Great School! I would definitely recommend this program to anyone who are interested in the Health Field. Lots of valuable information to learn instructor very Helpful.
I love the online classes most especially Mrs mark , she make everything easy I recommend this school . They are the best
This hospice is the worst care I have ever seen in my life. They dumped an 89 year old man with end stage cancer off at his home late last night, had the transfer company leave him bedridden and alone in his trailer. With No one to care for him. With a tropical storm on its way. The sheriff was called and if not for their kindness and professionalism, he would still be there alone. Not done with reporting this to authorities yet. They have not heard the end of this yet. If there was a negative 5 star to leave this company would surely deserve it. They do not deserve to be in business.
HORRIBLE CLASS! Do not come here, they are money hungry. They allowed me to do a payment plan, I lost my bank card and told them I would pay 200$ in 4-5 days when my card arrived. They told me I have to restart all over!!!!!!! They then argued with me over the phone for my 550$ dollars back, the owner is RUDEEEE! Pls do not come here. If I could give a 0 !!! I would!
Being able to complete the CNA course online was a huge need for my current situation. Ms. Marks was readily available if I had a question. I strongly recommend this course to anyone who is interested, in person or online.
After completing the online program from June-July 2022, I'm so glad I choose this academy. Allowed me to become a CNA through providing a textbook, videos, practice problems and quizzes. At this moment, I'm now applying for jobs, and confident in securing them.
Best school ever!!!! I just completed my CNA online and the process was so convenient, flexible, and Ms.Herma was very helpful.
Do not hesitate to join! You wouldn't regret it.
I was very excited about joining the learning team at Nursing Assistant Academy. Things however became complex for me widway and was thinking of quitting. But I thank God for Ms Mark, who relentlessly resuscitated my dying zeal till I reached the finish line. Ms Mark, I give you a five 🌟 salute. And I promise to refer my friends and anyone I know looking for a school for nursing assistant training.
At first, the Nursing Assistant Academy intimidated me the first few days because we had to learn all the topics in under one month, but the course outline really helped out knowing what's to come every week. Ms. Marks was really helpful every time I had a question or concern about something. She's always quick to call, text, or communicate. I liked this course cause it was really flexible in terms of doing things on your own time. The content posted was also helpful everyday on the class announcements. Affordable and pretty easy class as long as you do the lectures right away.

was put on hold for 45 minutes for scheduling and then was sent to voicemail. that happened twice even when the phone said “there are no callers ahead of you in line.” also i was sent a $400 bill for an physical exam when the appointment was for an anxiety evaluation (there was no physical exam whatsoever). the school advertises this as a place to get your needs addressed quickly when in reality you would get in quicker at a CVS minute clinic, spend less, and be treated better.
I have had years of pleasant experiences with this company. Professional and friendly!
Interim took great care of my aunt and uncle!
They have been providing needed services for my elderly aunt so many years. I highly recommend to anyone who needs adult care services.
The staff has no medically accurate information (they did not even know that a PCR and RNA are the same thing), and denies COVID tests to individuals needing it for field research, interaction with young children, immunocompromised relatives etc. even to students paid by the university to complete PhD degrees with rigorous requirements. The university has shown a history of having questionable medical practices and people in charge of scheduling at this center need to be fired. If I could give a negative rating and take legal action, I would. Go to a CVS, OSU has subpar practices and its medical professionals treat students like numbers, not humans. Ridiculous and this will be taken up with the President.
Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. They answered my call the first time, and were able to give me an appointment only an hour later. I saw a Certified Nurse Practitioner named Kaitlin and she was incredibly kind hearted and knowledgeable. I will definitely be coming here the next time I have a medical need.
Family Home Health Care (FHHC) provided home service for my elderly parents for many years. FHHC staff are highly qualified professionals that provided the ultimate home care service to my elderly parents. FHHC staff has exceeded our expectation in competence, service, and professionalism. I'd highly recommend FHHC for all your care needs.

My elderly father needed home assistance and Family Home provided us with qualified candidates who not only were extremely understanding on how to provide assistance but flexible and cost efficient. This service was perfect in every way. Happy to recommend this to friends and family.

Family Home Health Care is the best. They’re a reliable and trusted company with professional and knowledgeable healthcare providers and I highly recommend this to anyone in need. They are so friendly and easy to work with. The caregivers are excellent, dependable and self motivated. The company has been very cooperative with necessary scheduling changes. Overall, all the service they provide has been wonderful. Thank you so much for everything.
Worst Nursing Healthcare Company I've ever had. I will not go into details but they put me through hell this past December and January. Don't even bother trying to have consistency or just plain empathy .
They are taking wonderful of my grandmother!
This place leaves me so frustrated almost every time i go there. The availability is awful, it is rare to find an appointment within 3 days of the time you call or schedule online. If you need quick care for non emergencies you are much better going to a minute clinic. Wilce offers little help for students with insurance questions and many workers are rude. I am writing this review after walking back empty handed from their pharmacy my third time in the past week because their hours do not match the ones posted online and my prescription was sent to a different pharmacy even though i told them i wanted it there. The only redeeming quality is the doctors- they are all so sweet, caring and amazing at what they do.
They are supposed to be coming M-F for my disabled vet father in law. Instead we end up doing their job with no call no shows once to twice a week sometimes. My husband is missing out on hours at work because he's been doing their job so much, he cannot reliably work in the midday. They are supposed to send us weekly schedules ahead of time. They've done this once despite complaints. We've taken to calling them near every day just to find out if someone is coming so we can schedule our day and work around them. We're now keeping a journal of when they're calling off and times shown. (It's been three times in just a week now). If you have to deal with them, document everything. If you have a choice, try someone else.

Called them and was put on hold for 12 minutes then they literally hung up on me

Update: I want to add that I believe they just don’t know how to use their phones, I don’t think they actually intended to hang up. But either way that’s kinda bad considering I was asking about post-covid heart problems 🥴.

Also once I saw the doctor they were super helpful and accommodating! I just can’t believe it took so long and so much effort to actually get in with them. They literally have same day availability but it took 4 weeks of trying to actually get a hold of them during business hours and find someone who could schedule me.
I have had so many negative experiences with this place, it would be impossible to list them all out here. Highlights of these negative experiences include:
- Screaming at me in the middle of the waiting area after I had expressed my concern for being “moved to the bottom of the list” and not told for over an hour and 45 minutes.
- Told I had mono (but not tested for it) and was told to come back in four days and get tested (I did not have mono).
- Worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had anywhere - especially via phone
- They do not care if you struggle understanding the healthcare system, they will yell at you and be frustrated with you anyways.

I absolutely despise going to this place and only go if I absolutely have to now. With all this COVID testing happening, I got selected for surveillance testing and when I called for more information I was treated horribly again. The ladies who answer the phones are AWFUL and I cannot stand to schedule appointments with them.
You can take your appointments online if you are student of OSU. Very practical and they offer lots of specialties. It has a friendly staff. Health Center has a free parking if you are patient. Also, it has a pharmacy on the bottom floor.

The only person who was willing to listen to my Husband when he stated he was dying. We have been seeing Tom Jones since my children were little. He has always been the best. My husband passed in May 2017. He was kind and compassionate towards my husband and got him the help he needed.
The doctors are great, but the nurses are horrible! Each one that I have met expect maybe one has been horrible! Today one was incredibly bossy, demanding, and rushing me out of the center! I dont know who is in charge if hiring the nurses, but they need to re-consider who the hire because none of them have any compassion or manners.
They sit everything up last week for this week. Two times no show. One finally came sit in her car for awhile and left.I waited got no calls as to why and finally talked to someone that said she had to leave. So I said are you sending anyone....they said no that's it.So go somewhere else!!!
I had them over to discuss cleaning my home through a program provided by the state for the long term ill and she was rude to the point where I made them leave. Wondering how many suicides they caused from the put downs to the disabled. Despicable! Then she lied to her boss and the next day there was an anonymous call to DCF, obviously her from the things she told them. You don't do that to people if you want their business. When I joined this program I was told things like this would not happen, that I would get the help I needed. I am dying and need help. This company will not help you.
