definitely recommend trying this place out!

This is my husband's favorite place for a special occasion. It is very popular, so I would definitely make a reservation. It is VERY upscale and has a small menu in relation to most restaurants we would frequent. This is because they try to perfect every dish they make. I only get the chicken but also ordered an appetizer to try this time.

I’ve been twice over the years and every part of the experience is magical from the moment you step in the building until the moment you need to be rolled out! I ordered the porterhouse and my wife ordered the filet mignon. Best tasting steaks! This restaurant will not disappoint.

Had an amazing dinner here while on vacation, one of the best in my life! We got the duck liver pate, clams casino, chicken breast with orzo and asparagus, and the catch of the day (tuna over pea risotto with carrot puree). All of it was perfectly cooked and well seasoned, and the clams casino tasted super fresh and used whole clams, which I love. My partner said the tuna melted in their mouth, and they loved the duck liver pate spread, lots of strong flavors but paired perfectly! All the food, plus 3 equally delicious cocktails, and tip came out to ~$175, definitely worth it for such a fantastic meal. Can't wait to come back!
We had a wonderful experience at the Hurricane! Carson was our server, and he guided us to the best tasting plates. We started with the onion soup (mind-blowingly good with the puff pastry) and lobster chowder. I had the house salad, which was crunchy and tangy with the pistachios and peppercorn dressing. The shrimp for the shrimp cocktail were plump and firm, and the cocktail sauce had just the right amount of spice from the horseradish. The beef tenderloin carpaccio was flavorful and delicious. My husband ordered the 2lb stuffed lobster, and every bite was perfect. I had the salmon, which was fresh and perfectly cooked and paired well with the Asian inspired noodles and sauce. I highly recommend you check out this restaurant while in Kennebunk, and ask for Carson as your server.
“Pull up a chair. Take a taste. Come join us. Life is so endlessly delicious” this could not better embody the experience at Bandeja Paisa. As a constant traveler that values food over city experiences, this was an experience! The meat so delicious and tender, the plates overflowing with food, and the hospitality left me in awe. The pictures do not do this place justice. I only wish I were in Orlando a few more days to keep coming back!
