I can't say enough things about the service and family environment I have experienced from this place since they opened. I came in the day after they opened and haven't left since. The shoe industry has been saturated with resellers and almost impossible processes from major retailers to get a pair of shoes at retail prices. I commend their work and effort to get new drops to regular people not looking to resell. A place where single moms or working families wanting something special for their children can come. I love their unwavering effort to have high fashion quality and services. Since my first pair of jordans to the multiple dozens since then I get the same quality of service. We have since become a family of customers... my sons... wife... daughters... brothers... nieces and nephews have become customers of TF. I hope the owners read this knowing I been a shoe collector since the 90s and Top Fashion and their staff have reignited my passions for sneakers and passed that down to my college age sons.... a sneaker head legacy! Shoutout to all the current and former staff for bringing the shoe game to closer to home saving me that hour drive to the city or maybe maybe not land a pair on an app. I travel often to New York and West Coast and TF is top notch in comparison. Thanks for the last couple years. Cheers to many more!!!! I hope they never leave.

Normally I would not waste my time and energy on small fry situations. But in this review, I would like to highlight the "service", the fulfillment Walmart associate "Lattania" decided to give me. Now don't get me wrong. I thought customer service, decorum and basic human decency goes together. Lattania helped me see the errors of that perspective, given her conduct with me early this morning.
I was at this Walmart in Alexandria early this morning and had the displeasure of almost physically bumping into Lattania. I politely nodded as a form of an apology. A gesture I thought was primitive enough for Lattania to acknowledge and excuse. I saw no form of that exhibition from her.
Instead, she demonstrated the genuine customer service colors of Walmart. Lattania proceeds to raise her objections in the form of what I would describe in five words: delusional and stubbornly defiant rant. Her gesture provoked me so bad that I had to verbally retaliate to defend not only myself, but also the structures of human common sense, decorum, and behavior in terms the retail world.
To my horror, Lattania thought it was best to continue her rant loudly so that other customers within the beauty department to hear. And despite her kind coworker motioning her to cease her embarrassing childish rant, Lattania thought it was best for her maturity and job position to proceed nonetheless.
The situation worsened when I got a manager involved named Renard. He took some time to speak with Lattania. In the end, he wasn't able to give me an update on the consequences of his associate's conduct. But he mentioned he will proceed with disciplinary action.
For the record, I'm not looking for compensation on terms of money here. I'm just looking for the compensation of my wasted and disrespected time and energy with Lattania. There were young children around in the midst of our vicinity. And the fact that Lattania disregarded that to further her inappropriate conduct with me is utterly repulsive. Please, I don't want an apology. I just want Walmart to do and be better next time.
And should this conduct repeat itself within this store, please be assured that my father works in the Better Business Bureau. I hope this would enlighten any Wal-Mart Human Resources worker that sees this and understands the magnitude of how big this mess can get unless it is properly cleaned. Please, don't make me do this because I am not my father. I am my own mature adult. The same cannot be said for Lattania as of now. And I hope it ends soon for her.

The most unorganized Walmart I ever been in, not only I was in line for almost half an hour for just a Western Union fund sending, the supposed “coaching staff” doesn’t know how to that transaction so I have to wait for another clerk. I thought that when you’re a coach you’re supposed to know every operation before hand, how does he even get that title if he can’t do a transaction like that? He only took the people with the return and skipped me. They never seem to have enough staff. Even the other clerk I was waiting for doesn’t know what she was doing, they didn’t have anyone else could come by and help? Where are all the managers? Please get all your staff training properly including the supposed “coach”. This was horrible customer services.

I travel for a living and visit Walmarts in different cities and states, and 99.9% of the restrooms are always disgusting…
From nasty toilets, walls and floors, to dirty tissue on the floor, unpleasant odors, and dirty sinks and mirrors… the list goes on.
This, Glen Ellyn, Walmart, is, literally, the cleanest Walmart restroom I’ve EVER seen, and I’ve shopped at Walmart for over a decade. I let the managers know how impressive this restroom was.
Miss Mimoza is the young lady who is keeping the restrooms clean. I spoke with her after speaking with the managers, and she’s an amazing woman.
She’s definitely helping to add value to the Walmart team and brand. She is an asset, for sure. Thank you Miss Mimoza for your commitment, dedication and service. ❤️

"I’m extremely disappointed with Walmart’s handling of my online order payment. I placed an order through the Walmart app, only for it to be canceled shortly after. Despite this, they held my funds for TEN DAYS! That's unacceptable and puts a serious strain on anyone trying to manage their finances. Reaching out to customer service didn’t help—they couldn’t give me a clear reason or expedite the refund. Holding customers’ money for that long after an order is canceled feels like poor business practice. Walmart, you need to do better for your customers!"

This place does not care for loyal customers. After promoting the Jordan orchid 4’s I decided to come 2 hours early for the release. A line was formed outside just 2 hours before the store opened. 30 minutes before opening the doors an employee comes out to list the sizes and available pairs of shoes for purchase. I was only 2 customers behind and decided to wait as he listed my size of availability. They open the store and let 2 customers purchase the specific shoe and they walked out with one pair per customer before the security guard escorting customers in stated they no longer had any pairs left. Them employees went from stating 10 pairs of sneakers available to only selling 2 before claiming they were sold out. Not only did I stand in lines for hours it was a waste of time and huge disappointment. My guess is the employee and store are selling shoes to people they know personally and holding merchandise for who they rather sell to. This is not how you run a business and treat customers who are waiting in line for multiple hours to support your business. Do not come here for first come first serve early release because they will rob you of the opportunity!

Absolutely the worst experience with grocery deliveries from this store. Items are missing all the time, groceries don’t get delivered due to “driver emergencies” and there is no way to cancel undelivered orders in order to place new orders somewhere else. You can’t reach anyone on the phone either.

This is what you call a true Walmart Supercenter! Fully stocked with all of your family needs. Clean, No clutter along the isles. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

BEWARE OF THIS MARSHALLS. I bought a pair of shoes that were slingback but the slingback was broken when I went to wear them. They were never worn, had the tag on and with no receipt REFUSED to credit or refund. I shop at this brand all the time and spend a lot of money. Along with other tjmaxx brands. This was my first attempt at a return and based on the refusal I'll never spend a penny with them again. Short sighted with zero customer service.

Had a good experience, staff was friendly and helpful. I had to call customer service to find out if they had a product on hand and the lady was super helpful. The store was clean and I was able to easily find what I needed. Thank you for having a small vegetarian/vegan section it made my shopping so much easier.

After traveling from Silver Spring to make a return of meat that someone so graciously stuck their finger in. I was sent back home without customer service making an effort to accommodate my return. The product I had was no where in the store and they refused to exchange with similar meat and with the offer of paying any difference. Utterly disgusting.

The worst store to apply for just a waste of time do not ever apply for a job here I did my application came in for an interview the lady that does the interview said she was going out of town so she would give me a call back in a week I waited 2 weeks did not hear nothing from her I called and she said that I should have received a email if I I got the job or did not and I told her I never received the email and she said give her a second to look and then she said that I did not get the job they move forward with somebody else because they had a job fair yesterday but that is ridiculous to waste somebody's time and make them come up there just to waste time and then they did the interview with two people at the same time so then you're getting looked at crazy because the other person is answering all the questions bad so you're both getting looked at crazy the person that does the interview really needs to be looked at and make sure she's appropriate for the job herself.

I was in there today and there are several birds trapped in the outdoor/Christmas section. I went to Customer Service and told her. Those birds will die with no food or water. She was going to talk to the manager about opening a door so they could get out. The weather has been beautiful for the last week. There is no reason to not open a door for them to get out. Please customers take note of the birds and if they are still there talk to the manager until they get out

Highly recommend this store- my boyfriend and I still shop online with them almost weekly even though we don’t live near! We shop in store there every time we are in Naperville as they always have new items coming in that we don’t want to miss out on. They have very unique pieces that you won’t find anywhere else! Eric + his staff are absolutely amazing at knowing what we always need!

I was on vacation & stopped here needing jewlery cloths valued at $9.99 for back to my hotel opened it & all the cloths were gone. After trying to call this store over and over NOBODY ANSWERS I decided to call walmart customer service 1800 they told me there was NOTHING they could do that I would have to continue to call this store which is sooo ANNOYING!!!

A lot of Marshalls and TJ Maxx have a very tiny men's section. I like this one because the men's section is pretty big. I needed some more workout gear because I'm starting to work out again. They had a great selection of everything I needed.

The security walks up and tells people hurry up and leave the store we close in ten minutes. That's rude. That's unacceptable. You can say please make your way to the check out. You never tell a customer hurry up. Also the receipt checker was very rude upon exiting the store, he didn't speak or even say have a nice night. This experience will likely cause me to go to a different Walmart elsewhere. Buyer beware 😠

I have been waiting for a long time here to get assistance for buying ammunition. Funny things that they locked the products and left the keys around the closet. Manager probably has been sleeping. I tried to find someone by visiting associates and no response and called the store but nobody showed up. This store is suck because I had some other problems before.

Great Walmart. I drive 13 miles to come to this one. It's always clean, well-stocked, and the people are friendly. The lines move fast enough for my toddler and I to get what we need and get home.

I recently visited this Champs Sports store with the intention of purchasing some shorts. While browsing the large size options, a staff member approached me offering assistance. However, I found the interaction to be quite uncomfortable. Despite my clear preference for Large size options, the staff member questioned and insisted that I would need a triple XL size.
I understand that staff are there to help, but the manner in which this was handled felt intrusive and made me feel rather offended. I believe that customer service should be about understanding and responding to the customer’s needs, rather than making assumptions or pushing specific items.
I hope this feedback helps improve the training and approach of staff members in the future. My Wife and I will not be returning to this location for their lack of respectfulness towards their potential customers.

One of the nicer, organized and cleanest Wally's we've hit in our travels. We went to another near Burr Ridge that wasn't as nice as this. Take the extra time to drive over here. Staff was pleasant too!

I have visited this store several times, and every time I love it more. The pricing is surprisingly good. The employees are super nice. I love their mix of selection. It’s just a really cute store, too.

Every singly time I go to this store it’s dirty, not well stocked, and the LINES OH THE LINES I was literally in there not just a few minutes ago. I was stood in line for 15 minutes for 1 item. I finally just left. It’s ridiculous!!! NO ONE HAS TIME FOR IT!!! Horrid experience every single time I’m in the store

I’ve been shopping here for years and I have always had a great experience. I was in the store on July 5th to do some holiday shopping. I purchased a pair of AF1 and 2 Nike shirts, one black and one white. I spent almost 300$ on 3 items.
After getting home, I looked over my items. I noticed the black shirt had some marks on it, probably just dust. And it had an “off” smell. So I cut the tag off and washed it. The shirt did shrink slightly. So I accepted that was a loss because I tossed the receipt.
I called the store and explained the situation. I asked if I could simply swap the white one for a larger size. They refused to help me. They said they cannot look up a receipt in their system and I was unable to return the shirt.
As someone who has purchased nearly $2,000 worth of shoes and clothes from Top Fashion, I can easily say I will not be coming back. They did not even try to assist me.

I visited this store today. The customer service was poor. This chicken head girl was in there with a greasy brown wig. She just stared at me n didn't ask if I needed any help and walked anyway. They didn't have many things to look at away, but I won't be back.

Worse customer svc.. the Spanish girl with all different hair color thinks she's the owner she just stands there folding cloth with the big line and all she does is laugh and said "that's how Ross are, this is how we work here" and is rude to customer who try to say anything..

For a cloth and apparel store this has only one operational fitting room with rest of them all closed. Worst part the manager says she can’t do anything about it.

Huge Walmart in Glen Ellen. Got everything for daily life.
The produce is fresh and good quality.
Lots of cereal and breakfast bars.
Clothes are low prices but quality is not that great. Shoes are also very average quality. Lots of toys.

I generally like TJ Maxx, and especially their Runway items that are traditionally more upscale, but Marshall's is a slightly less elevated version offering some excellent discounts. This store isn't terribly large, but they always have a really good selection of men's, women's, and children's clothing and shoes, as well as cosmetics/toiletries and homewares.

I walk up on this item it was clearly $19.87 and I asked two different associates to check one could barely understand me the second person pulled out his phone and saw that it was incorrect so he corrected it with the suggestion I take a photo so that the manager could honor the price . After waiting for over 15 mins of her arrival only for her to say to me she will lose her job if she give it to me for the price that was posted before the change it wasn’t my fault the department manager didn’t make changes befor I got there which no one truly knew the actual price just no I wil no longer purchase anything from this location I would’ve gotten my item in Virginia Or Maryland it’s always something in dc and the manger was so unprofessional Ms makyo stay away from this Walmart Georgia Ave is better

Came in around 1pm on Saturday 3/30 and this store quite possibly has the best retail employees I’ve ever experienced in my long years of shopping. Dude with the French tattoo, chefs kiss. Female with snake bite piercings, totally awesome and helpful. Will probably only buy my Vans from this shop moving forward.

After purchasing a sweater I got accused of stealing a $18 shirt as I'm walking out by SAM. It was folded in same spot and SAM has the nerve to ask where was it at ?Very rude of him considering the fact I did him a favor folding it back up. Not everyone are thieves I feel disrespected! vans do better and hire better staff.

Myself and the other customers waiting understood she had a priority to the register first and waited patiently, and we were able to get what we needed as the other associate came back from break to keep everything stable with her.
The district manager should work to help hire more associates, or work out a better schedule for atleast another two sets of hands on deck.
For what these two ladies had to handle they did a solid job, I know what the short handed life is like as a previous retail associate.
Customers tend to forget that human beings are the reason they get to shop here and not soul less robots.

Amazing workers! The store is clean and it's very organized when I came in the morning. The cashier was also amiable and made small-talk, eventually she also helped me with a question I had and I was in such a good mood afterwards!

Not a bad Walmart. Has major things you would want including groceries and all the household items you need. I must acknowledge they have a very large selection of kitchen equipment and other items including small appliances. Parking not too bad, underground, so make sure you are careful when coming out. The exit is a little steep and your car might roll back if there’s a line to get out (there usually is). Not a super-center wally, but it will do

Love this store! They are always so friendly. They let my fiancé sit with my dog while I shopped and even gave him a beer! Prices are good also with such cute items!

It is very disappointing that the store now only has 2 dressing rooms. Definitely not a good strategic move. I waited over 20 minutes to get in a dressing room. The waiting line was long and more than a couple of people just gave up and left without buying. A waste of my time. At least there should be 4 or 5 dressing rooms not 2 for the amount of customers, terrible decision, terrible service.

This store has been my go to for shoes. This is my second time in four years finding my size in comfort! You can find good quality shoes, clothes and baggage for a reasonable price! I just went into this Vans location and I was VERY displeased by the service. Seeing that there were only two employees, I understand that they were short staff and were also both preoccupied at the time. Once one of the employees acknowledged me and asked if I needed a size, he went back to the previous customer looking at skateboards. The other employee noticed me sitting after finishing with a customer at the register and asked me if the other guy helped me out already and I described which shoe it was that I was looking for along with the two sizes I asked the previous employee, then he walked away assuming that the other was going to grab said shoe sizes and proceeded to tag items. I waited a couple more minutes before leaving and never receiving the shoes to try on.

Such a cute place! As a born Tennessee girl, I love the taste of the modern south in downtown Naperville. Lovely clothes, prices, and trendy inside. I wish they had more stock and signs indicating clearance, deals, etc. All in all, I LOVE THIS PLACE!! I hope it grows and succeeds!!

04/09/2022 I came in the store to buy some latest edition Nike Vapor max for the first time in over 20 years I awaited as I was in line sitting on the bench with my shoes in hand , and the only customer in the store with the employees. Can you please explain to me how I approach the cash regrister and pay for my items and turn around and my reading and driving glasses are missing and I tell the store manager and employees and they tell me “ We ain’t seen nothing “ and the face mask that’s covering my glasses is thrown to the floor and no one seen anything????
So the next day I come back to make another customer complaint and you tell me the cameras don’t work and the officer as well. And never Gm get back with me and the store manager Chris is snickering with the new employees ??? Really !!!!!!!!

Went in looking for a pair of shoes that I can workout in and was greeted with exceptional customer service. The manager Dominique was so patient in helping me find the best shoe for my needs. Juan worked right along sided of him and thanks to them I ended up purchasing a pair that I LOVE. I'll definitely be back and I recommend anyone who's shoe shopping to go see Dominique and Juan! This is my all time favorite store/boutique. I get literally all of my clothes here! Erica and Monica are always so helpful and sweet to me every time I come in and understanding if I need to return. They always strike up a conversation with you when you walk in and make you feel right at home. I recommend this boutique so so much because they also have gorgeous selection and trendy clothes everyone will be asking you about. Did I mention affordable? You won’t be spending a ton of money on a sweater or a dress like you would expect from boutiques - Havana is totally affordable with the same amazing quality. Love this place.

The place is organized, cleaned and staffed. They always have a good selection of shoes and clothing. The only downside is every time I go, the staff is not that interested in helping. They greet you and ask if you need help. But they only offer their assistance one time. I don't mean they need to be hovering over the customer all the time, but they just need to be more attentive. But other than that it is a really good store.

This Marshall's is one of the worst I"ve been to. They have good things at times, but they also have a lot of defective items on the sales floor so check your items carefully before purchasing. I wanted to buy two identical lamps (see picture below). One of the lamps should have never been on the floor as the part that holds the lamp shade was widened, so it couldn't hold the shade and the filial was missing. When I picked it up the lamp shade fell off. I checked the one I had carefully, or so I thought, but when I got it home and was ready to use it, I noticed the turn knob was missing. I have never had a problem with the merchandise I've bought at other Marahall's, but I have had to return defective, broken, or items missing from a set more than once to the Marshall's in Columbia Heights. Further, this visit there were items on the shelf that had no price tags. I let someone know about that and the employee found one out of the dozen identical items that were on the shelf with a price tag on it, then took it from me so she could make tags for the others. She asked me to wait until she returned with all the new tags, then I could but one. She was gone for quite a while, so I did not wait nor did I buy that item. The appropriate response would have been to apologize for the inconvenience, ask whether I minded continue shopping while she got the items tagged, and give me an approximate time to check back to grab the item. Very poor customer service, but not surprising at the Columbia Heights Marshall's. Moreover, the store is often messy and really cramped, so when I do go there, I am focused and try to get in and out as quickly as I can, because it is rarely a good shopping experience at this place.

This is the place I spoke of i my last review of the Zoo itself. Everytime my family comes to town they want to go to the Zoo. Everytime we go to the Zoo they have to stop inside this shop for stuffed animals and other fun things that remind them that they visited the Lincoln Park Zoo. I think my nices and nephews have about 15 stuffed animals from this place, plus you can donate to the Zoo here too. Great addition to the Lincoln Park Zoo.
