We gave the cashier a $20 bill for an $8 purchase but she only gave us $1 and a few cents back. When we asked how much it was total she looked at us rudely and insisted that we gave her a $10 when it was clear to us that we did not. If you want good service I wouldn't go here.

Locally owned sports shop that has you covered for sporting needs across all seasons. Staff is knowledgeable and very courteous. Pricing for bicycle service is reasonable. Clearance racks for apparel are a good value.

Just a complete lack of effort by anyone in the store. Rented a season long snowboard and boots package and one of the boots was completely broken and the binding weren't adjusted to even fit the boots. Didn't realize this until my first run of the season and barely made it down the hill. When we brought it back to the shop, they said "Sorry, do you want a free t-shirt? Also, it's only one day of the season that was messed up, it's not that big of a deal."
Go literally anywhere else to get rentals or gear worked on.

Shout out to Mike in service!! 10/10 will always be back here. Our situation was unique, my dad and I decided to pull the boards out on short notice for an afternoon shred and realized we had a couple broken binding straps from a couple of years ago as we were loading up. Despite being busy, Mike got us in and out and back on our way up to the mountain in no time!! Had the best snowboarding trip in a long time!! You’re the man Mike.

Store is very unorganized. You have to hunt down associates to get assistance/checked out. Came in for an in-store pick up (which defeated the purpose 😤). I then decided to return the item as it didn’t fit and was told I need to contact customer service because the order was ‘placed on hold’ since I had used the live chat feature on the RL app (was trying to extend pickup window). I returned on a later date to return the item after contacting customer service and was able to return the item. A couple weeks go by and still hadn’t received a refund. I contact customer service a 2nd time to follow up. They told me the store never marked the item as ‘picked up’ therefore never charged my credit card. I didn’t get cheated off my refund but was very frustrating to have to keep contacting customer service vs handling issue in stores from the beginning! The shopping experience at this store was so inconvenient and should get reevaluated!
We rented 2 sets of skis, boots, poles, & helmets. When we got to the ski hill, our boots only worked in 1 ski. 3 ski bindings were not correctly fit to the boots. Fortunately, our son called to find out how to adjust our binding to fit our boots. When we returned the skis, they didn’t compensate us financially, at all. If you plan on skiing, don’t rent from them.

I have never experienced the lack of customer service the employees showed me at walmart hudson..Me and my fiance went in to buy a phone. When we got there the girl standing there texting said she couldnt help us and that she was "covering" the department for someone else and he wont be back from his break until around 6 pm, it was 4pm at the time and she stated again she could not help and continued to text on her phone..So i asked another employee for help and was told again that i could not buy a phone until this person on break comes back..

Good place to order ahead grocery pickup. Not so great to go into the store to shop due to large crowds and too many self check outs that always have 3+ deep lines of people. If you need to ask an employee anything in the aisles you are unlikely to find anyone to help you.

I loved my experience in this store. It really matters to me that I don’t have to go searching for an employee or that they actually know and appreciate the brand they are selling. Stephen helped me out and he was dressed top to bottom in RL. We talked for a while about the brand and working for them, and he was genuine and legit. This is what I expect from every store I shop at. Unfortunately they aren’t all as good as this RL store was.
It’s unfortunate that I have to write this review, but I was very disappointed with my recent in-store experience at this location, particularly with the management. I had a unique situation that required managerial attention. Instead of offering empathy, assistance, or exploring alternative solutions, the manager provided no support and redirected me to another channel outside of the store.

On the other hand, the associate on the floor, Anthony, was genuinely understanding of my concerns. He made an effort to brainstorm potential ways to assist me, which I sincerely appreciate and thank him for. However, once the matter was escalated to management, I didn’t experience the high-touch service I would expect from a Ralph Lauren storefront. This lack of support made me question the value of the premium cost I pay for their products and whether I should continue supporting the brand.

While Anthony's empathy and genuine interest in helping stood out, the overall experience with management was disappointing and did not meet the standard I associate with Ralph Lauren.

Do you allow cashiers to wear ear buds while they’re working the cash register? Tried to checkout today with my elderly mom who was paying with a gift card and slid it twice in the machine but it didn’t work and cashier was oblivious. Finally she got his attention to say it didn’t work and he took the card and slid it for her! If you’re going to have cashiers how about telling them they can’t listen to music while working!!

Edit: Danny the owner reached out to me after my review and acknowledged the mistake and that some steps were missed with my order such as providing a proof of the embroidery before embroidering. He is going above and beyond to make it right by providing new items with the correct embroidery on them. I am happy with the outcome of this situation. Thanks Danny!

They do not explain prices beforehand and give you wrong estimates when dropping off your order for embroidery. They also don’t accommodate requests, I asked for my embroidery to be on one line but they put it on two lines anyways when they could have reduced the font size and put it on one line.
I did some shopping today and most of the items do not have pricing on them, you look at the tag by the item and then get to the register and the cost is higher than the tag by the item. All items besides food should have a price tag so there is no confusion at the register of what the actual cost is

I am a regular client who usually purchases the purple label; however, the store's manager offered poor service! Ralph Lauren should immediately retrain or replace the manager at the RL store in Short Hill Mall!

I always buy things at Ross store. Last week I bought a pair of shoes. I wore them outside for a day and they made my feet bleed. I took the shoes to return them but the employee refused to return them. He said that you can’t return them if you wear them outside. It’s so funny. How do I know there’s something wrong with the shoes if I don’t wear them outside? This store is terrible. I hate it. I will never buy things there again. It’s rubbish.
For the past few months, the lanes for self check out have been closed. There are maybe 2 lanes with cashiers (that move VERY slow) and the remaining are self check out kiosks for limited number of items. I asked what was going on; they are understaffed and this is before the holidays. Eeek. This location is totally hit or miss if you find stocked shelves or employees who are helpful or speak English.

The fact that self check out is now only 15 items or less while they only have 1-2 registers open for customers with 15+ items is enough for me. On my recent trip I waited over 20 minutes in line and helped the cashier bag my items. I was not expecting her to bag them given the giant line behind me, it would’ve taken extra time and I just wanted to get out. I’ll be doing my grocery shopping at Market Basket from now on, at least they employ cashiers and baggers there!

Horrible service the employees don’t know where anything is and had us running around the store looking for one item for 30 mins. at one point a customer asks us where something is and we did a better job than the actual employees

The team at I Get Around were a great help when my electric motorcycle charger stopped working. It didn't matter at all that they don't sell electric motorcycles.

Tim was great and Keegan really knows is stuff with respect to electrical troubleshooting and repair.
Store needs to be more organize, maybe they remodeling but there's lots of space with no usage and I see only 3 to 4 workers and items misplace everywhere!

I don't remember. But they're cool. Lots of bland clothing for cheap I guess. There's weird toys. Just be mindful of that and you'll be fine. There will probably be a long line full of old ladies fighting for the knick knacks and doodads.its totally up to you to visit. Just a fair warning go get your clothes it's ok.

This Burlington coat factory is obviously dying out... only half of the actual store had stuff in it now... and what stuff there was, was horrible. Big and tall section was a joke.

Man It’s about time we have a scooter shop with awesome variety of dope stuff here in the treasure Valley!! The other day it was last minute I drove all the way from Kuna to get my son’s scooter fixed, Tim and Ben were there to assist me. These guys are amazing. They treat you like family and I will definitely be back to support the local business and tell others to check it out as well🤙🏼

Burlington used to be a great spot for your discounted clothes or accessories but they've downsized so much there isn't much of a selection and the prices aren't far from retail. Save your time and shop at Ross.

Great sports/outdoorsy store in Boise. I am a disc golfer though, and they are the *best* disc golf store in the treasure valley imo. Great selection, fair prices, and amazing staff. I've been buying my discs here for over a year now and it's been a joy every time. Particular shout-out to Joe, he's knowledgeable, patient, and will get you taken care of in no time. Mcu gets a strong recommendation from me!

These guys are great. They helped me and my little brother get into our first electric scooters. He’s 12 and I’m in my 40s so big gap but they had everything we both needed from scooters to helmets and phone holders i mean I could go on an on. I had to get out of there before I bought more but with such a big selection and super low prices I mean come on. Plus these guys were super helpful showing us both how it all worked and proper maintenance for each machine. I highly recommend doing business with these guys. Super nice super helpful and there local so if anything happens we need an add on or an upgrade we can just skip the hassle and go right to the shop. Thanks guys appreciate you and what you’re doing we will be doing all of our business here!!! Support local business!!!
This ross usually has more in stock but they are so bad at clean up. Toys and clothes ar always on the floor. Last time I was there a kid was swinging on the clothes rack and nearly knocked the whole thing down. Also the bathroom always smells like a prison bathroom. I mean I just go and get what I need and leave. I just think this store needs to be updated to feel more fresh

I bought the fist Emove Cruiser S the shop brought in. I bought Middle of March and now have 1100 miles one with no issues including no flat tires. This scooter has been amazing and Tim is awesome. Dollar for dollar the Emove Cruiser is the best scooter on the market. I bought the orange one in the photo. Please do research and you will agree this is the best scooter for the money. This scooter been in production since 2018. If you are looking for a daily commuter this the best. I can do 50miles on a charge and top speed 33mph: Not do I own one but I also build and set them up for the shop.

For about the last month I had been looking at scooters into buying one from an online retailer I made a sudden decision last Friday to go ahead and purchase locally from walking in the door to taking my scooter off the showroom floor the entire buying experience was stellar and Elite. The level of respect and kindness I was given was second to none all the way from being allowed to test drive the scooter all the way through the training process and out the door. Extremely rude and dull staff. The staff at J. Jill across the way was exceptionally kind, polite and helpful. I'd take ugly J. Jill clothes over the awful customer service at this Ann Taylor 7 days a week. If you're traveling for an Ann Taylor as we did (no Ann Taylor in NYC anymore), go elsewhere.

We went to buy these two amazing electric scooters and Tim was great with us, he will explain everything to you, customer service was excellent and we have no complaints, we ended up buying the “Emove touring” one purple and another one orange, we went for a testing drive with Tim and we love them, his kids are amazing also and helpful too and the dog Sasha is soooo cute and smart. Loved everything thank you to Tim and family !

Huge shoutout to the cycle side of the shop, the gentleman mechanic has helped me every time I bring my bike in. These guys care about the work that they do and it shows they are professionals. I can’t say enough good things about my experience at mcu sports.

Self checkout is never open on the weekends. Only one cashier, which causes a line. Was told to go to customer service where they would ring me up and was charged for an item that was already on the counter that was not mine and I hadn't noticed until I drove all the way home. This store is usually quite and not busy most of the time I have visited.
Cashier's in Burlington stores can easily forget to remove those pins after you have paid for the item. It has happened to me twice in two different locations including this very store.
Keep an eye whenever you are checking out so you can remind them to remove those pins.

I’ve been a customer of McU Sports for many years now. This week I decided it was time to get some new skis and bindings. I thought my old boots were fine since they were “comfortable”. At their suggestion, I decided to get my feet measured and try on some new boots. Turns out I didn’t know what comfortable or good was until I bought some new custom fitted boots. I just went skiing for the first time with my new gear. Goodness!! I should have upgraded a long time ago. Skiing was glorious and I can’t wait for the fun years to come! Thanks to Tim for all of his help over the years and helping me pull the trigger on these new skis! Glad that Chuck was there to elevate my ski equipment IQ so I could make the obvious right decision to get into the right gear for me. Thanks guys!!

There seems to always be an issue with checkout. Today lines at two open cashier stations were long, I walk over to self check out and all four self checkouts were closed. Out of frustration I left my items in the carriage and walked out. Something’s got to give! Once in a while I understand but literally every single time I’m there it’s a problem with check out lines and not enough associates.

I am always glad to come in to shop here, love the employees that work there, they are always kind and curtious to me, also very helpful. The owner is cool, not to mention it down to earth. He is always glad to help if I have a problem or question with a product/merchandise you purchased from one of his stores. That is great customer service, first class all the way.

This store was a mess!!!! I was here on a Wednesday night and the store look like a tornado hit it. The excuse of no staff is not valid as I personally know three people who applied to this store and were rejected and two of them had a wide open availability.
As I walked through the store I saw seven employees in total five on the floor three of them were on their phones. The manager and district manager should be embarrassed. I’ve seen better conditions in a warehouse, and at least the prices reflected the conditions. Horrified !!

I love the selections, how clean and organised. I don't like being profiled and followed. I instantly confronted her. Anyway got me a cute pajama set for Halloween Season, a blanket needed one, a pair of sneakers mine are worn out and a 5 pair of ultra soft underwear from nautica.
You can find such amazing deals here that it beats most stores. The shoes however are a bit overpriced but some of them are lower quality. It just makes me sad is all because Walmart has better shoes for cheaper in some instances. Other than that i love it

I have only been here twice. I bought a pair of sunglasses when I was in town 5 or 6 years ago and I wear them almost every day, though they are a little darker than I like. I have been back to Boiseamyntimes since, but my friend and I just napped to drive by on this trip and I decided to stop and get a new pair... finally. Staff has always been very nice. This store is fairly small so not a huge selection of anything, but enough to stop in for some basics.

Banana Republic has become way to expensive for not the quality of clothes and customer service. To ship late and not honor a one time exception to return for a customer for over 15 years is ridiculous. Will not be shopping with them any more. I’d rather give my business to Nordstrom.

This target is not organized at all other halloweens aren’t even out and set up yet ? All other targets has it up and set.. this target need to step up and get things done timely .

A super solid shop for not only bikes but everything outdoor and sports in general it seems!

I came in to get a frame warranty after multiple unsuccessful attempts at other shops.

These fine folks knew exactly what they were doing and were able to get the frame checked in, perform the warranty process, and get a new frame back in an astonishingly short amount of time. Of course individual mileage may vary but I was very happy with this service!

Thanks MCU I'll be back again for one of those cool straw hats in the near future ☀️

What a deal and what amazing staff! I went into the shop looking for some new skis for my son and man what a great experience. Went here for downhill ski equipment rentals. Was a lot simpler to just go and get sized and head to the mountain. We got there right when they opened, and still didn't end up with ski poles in our size. This place is very popular and I recommend renting the night before as they only charge you for the upcoming day.
I came in here to purchase my toddler some cardigans for school. There was a well dressed black gentleman greeting everyone which is nice. He started to say his speech then looked up, stopped what he was saying, looked me up and down and walked away. He didn't finish his sentence and continued walking away as if I didn't matter. Now I'm Puerto Rican but I have never..... just sad. He greeted all the white people with respect but dissed me?!!? If my daughter didn't need those cardigans I would have spoke with the manager and bought nothing!!!!! I will never do business again.

Not so great shopping experience. I shop at Banana Republic all the time. In fact that's the only place I buy my clothes. I was in there today 8/20/21 looking for clothes for my husband and myself. The sales associate with short blonde wavy hair would not let me look in peace. I felt so uncomfortable I could not look anything without her hoovering over me. I have never had that happen to me. Their were other customers in the store and I didn't see her hoovering over them like she did me. Let people look in peace. I am a long time Banana republic card holder. Manager Derek is outstanding and goes above and beyond to help find the right style clothes and fit, takes personal interest with excellent customer service. I probably wouldn’t have night near what I have if it weren’t for him. Rest of the staff is also very helpful and has great customer service!

I went in today and Nessa helped me look for everything I needed and made my experience amazing, she’s the sweetest employee at rue 21, she showed me the best perfume ever! I’m obsessed! The store was neat and clean and everything else was super easy to find. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Went today this Walmart today 4-21-23, OK. Can't use Wi-Fi, & make or receive calls from your phone. Had a decent amount of inventory in many departments. The men's bathrooms upfront were pretty clean for a " Walmart " ! Which was nice for once ! Hardly any cash register's that accepts cash 💸, and going to get my personal information. Jeopardized from those Self - Cheekout that ( only takes Debit , Credit cards only).

I go to Targets all over the place... This one was on my way home and I needed to get a long list of things. NEVER IN MY LIFE have a seen a store that was a total disaster .... My photos were in the men's section, but this is representative of the entire store . The entire store was a total disaster and so much stuff laying on the floor in all departments. I ended up leaving and going to the Millbury location which was complete opposite. Definitely something wrong with the management of this Target .

Amazing customer service. Greeting you at the door dulling each and need regarding the store products going over and beyond to answer any questions or concerns you may have . It makes consumers/customers feel welcome. It gives you the feel of NYC fashion is absolutely amazing. Polo store is one of a kind . LOVE IT .

Clothes good and had some sales. They need to wear masks better as mandated. One person had mask down to chin talking to other employee in front of me. Another did not have her nose covered, although she did pull it up once.

When I walked into the store in Thursday there were three salespeople standing in the center of the store talking. No one said hello or appeared to care. The only reason why I stayed to shop was because I had a gift certificate to get rid of. Not fond of the color palette of the clothes or styles.

First things first. I will take my daughter somewhere else to shop for now on. So many choices. An employee asked how we were doing, as we started to ask a question she just walked away. Bizarre. And you aren't allowed to try anything on, but returns are accepted. Doesn't make sense. Sweater was 50 percent off. When I asked why we were being charged full price I was shaken off. My daughter was spending her own money so i let her make the decision. Never again. And most of their 5 star reviews are paid reviews. It isn't rocket science

everybody needs to get to Ross as soon as possible the cells are insane up to 90 to 75% off and the way that they conduct their staff is very professional and very welcoming I appreciated the greetings from the ladies at the desk the lines are a little long but they're worth thethank you again for having a clean environment for me and my family

Update: 07/23/21 I just wanted to put in a good word for Michael, one of the employees that do the curbside for Target. He was very helpful and willing to go beyond the call of duty for me. Keep up the good work Target

I have to say these guys have really changed over the past couple of years. I use to avoid this place because of the long lines and the employees that worked there. They've changed both in a big way.

They now have express registers that work great, no more waiting. The employees now are very good, and helpful. To top it off they even have online ordering and you can pick it, up usually with a couple of hours. Someone in the store will actually pick it up for you and bring it to the service desk, and all you have to do is go in, show your id, and pick it up. How easy is that? Someone is really thinking customer service at Target, and at the Marlboro east store it really shows.

Banana Republic does have high prices. but the quality of clothes is great and most of there fashion is timeless; sweaters, shirts and pants that i bought over 15 years ago are still stylish and as long as you take care of them they last. If you wait for suits to go on sale you can get some good deals. Most of the sales assiocates are friendly and willing to help. I buy most of my clothes here I am patient and wait for sales.

I know that this store didn't make chocolate, but when the box tells me there is a yard of the chocolate that is what I'm expecting. Half yard off this box is cardboard!!!! I'm so glad I didn't gift this half box of goodies to someone.
James was incredible. He was enthusiastic and genuine throughout our entire experience. He went out of his way to provide us with realistic recommendations and because of him we left with the perfect suit and accessories for our wedding. Thank you!

The clothes here are wonderful, but I have encountered the WORST lady here. Seriously, the most unpleasant person I will encounter all year probably. She's the one with black hair. I was minding my own business, but she gave me the death glare after I asked her a question. I don't know why you have to put your bad day onto someone else, get a new job girl.
I won't consider coming in to shop here if she is on shift....

I've been a loyal customer for BR for years and have been to many stores across the country. This location is fairly large and carries a wide selection of clothing for both genders. The staff is extremely helpful and professional without being overbearing and the clothes are, as always, of good quality for the amount of money you pay. Will be coming back for more.

Filled with women's fashion that is a little more on the conservative Edge, what's a good place to pick out some work plus or pant combinations for my wife. But I can appreciate you as a relatively Swift and painless return system in which they ask you questions and go straight back on the card.

Typical Ann Taylor with many items having a " discontinued" status but nevertheless are brand new. Pricing can be somewhat better than the normal retail store. Clean, organized with dressing room attendants. Well worth a look for the woman who likes the Ann Taylor style.
