Good luck speaking with anyone on the phone, do finally get on the line with Luis and get put on hold after asking about the stock of a certain part....I understand if youre busy but let me know. Was on hold for 10 minutes before I let it go.
Purchased wiper blades from here, it was pouring down rain outside. Used self checkout and wasn’t noticed by any associates. Had to change my blades in the rain.
I had to bring my car back the day after it was serviced because the tech missed an important issue. I missed 2 days of work instead of the 1 I planned . But, their customer service is so top notch that I could not give a 1-star review. Nice mitigation, thank you.
Really great customer service and very efficient and fast. They knew how to mount and balance the tires on my Tesla and was able to get me in and out within twenty minutes. Also, Sam cracked jokes at the front desk and made my wait time go by even faster , just overall friendly people.
Quick oil change with no appointment. Sam was great and the service was prompt and I was made aware of some services my vehicle needs.
It is great to go to a location and have amazing service not to mention it's almost near closing but they still are delivering exquisite customer service that did more than just exceed. Thanks Devon for providing patience in educating an outstanding customer service!!!!

Said they would help me put windshield wipers on but they never send anybody out to help me. I had to figure it out myself
The service is always great at this Firestone. Sam was very helpful and patient when booking my car repair service. He thoroughly explained each repair that was needed and worked with me to make sure that my car was functioning properly. I’m not an expert with understanding car parts so it was a blessing to have such a knowledgeable person help me understand the repair and the cost. Plus, Sam helped me to get bundle deals to save some money on the repair cost with my Firestone Credit Card. Great Service. Timely repairs. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend them for all you car repair needs.

Bar none the best auto parts store, I've been coming here for years for our family vehicles and not once have they ever said sorry we are out of that part. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable an always has the best prices. Thanks guys

Bad customer service, got the car parts or look at you like your dumb a smart mouth between each other about other customers before attending you.
This place tried to say that I have to replace my tie rods whenever I am going to replace the power steering motor when it's two different parts of a vehicle and they don't have anything to do with each other.
Edit: To Nicolas, I'm not going to email a flake email address and what I needed fixed on my girlfriend's vehicle is just the power steering motor and I know for a fact that tie rods and power steering motor are completely different from each other. I worked for a few years with a mechanic and I saw him install a power steering motor without touching the tie rods. The person I spoke with tried to scam me and my girlfriend and that's why I gave you a 1 star.
I have been in many AutoZone stores and this one by far has the best customer service. The store manager Paola went above and beyond helping me locating a pressure switch that I need it. extremely knowledgeable and completely in charge of the store, while she was helping me, she was also answering the phone and answer questions from her staff. Your company need more people like her an absolute professional !!
I had a disappointing experience with this individual's service. They frequently did not answer the phone promptly, leaving me on hold for extended periods, which was frustrating. Additionally, I found their demeanor during our interactions to be rude and unprofessional. I spoke with Matt and Joel..Improved communication and courtesy would greatly benefit their store in the future! Wish I had better things to say.

Matthew Johnson, the store manager runs a really good store here. Very professional. I needed help with my battery warranty and for some reason I wasn't in the system. They took care of me right away and honored my warranty. Him and Hector are good men.

I have several cars with batteries from this shop. One thing I’m disappointed is that they told me my battery was fine and that it dying daily was because I wasn’t driving it. So I started driving it daily and it ended up dying a few times so I then brought it back. By waiting to get the battery replaced, since they told me it was because it wasn’t daily driven. My battery was out of the 1 year warranty to be replaced for free. So I had to pay $60 for a mistake from them not replacing it to begin with.

They charged a battery for free, sold me wiper blades and installed them. Everyone was friendly.
They were so fast to respond and swiftly took care of my key fob! They were patient with me and very kind. Found exactly what I needed in under 5 minutes. Very impressive!

Had a dead battery and came here! Angel, the manager, was incredibly helpful and funny! Very accommodating and efficient! Highly recommend coming here to get your car needs =)
Best place in town!!! It’s always better to buy a brand new but this one will hold you for a few months.

Absolutely terrible experience. 40 people lined up waiting, it's been ten minutes and not a single person has been taken care of yet and I've now seen 8-10 employees just walking around doing nothing. Not carrying parts, not taking care of customers, and the one person I've gotten to try and speak to didn't even speak English whatsoever
The service here was was great faster than I thought prices were great. Before leaving I noticed a warning on the display and the boss came out and fixed it for me. They looked like they knew what they were doing. I recommend this place in every aspect!
Four calls during business hours to check on tire availability. It rang for almost three minutes each time and nobody ever answered.
I have to give them 3 stars. But honestly, it should be closer to 1 star. Matter of fact, I'm changing it to 2 stars and here's why. I scheduled a appointment for 8 am for an oil change and to install a compressor belt. Now, they said they had to send off for the belt. It took a couple of hours for the belt to come, cool. It took 5 minutes to put the belt on. The problem I have is, they let the car sit there waiting on the belt to arrive, and didn't do the oil change. That's bad management, and that's why their rating is so low. It's all about management.
Woke up.. had a knot in my shoelace. Thought my day couldnt get any worse...

I highly recommend this car battery store. The prices are great, the staff is awesome and if you ever need a battery for a few months or longer they have lots of options for your budget. They treat you like you’re family and you can tell they really care about their business and customer service. Best battery store in Tampa and beyond!

My son and I went to different places comparing prices and one of the I think he was the manager he gave to my son the best price, also he took in consideration that my son works for the army 😉 the man very good seller and also the females works right with my son,and excellent customer service, they even have cold bottles for customers, alleluia to the Lamb of God

Did my first online order with batteries plus. The order was ready within minutes and the price was better than the auto parts store! Best to walk in to get your item upon arrival due to the lengthy automated prompts when calling for curbside.

I ordered and paid for an AGM battery online. I then received confirmation of my order and that the order was ready for pick-up. When I arrived the battery had been set aside. The salesman who assisted me went through a sales process suggesting other items I might want/need. Although I didn't purchase any additional items, I felt he did a great job trying to get more sales without coming across as too aggressive or pushy. Overall it was a perfect buying experience for me. Great job to everyone at Batteries Plus, from your website designer to your salesman.
I purchased a battery for my car. It didn't work correctly, so they replaced it. Then, it still didn't work correctly. They told me to take it to the Toyota dealership to get the codes read. I did and that costs about $200. Toyota told me that Firestone sold me a battery that doesn't work in my car. Firestone refuses to refund me for having to get the code read (though it was their fault that they sold me something that doesn't work for my car.) I had recently spent quite a bit there, and it would have been in their best interest to make it right. I will not be returning.

Edit: They did end up making it right. It took a lot of time, waiting, and contacting the company. Increasing from one to three stars for making it right.

Truly a lifesaver! - My phone was dunzo. Cracked & busted beyond repair, or so I thought. I walked in just before 10am on a Sunday & had a fully functioning iPhone w/ new screen, screen protecter & cleaned charging port by 11am. Bryan hooked it up & had me out the door in 1hr. ⚡️Would absolutely recommend!

This is about customer service. I walked in and there was one customer. I stood there for 5 minutes without acknowledgment. One guy on the phone another helping the single customer. 2 others doing other things. Never once acknowledged so I turned and walked out and went to another auto parts store! Sad!
Went in to the store for a battery change a few weeks back. The young lady, Alysa was very friendly. The store manager Junior helped me pick out a battery and even helped me to install it. I was in an out in 15 minutes.

Had an oil change. Later, I was on the road and had a blowout tire . I called AAA for services, and they sent 2 helpful guy's , #1 took my donut tire and said that it needs air, but he returned to put on the vehicle for a spare, but it didn't fit. No one had my keys last but the WALMART auto shop. What happened to the new spare tire? How they switched.

So I actually stopped here to get my alternator checked and they couldn't find their machine in the other one wasn't charged. The machine was on their battery recharging station lol they were pretty nice though I guess he told me come back in 10 minutes so he could charge the other machine but I didn't have time

Was worried about going anywhere because I’m new in town but my experience here was awesome. Both Chino and Brandon provided quality service and the price is unbeatable for the brand new battery I got. Square deal will definitely be my go to for a battery from now on

Having come from a nearby (Portage) Walmart auto care center that won us over from competing tire shops, this location has had the complete opposite effect. You need an appointment for any tire work done, but it typically takes 4-7 calls (with associated time on hold) to get ahold of them to set up an appointment, then for a significant portion of our "appointments" they are running so far behind that they don't pull the car in until 45+ minutes after the appointment, so they're effectively running the place like a doctor's office. Completely normal for shops to have the occasional bad day, but issues, mistakes and delays are the pattern at this location.

From start to finish, we had an outstanding experience at this location. They were able to service us within minutes of calling them, it took Evan 10 minutes tops to change our car battery, and the customer service was fantastic! Highly recommend if you need a new car battery!

This is a great place for batteries, flashlights, bulbs and anything connected. They are a great place to replace your car's key fob as well. Just had that done today. The staff is friendly, fast, and knowledgeable, and the lifetime free replacements on key fob batteries is a big Plus ;)

Batteries plus is a great store. Its the only place I go for watch batteries - they give you LIFETIME warranty so I'll never have to buy a new one again! They always have them in stock and it takes seconds to get my second hand ticking again:-) Also have used them for cell phone repairs. The staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable!

Customers were ignored and treated rudely. One customer service representative named "William" was very rude. Told me to "vamos" at one point when I was asking about my cars tensioner.
Bad experience. I ordered an in-stock item online and arrived at the store to pick it up and or was out of stock. The employees were apologetic but I wasted my time and gas.

1803 E Busch BlvdTampa, FL 33612. I had a bad battery needed it tested and checked for warranty maybe. So after walking 2 miles with a battery in the hot Florida sun and being disabled at 42 years old. The lady told me she couldn't test as she could see it is swollen and then preceded to make me walk home with the dangerous swollen battery because I wont be able to buy a battery until tomorrow as living on SSDI; but she didnt even check warranty!!!!! She could have held battery in back until tomorrow when if I had to purchase one I would have the money; instead walk home in hot sun with huge heavy swollen battery. Customer Satisfaction at its best in Florida.

Put in an online order at 4:35pm. Made it to the store at 6:00pm, although the online order said it would be ready within 30 minutes. When I arrived, my order was not pulled and I had to wait for it to be pulled while the employee was talking on the phone the entire time and FaceTiming while searching for my items. It’s the lack of respect for someone’s time that earned this trip a 1 Star from me.
Alvin was amazing. I came in needing a new battery and he was very knowledgeable and installed it for me. He explained throughly what he was doing as he installed it. He was very kind and easy to talk with. Thanks Alvin! :)
It had what I needed. But you won’t find a traditional customer service experience here. But I can imagine some people would prefer it that way.

let's face it if you have a Ford. it can't do better than talking to the parts department at an actual Ford dealership.
Buy tires, ship directly to the store, and schedule all in the app with no hassles in less than 3 minutes of you k ow what you want to purchase. Along with warranties honored at all walmart tire centers no matter where you go. Highly reccomend!
Dave is a great service advisor. He offered free transport and towing. Very appreciate the time and work they put on my service. Definitely recommend Newport Beach for service.
I really appreciated the time and care the staff provided. The staff was very approachable. Staff provided me knowledge about the product I was purchasing. The staff guided me towards areas of the auto section i was looking for products in . The selection of products at the super Walmart center was great. Most of the Walmart brand items were of the best quality and best price. I did find everything I was looking for; and used the app to find things that were in stock elsewhere. It was clean, easy to navigate, and well lit. Overall, a very pleasant experience at the Walmart Auto Care Center.
They got us in and out of there, although we had to go back and have a valve stemvm replaced, they still managed to get us out of there fast do that we could reach our destination. We were on our way to vacationing..

They can be helpful at times. Usually just permanently short staffed anymore. I used to come here for basic automotive needs. It’s less hassle and stress free if I just do my own basic car things like changing oil. The days of Walmart lube centers is dying.

My husband and I were there yesterday (June 17, 2022), early afternoon. Our oil light was blinking off and on. We are both disabled. I can drive but was in pain and couldn't get out of our van at that point. My husband is a disabled veteran who is legally blind. We needed help putting the oil in the vehicle. The man at the register got permission to come help us and did everything needed to check the levels, add the oil and make sure we could safely get back home to Ruskin. I wish we had gotten his name. Both he and his manager were fantastic! We highly recommend this store. They know what to do and are very helpful. Thank you!

Every time I've gone here, Dahomey has gone above and beyond to make sure I left satisfied and taken care of. I try to make sure I shop with him whenever I go as nobody else measures up to him. If he's not there, I probably won't shop there that day. Truly seems the most knowledgeable and happy to help. Love his work.

Advance Auto parts always has the proper products to keep my BMW shining, and all my maintenance needs in line. Staff at this location is highly knowledgeable. Great location with plenty of parking. Whether it's OEM or aftermarket parts advance Auto parts has you covered, they'll even help you install a battery or windshield wipers if needed. If you need parts, don't wait stop in at your local advance Auto parts for All your automotive repair needs .
Thought I would give them another shot. Their website states they are open until 7pm. I went in today at 12pm for 2 rear tires and was told they are closing early today and unable to do it... It seems to me all these guys care about is when their next break is coming. Bodhi is a good enough guy but if I can't purchase the product they offer, why would they advertise it? Don't go here unless there is no other option.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff at Elder Ford parts department. Pricing is close to online when you have an account.
They seemed like they didn’t like their jobs, and they need to brush up on their customer service. The head of the auto center was even there when I got my tire changed and it took them over an hour and a half to change one tire and they only had one other car in the garage. It doesn’t make sense, are they riding the clock out? Do they even care about the work they do. I honestly don’t think so. They need a new car center manager ASAP
This was very disappointing. We live 20 miles from this Walmart. We took two mounted tires in to have new ones put on, even gave the guy a paper with tire size written on it. We were nearly home, when we thought we should have checked the size. Not only was the receipt written to some other person and lined out and our name handwritten, but the incorrect tire size. We stopped and checked tires, sure enough WRONG SIZE. Going back was a nightmare. The desk clerk blamed the tech for putting the wrong tire on, but it was the size on the work order. Trying to get a refund was an hour process. Had to go to service desk and stand in that line instead of Automotive handling it. No tires in that size, so we had to take our bare rims to Walmart in Bloomington, to start over.
Very pleasant, and the young man even loaded them into our truck when finished.
Last time I got my oil changed it took 4 hours because they were trying to take the tire off with 2 lug nuts left on... They are always super busy so be ready to wait a long time regardless. The only reason they get 3 stars is because their staff is nice and knowledgable.
They have my vehicle for over an hour they had my telephone number they knew I was in the store they could not be bothered to contact me either over the loud speaker at the store or buy my telephone number to let me know that they couldn't service my vehicle and the issue that they were having was an issue I knew how to fix very easily. I would not recommend anyone take their vehicle to this Walmart to get it serviced. To top it all off I got there in a couple minutes after 7 and they were closing down with my keys in their possession still and hadn't bothered to Try reaching out to me still Which would have stranded my kids and I at Walmart unless someone else was able to get the keys for me.
Took my car to get new tires and they didn't even put the righ tires on, we bough 215 65r17 size tires but they put on 215 55r17 and tried to tell me that it's what the factory specs but oh well, it gets the job done but about 8 hours later, the new driver side tire became flat, so taking the car back, turns out it's leaking air becasue of tire sensor which was not faulty when I took it there. Needless to say I will never be taking my car here ever again, seeing they don't know what they are doing
