I love shopping here...the best deals, but this last time I was here the sales associate was a bit much, anytime I picked something up she would run over to talk to me about it, then she was making recommendations on things that aren't even me. TBH it was worse than being at a car dealership, they at least walk away to let you look for 10 - 15 min. I couldn't shop comfortably so I left.
Its a big store with a vast selection of wines and spirits. The staff is very helpful , juliana especially was really nice and helpful.

When you enter the MK Store or not, the employees look at you from Head to toe. They see you too much. lt makes you uncomfortable. lt bothered me so much that l better left immediately Honestly, l didn't buy.

I would like to thank Jessica and Paige (? think this was the other clerk) for their outstanding customer service. I bought a few items that were displayed on the sales rack and when I went home, I realized that I was charged full price. Although I'll have to return these items because I bought them thinking they were on final sale, I really appreciated the extra time and effort Jessica and Paige took to help me. They were helpful, courteous, detailed and kind. This store is immaculately organized. I always find the store to be impeccably organized, very eye catching, how they display by color, of classic style and great quality for the price. I love to check out their sale rack on the second floor. They also have a wonderful formal and cocktail dress section for formal events.

Was shopping for back to school clothes for my son and the associate with glasses and curly hair was extremely dismissive of me asking if there was anymore sizes of vans. He seemed more interested in talking to what seemed like his friends. When I asked if he could check the back for a size 11 he just said they don’t carry that size.

Not bad, similar to TJ Maxx and Ross. Belts for $8, Hillfiger polo $24, luggage for $70-80. Mostly clothes, shoes, bags, but a few other things, too. Store is dated but not dirty. I'd go again.
This shop is super cute and has a lot of great apparel for both men and women. Their accessories and handbags are adorable, fashionable, and at a reasonable price. The apparel can get a bit pricey, but all of it is eye-catching and seems to be of high quality. They also have an incredible almost hidden large section of formal dresses! So if you're looking for a unique dress for your next formal event, you should certainly stop by and check out their great selection!
Love it. I also love the Amazon locker inside of the store. It's very convenient. This store is clean with a friendly staff.

They come on weekday mornings and don't have regular day jobs. They are preferred customers that work deals with the corrupt managers/employees. I know upper management and the owners only care about profits, but it's gotta so out of hand. Every time anything decent comes along, its part of a full cart belonging to one of those customers.

Either announce/have signs that say customers can shop in the donation/production area in the back or NO ONE is allowed back there. PERIOD.

I really love this place! The men’s side has lots of options and the women’s side (2 floors) doesnt disappoint. The staff are friendly and helpful without being pushy at all!
A woman started yelling because she caught a male EMPLOYEE filming her underage preteen daughter in the kids section. The dad ran across the store and attacked the offender while the other employees just stood around. Cops showed up, that place is a disaster.

3.7 stars overall…yet 5 stars for customer service and the chair purchase. I had to dock off a star due to some difficulties and the prices. I found the perfect item - an old antique rocking chair with wear and tear. It had a big crack and minor repair issues so they reduced the price to $22. We were able to fix the cracks and noticed several repairs on the chair. I thought the price was fair, since we had to do repair work on it.

Customer service was very good, and the sales clerk lowered the price of the chair after my husband pointed out flaws. I liked their display of jewelry. Parking can get difficult. A car parked too close to use - making it impossible for my husband to open his car door to get inside. He is average height and size. We almost got hit by a car trying to get out of the parking lot. Despite the problems It is worth a go see.

I didn't visited any business in particular, I have a new job in the area so I decided to take a look at my Speedway neighborhood...there's a lot of businesses open and thriving in Harbor Shops...Publix Supermarket, Dance Studio, Restaurants of many options. The parking lot at Harbor Shops is immense which means not a problem of finding a parking spot very busy and yet very clean...I love this place!!!

Very good for clothes, both men’s and women’s, just OK for furniture and home goods, lousy book selection. Pricing a bit erratic, some items very reasonable, others too high. Worth regular visits.
Customer service was great, unfortunately the quality of shoes has declined with Skechers. Purchase a pair of shoes for my grandbaby on Wednesday and by Thursday the shoes were destroyed. Took him to the park for 30 mins and shoes lost the material on the tip of the shoes. I've never had a pair of kids shoes do that. That's super crazy. I don't recommend this shoes to be consider for outdoors or play time. Shoes still look great from every side except the front.
Won’t shop at torrid anymore. I normally buy online cause the sales are good and many options. Sometimes these items don’t fit and I return them to this store but every time I come in they seem burdened by my returns for some strange reason.

This is purely a customer service complaint. My mom wasn't feeling well and got sick in one of the aisles. The employees were refusing to clean it up and running around panicked

I do miss the good ole days when Bealls had the stickers, but it still a good place to find discounts.
If there is a zero star, I'd rate it zero. Customer service is very bad, the fitting rooms were closed when the store wasn't closed (told us that they would close the fitting rooms right after these people are done), didn’t get welcomed to the store, nor did anyone ask us if we were looking for anything.
If you have never been in a maze before, if you come here, you surely have been now they have so many awesome things here to buy. I came here for two pieces of garment and left with like 27 different things.
The store smelled of straight sewage.. I was suffocating under the disturbing scent .. it definitely make for an uncomfortable shopping experience. I didn’t even get a chance to browse as I planned too since the smell was so over whelming. They need to seriously get that Stench checked out.. I am not sure how the workers are able to pull a full shift there.

This is my favorite Burlington in the area and I find that their prices are better than TJ max or Marshall’s. Always a wide selection to choose from and enough space where it doesn’t feel claustrophobic like the other one does. Would recommend.

The food and atmosphere were awesome, but the service was kind of poor. My server gave me the check as soon she dropped the food "no pressure." she never came back. My fork fell from the table, and I asked another server to bring me a fork, and she forgot. I finished my breakfast with the coffee spon
If you need a size 2 or 3x this is the perfect store to shop in, the clothes are up-to-date and fresh, and I can't say enough about how helpful the staff is!
Loved this shopping area! A few good restaurants and a TJMaxx along with other stores right next to the port! I had a few last minute things to buy before our cruise, all of which I bought in this shopping center! Try out Gilbert's 17th Street Grill. The food was homemade and delicious!
For years it was my favorite store, but since they have new management nothing is the same, always people steals the donation from out side front of the manager and employes, the best items are bought by selected customers who can go to the production area, and also by the employees who daily carry their shopping carts full. Do something about it.
Store associates were really nice until I went up to register to return an item. It was one day over 30 days on receipt. They stated kinda of rudely, I could not return item nor exchange it for anything in the store. There was absolutely nothing they could do for me according to the “manager” who called over another associate to ask for assistance. I would think the “manager” would know the answers to my questions instead of asking another associate. No matter what kind of business, small or big, I believe polite customer service should always be the policy.
Bealls is our go to clothing store when we travel to FL. Fabulous selection. Helpful staff. Decent prices. This is how to do retail. Highly recommend.

Burlington is a fun place to shop. They always have new items, friendly staff and a clean store. Other than some messes some customers leave 🙄. The store is arranged nicely so you can actually move between rows with a shopping cart.
Great selection of shoes, but not wide fit for women. I recently had surgery and an required to wear shows at work. I was hoping to come here (I always buy Skechers) and get a couple pairs during the black Friday sale. Hundreds of shoes and less than 8 wide fit selections.
My job requires me to dress professionally, while on the go... Great place for handbags, skirts and other accessories.
One thing I'll say is they should notice everyone walking in their establishment know matter color or creed I'll give them four stars do to the fact it's a different experience with skateboard shopping, treat everyone as a potential buyer use that Beauty and Pretty smiles to sell your products didn't get anything on my first visit but I'll be back very soon.

Well organized. But um... it reeked like mold and dirty feet. I'm sorry but the smell was so suffocating I had to exit the store. Not much more that I can say.
Found everything I was looking for. The people were polite and friendly. The cashier explained the benefits of a Burlington charge account. I applied and was approved. Got my promised discount. Was more than pleased. I will definitely do my Christmas shopping there.
Beall's on Eau Gallie is my go to store beach side. l was in there this past week with my 84 yr. old Mother. Your Associate Cheryl was so friendly and helpful and I can't thank her enough. She went way above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. In a time when it is hard to find good customer service, Cheryl came through like a shining star.

Found a great pair of shoes and designer shorts!
We came here on 08/27/22 myself and whole family felt so uncomfortable the manger on this store and two other lady’s were so rude to us. The manger seem like she didn’t want to sell!! she was giving all my family attitude I’m from a Hispanic family they made us feel like we couldn’t afford this place. It’s really ridiculous I’m so upset the fact that we couldn’t shop in peace. I hope the manger gets the proper training and education on how to be friendly with customer especially as a manger

I went there to look at the summer shoes and Megan and the other very nice sales associate were as sweet as can be. The store is very clean and nice. It’s cozy and when I peaked at the sizes they, had nice variations for different body types. They have very high quality items, and the jewelry was cute too. I am so sorry I forgot the other young ladies name. Their customer service was amazing. Thanks for being so sweet and accommodating. I’ll see you all again soon.
We were going for dinner and walked by this store. Went in on a whim because my daughter liked a dress. I have to say, this was a surprising gem. Not only the amazing variety of clothing and sizes, but the beautiful displays. My daughter quickly ran upstairs to try on the dress, but we had to go because of dinner reservations. We actually left before dessert to get back before it closed. Sales people downstairs were helpful and courteous without being pushy. Although I had planned on buying nothing the best part of the store visit came when I tried on my first dress. The stylist upstairs recommended similar fit, colors and dresses that she thought would be ideal for my body. I know generally what I love and what looks good but her recommendations were spot on! My friend never purchases anything but black but ended up with a stylish jumpsuit, top, and the most amazing necklace that worked for both. All recommended by the stylist there. I ended up with two dresses and a half zip sweater that were terrific. You have to stop here if in the area. They have something to suit all!
The MK store at Barstow is the worst outlet store. Nobody greets you as you enter, nobody helps out. However,,they do look at you as though you are going to steal something. Even though I am probably richer than the short Asian Manager with silky dark shoulder length hair. She was having a personal conversation with another employee on the store, had no time for Customers. Please read all the other similar reviews, need to fire the Managers first.
The Lucky Knot has always been my favorite for cute classic style. Wide selection of well priced accessories. A formal room for events and even an addition when I need to pick up something for my husband. I love the personal service from staff who often offer suggestions of something I might not have tried. A boutique experience without the pressure of having to spend a fortune.

I ordered a pair of shoes online, which came in damaged. When I took them to the local store to be replaced, they said they had to order them again and have them shipped to me. I was told I'd have to wait another week, which I expressed wasn't ideal news considering I already waited a week. I was then offered 3 day shipping. Now shipping information is missing from the order and I still don't have any shoes. Last time I give this business my money.
The past couple of times I've been to this store, I've been able to find something. I don't know who helped me, but she was very nice. I was able to find something that I really liked in a short amount of time and get out of the store. All of the people were really nice to me during my short visit. I would definitely go back to this store when in the area.

The lucky knot always has the absolute best inventory and staff! I love the Annapolis and Alexandria stores, still have to check out the other two locations. Their customer service is excellent, they are always so willing to help and have great ideas for what would work for any occasion. The dresses and clothes are absolutely gorgeous and can work for a formal wedding, fun girls weekend, date night, and everyday wear!!
Worst skechers ever. Brought in a return for smaller size and told me that these shoes had been worn. He literally tried on and took off. All i wanted was a couple sizes smaller. Just watch this store when you buy something they will rip you off. I called corporate regarding this and sent photos at which time i was given an apology and told this is not how the company works and am being given a refund by another store due to the incompetence of barstow skechers. BEWARE

I loved this shop. I was there yesterday with my family. My daughter fell in love with a dress for the prom so I will be going back. There were a lot of options and beautiful dresses for any special event. The clothes and jewelry were really nice a bit pricey but I bought several pieces because they were sooooo exquisite and unique. ALL the staff were EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY, Raven was great!!!! I will be returning to this shop. Thank you ladies for all your help it was a great experience!
The staff is friendly and helpful, but there is a glass case of incredibly inappropriate stickers (drugs, language, nudity, etc.) that are literally eye level for any young child who comes in the store. Even worse, they cannot be avoided because they are right by the checkout. Won't be supporting them while this is a part of the store. Will find a local shop to spend at.
You know how sometimes you feel "at home"? Well, the gals working here make you feel like old friends. They are SO helpful. I love that Torrid has new clothes come in all the time. It's keeps everything fresh. Overall, this is one of my go to stores. Sure, some of the clothes are geared for a younger crowd, but I can always find something I love. Not bad for a 50 something gal!
Sale person that helped me on the floor was very nice and patient too. I appreciate that because I was shopping for someone else that could not be at the store and had to communicate with them via text message to make decision. Even the young lady at cashier was very pleasant.
I was very lucky to enter this Barstow Outlet. I found Guess Factory and was very well attended by the salesperson who accompanied me helping me with sizes and styles. The store was super organized and clean, I had nothing against it. I think it is worth stopping at this Outlet when you are on the way. Near it there are a variety of places to eat.

My daughter and I found some great Hunter X Hunter t-shirts, the latest anime she has gotten in to. Haven't found a lot of merch out there so she was super excited, and they had a decent selection.

One of the shoes is falling apart less than one months after purchase. When I tried to exchange them they said they do not except shoes that can't be resold. You're better off buying elsewhere or online.

I also was born with flat feet, fallen arches and a few other medical issues.
Anyway I was able to find multiple pairs of shoes in my actual size. Wow! This never happens. I usually have to end up buying a size 12 and try squeezing into them and only wear them for short periods of time or buy size 13 and have my feet slide around in them and get blisters.
Staff was very helpful and led me to the exact spot where the 11.5 and 12 EEEE shows were.
I was happy to know they had a sale on where you get 50% off the second pair.

The new store manager, Stephen, helped my son with his first trick board purchase. Stephen was helpful, knowledgeable and had great customer service skills. He explained everything in detail and he was very pleasant the entire time. The other staff that helped us was also great. I think this store will be very successful as long as he is managing.

Great location with it's own parking lot adjacent to Walmart Superstore. They now have dressing rooms which improve shopping options. Items are color coordinated and sizes are now sectioned. There are more designer options, furniture, shoes, men's clothing and misc. Prices are not bad, with a little searching there are bargains.
Large thrift store, with plenty of parking, and a wide variety of clothing and household goods. I especially like their children's clothing - good selection and very reasonable prices. They have discounts for seniors and military.
