If you live in Jersey City NJ. Go downtown on a Saturday, their be only 5 , people on line 4 teller working. On Harrison go to the post office about, 4;30 pm only 5 people their on line, 3 teller. It the time you go. Choose wisely

Multiple times coming here and EVERY time the old lady employee with short curly grey hair and glasses is ALWAYS extremely rude. I see other people in the reviews also have the same experience with the same lady. All I want to do is send out a package and not get distasteful attitude for no reason whatsoever. If I could I would rate this 0 stars but I can’t, so I give you 1.

Urgent Resolution Required: Unacceptable Customer Service

Despite numerous complaints and negative reviews outlining serious issues, it appears that these concerns have been consistently ignored.

Specifically, I am appalled by the behavior of one particular staff member, who consistently demonstrates a lack of professionalism and courtesy towards customers. On multiple occasions, I have witnessed this the woman in the front being rude and unhelpful, creating an unwelcoming environment for patrons, including myself. It is absolutely disheartening be and to see customers treated in such a disrespectful manner. In fact, it is unacceptable to be subjected to such treatment, and I refuse to support an establishment that condones such behavior.

I urge you to take immediate action to address these concerns and ensure that all staff members adhere to the highest standards of professionalism and customer service. Failure to do so will leave customers with no choice but to explore further avenues, including legal action, to address the serious matter at hand.

Looking forward to this matter being treated with the seriousness it deserves and that prompt steps are taken to remedy the situation!

Love this place. Super friendly and helpful staff.
They're refusing to deliver my package to my door. I'm not sure if they're too illiterate to read my address or mailbox correctly or what. All I know is due to their lying and incompetence I am out 93 dollars. The BEST part, the usps website won't even let me file a claim to get my money back. This whole location needs to be fired and re staffed with people that have common sense and can read.
Update: I got a message from usps "customer support" telling me my package would be delivered TODAY.... They lied to me. Tracking shows they never loaded it onto a truck this morning and tracking still has the last date of the 4th saying they were unable to deliver and would deliver it on the 5th....

This location has illegal been holding mail in the post off for months. Constantly losing replaced keys. Which is a security breech. Are telling customers to not pick up mail. Putting people at Risk for late payments/responsibilities.
So impressed with the level of customer support and resolution I get from this USPS location. Jeanette (sp) deserves a raise for making sure my package was redelivered on her day off, after days of no redelivery attempt. USPS is earning a fan out of me
The line is always long. Literally only one person doing drop offs AND purchases of monetary items...customer service is terrible and they literally come to work wearing BONNETS 🙄 i promise USPS will hure anybody. I went to drop off a package there was a very rude lady working told me I couldn’t ship my package off for no reason just didn’t want to help me. Came to Chinatown usps the customer service was 100% better! Very rude customer service here don’t recommend!
Terminal Station is the worst USPS I've ever visited. Extremely unhelpful staff who started making snarky remarks about not reading the fine print about fingerprinting hours when just telling me the correct hours would have sufficed. Also, the fingerprinting machine was down and they did not even bother to check to see if it was back up, whereas Westwood USPS checked and managed to get it working - big thank you Kamesa D. at Westwood USPS! Terminal Station - don't even bother going, all you'll get is a bad attitude.
Unsupervised, Disgruntled workers that work in the back of this post office really express their anger and frustration for all to hear while working in the mail box area on a daily basis. Foul mouthed postal workers loudly discussing their hatred of Jewish people, hatred of certain customers, and how unhappy they are with their jobs can all be heard as you check your mailbox. The customer service area is okay but they need two workers in the front to tackle the afternoon long line.

The employees here are nice and provide great customer service! I wish this location could be open on Saturdays again and have more hours during the week. This is my favorite Post Office in Lexington, and I hope it does not close.

Chad is so helpful to my husband every time he goes in a store he tells Bobby what I can help with. Just a great place to go five stars for me
The people here have always been so nice and efficient...(like letting a woman go get her cousin from outside after entering the package pickup information so the employee could keep the process moving and still abide by the 'you must be the resident' rule). That same employee had the sense to let people know the office was out of money orders in advance by announcing it so as not to waste their time. I go out of my way to come to this one because of the larger space and easier parking. I do think they might need more people.
Hi! I'm broken-hearted to share my unpleasant experience with you. I was at the USPS store to send my hospitalized cases and bought some stamps at the self-service machine. I bought two stamps but the receipt from the machine showed I bought 40 stamps. I was asking for help but waiting for a long time. Finally, a kind lady came to help me and solved the problems. She was kind and nice. But later, something really bad happened and I couldn't express my feelings at that time. I was writing my letters at the desk but I heard a big laugh and someone was imitating me in the staff room. I can't understand why she's doing this.
I did nothing wrong but was laughed at after asking for help. Also, I was there to send my hospitalized cases for depression, I felt I wanted to hurt myself at that time and experienced a really bad day. I don't know why she treated me like that cause I did nothing wrong. Just because I'm Asian so I was ignored? Or just because I have good temper so they can laughed at a poor Chinese lady with depression?After that, I have to go home and take medicines, and can control myself a little bit now.
I do not recommend anyone to get there. If you have any disease Or not.
If you wanna get your fbi fingerprint this is the place - helpful staff and not so long of a line. DONT GO TO THE REDMOND ONE THEY ARE HORRIBLE
Please come during 10am-3pm for fbi fingerprinting. Wish this can help you avoid wasting time like I did.

The staff at this store is the best! I had several very delicate items sent that they packed for me, and everything got to me in perfect condition. Keep up the good work guys! Thank you!
postal center is still here, it's just inside the candy shop towards the back of the shop. they have stamps, priority mail packaging, other shipping supplies, etc.

Have 3 packages lost after dropping off at this post office. After reading reviews I thought to myself oh great. So I went in and the reviews were right that the old lady was very rude and could care less about others packages. She told me I should have went to another post office so I left and called her an old biddy and then called main post office and filed a complaint. She needs to be fired.
Ms Jones is an unprofessional menace. I called this office to inquire about a missing package. She hung up on me twice and was very nasty each time. When I asked what happened to my package she said”I don’t know, I don’t know anything what do you want me to do?” If you don’t know anything you shouldn’t have a job and you definitely shouldn’t be dealing directly with customers. It’s already ridiculous that they lost my certified Mail, but to be so dismissive and purposefully unhelpful makes me never want to use USPS again
The place is really clean and Ashu , she’s very kind and patient.This is my go to spot whenever I’m shipping internationally. Thank you Ashu for your service. This spot is on Coney Island Avenue.
This is great place, she is very helpful always good beyond to help customers; i never had any issues here, very secure and reasonable price, but the most important thing is that she is very very helpful...i would recommend everyone to come to this location

BEWARE!!! The Older lady that works here is very very very rude. I couldn't bring myself to argue with her. If the owner is reading this, please do something about it if you care about having customers return.
There is one gentleman who has worked behind the counter for years. He is the most efficient, professional, knowledgeable, helpful and courteous USPS employee I have had the pleasure of interacting with. USPS needs more like him!

The best USPS store that I've ever visited. I used to go to USPS right next to Kroger on Richmond Rd but my experience at the store has been unpleasant. There are always people lining up and the counter lady has mood swings. But the man at this USPS store has been friendly, compassionate and very professional. The store is local to the place so no need to wait. The store is super clean. I highly recommend this place to anybody that needs USPS service. Worth driving 10-min more than I do with the closest USPS store to get much better and professional experience.

Super friendly staff. I came to buy envelopes. They kindly let me know the correct type of envelopes and stamps I need. They gave me very detailed instructions on how to fill the fields and track the mails. They provided me the best services I have ever seen in nyc for a long time. Five stars!!
I literally drive 20 minutes out of my way to go to this post office because the desk employees are always so nice. I've never had a bad experience at this location. Before I moved here, we had awful post office workers, so they put a bad taste in me for USPS. The guys here are so nice, polite, and they treat every customer properly.

HIGHLY Recommend. I used them for their pack and ship service for some breakable items that I won at an auction. The folks at the Mailroom went above and beyond in preparing my shipment. All 4 large breakable pieces arrived in perfect condition. The staff were so polite and accommodating and they by far have the most reasonable shipping prices around. Because I am located in Canada I've been taken advantage of being charged triple the cost of shipping by other companies but NOT the Mail Room! They came well under budget of what I expected I would have to pay. I would not hesitate to use them again & again. From the bottom of my heart a huge gratuitous THANK YOU to the Staff. I walk in with a smile and a warm greeting. I receive a scowl from the lady that worked there and it only got worse from there. She wasn’t helpful and was honest a bit of a witch. I hope her ability to do her job is better than her attitude.

One of the worst post offices I have ever been to. Always understaffed. Long lines. Wait is generally over 20 minutes. I came back 3 days in a row because the line was just so long. The staff are kind it’s just that they are understaffed. The office should employ more workers since there is such a high demand in this metropolitan area.
I ordered an item online from a nearby auction house, and after working with the auction house and The MailRoom they were able to obtain and ship the item to me a few states away. The item was packaged superbly and arrived in good condition, and the customer service and level of communication was incredible throughout via both email and phone. I can highly recommend doing business with them!
Great people working there, we were helped in a timely manner and helped us in a joyful happy attitude threw out our interaction and one of the employee's was even nice enough to hold open the door!

Lenora was so very helpful to me today and went above and beyond what any store owner would normally do. I came In her store with loads of questions that she happily answered and explained to me exactly what I needed to get. On top of that, I did not have cash on me and instead of charging my debit card the $3, she gave me the small box on the house! You can tell she knows what she’s doing and likes doing it every day. She cares about customers and for that I’ll be back for her notary and mailing services!
I wanted to mail a light box (item used by blind/visually impaired individuals) to an agency that has products for the blind. It was supposed to be mailed as "Free Matter for the Blind". The Post Office employee said he was unable to ship it free, and that I needed to pay postage for it. When I explained why it should be mailed free of postage the employee reached out to a colleague for assistance. The colleague concurred I should pay postage since neither of them had heard of "Free Matter for the Blind". I left the Post Office with my light box. A few days later I had another light box that needed to be shipped. When I arrived at the Post Office I hoped I wouldn't have to leave disappointed again. However, the employee that had waited on me just days before smiled and said he was "so glad that (I) had come back with the light box". He said after I had left the other day he investigated further and discovered I was correct. He apologized and promptly mailed my package as "Free Matter for the Blind". At no time was this employee ever discourteous, snotty, or argumentative. He was sincere and polite each time he helped me. He went above and beyond when he looked into my claims further, greeted me warmly upon my return, and apologized for the misunderstanding. Very nice man!
As others have said, the staff here does a pretty good job keeping the line moving and also being courteous and professional.
This USPS location is one of the best I've used and I've been in here frequently. The line can be long (it's midtown) but they keep it moving. Every counter person I've encountered here has been friendly and efficient, asking the right questions. There's usually even someone directing people in the line and asking what they need to do so that they don't waste time. I've read the negative reviews here and they all sound like they were written by unprepared morons.

I had a large portrait that needed to be carefully packed and shipped. I went into store to inquire. Chad told me to just pull up to curb and he would get it out and package it and would call when it was finished. I went back the next day and paid. It was so easy and friendly. Very best service and they ship by all carriers.
Not a post office location any longer, but it is a poke stop.
All signs say business hours 8am. Went there at 8:22am this morning, counter wasn't open. The usps needs to be 100% shut down. They are all morons, and just lame humans.

I called on a Saturday to check on some flate rate boxes 36 minutes after they were already closed. A man answered right away and helped me with my question. You can pick up flate rate boxes in the lobby even when they are closed. I know a lot of other places that don't answer DURING business hours so I was delighted.
