The team at I Get Around were a great help when my electric motorcycle charger stopped working. It didn't matter at all that they don't sell electric motorcycles.

Tim was great and Keegan really knows is stuff with respect to electrical troubleshooting and repair.
We had a great time on our downtown taco tour! Matt and Sabrina were amazing guides, so knowledgeable and kind. They greeted us with bottled water, backpacks if anyone needed one, and gave us a scooter tutorial before heading out. Our group had so much fun riding the scooters around downtown Las Vegas and taking pictures by the incredible art work along the way. The food was so delicious, can't wait to go back. Would 100% do a scooter tour with them again, already have 2 more groups that want to go!
Went on a tour with friends, and had Matt and Sabrina as tour guides. The whole experience was amazing, and I would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Vegas or locals like us looking for something new to do! Also, can I just say, Letty's Tacos 🤌🏻

Man It’s about time we have a scooter shop with awesome variety of dope stuff here in the treasure Valley!! The other day it was last minute I drove all the way from Kuna to get my son’s scooter fixed, Tim and Ben were there to assist me. These guys are amazing. They treat you like family and I will definitely be back to support the local business and tell others to check it out as well🤙🏼
Love this place! We toured with Matt and Sabrina and 15 of our closest friends for a night on the town. The tour guides were knowledgeable and so fun! We are SO glad we decided to do the guided tour as it added an amazing element of Las Vegas history and fun to our night. The tacos were great and donuts were delish! We’re excited for the photos to come and thrilled with the whole experience.
Booked a scooter taco tour to celebrate mine and a few buddy’s birthdays. From the beginning, things were smooth. We each got individually named scooters (I got Harry) and a tutorial before we began. Along the tour, we stopped to take photos as well as got incredible Vegas history insights! Of course, the best part was the TACOS! Letty’s is legendary so you can’t go wrong with that! My fave was the queso taco. Matt and Sabrina are 10/10 hosts! Would definitely do again!

These guys are great. They helped me and my little brother get into our first electric scooters. He’s 12 and I’m in my 40s so big gap but they had everything we both needed from scooters to helmets and phone holders i mean I could go on an on. I had to get out of there before I bought more but with such a big selection and super low prices I mean come on. Plus these guys were super helpful showing us both how it all worked and proper maintenance for each machine. I highly recommend doing business with these guys. Super nice super helpful and there local so if anything happens we need an add on or an upgrade we can just skip the hassle and go right to the shop. Thanks guys appreciate you and what you’re doing we will be doing all of our business here!!! Support local business!!!

I bought the fist Emove Cruiser S the shop brought in. I bought Middle of March and now have 1100 miles one with no issues including no flat tires. This scooter has been amazing and Tim is awesome. Dollar for dollar the Emove Cruiser is the best scooter on the market. I bought the orange one in the photo. Please do research and you will agree this is the best scooter for the money. This scooter been in production since 2018. If you are looking for a daily commuter this the best. I can do 50miles on a charge and top speed 33mph: Not do I own one but I also build and set them up for the shop.

For about the last month I had been looking at scooters into buying one from an online retailer I made a sudden decision last Friday to go ahead and purchase locally from walking in the door to taking my scooter off the showroom floor the entire buying experience was stellar and Elite. The level of respect and kindness I was given was second to none all the way from being allowed to test drive the scooter all the way through the training process and out the door. The HIBOY S2 PRO, so far is really amazing
Rented 2 ecvs from them. One worked perfectly, but the other one kept dying when the battery showed to be at 80%. They never returned my calls on the matter.
I had such a good experience renting a knee walker from them. So friendly, explained everything, and were very patient and accommodating about the return. Thank you so much!

We went to buy these two amazing electric scooters and Tim was great with us, he will explain everything to you, customer service was excellent and we have no complaints, we ended up buying the “Emove touring” one purple and another one orange, we went for a testing drive with Tim and we love them, his kids are amazing also and helpful too and the dog Sasha is soooo cute and smart. Loved everything thank you to Tim and family !

Very very very poor experience. I’m disabled so I ordered a heavy duty scooter in order to go to Disney with my kids and husband. The scooter that was delivered was way too small to use. I immediately contacted the phone number on the order form. He didn’t answer my several phone calls. Then I got a text from the number “please text me”. I texted explaining the issue. He didn’t respond to my numerous texts for over an hour. My family went on ahead without me. Finally he texted blaming Cloud of Goods at first for the mistake, then he blamed me. But it turned out that he apparently had the wrong order number.
After going back and forth via text, he said he didn’t have a heavy duty scooter for me. Juan from People’s Care Medical Supply was rude and unapologetic. He literally ruined my trip to Disney. I ended up staying at the hotel all day.
It’s gets better…a few hours later I get a call from a female employee at People’s Care Medical Supply accusing me of stealing the power cord to the scooter. She said someone had just picked up the scooter from the hotel lobby but cord was missing. I called down to the hotel clerk, she said the cord was still plugged into the wall!
So unprofessional and inconsiderate!
We arrived at atomic scooter rentals excited for this excursion. We decided on the self guided tour. We were met by Matt, Who was monotone and not personable as he checked us in. Make sure you have your phone readily available as you need to jump through hoops to sign a waiver and upload your ID before you can actually start the scooter rental. Matt’s partner was very personable and even hooked us up with a voucher for 1 free vegan taco. Keep in mind…in Las Vegas, you are only allowed to ride the scooters on sidewalks, which contradicts a lot of peoples thoughts as they scream at us to ride on the streets. We got screamed at three times to get off the sidewalk . It was fun whizzing around, but once again I highly recommend you have prior experience riding scooters. Another issue is the amount of homeless that are walking around and popping out, out of no where. The amount of homeless is in abundance through the Fremont street experience and the art district. These homeless are aggressive. Don’t think that this is going to be a walk in the park because it’s not, unless you go with a guide. I’m thinking you might have a different experience as we did the self guided tour. We finally ended up at Letty’s Mexican food, which Matt was raving about when it came to their tacos. Their tacos were subpar, and it also took what felt like an hour of our time that we had paid for to just wait for the food (the restaurant wasn’t even that busy)… It took forever to get two small vegan tacos and a bean and rice burrito. The murals were gorgeous around the arts district, we did have more fun on the tour towards the night time. When we got back to return the scooters Matt’s attitude was completely different. He was actually nice and excited to see us. Where was that Matt when we first arrived? I wouldn’t recommend atomic scooters self guided tour. I’m sorry, unless you probably did The guided tour because I can’t speak on that…
Awesome and I mean AWESOME Customer Service. Delivery was exactly as promised and quality was great. We needed customer service help on a Sunday night and we were helped and had made purchase and arranged next day delivery within minutes. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you!!

Joe and team were great and easy to work with. Delivered same day an hour after I called. Easy and quick and affordable! Would recommend.
They have the most gracious customer service. They help me through this entire process . I made the mistake of getting the wrong size and kind of put a damper on what I needed to do this week but they were so helpful that they came back to pick up the equipment and also refunded me half of my money back they didn’t have to but I appreciate them so much. I will continue to go through them but I think this time I’ll have my Information better on what to get!

I rented a motorized wheelchair from this company for almost nine months. I wasn't aware that they'd pick up the chair if it needed service. I thought I had to go out to their Pacoima location, which I haven't had time to do. I fell behind about a month and a half on payments. I've dealt with them for a long time so they know that I'll pay.

When I had the chair picked up for service, they gave me a manual wheelchair that was far too heavy for me to use and don't then told me they wouldn't rent to me again without explanation. Sounds a bit discriminatory. I've paid almost $2,100 in rental fees. I could have bought a chair for that amount. Extremely poor and rude customer service.

We have a client visiting Texas and Rebecca, Jamaal, Julian, and David all showed exemplary service in getting him set up. They were helpful, responsive, and very understanding with our situation. We are located in Canada and could not be there to facilitate any of these arrangements. This was all done remotely! Rebecca kept us informed and up to date and the client has been well taken care of. We are grateful and very appreciative!
I've had a great experience with Sherman Oaks Medical Equipment. I recommend them to everybody, especially if you have to pay out of pocket.

I went to the Pacoima location for a used manual chair and I left with something way nicer than I thought I could afford. They asked me questions, they measured me, and spent a long time making adjustments to the chair we chose so that it fits me really well. They made good recommendations when I didn't actually know what would work for me (things like seat cushion, wheel camber, and seat dump).

They include a month of adjustments with the chair, and I've gone in for fine-tuning twice. The first time, they switched my brakes to easier ones and did some small things like move my side guards. The second time, they adjusted my caster fork angle. They worked really quickly and I didn't need an appointment.

I've talked to several different people in person and on the phone and everyone has been so helpful. It's a relief that I can ask a million questions and they don't get cagey or frustrated with me-- they always fully explain because they really know what they're doing here.
My inhouse client has ordered (2) rental scooters for their conference to be delivered today. After some miscommunication on our side, we found out that they were delivered early! The sales rep, Tyler, even came by personally to check. Great Service!
Matt and Sabrina curated a wonderful tour that captures the essence of Las Vegas, while maneuvering through town on motorized scooters, a street art photo shoot AND a delicious meal! Our tour guide Matt was super cool - he ensured that we were safe, took us to many cool, artsy areas, explained history of some areas and art installations, and took some really great photos of us. Sabrina was very kind and ensured that our reservation requests were honored and fulfilled. My girlfriend and I were blown away by the kindness, professionalism, skill, and overall fun we experienced on this tour. I highly recommend this tour for anyone who wants to do something fun off the Vegas strip. Not to mention the bragging rights you’re gonna have because you did something cool and super unique.

The only problem is that they don't bill insurance, including Medicare.

We needed a short term rental of a wheelchair. Theresa was very helpful at the main office and helped us arrange to pick up the chair at their second location. Johnny helped us with the pick up and return. The chair was in good repair, clean, and ready when promised. We will use this family owned business for our future medical equipment needs. Thank you!
The last day that I was in the hospital a person (I presumed was from the company) came in with a walker, unwrapped it and set it up. I told her that I really did not it and wanted to buy one from Amazon. I said that I did not think it was of good quality or appearance. Her response was that it had been ordered and why would I want to buy one when this one was free."Just need you to sign these papers".

Today I received a bill. When I called, the person who answered talked fast, seemingly to prevent me from having questions or comments. She cut me off in mid-sentence and continued to repeat what seemed to be.a memorized script. She said that I had signed forms that consented to financial responsibility, that my insurance was not in network, thus I was responsible for the entire amount. When I tried again to explain that the only reason I signed anything was that the representative said that it was free, she again cut me off, saying that they had the forms with my signature on them and why would I sign them if I had not understood and accepted responsibility. When I tried to explain, I again was only able to say a few words before she cut me off to repeat, in a very condescending and loud voice, that it was my fault, and if I didn't want the product I could bring it back, and she would be at the front desk, seemingly indicating that she wanted a confrontation and would give me more trouble. Boy do I wish that I had declined this "free" walker and gone on Amazon as I had intended to do.Confrontational argumentative, rude, condescending, are only a few of the words that come to mind to describe this experience.

Julian is A multi-task employee while he was on a phone call, he welcome me while his co-worker spoke not a word they just stared. "WOW!" Used to rent a couple of bikes to cycle around Central Park, bikes were good and it was very close for pick up and drop off. Only disappointment was that there were no bike locks available (when the price included one) which meant we couldn't lock the bikes up and explore on foot, so we had to take the bikes with us, you would have thought they would have had a lock for every bike?
Enjoyed a great ride through the park. The bikes were ok and certainly well used, but we didn't have any issues. Location was conveniently located near South entrance of park. Got a great deal through Groupon. Only downside is bikes didn't come with locks which limited ability to get off and explore the inner trails where you can't ride. Overall a great experience.
Exceptional medical equipment rental company. Courteous. Professional and knowledgeable. Very responsive. While I hope to never need to rent durable medical equipment again, if I need it, I will call them!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Scooters and More. First off, when going through an insurance company to get medical equipment it is NEVER easy. It is always a LONG drawn out battle but the dedication that I received from Scooters and More meant the world to my daughter and I. I have NEVER dealt with a DME company who I truly felt like they were "In my corner" the way Scooters and More was. They were willing to fight for my daughter and getting the necessary equipment she needed. The smile on her face when she sat in her brand new shiny wheelchair was absolutely worth all the time and headache it took to get!! THANK YOU SCOOTERS AND MORE

Easy process to rent a few bikes. Most staff very friendly, others a bit aloof.

Cashier was pressuring me to sign a contract but i wanted to read it first! Online (groupon) price honoured when asked, so only paid $36 to have 3 bikes for 4 hours.

Cycling round Central Park was easy from here as its so close. It was great fun.

Bikes were generally in good condition, not perfect but fine for casual riding. See photos - rear tyre on one bike has seen better days. Still did a fair job trying to keep up with lycra-clad people on super fast racing bikes though.

Note that they keep your ID as a deposit.
This was easy and quick to purchase. The staff was super friendly and quick. The bikes were comfortable. I'd surely recommend them.
Outstanding staff and equipment. Scooters were incredible like surfing in the city. Best part of me and my daughters and NYC vacation.

Claudia was phenomenal, super nice and friendly knew everything we needed to know and places to ride. Ask for her and definitely go with blue rental Central Park. I will be doing again tomorrow.

We did the 2-hour central park bike tour and Sergio was our guide. He was probably one of the best, if not the best tour guides we've ever had on a tour. He gave great details, was engaging, and we had fun. It was HOT that day but he combined biking with breaks and it made it go so smooth. It was myself and my kids (teens). Highly recommend.
The TopView hop on hop off bus package comes with a 2h extension to any reg bike rental (excl. e-bikes and e-scooters), and got 3 hrs for just $15 per bike as a result. Helmets are free of charge. Pretty fun riding around Central Park and Columbia U. True the bikes are not in top notch conditions. But for that price, I have no complaints. Most importantly, not a scam at all.

AMAZING SERVICE!!!!! My 81 year old father was given his notice that insurance was releasing him from rehab. His bed in his apartment was gone because the insurance had placed an order for a hospital bed for him as he needed it to help him. He had a fall and is learning how to walk again. He is having a hard time with is limbs and even feeding himself. The company that the insurance contracted with Apria.....(terrible company, Apria), told me they didn't have a bed and didn't know when they would. I called CVI, this was 4:45 on Friday afternoon. They had the bed delivered on Saturday. They were so helpful and friendly. But, it didn't stop there. When Apria got the bed, I set it up for delivery and asked CVI to remove the existing bed because we had to pay for this one and the one from Apria was covered by insurance and Apria told us that the existing bed had to be removed because they wouldn't move any furniture, so Rebecca, (amazing lady!), told me that she was happy for us that we got it covered by insurance and they would be happy to pick it up Friday morning, today, so that it would be out in time for Apria to deliver the new one. Well, it got to be 2:00 and no Apria, when I called, they said that they didn't have a bed! I was furious! I called Rebecca at CVI, and she put me on hold for less than 3 min., got back on the phone, and said that they are bringing the bed back so that my dad has a bed for the weekend! NOW THAT IS SERVICE!!!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CVI! They are helpful, and they truly care! (And Rebecca is awesome!).

I went there searching for an electric wheelchair for a young woman my church is helping. Rebecca worked with me and found a used one that we could afford. Her kindness to the young woman and to me and her knowledge were incredible. The store is well stocked with new and rental equipment. I would recommend it to anyone who asks.
Yea they gave u a discount price for E-bike; but when it comes to returning the bike, they would say the price was for regular bike. You would be forced to pay the “full price” in the end to get your ID back. Highly recommended for people who want to be SCAMMED! Many thanks!!
WOW I rented the lambo for three day what an amazing ride the staff there were beyond amazing, helpful, kind and very knowledgeable when you come Vegas and want a rental this place is top notch like no other come see them and get one of there many options the staff was beyond amazing
Horrible Experience. I went there to pick up my brother's walker after he received a message that it was ready for pick up. The lady at the front desk said she didn't have anything for him the second I said his name. I told her that this is the address they left on the voicemail. She looked it up on her computer and says oh, yeah, we got the work order in January. I said well why were we not called to come get it, she said I have a note here that says patient never came to pick it up. I said well we were not called and told to. She said I called and spoke to someone letting them know. I asked her what number she called and she stated my phone number. I told her no, I never got a call from you, that is my number you just said.
The walker was to small for my brother so she said she would fax over paperwork on Monday and call me 2 days later. I NEVER HEARD BACK. It has been 2 weeks and no phone call. So my conclusion is they do not call their patients to let them know to pick up their equipment. I will call and make a compliant with Medicaid.
The level of service, honesty and care that DME Scooters offers, especially Zach, is top shelf. EXCELLENT. Highly recommend this group of people for any and all your mobility needs.
Horrible experience. The staff needs education in clinical empathy and also needs to practice empathy as a Home medical equipment company. They do not follow up on any submitted claims neither do they follow up with the patient. A patient waited one year for an electric wheel chair and still did not get it yet. In the end, we knew, it was time to move on to a different medical supply company. I know you guys don't need us but we have decided not to ever use your company ever again.
I’ve needed durable medical equipment for over two decades and can tell you that my experience over at Sherman Oaks Medical is literally the best I’ve ever had. The team there was frankly a pleasure to work with. They’re thoughtful, they listen, and they really went above and beyond to get me the exact equipment I needed. I have been in a wheelchair for 20 years and they recently helped fit me and get approval for the best chair I’ve ever had. I truly cannot recommend them enough. If you happen to contact them hopefully you’ll also get to work with Jack or Hayk; you’ll be in extra good hands.

WOW!!!! Amazing service, attitude, thoughtfulnees and compassion. I have been a caregiver for 6 different people in my life. I have had alot of companies like this in and out of my life. Everyone in that shop cares! I had an issue with my moms battery for flying (6 months after purchasing her scooter)and Rebecca went way beyond to find a resolution. She treated my mom like she was her mom. As long as I live in DFW I will go no where else!! This place is the BEST.
I have rarely, no never, encountered such attentive owners and staff as I've enjoyed at Sherman Oaks Medical. I'm a film producer/writer and hire staff continuously and I'd be proud to hire this team as they understand how to get the job done rather than worry about the small stuff.

I highly recommend this company and, in an age when service is not what it used to be, this team bucks the trend, big time!

I was Blessed to find Sherman Oaks Medical Supply. My mom had become immobile. I needed a Sara Stedy Now. They drove one to us the next day. 6 hr. Drive to Santa Cruz. Amazing! I went to DME with Mom and Brother and it was an Awesome Experience. The guy was very knowledgeable about the scooter( from setting it up ,to taking it apart. ) I think the guys name was Taylor ( I hope his name is right😱 ) My mom and brother we're very satisfied with his professionalism. You will be amazed at His service. Thank You for a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend it. Don't read the negative comments ( you can't please everyone ) So, don't be discouraged by the comments. HE DESERVES A FIVE-STAR.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Let me start by clarifying - riding a scooter in public is DEFINITELY not my “thing”; however, my kids love activities like this and I love any and every excuse to get some pictures so I booked the Street Art Instagram Tour with Atomic Scooter Rentals during our Vegas trip and we all had a blast! Our guide was knowledgeable and passionate about the art and history of Downtown Las Vegas, sharing insights that were quite intriguing. The reason for the 4 out of 5 stars is because when I got my images from the tour, the color adjustments were made to enhance the art so the coloring of my group was quite off. I understand, can’t please everyone but we look like we are wearing neon clothes! Haha! No biggie, I appreciate the effort and the tour itself, I would just suggest you either wear very bright or very dark clothing if you are doing the street art tour. AND be prepared - you will be required to wear a helmet and it’s bright orange and quite honestly, nobody I have ever seen can make a helmet cute so there was an additional element of feeling a little more ridiculous, riding a scooter with a bright orange helmet through Downtown Las Vegas, even if it’s the requirement it’s still a little annoying, especially when taking pictures - after all, who wants a book of pictures with helmet hair?! Overall it was a fun experience and I would probably do it again.
Excellent bikes. Though be aware 1 hour should be more than enough time. They will not refund an additional hour. Pretty sure this is part of their sales pitch.
I've gotten durable equipment from allcare and I'll call them again, right now waiting on approval from the insurance company for vehicle modification (hand controls and lift for wheelchair) thank you David and Becky

We took 3 bikes and one of them broke at the opposite side of Central Park, the rear wheel could not turn so it was impossible to walk next to the bike, we had to carry it to move. We called the urgence number on the ticket 5 times but no answer. I decided to get back to the rental to ask for help. The guy working went to see my friend with the broken bike but came back 5min later saying that it was too late and that he finished working 2 minutes ago. No one was working there after, they didn’t offer us any solution and refused to give my ID back. They asked us to pay for a taxi to bring THEIR defective bike back and would not give me my ID otherwise (this is blackmail) whereas they should have gone get the bike AND my friend back!
I never got my ID back, DO NOT go there, they just want to steal tourists money and won’t help at all of you have an issue. Otherwise if you want to ruin one of your days/nights in NY, that’s the place.

I have an older Pride Jazzy scooter that I needed some advice and recommendations to make it more secure and safer for my husband. Not only did they recommend things that could be done they took the time to make sure that I had everything that I needed to implement the suggestions. I highly recommend this business. I am reading the reviews and can see that the issues with communication at Metrocare have not been resolved. We are currently waiting for the delivery of a wheelchair and walker. The order was placed last week by our care manager at the hospital. My husband has Guillain Barre Syndrome and we can’t leave without the equipment. The care manager says that the equipment is usually dropped off the day before a discharge date. Days ago, my husband and I were called by a representative of Metrocare, Lisandra. I returned the call and left a message but never heard back from her, perhaps because she confirmed the date with my husband. I called Metrocare this morning and customer service forwarded me to the warehouse. The warehouse representative said the delivery was on the way but he couldn’t say if we are the first delivery. He was not helpful and asked if I am “going to continue arguing”. I clarified that a phone call to the care manager would have helped with our expectations for delivery. The customer service person (actually a billing person helping out) said someone had a death in the family which left them understaffed. I acknowledged that this is sad and cannot be predicted but, Again, a phone call to someone would have helped. As we wait, my husband was able to reach Lisandra who is currently transferring us to the route driver but did not take responsibility for her lack of communication with us or the hospital. Very poor customer service.

Great service and suggestions from the team at Vegas Scooter and SlingShot Rentals. We had originally booked this through a Groupon deal for a two hour rental to check out Red Rock Canyon. Admittedly, you could definitely do it in two hours but you'd be rushing to get back on time and probably not enjoy the trip as much as if you did three hours. We decided to get the additional hour to make it a three hour trip which gave us plenty of extra time to relax, make multiple stops along the Red Rock scenic route, and really enjoy the drive. Super friendly, and knowledgeable team here and very accommodating. Highly recommend this company for any motorized off-strip adventure that you're planning.
Horrible service dropped off a prescription at 11 was told they were faxing my doctor paperwork to verify prescription caller back at 2:36 to see what the status was and they acted like they sent the fax so I call my doctors office which told me they didn’t receive a fax so I called back and ask what fax number they used bc there wasn’t one on the prescription and why hadn’t they tried to contact the doctor... Her response was she don’t know and she will call me back... smh
I have used DME Scooters and More for my parents needs about 2 years now. The people at the store are incredibly helpful and always take the time to educate you and answer all of your questions. I took a walker that was damaged to them and the two gentlemen took time out of their busy schedules to fix it right away. I wouldn't go anywhere else for your durable medical equipment but these people. I highly recommend them to everyone!
We had less time than when we had first planned this part of our trip, so we decided to use the ebikes to speed our trip. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Once we figured out the controls (the device would time out and need to be reset when we stopped to see an area) we found ourselves effortlessly biking throughout the park. Going up hills, we would speedily and effortlessly pass other bikers who were huffing and puffing their way up the hill. We saw everything we had wanted to in our shortened time, and had a blast doing it!
WARNING this is a rip off business don't waste your time and money on them! Me and my family were travelling in New York and decided to go to Central Park. We rented two bikes for my kids from them and that was a huge mistake! My kids rode the bikes for literally two minutes but it was too uncomfortable for them due to poor quality of the bikes so we decided to return them. We went to return the bikes and told them the quality of the bike seat is really bad and that my kids feel uncomfortable on them. We couldn't even get a refund! When we told them we wanted a refund they said they would talk to us later but never did. We went up to the manager and asked him. They offered to extend our rides 1 more hour but obviously my kids aren't going to ride those horrible bikes. So we asked for a partial refund and all they said is that we signed the liability saying they can't give us a refund. Overall, they didn't apologize or even give us proper service we wasted so much time! Are they joking around we had the bike for 2 minutes exactly at least give us a partial refund! Very poor service super disappointed what a rip-off and wastage of time and money! This ruined our morning plans! NEVER WASTE MONEY RENTING THESE BIKES!

Even though these aren't Honda Ruckus these are great scooter, I recommend the 150cc for experienced riders. So much fun cruising the strip or anywhere around town. Staff was super friendly, service was quick and knowledgeable. We did the 3 hour but I recommend doing all day it's that much fun. I wasn't a fan of the three wheeler however I would recommend it for inexperienced riders, it's like a three wheeled go kart. Would def do again!!
Came here for my bachelor party and had a great time with the the slingshots! It was quick and easy to get the slingshot rented out and took a great ride around the red canyons! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get away from the strip and the casinos.
If we could give zero stars we would! We had our doctor send over a prescription for a walker and a potty chair. THEY never call you and give you any updates and we have had to make every single phone call. We went to pick it up a couple of days later and we realized that we needed a rolling walker instead of a regular walker. We told that we would need another prescription requesting that kind of a walker. No problem, we called the doctor again and got another prescription faxed over requesting the change. However, we never heard from Rhyna or anyone else if they received the prescription and if the order was ready to be picked up or not. So we called again today and they tell us that they need a detailed prescription. Wouldn't you think that they would call the doctor's office or call us and let us know that information! 11 BUSINESS DAYS later and we still do not have the two items that we needed. To say we are frustrated is too put it mildly! If we didn't need it right away we would have never ordered it! We decided we needed to speak with someone in charge, but Laurie the owner or manager was not available. So we spoke with a supervisor named Teresa. Sadly, she could have cared less about our problem with Rhyna and told us so!. So basically, we have called and order these two items again with another company and our items will be ready for pick up in the morning! IN LESS than 24 hours we will have what we need. We feel like MetroCare needs serious training on being professional and knowing how to communicate with the customers. It has been a very bad experience with very bad customer service and we will never recommend them to anyone! I also plan on calling the Social Security office and letting them know how bad the customer service is, since they recommended them off of the list.
Wow. The lady who answers the phone is so rude. I tried to explain my question about getting durable medical equipment and she was belittling and impatient. Not worth the pain of going through her. How unfortunate for the company that they have a woman like her representing them. Go else where.
Very helpful, polite and very knowledgeable. David was always on time and very polite and got the job done. Even saved me some money! I will call this place again for any repairs needed!
Sadly I'm not impressed. I submitted a prescription for a wheel chair on a Monday and I never heard from them. I called on Thursday and spoke with Joy only to find out they needed more info from the dr. That would have been great to know on Monday,Tuesday,or Wednesday. It would be great to get updates. Here we are on Tuesday of the following week and my son still doesn't have a wheel chair and cannot go to school. When I expressed my concern with Joys lack of urgency in the matter I was met with an attitude. The customer service is mediocre at best. She lacks empathy and urgency. :-(

Rented 2 Slingshots with another couple for 3 hours and had a blast riding out to Red Rock canyon! The owners were very nice. Highly recommend renting the Slingshots. I would repeat.
Be careful. The website states Allcare rents several items but when you call them this doesn't seem to be the case. They do not seem to be very knowledgeable about their equipment as well.
Interesting but somehow its old style clashes with new, modern buildings around.
My mom purchased a scooter here several years ago. It has been awesome. Moreover, the people IN the store are simply fantastic. I took Mom's scooter in this week because of some stop/go issues. Planning for the worst (having to buy a new scooter) but hoping for the best (repairable), I left it with the Katrina. Very pleasant! The very next day I spoke with Andy who told me that he was able to repair the scooter!! He even gave me an option regarding repairing the led lights for the battery panel. Thank you to all of you! It is a pleasure to do business with very honest and very pleasant people!!! :D :D :D
I have to say that 7 years ago I was referred to Metrocare. It was a good experience. Although since then it has been no returned calls. My wife portable unit was picked up back in February and still have no word on when we can expect it fixed. My wife calls for information about products order. But gets no answers. This is the worst company to deal with. They don't seem to care about customer satisfaction. Some people are helpful at times but the ones that are responsible for orders and getting equipment repaired can't seem to get the job done. Even the upper management doesn't seem to care about their customers. I have talked to the upper management and they just turn it back over to the ones that are not doing anything to help the people in need. One of them even told us at one time that we may want to find another company to go with. Very very rude people they have working there. We are very dissatisfied with this company. Can't get anything done within a reasonable time. Very fustrated with there sevice. We found them to be over charging us for their services as well. Since the portable unit was picked up my wife and I are limited to what we can do because the oxygen bottles don't last long enough and it takes days to get more in.

Don't waste your time with this company. Whoever answers the phone is rude and very short with you. Seems to me, they don't really care about people trying to get their medical equipment. Better off using Landmark!!
