I've been coming to this clinic for over 3yrs now. When I first came I was pregnant and scared, almost losing my babies. 😞 Thank god i never did tho!! It took me a min to accept the fact that I actually did need help, but once I did start helping myself, and being present for my kids, new seasons was there as well. It took me 3 counselors to get in with the right one, and I absolutely LOVE Julie ❤️ she's a good one 😉 "The trick" to actually liking the clinic, is truly wanting to do better and than DOING IT! Because in the end its YOUR recovery that should matter to YOU. It is a safe place to work on sobriety and yourself. The meds help, but make sure to take them correctly or else you may feel withdraws and in my experience it's worse than regular withdraws. And IF you do happen to relapse, they help you thru it and not "condem" you. I've recommended a few friends to the clinic and it makes me feel good seeing them better themselves! Knowing that I helped in a way 😉
PS. I miss Trudy, Mary, and Joann 🤪

My wife and I decided to get clean and sober together ❤️ we have been sober and coming to the clinic for almost 4yrs now! New Seasons may have saved our lives, couldn't have done it without the MAT program that they provide. And of course each other 😀

I would recommend going cold or keep on keeping on before I recommend this place. Staff are awful and treat addicts like trash. And if you have no other choice ask for a councilor that's not in the building and do it over the phone the people inside act like they are better than you because you are an addict. All of the councilors that did have a history of addiction and could understand what your going through have left because of the other staff riding around on there high horse. This place has a turnover rate like a wendys but unlike wendys it's not teenagers coming and going for random reasons its adults leaving because of the treatment from other staff. And the only staff they do keep around are the ones causing the problem. Places like this keep people just because they've been there forever not because they do a good job. The councilors are incompetent and expect you to remind them daily to do there job and not forget there job. They will use the power they get over you whenever and however they can. They will attack your character if you get fed up with there treatment of you. They will disregard your rights if they want like it doesn't even matter. If you have a complaint about a staff member and try going to the program director the staff member will make you let them come even if you tell them you don't want them in there. You have no right to voice dissent and if you try they will try to intimidate you into silence and even after all that and you still refuse to shut up and get back in line. They will kick you to the curb. I don't know about you but if your reading this and your at your low at the bottom of that dark well think about this would you rather have new seasons treatment center come along and throw you a rope down In your well for you to climb almost to the top for them to just let go. Or would you rather stay where you are till you find someone who really is there to pull you out of the well. Think on it before you start giving these people your money and the power they demand over your before they help.

Staff forgets to do their jobs putting the clients that come months back in the program. Example: the program has fazes 1 2 3 4 ECT to faze up you have to be doing everything your supposed to do and if so once a month you can go up to the next faze. And to go further in the program you have to go up fazes obviously. But what happens when you go and asked to be fazes up and they tell you yes we will do that then they just don't. They don't say anything they don't do anything. I'm on faze 3 I started at the beginning of the year I show up to every meeting pass every test it's almost August I should be faze 7 going to 8 but because they don't put your faze in when you ask and when they said they would I've been out 4 months behind. I've talked to every member of staff there about this and I've switched councilors thinking maybe mine was just lazy but nothings changed. If all you caRe about is getting a state sanctioned dealer this is a good place. But if you're actually trying to get clean I would not recommend this place.

Most staff members couldn't care less if you live or die. Lots of racism too. The other reviews are correct, if you didn't have anxiety or depression, you'll have it after entering that hell. I guess they don't care about us, or they're just unhappy with their own lives but they seriously think it's okay if they put their paycheck before actually giving you any help. Make you wait hours before you can even talk to a counselor who's basically sitting around playing with their hair the whole morning. Truly appalling

Dr. Olson is one of the most thoughtful and deliberate professionals I know. He is kind and compassionate, but honest. I would not hesitate to refer my closest friends to this clinic.

They keep putting people with the worst behavioral issues in nice communities with working individuals and families. I'm all for community integration but these clients have co dependent disorders. Behavioral issues and substance abuse. They need to house these people in their own facilities instead of community. I'm sure they management are substance users too.

Dr. Olson and his team are deeply caring and knowledgeable therapists! Highly recommend this clinic.

Dr. Olson is one of the most caring and thoughtful people I know. He takes the time to really listen and shares wonderful counsel. He is never in a hurry but takes the time needed to listen. He is very kind and approachable and helpful with many different issues. He is honest and I would recommend him to anyone in need of therapy.

I have nothing but extremely positive things to say about Dr Olson. He is an extremely skilled, grounded, and professional psychotherapist while simultaneously being a warm, and compassionate person. I would not hesitate referring any of my close family and friends to him.

Mike Olsen is a wonderful leader and practitioner with invaluable expertise. He is patient, compassionate, and an astute listener. You will be in trusted care with him and his team.

They welcome all who come. Even if you're still in active addiction as an active addict. Speaking from experience here too people. They don't judge, at least not obviously and you can start dosing on your way to sobriety as soon as one day after you go sign up! Try it. It's better than being sick all day. Better than nothing. Trust.:)

Having TMS therapy at this office has changed my life and improved my outlook 100%. I highly recommend it. Not only has the treatment help me but the treaters and the nurse have been very kind and helpful through the whole treatment. When I went there, I no longer wanted to live. Now I’m active happy and healthy. Thank you so for helping me.

This program has a lot of unprofessional, unorganized group of case workers who do not stand on what they say when it comes to meeting the client's housing needs. I would not recommend this program even to another black person coming from another state fr 💯

I finished my treatment a couple of weeks ago, and I’ve only got positive things to say about Success TMS, Boynton Beach office. My Therapist Christina, was professional, and very knowledgeable about my treatment, I felt safe and comfortable with her, I looked forward to seeing her everyday. I’ve struggled with depression most of my life, I am now in a better place than when I first started, I’m more confident that I got this,🙏

Excellent facility, friendly and patient staff.

This was my second experience doing TMS. It worked well the first time, two years ago. I felt myself sinking one week a couple of months ago and decided to be pro-active and sign up again. I definitely feel lighter, more focused, and have a spring back in my step. My tech, Matt, was very good.

Had I knew years ago. I would not have came to this program. My family has experience so many traumas and Community connections have not been a support. I've asked for and emergency move in April and its now December. There is not therapy for my kids and I. And no real case management. Be careful when housing give you a project based vocher smh

I have been trying to reach Community Connections for weeks now in relation to a product. I've left messages on various voicemails, the central voicemail service, I've left emails to a number of employees, and I've tried to be routed through the operator to no avail (I can never get through to the operator, billing, or any other service). I finally ordered the product without getting in touch with anyone, and now I can't get a hold of them to discuss my order. This has been, by far, the most frustrating experience I have ever had in ordering a clinical product from any distributor.

TMS has truly changed my life, in lifting me up out of my chronic depression. In a word, TMS has been life changing for me. I am enjoying my life now with energy, a positive outlook & with a confidence I hadn't felt in a long time.
The care, competence and warmth of the entire staff is incredible. The technology of mapping the brain is amazing.
If you suffer from chronic depression, you owe it to yourself, to try TMS. As one fellow sufferer to another, let me say emphatically, THERE IS HOPE. THERE IS A SOLUTION.

Awesome place to go! They don't act snotty or judgemental, and you don't feel like you're walking into a prison. Highly recommend them for anyone seeking help but, scared to do so. They don't treat you like trash,or make you feel judged for needing help.

Success TMS. For me it is. A success in so many ways.
The treatment itself. Success. Being very aware of my depression and the many layers and dark depths it all entailed. I am so much more confident in my abilities to not let it creep in and draw me to the shadows it has cast on my life, every day.
Success. My family has noted a distinct and positive impact on my personality and how I interact with them.
Success. Being treated by the same person for every appointment. Caring, exceptionally well trained, Matt put his own iron in fire and took ownership of my treatment. Affable, bright and dedicated to the process and ensuring every detail was tended to. From being state comfortably, proper and precise placement of the equipment, my treater constantly monitoring positioning as the transmitter may creep away from a precision mapped position. A normal and anticipated occurrence. A large screen TV with a myriad of topics you are encouraged to choose provide a nice background ambiance and point of focus. The Whales was favorite of mine.
Personal in the sense that my treater Matt and I developed a friendly rapport, some great, inciteful conversations regarding the technology, life, life in Florida and it’s great outdoors. Also very therapeutic as Matt is a great listener.
He made the entire treatment agreeable. To the extent of looking forward to my daily session.
Personal attention from Nurse Practitioner Sarah inquiring as to progress and adaptation to the treatment.
Personal attention from the congenial office staff. They handled all the insurance details. Always pleasant, always quick to offer a smile.
Downside? The side effect of a progressively milder daily headache. Short in duration. Easily remedied with aspirin.
Success TMS. From consultation to final appointment a whole and positive experience.
I strongly recommend it. A treatment for depression like no other. I’m glad I did it.
Thanks to all!
It is a great and beneficial job you do!

I just completed my last treatment today and I'm pleased to say that TMS has been a useful tool for getting relief from my symptoms. Everyone I've interacted with at the Boynton location has been super helpful and friendly. I want to say a huge thank you to Sarojini. Her kindness and warmth put me at ease every visit. Sarah & Matt were also great and spent as much time as I needed to get all my questions answered. I highly recommend getting this treatment and I have hope now that things will keep getting better.

The staff at TMS are amazing and very professional 😊 Especially Christina, who took good care of me. She is very kind, patient & has a peaceful zen personality ❤ TMS works different on everyone. I saw some progress but must continue to work on myself, stay positive & focused. I will continue with TMS as needed. Thank you for the beautiful card❤

It was a great experience going through this company. My treater Christina is an amazing human and made me feel so comfortable from the very beginning. It didn’t feel like a hassle coming everyday because I got to hang with her which was nice. The nurse practitioner Sarah was fantastic as well. She knows her stuff and answers questions well. To success TMS- you’re a lucky company to have Christina working for you. I have noticed a difference in my depression and will recommend you all to whoever will listen. Thanks again

I have been seeing kim for about ten years. She is the best.

This organization reeks of fraud. They are stealing from clients. All these reviews with five stars are from employees and clients that got gift cards for making a five star review. DC needs to investigate ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This place needs an audit done. If an audit was to be done they would no longer exist!!!!!!!!! If you are thinking about donating to this organization- don’t do it! If you are thinking about working for them- don’t do it. Seriously- do not affiliate yourself with this organization at all! The supervisors and directors change the notes at the end of the month to reflect services rendered just to meet billing so they can get money! This is a janky organization with supervisors and directors who are committing fraud and stealing from clients!!!!!

This was the WORST experience with a mental health provider I've ever had. I was relieved to find a clinic that took Medicaid because I was desperately in need of a psychiatrist for ongoing medication management. When I started with the nurse practitioner, things were going well and I really thought we connected and that she wasn't just another pill-pusher. However, no one told me that she was only available Thursdays and Fridays (not even full days most of the time) and that there was NO back up support at all for emergencies. I was hospitalized and could not get anyone there to help me-- the doctors at GW and I called her and the clinic several times over several days. No one escalated my request even though it was clearly an emergency. No one was able to support me and so I had to wait until she was back "online" nearly a week later. Both the nurse and clinic were defensive and offered weak apologies. Furthermore, the nurse was extremely rude in our final call and acted like we had not previously talked about refilling the meds that I was put on in the hospital-- in fact, she had never offered any good solutions in the 5+ weeks I worked with her besides putting me on yet another Rx that did nothing (I had made it clear that I was very unhappy with being on so many meds to begin with, that weren't doing a good job managing my bipolar II disorder). I understand how much pressure mental health services are under, especially during COVID. But this experience made my anxiety and stress so much worse, and Community Connections should be held accountable for their extremely poor level of care. If you can possibly avoid them, do so.

As a healthcare professional, I have worked in various healthcare settings and interacted and coached hundreds of providers so my expectations are rather high. That said, I was absolutely impressed with the care and service I received today by David Roque. I had an issue with a prescription and he went above and beyond to put my needs first to help me. When I called the clinic, he immediately helped me with my prescription and told me I could pick up the prescription in a matter of minutes. That same day, when I had issues with the pharmacy, he drove to the pharmacy to help me resolve the issue. This, my friends, is extraordinary service. It is clear David Roque and the clinic puts their patients first. Can’t say enough positive things! Thank you!!

Small Landlords: DO NOT work with this organization. It’s likely they will provide you with a tenant that isn’t able to properly take care of your property or themselves, commits multiple lease violations, and harasses the community. They are only responsible for placing the individual in a home and WILL NOT find alternate living accommodations for the tenant unless the tenant is evicted. This is counterproductive of one of their goals, which is to prevent homelessness. Although they do provide mental health services, the tenant can decline and you will be left to deal with the fallback; in our case an unruly tenant with MULTIPLE VISITS FROM LAW ENFORCEMENT. I can only speak on our encounters, but working with Community Connections has been a nightmare.

Dr. Olsen is soft-spoken, thoughtful, and strong. His therapy practice exudes professionalism by the attention to detail and capacity for extended focus towards therapy-seekers regularly delivered in-person and via Zoom. His caring nature and expertise were always clearly evident, consistent, and well-balanced. I have never been more impressed by a practitioner in this field and feel extremely blessed to have been led to his practice in a time of great crisis.

Michael Olsen delivered when it came to our specialized needs with his expertise in Biofeedback therapy. His compassionate demeanor made the experience comfortable and calming.

Thank you for all your help! Obviously, patient care is your number one concern.

Good service

They have one of the best medical teams I have ever been around. Also the facility director really cares about you individually and has gone the extra mile to make sure you get the treatment you need. Excellent counselors help you all the way during your treatment and really do care. 5 stars all the way!!

Mike is a very compassionate therapist who has excellent clincial skills. He has also had lots of experience so he knows which tools and interventions to use to best help his clients.

I have been a patient of Kim Mohr's for at least ten years. She is unconventional but absolutely straight forward. She is very knowledgeable of all medications, not just psychiatric. She does not counsel as she is a CNP, not a psychiatrist. I highly recommend Kim and I trust her completely.

After reading what I now consider to be completely unfair reviews, I felt obligated to set the record straight. Just moving here I needed to get into see someone to get m medications setup in my new city. I called to make an appointment expecting a two or three month wait as the Grand Valley is limited at best in your choices of mental health services. She was able to see me within 5 weeks, whew that was a relief. When I arrived I found Kim Moore CNS. She was a very delightful person, very Direct, and easy to talk to. To tell the truth i had been dreading the appointment, but after I left I felt silly 😜 about it. If you are looking for someone to pacify you she is probably not going to accommodate you, but if you want to deal with someone who talks straight and gives you facts she’s your gal.

Best experience with Kim. She really listens and wants to help. She is very down to earth and smart. She has helped me tremendously.

Tried to make a new patient appointment but Dr. Mohr refused to see any new patient unless you could be there at 8 am. I am the sole caregiver of a disabled adult and have no availability until after 9 am and she refused to make an exception. I was told I would need to find another physician if I couldn’t make an 8 am appointment. What bedside manner is this?!

I am currently a tenant at 4715 Texas Ave Se apt buildings. Community Connection’s has been steady declining in their housing department, when I first moved in to this apartment building 6 years ago they had more people that cared about the building up keep and the tenants concerns, but now they seem not to care about who moves in to the buildings or maintenance issues. Last week I contacted Community Connection Housing department because my refrigerator wasn’t working and making a beeping sound, they had me wait all the way till Tuesday of this week to send the repairman out to check the status of my fridge, which was a waste of time when they had the resident manager of my apartment to check my fridge while he talked to them on the phone and let them know that the fridge was inoperable. The repairman was very unprofessional all he did was take a look in the fridge and then left , he did nothing to fix the problem. So once again I have contacted the housing department to inform them that my fridge is still not working and they tell me that the repairman can’t come out until Saturday afternoon, mind you today is Thursday. When I complained that my food was going to go bad , they told me that I could leave my food in the fridge that is located in the community room, when I didn’t agree with that they tried to threaten the fact that if my food did go bad that they would not be held responsible to replace my food or compensate me for my food because they propositioned me with that offer to leave my food in the community room, to which I would only have access to when the resident manager is home!! I find this very degrading that they think that this is reasonable! I told them that I will be contacting my lawyer and that I will be informing my lawyer of their actions. I refuse to talk to them anymore and any problems that I have I will be having my lawyer contact them with any further issues or complaints that I may have concerning their incompetent behavior. I am done with their lack of concern for my maintenance issues..

I have been a long time patient at this clinic utilizing the services for well over 3 years now after my regular physician who prescribed my medication dropped a multitude of patients and gave us no recourse on where to go. I stumbled on New Seasons and was able to be worked in, dosed and started on a treatment plan in a matter of days. Initially, things were rough...I'm not going to lie. They went through directors and counselors at an alarming rate! However, in the last year or so, this has stabilized and I am getting wonderful care from amazing nurses and my counselor. Sure, it's a corporation and as such, I hear about insurance issues, long lines and other problems...but, I would tell those complaining to ask themselves about personal responsibility and working the program. This is just a "piece" of your own sobriety puzzle and personal accountability goes a long way! The staff genuinely cares, they know us by name, and I've never had someone not try to help me out when I had a problem! I'm proof that MAT works with 6 1/2 years of sobriety! I get 2 weeks of take home meds and was just approved for Phase 6 which will mean a month of take home doses! I couldn't have come this far without GJTC and the staff they employ! Sure, I have to call in for UAs, I go stand in line every 2 weeks early in the morning and attend regular counseling sessions. It isn't always quick, it's not always easy or convenient, but it is so very worth it! If you are looking for Medication Assisted Treatment, without a doubt I would recommend the center and their staff! The job they do for us cannot be easy but they do it with compassion and understanding! They know our names and our lives, they celebrate our successes and cheer us on when we fail...you certainly can't ask for more than that. Thank you GJTC...in my book you guys are rockstars!

Excellent care, wonderful safe place, nice staff. Thanks for the repreave for the family❣️

I really like Kim. She's fun to visit with and listens. She's helped me find a good medication combo. Perhaps not the typical Nurse practitioner, but I like that. She's different than the norm- real.

Kim Mohr CNS is amazing with medication management. She has stuck through hard times with me and was/is always working to find the right mix of meds to keep my anxiety and depression under control. I moved here 2 1/2 years ago and have worked with her since. Her office is homey and comfortable.

I was under the assumption that I was going to see a psychiatrist, as the name of the business has the word psychiatry in it. However, Kim Mohr is a CNS. While she can write prescriptions legally, my 1.5 hour visit with her left me far more uncomfortable than I was when I started. She was highly unprofessional. When I walked in she failed to shake my hand or make introductions. Her office looks like the bedraggled office of a cat woman. Throughout the interview, I had to repeat information several times as she did not hear or did not remember. She mentioned that she had brought a gun in the office as she was afraid of a patient of hers who had come by the previous day. When she started prescribing medication that I felt uncomfortable with, she said, "If you didn't want me to prescribe medication, why are you here wasting my time?" She made several references to her "crazy" patients who made "stupid decisions". She also mentioned her growing up experiences which included considering becoming homeless, partying, drugs and alcohol, almost dropping out of school, her half siblings who were abused, and getting fired from multiple jobs. When I got up to leave, I thanked her for her time. She, however, did not turn in her chair to face me, did not shake my hand, say goodbye or walk me to the door.
