The young lady who drew my blood was great! I didn't have to wait and I was in and out in under 10 minutes.

The staff are super efficient. I am what they call a HARD STICK. Nurses have e problems. All the staff here have drawn my blood, and never miss, and never cause extra pain.

It was very busy but I had an appointment and was seen right away. The machine hadn't taken my secondary insurance and even though she was really busy, my phlebotomist took my insurance and put it into the computer. She also informed me that Medicare might not pay for one of my blood tests and how much it would cost if they didn't. Very wonderful service.

I love how easy Quest makes the process for lab work. It's so easy to make an appointment, check-in, and get the service needed. I loved my nurse too! The staff members are so friendly and qualified.

First time to visit Mobile Health in 9777 Queens Boulevard yesterday for my pre employment physicals and screening and it was great! The clinic is pristine clean, the staff are friendly and highly skilled, and the process was super quick and easy. I was seen right away and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend Mobile Health to everyone for their physicals and other medical check up needs.

The quest diagnostics I visited today is very convenient for my needs . Located in the same building as my primary doctor . The people who serve you are always very nice and do their job well . You are made to feel your not even in a doctors office . You always feel welcome and never feel uncomfortable . Just a pleasant experience . It’s actually nice to be there and feel like you want to stay since they are such nice people .

I was in and out front desk and back staff were awesome but be beware of the janitor I saw another young lady comment about him being perv seems like he watches your every move and wherever your sitting he’ll find work to do where your sitting. Black Queens be careful !

The phlebotomist had to try multiple times before she could get the blood samples. I get my blood drawn regularly. So, I know the difference between someone experienced who knows what they are doing and someone who is not. In general, I rarely have trouble getting my blood drawn. So this experience causes me to wonder about Quest's standards in hiring.

I love Quest. It's super easy to schedule and super easy to read your lab reports. I am always able to get in fast, hardly ever have to wait, and staff is always friendly.

I had drug test, blood works and physical exam. Then after that I took my vaccines at least once a week. All the time people are friendly at the same time so professional. For the first part took only less than an hour then the vaccines less than 25minutes.

The janitor here is a perv. Stuck his tongue out at me in a suggestive way as I waited to get my work physical. I tried to ignore it, but he kept going into the supply closet to try to catch my eyes again. When I made eye contact again, he did it again. Everyone else is nice, but this dude shouldn't' be working in a clinic. I would've told the receptionist, but when I went to leave, he was hovering over us.

After the third or fourth month I was told Quest can not draw blood for my kidney transplant team so I had to go some where else. I will no longer be using Quest and will take my business to Labcorp instead.

Full review - I felt an obligation to leave a quick review for this location. I almost didn't come here because of the low google reviews. But my experience was one of the most pleasant lab draws I've ever had. I made an appointment two days before I needed to go. 30 minutes before my appointment I got a text with a check-in link. When I arrived I used that to check in (10 minute before my appointment time) and I was done and out of the office before my appointment time. My phlebotomist was fantastic. So gentle, and kind - and got me easily on the first stick. In addition, there was a couple waiting that were having trouble because the orders weren't in the system. The other staff member was very patiently and kindly helping them, even calling their doctor and explaining the situation to try to get everything handled for them. I mentioned the bad reviews here and how they are all for impatient people who didn't have an appointment and were upset about the wait. She told me they would love to have more staff, but their appointments are almost always completely booked - and are every 10 minutes - so being able to squeeze in a walk-in is always a challenge. Make your appointment and don't hesitate.

I had such a good experience at Quest Diagnostics I'm so glad that I canceled my appointment at Lab Corp. I was originally doing it down there in Colorado Springs after my doctor appointment because they told me that place was walk-in. There were 20 or 30 people packed in there like sardines and you had to sign in using a touch screen that was so disgusting and dirty. And I am a bit OCD and I do worry about things like respiratory illness and I just felt super grossed out in there and I couldn't stay. So I canceled with them and I made an appointment with Quest Diagnostics. I have used them in the past as well because my doctors have chosen them. I think this was my first time going to this location inside the Safeway though. I was a little surprised when I arrived that it was inside the Safeway and I wished I had given myself a few more minutes to walk through the store and find the location. Just FYI it's on aisle 3 next to the pharmacy. I asked an employee originally and he was like next to the pharmacy and then I was wandering around the store around the perimeter and I still didn't find it and I had to ask someone else. I think the first employee assumed I knew where the pharmacy was like bro I don't frequent this store but thank you for your attempt at guiding me haha. So if anyone is reading this it's in the middle of the store on aisle 3 not on the perimeter like you assume for most pharmacies in most stores. Anyway my phlebotomist was so nice I love her. I should have got her name I feel bad. But she was super nice and made the process so easy even though my veins were hard to find so she had to stab me twice haha. And I'm so grateful that I canceled my appointment in Colorado Springs and came here instead. It was a much more pleasant experience with no waiting at all she was ready for me when I got there. I'd recommend it to anybody who needs testing. Posting a picture of my jabbed up arm for tax because the algorithm will ignore you if you don't have a picture. My bad I forgot to get a picture of the location.

Fast and smooth process for getting bloodwork done. I overprepare for stuff so I had everything ready to go off the bat and they were very nice and understanding :)

The low rating is not for the test itself but the administrative part before the test. I brought in 2 scripts from 2 different doctors. I didn't know it at the time but the lab tech only listed one doctor for all tests. This caused a denial of part of my claim and I was sent a bill. After months of aggravation of trying to resolve it, I still was sent multiple bills and gave up and paid. Quest should have taken responsibilty for the original error.

Service here is terrible. I was late for an appointment that I had scheduled for 11:40am proceeded to stick around for the next scheduled appointment at 3:10pm. As I had approached the office after my name was called a lady of African American descent who did not provide her name or have a name tag was very rude, after I had explained no employer or physician of mine ordered the test that I had been able to schedule another appointment somewhere else without so just needing my insurance. The lady was very rude she explained after I told her I wish someone would have told me that I had been waiting for 3 hours she says when? I called your name and I said I understand although I rescheduled and stuck around until then. Also the number does not get you in contact with anyone from their front office.

IN ADDITION TO THEIR EXPERTISE, THE SMILES ON THEIR FACES WELCOMING US AND THEIR GRACIOUSNESS THROUGHOUT OUR VISIT WAS MOST OBVIOUS.

This Quest is horrific. Laziest employees I’ve ever seen. Open late, takes 15-20 mins per patient. It’s insane. Don’t waste your time coming here.

Took my son in at 8:15am. on 12/01/2023. I'm not sure of the name of the young lady who helped us, but she was great. I was having trouble at the kiosk, and she was kind enough to help us and get us in for the appointment. She was very kid friendly, and She kept making jokes to keep my son from getting nervous. She kept informing him of what was going on so he wasn't caught off guard with the blood draw. Overall, I had a great experience and am very satisfied with the interaction as well as how friendly and caring she was during the process.

I went there a few days and the lady Elizabeth was so sweet and caring. I will definitely come back to this location and recommend it to my family and friends. The lady Elizabeth is very professional. Other quest diagnostics locations have nasty workers but Elizabeth has a heart of gold.

I will never go to Quest diagnostics at Bethesda. The lady is so rude, I stayed there for 3 hours and yet I didn’t get my test. At the end she told me it is a lunch break and I should vacate the building. So sad after losing 3 hours and 10 $ for parking fees.

I dropped my son off at the DMV and then headed to Quest for my and my daughter's blood work. I had to take time off work because they don't take appointments after 3 pm. After waiting for 2 hours, my son was done before me! That's pretty sad when the DMV is faster than your business. With so many small feeder towns around Hanford, I would think that Quest could see that there is a high demand here. I don't blame the employees because it isn't their fault. All three of them are working hard. But this business needs to fix something here. Ridiculous.

I Scheduled my daughter an appointment on by online. i checked in and opted to wait in the car and get a call. one entire hour passed and no call, txt or email was ever received. therefor, I go inside and our name is not in the wait list. I bring my concern to someone and they are rude. They tell me to check in as a stand by and eventually I will get seen... not the costumer service I was expecting. I agree that appointments are priority clearly I was not a priority. therefor time wasted. At the end we did not get seen, or did anyone come to us to tell us if they were going to fit us in or not, or just make their way down the list. very disappointing.

Why bother making an appointment... They take walk ins and push the appointment back an HOUR... Two days in a row same thing... Get here for appointment and sit for 50min first day 65min second day before called in... It's not just a one off busy day. It's apparent it's a regular iccuesnce.

Dr called and they told the Dr they gave no record but Dr has a confirmation from their fax machine getting it AND they originally called the Dr back yesterday to verify which sample they were doing! And the container says QUEST in it so it obviously came from them.....

15 minutes late for an appointment for two small children both of whom had appointments. The woman were nasty. They obviously didn’t want to do their jobs or help patients. More than half an hour before they close, and they wouldn’t see us or any other patient. Unbelievable.

This morning, I went to the lab in the Castle Rock Safeway without an appointment, and was turned away. There was not a patient there when I entered but the young lady said that she had appointments all morning in 10 minute intervals. She gave me a business card and sent me on my way. I went home and called my Doctor's office and had them change the order to Labcorp. I'm done with Quest!

I have came here for a drug test multiple times and the staff I've meet were super friendly, cheerful, and polite. This time staff member was nice enough to give me one of those children's stickers at the end (my silly request). I feel safe and comfortable going here! Never had a problem.

The worst experience and horrible customer service in my 51 years of life. I have never had a more terrible health service anywhere. Absolutely the worst lab support in Hanford Ca. Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Job security workers who care less about helping people and earning their check. I hated it. I absolutely hated their lack of empathy or care. Go elsewhere. This business has to be a reflection of QD’s everywhere. They truly suck at helping people.

Wish I could give this place negative stars. I went in yesterday for a drug test needed for my clinical program at school. The woman who helped me was probably one of the nastiest, rudest people I have ever met. She told me I came in “too late” when I walked in at 2pm and the center closed at 3:30. She didn’t even bother to look at the drug test order and insisted I needed to fill up 2 cups. I filled up 1 1/2 and she threw away my sample right in front of my face. Fast forward to today, I came in again to have it re-done. Turns out she never read the instructions and I only needed to fill up 1 cup, which I did the day prior. She threw away my sample for no reason, if she just bothered to read what I needed in the first place. So I had to waste my time and come back again for something that was done correctly the first time, but she didn’t care enough to look into it. This woman was truly so nasty that I don’t ever want to come back to this location again, I would rather go somewhere else.

I had my PCP send them an order via fax, but they did not have it for whatever reason. They then want you to send them an email with this information to an unsecure email they have posted on a flyer and on top of that there's no WIFI access or signal in the office to be able to do that.

I had a very bad experience here this morning and have been thinking about it all day. The check in process was easy enough, once called back the lady helping me was so rude. I didn’t hear her the first time and she raised her voice in annoyance. She continued to speak to me like I was dumb. I’m telling you, I didn’t even know how to react. Once she put the blood pressure cuff on me, she walked out of the room and cursed under her breath. I have no idea what she’s going through, but it’s unacceptable to treat others this way. I feel violated that I just sat there and took it. Quest- I recommend you get new staff.

This Quest there is only 1 person to work and I went to 2 locations and came to this location. Just like other Quests locations most horrible service. They are saying you cannot walk in anymore appointment only: This Quest locations women says that you cannot walk in for a blood test anymore since January that is a lie. Lazy,rude,uncaring,unprofessional worker. I do not know why they are in this business. We have insurance and we have to suffer like this. This women works like she is working for free. Horrible company especially the business they are in,

For work protocol, I was assigned to go to this location. Setting up an appointment online was easy but very few slots in the timeframe I needed. No wait time. The set up of the office is antiquated. However, the lab technician was fantastic! I wish all techs and humans could be as kind as this man… There are a multitude of buildings in the complex - so plan ahead for parking and understand that even for 20 minutes, it’ll cost you $4.00. However, there is metered street parking that is cheaper if you have an appt during the hours they us available.

This location is trash just like its employees attitudes. There’s no human interaction at first. You take yourself in and scan your drivers license on a scanner that does not work. You sit in a general medical plaza and just wait until one of the rude employees slowly shows up to the window and looks at you like they could care less if you’re alive or dead. Then they tap on the bar where they want you to come to you instead of speaking. I will never come here again. Shame on you quest labs.

Don’t come here unless you have nowhere to be after. There was one phlebotomist working with a queue of 16 people. People started giving up and leaving. I waited almost an hour to be seen despite being 30 minutes early for my appointment. To top it off the employee was extremely sharp with me. It may not be the staff’s fault that they are understaffed and overbooked, but she took out her bad day on me.

They make you set an appointment, but you end up waiting 45 min because they still allow walk ins and prioritize them. There’s not a human to talk to about problems on your appointment, while junkies are prioritized.

I’ve been here twice with my son who was one year and 18 months old for each appointment. Dinora was our nurse both times and she was fantastic. She was so kind, calm and efficient at the blood draws. She seemed very experienced and really good with young children. My son didn’t cry at either blood draw. She made us feel comfortable and did her job with precision and accuracy. Dinora made our experience with quest great. I hope quest company recognizes this nurse for doing an excellent job!

The drew my blood, which was already traumatic enough to me, because I can’t stand needles even as a child. It took four nurses to hold me down as a pediatric shot was given to me, but what made me so mad is that they missed the most important part of the period which is like going to take your drivers license and failing the most important part of the test. This makes me feel like I’m not important nor was my blood work that was ordered.

One of the techs gossiped/complained about my appointment with another coworker while I was waiting to use the restroom. She said I refused to take a urine test because I didn’t want to pay for it? That was a lie. She also complained that I requested she send my results to my new doctor. It was very unprofessional

Every single time I’ve come to this Quest, I’ve had to wait upwards of 30 minutes even with an appointment. Absolutely always understaffed. Constantly tell you that they are short of people. Everyone in the waiting room is always miserable. It’s been like this for +5 years and hasn’t gotten remotely better. I only choose this location when it’s last resort. It’s worth paying a bridge toll to go into New Jersey than wait couple hours here.

I arrived June 9th 8:00 the staff was very rude there was a lightskin women and medium built black women with dread locks that was there on this day and time and she was making jokes about me in the back and wasn’t treating me with a ounce or spec of decency she also was being very rude and spoke very poorly to me I think she needs to find a new career or more training

We had an appt and showed up early. My son now stands to lose his summer job because Quest cannot keep an appoint. This was an employer prepaid test and disappointing for a student trying to save up for college!

I had an appointment here and checked in with my phone. I waited and was getting ready to say something to the person behind the desk but another person who was waiting got quickly shut down. Finally he opened his mouth and she said he never checked in, then I asked and she said I never checked and now I would have to wait. I told her obviously there was some kind of computer error if two people who checked in and had appointments and came in around the same time did not get called. She was not having so I walked out and would never return to this location.

They truly do not care about you here all of the staff are rude and do not care they want you in and out. Especially if you are frightened of needles or blood they have no empathy for you whatsoever. Called beforehand and gave all of my information to make sure they could do my labs. When I get there and check in (I scan my insurance again) and wait for over an hr, I get into a room and am told they won't take my insurance. They pass off all of the responsibility to someone else and I leave with my time wasted. The only thing I would've done differently is not use them at all. I Do not recommend.

For the second year in a row, I've had to get my basic blood work done here for work to earn some HSA money. Both visits, they had me in on time and out the door just as quick.

Wouldnt accept electronic order, told me to print across the street at fedex what I had ready to send via email. Also, some of the staff are cold and distant. In a prior visit they made me pay a 60 usd balance even though I had a payment plan. I paid per their request, called quest to cancel the payment plan but then the payment still went through a month later, resulting in overpayment. When I received a check in the mail quest took out a small amount for a subsequent lab. But provided no receipt or accounting. This company is a mess.

I have severe anxiety and have been doing my best to work harder on it, being more independent and putting more faith in people outside my realm of comfort especially now that I’m pregnant and will be seeing healthcare individuals much more now.
The only reason this is not a 1 star is because the nurse who drew my blood was incredibly sweet and helped me so much to calm down and not be anxious especially cause needles make me incredibly queasy. I don’t remember her name but she was a grandmother of 3 and just a very kind woman in general.
My complaint and reason why I cannot recommend anyone to come here who has anxiety and normally requires another person to accompany them, they threw out my fiancé and lied to me once I asked for my fiancé cause my anxiety was starting to get the better of me, they responded with “he went out to the car cause he didn’t want to wait inside”
When what really happened is some blue haired woman who claimed to be the “lead” refused to give him a mask, and rudely kicked him out of the building because “they did not have enough masks” when they absolutely did. So not only did this woman kick him out but kicked out one of the extremely few people who could help calm me down in the case of severe panic attack. I will be reaching out to higher individuals to get this resolved as no one should ever be treated this way, especially considering my severe anxiety.

Helpful getting my lab order. I have large veins in my arms. I am easy to stick. One tube of blood drawn on Tuesday. It’s Saturday and my arm they stuck is terribly bruised. I’m ok. I had to use quest for my test. I hope I never have to use quest again. The phlebotomist was sloppy

Came here to do a require drug testing for a job. I came as a walk-in. Checked in and when I just finished signing in one of the nurses/medical assistant came up to me with an attitude asked if I had an appointment. I said no, I was a walk-in for a drug test for an employer then she went on yelling at me stating that they “don’t take walk ins” and they were going to charge me $120 for a test. Which I never heard that before from any clinic. there’s no sign stating “ no walk ins” She was extremely disrespectful and I will NEVER come back here.

It’s true that they don’t have a front desk person, but they WILL come up to the front desk if you are unable to check in through their automated kiosk.
The staff that took care of me was very friendly and even called my doctors to double check some tests they had questions about.
At least one of the nurses here is bilingual (english/spanish) and she was very nice both to me and the people after me.
I personally have zero complaints about my experience here.

Went to this location for a drug screen and the door was locked at 1PM. If you call the office you can't speak with anyone. The hours say "Drug screens from 8am-3pm", but when you get there they have a hand written note saying they only do them from 8am-11am.
I called the corporate support number and they told me "Sorry about that, go try another location".

My doctor ordered a specific blood test. When he got the results quest did a different test that Medicare would not approve. My secondary insurance would also not pay the bill I had to redo the test. Quest will be sending a bill for their screw up. This is total incompetence.

I saw Christopher today. I informed him that I don't do well with getting blood drawn, due to past experiences. He was very reassuring, and he spoke calmly. I felt hardly anything when I got my blood drawn! I didn't have to wait very long to get in either. Quest is the best place to go for this

The women who worked with me and my son today were absolutely wonderful! (I could remember their names)The paperwork wasn't sent over from my son's doctor's office and they were so patient while it was sent over. My son who has special needs is not an "ideal" patient to get blood from and they did so great with him. Really happy we went here! Thank you ladies!

I called to ensure they had my orders 3 days before my appointment and they said yes. When I arrived the person that assisted me said they didn't have my orders. Apparently, they don't have a phone number and just because Quest 866# can see it doesn't mean they can. In my case, I asked if they could get it from them, but no my doctor has to fax it to them and my doctor wasn't open yet. The staff was frustrated and said it is on my doctor, but if I can call Quest and they can see my orders that's on them. They need to fix their system or perhaps get their own phone number. If going here, ensure you have their local fax number before going and hope for the best. There were two other people with the same issue while I was there so clearly it's a problem.

They don't know how to receive an electronic fax, printed out only the cover sheet and then said never received the order. Made me call for a new order to be manually faxed and then wait back in the waiting room. Also insisted on taking a credit card instead of billing after finding out what insurance will cover. Also, some of the staff are weirdly cold and distant, as if trying to be warm and friendly but just either don't really want to or are just too "done" with people.

I did a walk in and I have been sitting here for 2 hours.. They are very unprofessional when asking to put a mask on. Another girl who came out to “assist” me was very rude and unprofessional. I mentioned I had checked in, she got argumentative with a lot of attitude and said, I didn’t do it right. They need OJT because they are very unprofessional. It is almost 4pm. And guess what? They came out and said we need to make appointments. These girls were walking back and forth on their downtime and not attending walk ins. Just waiting for appointments, I and others have been waiting for hours starving. This needs to be addressed!

Lynne is very rude. Waited a while for a drug test we were told to come in to this place. She stared at us did not help and was very rude to us telling us we needed to make an appointment. Did not make sense because we were told to come. Literally told us “i dont care” very unprofessional. Avoid this place at all costs. Other reviews are accurate. Just read the rest. Whenever the doctor tells me I have to get diagnostic work done at Quest I cringe a little. It has never been a good experience for me. I’ve been to local centers and they are unbelievably rude and just mean. This quest diagnostic was a joy to be in. Everyone was kind they took me without an appointment immediately. I had a lovely conversation with my phlebotomist she took the time to check both of my arms to find the best vein. The whole experience was lovely. I will never go to another quest again.

At this location they need to update the signs saying they only take appointments. There were multiple patients that walked in to be seen due to your false advertisement sign located in front. Sign says walk in and appointment. I made an appointment for 3:40pm did not get seen till 4pm for a timed drop off and blood draw. Only one employee was working and she was rude to everybody that walked in. She poked me in my right arm, then my left. Finally she stuck my hand and blew out my veins. She looks experienced but does not not how to be a phlebotomist. An elderly woman walked in right after me asking for help and the employee strictly told her appointment only, the patient continues to ask a question and the employee walks away rudely ignoring the elderly disabled woman. The employee was too worried about clocking out at 4 so she rushed everyone. She was rough with me trying to quickly draw my labs she blew out both arm veins and my hands. I am 7 months pregnant and i do not bruise easily and get poked in the same locations.I’ve never had a problem with phlebotomist finding my veins. My first visit in September she couldn’t get my veins either she had to call another employee to draw me. Please change your signs to let patients know you ONLY do appointments.

If you have a choice, do not come to this location. You have to pay for parking because of the area it is located in. Then there was no one in the office or window when i came in. I checked in the kiosk at 1140 (before lunch) for a drug screen and it said there was no wait but i waited in the lobby for about 20 minutes only for someone to come at noon and tell me they are going on lunch and the site is by appointment only. :(

One star, because zero stars isn't an option. I went into the waiting room, and there was only one other person wearing a mask and social distancing. A few minutes before my appointment, 7 non-English speakers entered the waiting room, including 3 children not wearing masks and running around. There was no staff to enforce the rule that a maximum of 5 people were allowed in the waiting room at one time. I'm not going back to a place that is NOT Covid-safe. Neither should you.

Very bad experience. Went in 1 05pm monday ladies at front desk did not tell me that they were having issues with codes to draw my blood. I asked what was taking so long since I had been fasting all day. The lady asked me if I could come back tmw. I said id rather do it today. So about 1 50 the tech stuck me twice said she couldnt find vein told me, come back tmw. I came back next day the same front desk clerk said we had to sign in again. I waited 20 minutes, then asked her to send my paper to m as in hospital to draw bllod
She said, oh you are next. She went feom front desk, no hands washing, put on gloves, drew blood, then pulled the catheter out, then giggled and said, oh, i need one more vile. She was going to stick me again and i told her no. I was already sore from them sticking and missing yesterday. She was emotionless ane did not apologize for her error. Just cold and uncaring. I will never use quest at that branch again. Nightmare.

The service was great and super quick! They were very helpful and professional. Every time I would come, I am satisfied with the service. There is no complaint. They are very knowledgeable of what they do. I will definitely continuing coming to this location for any future testings.

I been coming here for the year. This morning I encounter the nastiest employee ever. It was too early for her to have an attitude. She asked for my insurance card. I did advise her I came in at least once a month for labs without looking in the system she raised her voice. When her co- worker came in and I quote she said " Machado I'm glad you came in, it already started " refering to me the client. I wouldn't come here of not necessary. It's t he only lab quest near my home.
