Emily (I hope I remembered her name right!) is as amazing , I have been dying to get myself a MK bag and a decent idea of what I wanted. Tho I wish they gave you a little more space to move around and look I know it’s a higher end item so they do need to keep an eye on people in the small space.

Brought Apple Fritters, six in the Walmart brand box. Only to get home ate one, and said there is no apples in this fritter. So I tried another one only to know for sure it’s wasn’t my imagination. At the price point they charge’ how dare they call this Apples Fritters…!!!”🤦🏾♀️

be warned! Instacart runs the delivery service for this Walmart. they will ultimately decide if your order gets delivered or not. Walmart puts the order together but if Instacart drivers don't like the tip amount, the size of the order or the location of the delivery, they won't accept it and you're out of luck. good luck trying to reach the delivery folks at this Walmart with questions or concerns they don't answer the phone! it can ring 40 times and it's just "white noise" to them. delivery orders seem to go into the abyss. they delivered an entire order to the wrong address and the replacement order was missing 2 items. think many times before placing delivery orders with this location, they suck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Good shopping experience. Lots of items i was hoping to find were there and priced right. Lines were not outrageous and store associates were very helpful and cheerful in spite of the rush.
The staff was super nice. The store was clean and organized. My only suggestion is for the Walmart in Wilson to upgrade their stores payment methods to match all the other Walmarts across the state. As their is no option to do tap or use the Walmart one card.

I love supporting this small local business. My husband was born and raised in Erie, but we moved to Tennessee a few years ago. We always try to make a point to stop here when we come back to visit. They have top-notch designs that are trendy, but classic. Quality is always top-notch, and customer service has been great (when we needed it during the 2024 snowmageddon). So glad to see this business thriving! I hope it is around for many years to come.
I have been coming to this store since 2020.I love their deals and the store is large.It is being renovated and the store is going to look even better however today when I went I lost my keys in the store.Everyone was so fantastic the staff so caring it brought tears to my eyes.The keys were found but it took awhile but I was so overwhelmed by the staffs sincerity about my dilemma.I am glad to live in a community that has stores that provides such great customer service.

I ordered a vintage t-shirt. I love everything about it… the color… quality… pattern. We live in Atlanta, and I miss it so much. The owner is a great communicator. He is a really friendly guy. I’ll be ordering from them again.
This store used to be the best but now, I'm getting orders with items missing or broken. My eggs are broken every single time. Not 1 egg but the whole carton as if they'd been dropped flat on the ground. My great value milk spoils before I open it. It has in excess of a week or more b4 it expires but yet spoils within a day or 2. I've recd several items opened.
My mom and I had such a lovely experience at this location. Mina was an awesome help to us. She was able to find our receipts searching their system by our email and we were able to swap out for something we really loved! Great deals for the holidays right now! I love roses ! Anything you need you can get here ! Also my husband and I always go Christmas shopping for my whole family here as well . We can get toys , candy , pajama pants, socks, slippers, and sweatshirts all in the same place !
WOW!!! The customer service today was unlike anything I have ever experienced. We are spending the holidays in Telluride and found out we had to travel to a funeral from there unexpectedly (and we didn't exactly pack for this). This was our first store to try and at least find a nice shirt based on our research, and not only did we find a great shirt, but they also called around to other stores in advance to help us find pants that would work. We were in quite a bind and to encounter such a kind, compassionate and helpful person was truly everything!

It's got just about everything, although not a very big selection of said items (example: we needed a hairdryer and they had 2 options, one super cheap and the other super expensive..... also, we needed hammy food, and they only had one option, which was super unhealthy) So, for that reason alone, I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.
They have a huge selection of Christmas things...70% of which are cheesy, but still... it was fun to look at.
The food section is great. Although they had no giant sour pickles, which every other Walmart in the country carries, so that was disappointing 😒

What a wonderful store. I had a couple questions. I emailed and called and they responded quickly and were very kind and helpful. Today I went in and picked up my online order and bought a couple more items. Beautiful store and friendly staff. They truly appreciate your business. Customer service is outstanding! Highly recommended for all things Erie!
A bit u happy if this is what they call a super store. Disorganized, empty shelf items. Items (soups) mixed up together, card department a mess (little selection). Only area half way organized was dairy, deli, n meat area. Hope they improve this superstore(ha ha) or I will be shopping elsewhere. Not real happy😒, far from what I would call a SUPER STORE!!!
Great place to shop, but it is an awful place to check out. It seems to be more and more self check outs, and half off them r closed off. I suppose they can't find enough people to stand around and watch.
Roses have great prices, but this building is falling apart 😅 maybe a better looking place would attract more customers.
I wish I could rate this a zero but alas. If you’ve been to Walmart, you know the issues. Corporate obviously doesn’t give this store enough hours to have enough employees on hand. They are tragically understaffed and it shows. Adding in the thousands of self check out machines doesn’t help anyone when they are constantly breaking down and not working properly and there’s 20 people waiting for 1 employee to come help.
Hands down one of the absolute worst stores I have ever been in. Customer service is zero! No one ever answers the phone, you have to hunt for any help, even using the grocery pick up is horrible. Do not recommend at all!!
My husband and I love this store. We visit when we're in Erie and it is one of our regular stops. All the staff are kind, friendly, and helpful. They also helped me with a recent gift. The quality is great and the clothes are comfortable. We will be buying from them again soon!

Went to this store today and fully intended to buy a purse and wallet I seen online but wanted to see it in person first. However, they wouldn't even let me in the store.. told me I had to wait a few minutes so I patiently waited. And waited.. and waited.. I finally asked what am I waiting for and the associate told me she was waiting for a another associate to be available to help me.. I told her I didnt even need help, I know what I am there to look at .. and she said well we like to make sure our customers have a positive shopping experience.. Uhh so far it is NOT since you wont even let me in the store until you assign me a babysitter to hound me and pressure me.. thanks but no thanks.. Ill just give my business to Kate Spade and Coach since they dont treat me this way just trying to enter their store..
It's been difficult to find an open register to check out. Maybe a sign at the entrances saying which department has a register open.
I had a wonderful experience shopping at the Clinique counter. My search for a new skincare routine was over after I had spoken to Kylee. She was well informed, professional, kind, and attentive. The people in the store are always nice and helpful! The prices are the best you will find. I've got shirts I still wear today that I purchased 4,5,and 6 years ago and get compliments on them! You can find stuff that isn't made in China, and that is amazing because EVERYTHING is made in China. Some people think it's cheap stuff, but they are wrong. As long as Roses is there and open, I will be there too!!! Great job guys and gals at Roses in Zebulon!

EDIT: called store support and they called pickup and apparently “there’s a system error” so all they can do is issue a refund in up to ten days so I guess I just don’t get to eat this week.
My issue is only with pickup orders.

I scheduled my pickup for between 6 and 7 today. It’s 7:40 and I’ve been here for over an hour. I’ve called the desk 10 times. I went in to customer service and they supposedly told pickup to bring my things out. They marked my order as picked up an hour ago. I’m still actively calling.
I have never ever had somebody answer when j call the number for the pickup desk. Literally not once. I’ve got frozen stuff that I am hoping is still frozen. Honestly I’m seething. I’m so angry.
The last pickup order I had was a couple of weeks ago, and I’m not exaggerating when I say my time in my spot hit the 2 hour mark. I was picking up one thing, and had to go to customer service for them to bring it directly there. I genuinely don’t know how many hours I’d spend waiting if I didn’t go in.

I didn't even enter the door when I was rudely interrupted by an associate (who looked of Asian descent) working at the door around 6:55 pm on 7/19/24. She did not ask me politely to wait in line, she just told me "You need to wait! There's a line behind you!" She had no need to try to call me out or try to embarrass me in front of other customers. Please train your associates to treat others with more respect. I wasn't even aware of the policy of waiting outside the door. This was completely uncalled for.
Mrs. Jacqueline thank you so much for the pleasant conversation while you rang up my myriad of items. I appreciate you continuing to be cordial to me, even while the customers behind me were so rude. You made my day ❤️
Also, the make up section was very well maintained, I didn't catch her name but she made it very easy to find all the things I didn't need to buy lol. Very well kept department with everything in its place.

While there shopping today I had a bit of a medical issue. I sat in one of the chairs in the cosmetic dept. Michael, a salesperson there, came over to inquire if I needed help. He set me up in front of a fan with a chair and brought me some water. Had it not been for his kindness I could have ended up on the floor!

I’ve always thought if I buy a suite from Giorgio Armani, I would be getting a top quality service and quality for the money I’m spending. I decided to spend extra for a good suit for my job promotion and long story short, two different stores I worked with proved that the money I paid was just for the brand name. Originally received suit fitted and looked great but found out the inside shoulder parts were unfinished. So I took it to the Beverly Hills store and got it “fixed”. When I received it back, the stitchings were poorly done on both sides they worked on. Next time I decide to spend extra for a suit, I will be exploring another brand. Also now I think a local alteration place will be just fine to get this suit fixed for the third time. Definitely not driving an hour to deal with this problem.
Everytime I come to telluride I have to make a trip to cashmere red. They have the best selection and quality of clothes. I have my sphereone beanie from years ago and everything I have ever purchased looks just the same way it did the day I bought it. The owner khaki is a real and excellent person and the staff really took the time to help me. Cashmere red has an eye for fashion and style.

Rose’s is a good store,I go there in Zebulon,nc sometimes on every other weekend like on Saturday & Sunday! They had some okay stuff,I was able to get myself The Flash shirt,not bad for $5,still a good deal to have as a DC fan like myself & I enjoy it! Marvel Comics shirt I got from Roses last year on December 25th,2023 on Christmas Day! Still epic.

This Marshalls is the only one in the area. It has lots of variety and is well stocked. Is very busy but well kept . Plenty of parking
We visited this Ross and it was a shopping treat. I picked up several things that I saw in the jewelry section, food & misc section and etc. The store was nice and clean, atmosphere was nice, with soft overhead music playing. Associates was pleasant and busy moving around the store stocking,etc. But, the isles were move able as they were stocking shelves. They only reason that I gave this visit a 4.5 was the long wait In check out. It was quite a few people before us in line and only 2 cashier. But other than that, it was a good day. So, I hope your shopping day is good also!

They come up with some really good designs, the staff is very friendly, and the shirts are extremely comfortable. Just about anything Erie-related you can think of, you'll probably find on a shirt here. Whether it's our sports teams, local businesses past and present, food, outdoors, 814 gear, whatever. There's a lot of really cool stuff here.
I haven’t been here in a long time. Their prices are great. It’s nice to walk around and see what they have. It’s easy to walk out with a lot more than you came to buy!

Jillian was amazing. Stores are so understaffed and she handled it beautifully. Waited in line for 10 minutes to buy shoes but wanted to get perfume also, 4 people in line behind me. She was calm, kind and thoughtful - took the 5 to 7 minutes to help me find a great smelling perfume when it was busy and reassured me when I told her I was sorry I was preventing her from clearing the line at the register for a few minutes. Everyone in line was kind but frustrated at the short staffing (just like the staffing issues with bus drivers) - our young people like Jillian and other employees deserve praise for great customer service, a raise and maybe most importantly our compassion. Merry Christmas and may we all show each other more love.
Amazing bags but they also carry clothing for both women and men. They also carry shoes and jewelry. We visited to buy perfume.
This location has really good pizza. I ordered a simple cheese pizza.. was really tasty, crust was perfecto... The staff is also very courteous. I choose this spot because of the other reviews and was not at all disappointed.. will be back to try other things on the menu.

The Michael Kors outlet store was a pleasant experience. The store was kind of on the small side but the employees were very nice and helpful once they actually acknowledged me. I was in the store for 4 whole minutes before anyone bothered to say anything to me. It personally didn't affect me as it gave me time to look around unbothered but as a customer service manager myself, that is unacceptable.
They had a selection of purses, bags. luggage, wallets, masks, coats and other items to choose from. My wife was very happy with the luggage set I got for her. I'll be coming back.

From the parking lot to cash register is very neat and clean. The staff that I delt with were courteous and helpful. They seemed to have a working knowledge of the products and current sales.
I NEVER pay full price for cashmere. Largely because I think quality as well as distinction and style are not only hard to find but hard to trust. Well……. Cashmere RED HAS the hard to find trio of quality, distinction and style. I send big gratitude to the young designer who has her designs made by the Scottish craftsmen who for generations give anything cashmere the integrity it deserves. That’s the trust part. ❤️

First time at Marshall's today. Found a few things I liked. Was in check out line and fire alarm went off. Nobody at the registers seemed to know what to do. Stood there a good 7 minutes before an associate from the back came up front to tell everybody to leave the building. Fire Dept. came and no fire was found. Stood outside almost 30 minutes waiting for them to let us know something or let us back in. Finally got tired of waiting and left.

It seems like they have everything in here it was such a big store. The staff is nice and helped me find everything i needed and self checkout for the win because I dont like to wait in lines. The deli had some fresh chicken coming out so i got some with the wedges.

Good stock considering Covid. They had made effort to make the shelves/end caps look full. Convenient location in Wilson. Overall it was clean. The staff was courteous and helpful as they greeted customers upon entry.

Not a good experience today. There were only 2 registers open with long lines, one of them trying to close and of course the self check out line that was backed up. The employees I approached were not willing to get anyone upfront to help. Instead, they just referred me to the other open check out and the self checkout. Also the poor cashier at the register with the light off was trying to leave apparently to either go home or go on break but customers were continously going into her line. None of the managers were anywhere to help. One customer had to raise his voice twice to get attention asking for help and they finally got another register open and came to help the cashier. Very poor customer service..
Glad our community still has a Roses. Convenient location. The staff and manager Barry are great. They have always run the extra mile when we have shopped for the Christmas Toy Store for families in need.

I went there to pick up a watch for my wife. I didn't like the customer service much as the employees didn't really entertain me much maybe thinking I won't be buying anything. However, I bought the watch within 5 minutes and my wife loved it. Overall less Choice, but good one in the end. Didn't get a chance to checkout the rest of the store though.
