My experience with the physical therapy services at this medical center was outstanding. Great staff but the parking is unreal. Hardly any parking, especially for handicap. How are we suppose to appropriately transfer patients in and out of our vehicles?

"Dr quin" was my gastro when I was in the hospital. Told me I didn't have a hernia and all my issues were marijuana related. Well finally saw actual gastro and the hernia Quinn said was gone is not gone. He's so blinded by his own beliefs that he missed it. Also while in the hospital his staff he was training came in without him to apologize for his actions and also to bring up what may be causing these issues other than marijuana. So anyone who smokes to HELP there pain don't go here, you will be treated like a drug head by him. My current gastro said a few of her patients have had complaints about Quinn so I'm not the only one. So if you actually want to be taken care of and find out what's actually wrong with you then don't go here. I don't want anyone to have to go through what I went through.

Dr. Leon Tan, MD Neurology, was very unprofessional and did not make us feel like we were getting any professional advice for what we came in for. His comments and remarks were unbelievable and left my wife very upset. It definitely felt like instead of him helping our issue we had to prove and convince him of our sons issue. Which he still didn't seem to believe. My wife left there without any recommendations or help for our sons condition. 0 stars but google recommends atleast 1.

I gave birth to both of my children here. The actual birthing experience is fine to great, that’s why the 2 stars. The recovering unit is terrible. I was promised all throughout my pregnancy I would be getting a single private room, by the time I was ready to give birth that floor was still well under way in construction. I absolutely hated sharing a room the first time, had I known I would again I wouldn’t have chosen valley medical. The whole concept of sharing a room with a stranger after something so intimate as giving birth is beyond me. I had given birth alone as my husband was with my daughter and we don’t have family here that could take care of her. So after I had given birth I really just wanted to see them and to see my daughter but they where denied from visiting me due to a 1 visitor rule, but my room mate was visited by husband, mother, mother in law, friend and then husband again and all in rotation constantly. But my toddler daughter and husband couldn’t come visit me once. I’m all for a rule but only if it is common sense. My neighbor had a total of 8 visits by people, and I couldn’t have 2 people come at once, does that make sense as to protect from covid if that’s the fear. When I expressed this to the nurse she said “it’s time your daughter learn she is no longer the only priority for you” delightful comfort.

Came here yesterday morning in severe discomfort and pain due to eye infection. Was immediately put at ease. The doctor made me chuckle. And I was in and out in 15 minutes. Best E.r visit ever!

Do not go here!! One of my friends took a bad fall, hit their head on the concrete and passed out. Ambulance was called, and the paramedics were incredibly rude. My friend was not checked for a concussion at the ER, and were not given a room even though the ER was nearly empty. The front desk staff didn’t pass along my contact info to my friend’s nurse (even when she said she would), leading my friend to wake up in a hallway alone, disoriented and scared. They essentially were discharged out of the ER after receiving no treatment and no follow up instructions. My friend was suffering with intense head pain for a week after this visit and just went to another doctor - turns out they had a concussion the entire time! Because they weren’t diagnosed with a concussion at the ER, they missed a crucial window for rest and recovery, instead being allowed to do things that made their concussion worse. This hospital is negligent - go somewhere else!!

This Hospital has corrupted Doctors like Dr Kelsey and R.N Romell Department EPS that work with the San Jose Police Department and neglected my 16 year old Son Autistic, developmental delay, Seizure disorder my Son was brought in By the San Jose Police Department due that he was in a psychiatric severe crisis that’s could’ve been preventable if the San Jose Police department would’ve help him instead they also neglect him and was taken to juvenile hall where doesn’t belong the Juvenal staff call me at 7:54 pm and told me that they reject my Son due to the crisis condition that he was and was sent to EPS to get a psychiatric Evaluation when they told be he was sent there I went there it took me 10 min to get there when I got there to witness that my Son was left alone in the car the corrupted police came out from the EPS it didn’t seem he was never taken of of the car to get evaluated plus a psychiatric evaluation doesn’t take 10-15 min and if would’ve gone evaluated he should’ve been place on a 51/50 due that he was making come from to hurt him self so he should’ve gone admitted to the EPS I have everything on a video and a police officer lying to me that my Son was inside the EPS unit when it wasn’t true because I witnessed my Son in the police car and I have a video where they lying to me so I know this doctor Kelsey shouldn’t be a Doctor we don’t need fake or clown Doctors caring for our kids our love ones is not far what my Son had to go through just because a stupid Dr, neglected to care treat my Son my Son was send to juvenile hall the staff there new he didn’t get the evaluation they don’t know what to do with him due to his mental crisis he was in he was there since 9pm 9/25/23 until the Morning I a Provation officer help him they new he wasn’t okay they Psychiatric Doctor from the juvenile hall place him on a 51/50 and was sent out to Valley medical center Emergency room to get medical evaluated and Psychiatric evaluation they admitted him. We’re terrified he didn’t have to go through all this now his here at the Pediatrics ICU.
Hopefully someone touches there heart and see and investigate so we make sure they revoked Dr Kelsey License.

Went to this place. Had a colonoscopy and went home. They treated me fine that day. I ended up with severe bleeding the next day and had to go to the emergency room overnight. Had to get another colonoscopy the next day to patch the hole. Ended up costing me $4k on a $60k bill. The worst part is I was never checked on by the dr the made the mistake. I had to demand they send me my results by mail. It took the dr 6 weeks to finally call me with my results. I will find another doctor

I wish I had my first child here, because it was the most wonderful experience ever. The staff are united, kind, knowledgeable and unmatched! I wish I could do something to thank them, because they really cared for us like we were the only ones there.

Never gave my medication tried to not give me my discharge papers, called my name for a urine sample and when I came up , someone there was getting frustrated with them but I didn’t say anything to the lady I just asked if she called my name she rolled her eyes at me and said “yeah, you can wait” which is like okay if some other patient is giving you an attitude what does that have to do with me? The doctor that saw me there left home and didn’t put down the antibiotics and other medication he said he was going to give me. It took them four hours to even give me Tylenol even though they told me at window #3 they next time I get called they were going to give me it but nope I had to keep asking until someone told me to go to window #9 for it.

Lack of coordination between departments and within the Emergency Department is frustrating and leads to extremely poor experience in the ER.
Also, none of the numbers to call for help when the parking garage won't open correctly are answered.
However, previous experience with the ICU was 5 stars.

Place is a SCAM!!! Billing lady is rude af and doesn't seem to know what she is doing! She pretty much threated me over the phone to pay almost 600 dollars upfront otherwise my procedure would be canceled. I asked her if this would go after running through the insurance, she said yes. That was a lie!! I have no idea where the money went to and now I am having to pay the full amount. I asked her for the receipt multiple times, she provided me this useless statement that makes no sense and still doesn't show where the funds went to. This is unacceptable!! And I do require explanation of this! I am not double paying something because of people's incompetence and/or dirty behaviors.

I cannot say enough about how lucky I am to have found this group. Susan Ferguson was so pleasant, knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable discussing my ulcerative colitis. Sound medical advice that I could understand.
The young lady on the front desk, Alisha was very sweet and personable. Check in was very quick and I saw Susan immediately after.

This place is unorganized and very slow plan to sit a very long time. I also think parking is a joke here absolutely no space.

I had a joint replacement done here 8/7/23. I had to stay overnight. My day nurse had very little bed side manner, she made me feel like a total bother when asking questions or help with bathroom, ice ect. The CNA that was also working that shift was even worse zero compassion and zero bed side manner just the tone of their voices alone was extremely offputting.Thankfully when their shift ended 7:30pm, I had the lovely night nurse her name was Josie and she was very pleasant, she had no problems answering my questions with kindness, she had excellent bedside manner and just a lovely personality. Ya know the kind you want after having a major surgery. She was calm cool and collected throughout her busy night. I appreciate that thank you Josie.

We asked them for a final bill - while we were there. Paid what we thought would be the only copay. They then mail us a bill for another $80.
I WANT TO PAY, but they make paying darn near impossible.
They have a online payment portal THAT REQUIRES AN INVITE CODE?
Good luck getting in touch with them for a code. I have called too many times and they never anwser. Still can't get an "Invite code" to pay my bill.
I finally had to go down to my bank to get a check... like its 1987 or something.

My visit with Dr. Weiserbs was absolutely the best experience I have ever had with any physician and his staff! He was very thorough and professional. I didn't feel rushed or unheard. He took a lot of time to explain the diagnosis process and treatments which gave me a positive outlook on treating my symptoms. He answered any questions or concerns regarding my health care. The experience I had with this practice was outstanding, all the way from making an appointment, checking in at the front desk, the physician, and working with the nurse. I would highly recommend Dr. Weiserbs and his staff!

I had an excellent experience at this center. I was a little hesitant from a couple of bad reviews i read on google, but let me tell you that my experience was 5 stars. Super clean facility, i was in and out within 2 hours thanks to Dr Ferrer Jr and the amazing staff. My nurses were gentle, caring, empathetic, and extremely attentive, they all made me feel at ease. Thank you Yuliet, Mainel, Nina and Sanyae for helping me get through my procedure. The world needs more nurses like you girls. Thank you South Florida Surgery Center for the excellent treatment and professional service!

The receptionist in office 210 has the worst customer service. First one, no one else, first time. Walk in say good morning, and she response with did you read the sign. The sign says fill out the form and wait to be called. Waited for 10min someone else comes in and they go straight to her and she signs them in. What! That was rude and inconsiderate, when she had seen us standing there. She talked to her like if she knew her. If they are playing favorites just make those people their appointments first. No reason for me to wake up early.

I had an appointment with Dr. Meyers today, and words cannot express my sincere appreciation to Dr. Meyers, his nursing assistant, and the ladies at the front desk. Dr. Meyers always takes his time and listens to his patients and seeks solutions to issues that the patient is experiencing. I was greeted with a sincere welcome and smiles! Only good thing about good Sam hospital was I was in and out in less than 20 or 30 minutes but I was diagnosed with tendonitis. You cannot show tendons on next break yet. That's all they did. They took x-rays that I had tendonitis and sent me home with the brace. No other instructions on whether should ice it or how long I should leave the brace on or when I should take it off nothing and that's just ridiculous. It's a joke.
Totally changed my idea about Good Samaritan hospital. My sister's been in and out there for a couple of weeks now and she's very happy with the way she's being treated so that makes me happy

My birthing experience at Legacy Good Samaritan was better than I could have ever imagined. Our team of doctors, nurses, and other hospital staff was top tier. I felt comforted and cared for my entire stay. During my delivery I felt informed and supported 100% of the time. My two nurses, Amanda and Paige were the most kind and caring medical professionals I have ever experience. And my postpartum care made me more than confident going home and my recovery a lot easier.

I had my procedure done yesterday . The first one I have had in years. The staff was friendly and pleasant. I cannot recall the nurse's name that started my IV and such , but a nice lady. Dr. Meyers was great as always. He took time afterwards and sat down to discuss the results. He has great bedside manner. He said I was good to go for another 10 years.

I always have an excellent experience when I go for my appointments and surgeries… I agree the ER can be though at times, with very long wait times, but my experiences with the ER in past few years have been quite good and attentive. The nurses and doctors take exceptional care of me. I feel very safe in their hands. My prime medical doctors are Dr. Jing Wang Chiang in gynecological oncology and Dr. Christopher Elliott, in urology….they are the best and I honestly love them. I would not go to any other specialized doctors except them. I have my life because of them…( no joke)—a good quality of life—and I am eternally grateful!!! These pics reflect my quality of life… I am a high-stage, chronic cancer patient and have lived longer than anyone expected! ❤️🙏🥹

Breast implants left one issues, lumps, looks deformed. Charged me $800 to correct. Still looks deformed they want another $2500 to correct the first correction. Do not go here. Scam! Zero stars

This place is awful! Absolutely inconsiderate with the patients and the family that is waiting! My husband's appointment was changed 3 times and the day of the actual endoscopy he was there at the time they told him. Upon arrival he was told that they had called him the day prior to tell him that his appointment had once again changed which was a lie because no one called!!! The actual procedure wasn't done until 3 hours after he arrived!!!

Third terrible experience I’ve had in the ER at Santa Clara Valley Medical! It’s consistently filthy, triage nurses are short and rude and lack empathy’, it’s an epicenter for crackheads, and transients. That’s just the truth! Last night 09/14 the triage nurse nonchalantly told me that “this just happens and it’s kind of known for that”, when I complained about a male who clearly was under the influence of a drug of some sort and harassing people. I had to ask for security assistance 3 times before anyone took it seriously. I arrived at ER at 9pm and still had not seen a doctor at 5:30am 09/15. I checked in twice to inquire about an ETA to see the doctor and was directed to have my vitals retaken so that “they would know I’m still here”. I gave up and went home despite the discomfort I had felt in my chest/ which is usually a high priority at ALL hospitals! I actually felt better leaving, as the chaos of filth of the ER was draining and left me feeling yucky. I went back today 09/15 at 3pm, and saw a lady who had been there the same timeframe I previously was just leaving. Had I stayed, my total time there would have been from 9pm 09/14 - 3pm 09/15 which in my opinion is unacceptable given the reason I went. The staff doesn’t care and it’s obvious they are there for a check only, including security. There were a handful of staff that showed empathy and appeared to love what they do, however the overall experience each time is trash! The lack of awareness, empathy, cleanliness, and professionalism is beyond ridiculous! This place is a dump and caters to criminals, crackheads, and transients! Good luck if this is your only option! Their ER should be fined and OSHA definitely should get involved. So much contamination spread in the Livy due to their failure to clean properly. Sad terrible shameful! Never ever returning I don’t care if it’s the closet ER in range! I will drive further for cleanliness, and professionals that care!

Yesterday I had another radio frequency ablation for my neck at this surgery center.. I was awake for the entire procedure! That was not my choice. I was a moving target for my doctor who was trying to burn out nerves in my neck. I would never have chosen to do it under these conditions. If you want to be awake for your entire surgery then this is the place to come. If you want a more comfortable procedure you might want to go elsewhere.

I ran my own office as a doctor and I have to tell you that this is no way to run any kind of medical office. It is disrespectful to patients and doctors and their staff. If other surgical centers can run efficiently and respectfully in regard to patients, why can't South Florida Surgery Center do that?

I recently went to South Florida Surgery Center for a Endoscopy and Colonoscopy.
I received excellent care from the moment I walked in till the moment I left. They were caring, friendly and very comforting. My nurse was Mirta who was fabulous. All of the staff were great. I can not say a bad thing about them. Highly recommend

It is exelent,,very profesional,,On Moday i do it my surgery on my left eye,,and they take no more then 30 minutes,,i wait little but is because it is a lot of pattients,,100% I recomended👍👍👍

Excellent and Outstanding organization! Have never met a more professional, knowledgeable and courteous staff...their friendliness and ability to establish a rapport with me was a breath of fresh air..The care and concern I experienced made me feel as if I was the only patient there and the sole focus of their attention. I highly recommend this facility for any procedure...Kudos folks!!!

I would like to be very clear and precise about my experience with American Lipo Center here with the Atlanta office. The Nurse and Doctor was very professional, nice and very honest about what they can do for me. I really felt comfortable and was eager to work with them. However, the sales woman (KARA) that doesn't physically work out of this office is extremely rude and have no respect for others that are spending their money for a service that her company is providing.
KARA has the worst customer service I've ever encountered. She speaks with no respect and truthfully acts as though she has no work ethic training. KARA called me 3 1/2 weeks before my surgery requesting final payment. I told her I couldn't pay at that moment, without giving the opportunity to explain that I was boarding flight to go out of town and I could handle it when I returned on Monday, she became extremely rude and volunteered to cancel my appointment after I asked her several times not to cancel my appointment. She was so rude and she even hung up the phone in my face. Now the cancellation policy is 10 days before the surgery and I get a full refund, KARA stated that I will NOT get a refund, but I will be refunded.
KARA is HORRIBLE!!! Because of this one person, I would not recommend anyone to do business with American Lipo Centers. However, if you can handle business with only the nurse and doctor at this location, I highly recommend these two because they are great people.
