Visited this ZoomCare for my annual physical, it was a pleasure they were able to get me in same day and had phlebotomists on-site. It was fast and efficient with appointment starting on time. Thanks to Whitney, Tristina and Jordan!

Dr was great in the diagnosis, but the billing process was a nightmare and borderline predatory. They gave me a $543 bill for a 20 min consultation for the flu. When I asked about why it was so much, they agreed to take off the $170 covid test. The service was good, but not "Inexpensive" as is advertised

Showed up and they didn't have my appointment. Avoid if you don't want your time wasted.

I have been a patient at Capitol Hill Medical for over two years, and my experience with both the front and back office staff has been consistently positive. Jacob and Donita, the front office team, have always been kind and compassionate, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere during every visit. I have never encountered any rudeness, and they have been prompt and efficient in addressing any billing or 3rd party surgical questions.

In the back office, I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Taylor, who was not only a joy to interact with but also provided effective solutions to my ongoing health concerns. During a period when my primary physician, Dr. Manos, was on leave, Dr. Taylor stepped in seamlessly, showcasing the high level of collaboration and support within the physician team.

Speaking of Dr. Manos, her dedication to patient care is truly outstanding. From our first meeting, I expressed my desire for a comprehensive and transparent approach to addressing my health concerns. Dr. Manos not only embraced this but exceeded my expectations! She takes genuine pride in her patients' well-being and consistently goes above and beyond to provide the best possible care. Dr. Manos has crafted a personalized game plan for my health, considering both generic and specific issues. Her dedication is evident in her willingness to discuss all options, whether good, bad, or ugly, and she remains committed to this collaborative approach over time. Even outside of regular business hours, Dr. Manos has been responsive to my messages, offering care instructions and demonstrating a level of commitment that sets her apart.

Had anxiety and an associated high blood pressure. Dr. Ronigistch always gave me diet change suggestions without a referral to a dietitian. Went to a different doctor that diagnosed be with ADHD and my blood pressure went down to a normal level (while taking prescribed stimulants). With eating disorders well documented to be more prevalent in the LGBT community, referrals to dietitians should be standard with any suggestions of diet change.

Walked in and everyone here was SO KIND! I saw Dr. Matthew DiNoto and he was sooo attentive and so caring when I was very scared about what was going on with me. I am so grateful. Thank you. Best service I’ve ever had at any clinic.

This was my first visit at Zoom and this location. I was in and out super quick and the staff Banen and Jon were so friendly and a good front face in the waiting area. You know how sometimes it’s super awkward sitting there in silence??? Not with Banen and Jon! We were talking & laughing the entire time and it was around a positive experience. Will absolutely continue to go to this location for future services! Would give 10 stars if I could!

Dr. Williams is a miracle worker. I spent years trying to identify the root causes of my fatigue. I went to numerous doctors and had labs done, all to hear "nothing was wrong". Dr. Williams found the underlying problems and I am so much happier, clear headed and energetic. Her recommendations and solutions were easy to implement.

I sought this practice after transphobic and upsetting experiences with others in Seattle. Seeking to treat chronic pain and rule out a genetic disorder, a practitioner here told me to “take Tylenol and call the trans lifeline,” after repeatedly asking for an effective medication or a solution to constant overwhelm. If you’re looking for average care or basic respect, go somewhere else.

I saw dr. Matthew DiNoto at the Queen Anne location in Seattle. Service was fast, professional and very friendly, by everyone from the staff. Pricing was transparent - no surprises.
I woke up at 7am on a Sunday with ear pain. Less than 1.5 hrs later, I had a diagnosis and the medication I needed.
I will definitely go there again if needed - extremely pleased with everything and very grateful to have a ZoomCare in my neighborhood!

I just wanted to show my gratitude towards this clinic. I have completed 3 visits thus far, and I have a lot of appointments ahead of me. My first appointment I felt a sense of joy that I found Dr Jackson. I can't say nothing but good things about Dr. Jackson and this clinic. Dr Jackson is nothing but efficient, gentle, mindful and understands the importance of trauma informed care. They also supply body work. I have medical anxiety, I have been through a lot. Chronic illness is very difficult to handle by yourself and I think this is a great clinic if you been through trauma and want to learn about alternative more natural solutions with your medical needs.They also do telehealth visits! Not to mention the actual office is beautiful! After seeing in person with Dr. Jackson and they did some physical therapies I felt so happy that I finally discovered a place that can deal with health so I don't have to worry anymore.

I've been going to Hannah for acupuncture for my arthritic knees and lower back, and the treatments have helped me a lot. Each time I go, I leave feeling relaxed and rested. Hannah is very sweet and kind to her patients. Highly recommended!

With the knowledge and expertise of combining a Naturopathic approach (from Dr. Michelle Williams) and acupuncture (from Dr. Hanna Grice) I have been seeing vast improvements in my health and well-being. For a very long time I have been seeing a chiropractor up to 4 times a month for upper back/neck pain and had an extreme lack of mental focus. These two amazing doctors have helped me become more focused, have more energy and I am only needing to see a chiropractor once or twice in a quarter for now.

I have only had exceptional service as a patient at Capitol Hill Medical. Dave has been wonderful, and eases my anxiety at my visits with light-hearted humor. He answers questions I may have without judgment, fills my prescriptions on time, and I've never had any billing issues or staff issues. Both of the front desk staff treat me just fine.

It makes me sad to see that others have had different experiences. I believe that the attitude you bring in is the attitude you'll be met with. This goes for any encounter in life.
