The store deserves zero stars. The white lady with glasses with a ponytail today thanks that by being sarcastic she is being very intelligent. She was demeaning. She was racist, and her behavior changed with every person she interacted with. Do yourself a favor go across to Coach. You will get much better quality products and, proper customer care.

If you come and you’re not white don’t get help from Mindy that’s for sure lol! Had the displeasure of having her as a SA and she would leave to have multiple conversations with other. I recently walked into this store today 9/3/24 and the two ladies at the register didn’t greet me. They stood at the register and just had a whole conversation. Not one time did the two ladies ask if I needed anything. They never even looked my direction. I shop at Michael Kors and I was thinking about buying something but with the experience I just dealt with I won’t be returning to this particular store. Those two ladies need to have better decorum the next time a customer comes in.

I have not been to Deer Park in 15 years. I moved from NYC back in 2017. This outlet used to be a place I did not want to visit. Today's trip was by accident. I arrived to an amazing surprise. Michael Kors Mens and Stacy the Store Manager. What a wonderful surprise, treat, and treasure she is. Talk about someone who knows how to treat a customer. She helped me with so many questions and she knew I knew the MK products but wanted some assistance. She was top notch. And this outlet has stepped up its game. Way to go Tanger. And Michael Kors, you need to do the same here with the Chicago Premium Outlets. DEER park and Riverhead Mens are model stores. Congrats around.

Stopped in to try Ralph's Coffee. Coffee shop attached to store on back parking lot side. Very cool little spot with excellent coffee. Pricing not off the charts either! Would definitely recommend if headed to shops and in need of a quick snack.

I bought a shirt for $1600.00 . When i got it home , i didnt like it. I spoke to the manager and she basically said
I dont care what you bought , your shirt doesnt have the tag on it , so we cant take it back
It was brand new . She didnt even look at the shirt she just said no.
Never shop in this store. There was one saleslady that totally dissed me.

Terrific salespeople eager to help, but selection is the same year after year and the dresses they got this year, while lovely, completely ignore the large portion of us who would be caught dead with a sleeveless anything.
Put some 3/4 or short sleeves on that sunflower or checkered dress. Put a belt on a dress. I ll buy.

Very beautiful store but small selection. For a store that size I wish there were more bags, shoes, xl and 16, everything I like has to be ordered. Why can’t I have an in store experience instead of mail order? Why does all their stuff have to come to me in a box. Salespeople are helpful and $8 latte at Ralph cafe next door after I buy nothing helps too.

Horrible customer service, instead of them asking if I need help. They followed me around the whole store like I was stealing. I felt very uncomfortable and didn’t want to spend my money at the store. Once I purchased my items, the manager proceeded to follow me. Just to make sure I wasn’t bugging I stopped an acted like I was looking around. the manager stopped as well and leaned against the wall. I asked her if there was a reason why she was following me and she said she wasn’t. I laughed and just walked out the store.

We had a very pleasant experience at Gucci Manhasset with Michael T. He was very attentive and helpful with our purchase. I Would definitely recommend waiting for Michael or make an appointment to work with him. He is a super nice guy and made our visit easy and enjoyable. We had a few laughs during our interaction with him, he is a down to earth guy.

Love the staff! Super non-judgmental and not pushy at all. Usually when you come to these stores they want to push you to buy, but the staff was so friendly and helpful. I didn’t get his name, but one man in particular really helped me get exactly what I was looking for 😊 the cashier Cecilia (beautiful curly hair) was so kind and helped me redeem a discount I didn’t know I could get! They’re really looking out in your best interest, the best people to shop with! Seems like a good work environment which is always refreshing to see.

The straight hair young lady employee was really unfriendly. I paid more by the employee's mistake, but fortunately, I found it myself and got it back.
She didn't apologize after the mistake at all.

This happened a while ago, and I thought about not writing about it but this situation really infuriated me and I cannot forget about it. I was shopping at brooks brothers with my parents, there was a salesman that was helping us look for sizes. He walked away to look for the size we requested and there was another man that was shopping. He saw me waiting for the salesman and proceeded to say “he’s helping me so you can go away”. He even proceeded to shoo me with a wave of his hand. This man was so pretentious and entitled, I was absolutely flabbergasted that he could be so rude. On top of that the salesman just stood there and said nothing. He could have easily said, I’m helping her as well but instead he cowardly did nothing. Because of this situation I refuse to shop there ever again. I know you cannot control what your customers say but you could at least stand up for what is clearly wrong.

Waste of time calling the store!!!!
Been calling over a month to pick up my watch i dropped off to repair and client services keep telling me someone will call me back withing 24-48 hours,they even mention the manager will....As of today with my 10-12 phone calls them NOBODY has reach out to me...why spend so much money over an item that was faulty and took it back for repair and now i cannot even get a response...very disappointment and unprofessional....

I cannot say enough about the exceptional service I received from the store manager “Alexis Smith” at the Michael Kors Foxwoods outlet. Despite the return window having expired, Alexis went out of her way to help me exchange a jacket for a larger size and even honored a price match saving me nearly double the current price. Her professionalism, kindness and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly impressive. Michael is wonderful! Came in to help my uncle choose an outfit for his wedding, we had a specific vision, and Michael helped us execute perfectly.
Very organized. There's not much of a difference, and the price is pretty much close to the original price, maybe just a 30% off original price on some items. Limited in the larger sizes. I'm a size two, but my friend is a size 12. Hardly ever finds things there for her.

I was looking for a bag, called several stores before calling this one. Luckily this angel Alexis picked up the phone went above and beyond when she didn’t have to unlike the other stores and employee’s of Michael Kors who were completely useless. Not only was I successful in getting the product, she followed up displaying her amazing customer service skills. Give this girl a raise or have her train future employees at the price she desires. There isn't a huge selection, but there was some really nice items. It's not the pacsun I remember. Clothes are so much more expensive and not really worth the price. They did have good sales and coupons. Store was a messy especially the dressing rooms. Love their new collab with the met museum

Fantastic sales! Everything in the store was clean, organized and spaced out wonderfully so you weren’t bumping into people while shopping. Huge selection to choose from, left with a huge bag of clothes!

I am so disappointed in old navy. I walked into the store, hoping to find thong underwear, I walked through the store for 5 hours and there was NO female thong underwear in sight. They had men’s boxers, but not woman’s underwear. I was so distraught and speechless. What happened to gender equality? I thought times have changed, but clearly there are still issues that need to be fixed. I will not be shopping at old navy ever again after this traumatic experience.

On March 2, I bought a pair of Blue Rhytons from the Forum Shops at Caesar’s in Las Vegas while on vacation. I had buyers remorse and decided to return to my nearest NY location. The location is about 45 mins from my home. I was greeted by an Asian woman who asked me if I had worn the shoes…. I told her no, I just came back from Vegas and I changed my mind about them. She goes in the back for maybe 5 mins and comes back out with a heavy set Caucasian man with a receding hairline and dressed like he was in a music video, he had on a black Gucci hoodie and Gucci printed sweatpants. (Not professionally dressed like the others).

His name escapes me but he says he will not be able to process this return since they were worn!! I said well I never worn them other than in the Vegas store. He said I will have to take that up with the people in the Las Vegas Gucci store. I said to him never wore them and (in a rhetorical sense) why would they sell me a worn shoe. He then says “well all of our Gucci clients inspect their shoes before leaving the store”. It was an insult. Why would I think they are selling me a shoe that I wouldn’t be able to return?? Should I now believe that all salespersons LACK integrity when purchasing in store??

Then this older woman, very Karen like, with gray thinning hair, decides she wanted to get involved when I had already put my shoes back in the box and bag and I was on the phone with the store in Vegas. She proceeded to REPEAT what the Caucasian guy said. (That the shoes look worn, blah blah blah) She just seemed like she wanted to be involved.

I stopped going into this store many, many years back when I bought my Joy Boston bag and was treated like my kind was not welcomed there and I vowed to never go there again.I never wanted any salesperson to make commission off of my money. Since this was a return, I just figured I’d be ok. Nope!! Same racist experience there. I know if I was a white person, this return would have happened!

*Update… the shoes were sent back to the Gucci Store in Vegas (on their dime; read my Gucci Vegas review) and the manager there agreed they were NOT worn. They were just “dry looking”. Also confirming that the shoes had never touched any gravel or pavement. My money was returned to me. DEFINITELY NEVER GOING TO AMERICANA EVER AGAIN
At foxwoods MK, Ian went above and beyond to find me a bag i was looking for online that unfortunately was out of stock! He called 3 stores for me until he found one that still had the handbag available! Him and the team there were so helpful and caring! They all told me about the deals they had on wallets and handbags and its like who doesn’t want a deal at Michael Kors!
I stopped in to buy a wallet for a bag I got for Christmas. I couldn’t find the same wallet 🙁. I was greeted by Ethan who showed me way too many great things. He helped me select a wallet and a super cute dome bag. This wallet is a great match for the bag I have at home. Alexis was wonderful at register too! I’m definitely coming back to shop here... You both have the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time!

Don’t try and have a conversation around these two girls. Side eyes and eye rolling is apart of customer service I guess. No greeting to us but the other customers did. Only way I didn’t give them a 1 star is for atleast saying have a good day. You don’t have to be 100% in customer service but do you have to look miserable?

Absolutely beautiful store with so many gorgeous items to choose from. We went for a gift for a little boy and the sales associate was extremely friendly and helpful! She helped find the perfect outfit and looked high and low for the size we needed! Can’t wait to go back for a baby gift. The choices in baby layettes and outfits are absolutely precious!
Great shopping day today at UO! Good location at the mall corner with outside access and convenient 2-story space. Nice sale, neat clothes racks that staff keep on top of and comfortable fitting room. Nice store and staff!

Terrible customer service. I bought a hat and the next day came to exchange size because it was too small and was told I could not because I tried it on. The hat is in perfect condition. They said I “should have worn a shower cap to try on” refused any help. Very upsetting given how much I have shopped in the store in the past. Not worth spending hard earned money on a company that does not value its customers.

My experience with Michelle from beginning to end was amazing. She was patient, kind and super helpful. I called the store to ensure they had a particular item in stock (I did not want to drive 25 minutes in case they did not have it). Michelle went above and beyond my expectations – She was such a pleasure to work with over the phone and beautiful wrapped my purchase and was ready for when I arrived.

I was also greeted by several people as I walked through the door.
The sales staff are always very helpful and a pleasure to work with.

Costumer service and management are horrible. There was a 40% off sale. I found some cute shoes on sale and went to buy it. It wasn’t coming up as sale but there were a million of the same shoe also with the sale sticker so they honored it. When I was rung up they wouldn’t give me the 40% off sale and when I asked why the shoes are on sale the guy said “I was just being nice giving you the sale price”. No your not being nice it’s your job I just don’t think they wanted to honor the 40% off because I would have gotten the shoes really cheap. It’s not my fault that’s the sale price and it’s 40% off. Just stay away they clearly don’t want money or business.

The store is extremely dirty! piles of dust and dirt and fingerprints everywhere. for the prices they charge they should have somebody cleaning the store, even the check out counter had piles of dust.look up at the ducting and black water sprinkler pipes, 2-3” of dust.

Very impressed with the way they handle opening to the public and for the most part the staff was helpful. It took them a while to help which was in a way nice, they didn't bombard me, trying to make a sale, but they also took too long.... Just find that happy medium and try not to "screen" your costumer. I did feel like I was "screened" in a way. Its not a comfortable feeling.

Saturday 11/09 - went to the store in the morning. The woman did not greet us- that is fine. Walked in, picked out several things to try on and as I walked towards the fitting room- she looks at me and asks me how many with unprofessional and rude tone. I tried somethings on for a bit and then moved on to but other items. No attempt to help. No questions. No conversation. Nothing. It made me feel so uncomfortable that I decided not to give Pacsun my business. Just does not make sense to be in the upper management team with this unprofessional attitude. When we left she shut the door closes (probably because a shipment came in). Anyways, not going back. She needs to be counseled on management or behavior. Even if she is having a bad morning, it doesnt justify her attitude.

This place is very incompetent! This is the second time! My son has bought items and come home with the ink tags being left on. The workers are not responsible enough to make sure at checkout, that all tags are removed. So customers are going back, wasting time and gas, to have ink tags removed!! Store manager also could care less! Never again, shopping here!

The woman working (who is very lucky she didn’t have a name tag on) had the most disgusting attitude and was the rudest worker I’ve ever dealt with. Zero customer service skills... sorry you have to work for the money you’re trying to make. I’d rather spend full price somewhere else. Didn’t greet us, had no other customers in the store, scoffed and shook her head at us when we tripped over her mess. Unbelievable.

This business got the best vintage clothing store award for Palm Springs. While it's a nice enough store I'm not really sure why it received that award. The service seemed friendly enough and there was a variety of items to look at. Nothing really seemed particularly outstanding. The prices while slightly elevated since it's a curated collection seemed reasonable enough

Good place for comfy and casual clothing. They have everything for the entire family. I usually find quality items for a great price. Sales all the time and large selection of sizes.
Staff is nice and great with exchanges and returns.
Very clean and organize store excellent clearance selection deep discounts very knowledgeable staff very friendly went above and beyond to try to help me find my size in an item that I wanted to buy finally found the item in the back room well shop here again we purchased Many Many Items thank you for a great experience

Great brand and have variety of products for everyone in the family👍. Spent around an hour browsing/shopping around this store located in Tanger Outlets Foxwood. Staff is nice and courteous. Got 10 percent extra discount because of Tanger Outlets subscription which is one time fees for 10 dollars but worth as it gives you access to lot of digital coupons for all stores.
For a pricey store on the mall, you would think their customer service aka sales associates would be viable and helpful. They have a second floor accessed only by stairs from what I could see (there wasn't anyone around to ask if there was an elevator) so if you have any issues walking up and down stairs like I do, it's a definite negative or if you have little ones in a stroller good luck

One of the best curated and coolest vintage stores I've ever been in. The owners know the story behind the pieces they are selling, there's a lot of love and history here! I wanted every single item. Conditions were excellent, nothing smelled or looked worn out, and most of all PS style is thriving in here! Don't miss this gem!

I've never felt so strange in a store before until I went to this Urban Outfitters. Not a single person working showed an ounce of interest in their job or assisting me in a friendly manner. I was almost being ignored. Some girl who was working didn't even realize I was standing in front of her and needed a fitting room because she was too busy texting. I thought I was speaking another language. It's not that hard to make people want to come back to your store.

There is a girl who works at this location by the name of Joanne who is absolutely amazing. She is always so helpful and is always very bubbly when I come in to shop. There has never been a time when I walk through the door and I have not been greeted. She is the primary reason why I go to this store. She is awesome!
