COVID isn't the reason I can't see MY psychiatrist in person.
Once Dr Segal cared @ his reputation. Now it's profit before patients. I'd like to find a practice that is reliable

The best tickle clinic around. Just had to pay my copay and got tickled for a good 5 mins before I i almost peed my pants. Best day ever! Thanks little clinic
Five weeks ago I came to the Lighthouse medical center with a lot of pain in my feet and back. This pain impaired a lot of my activities, including my sleep. The neuropathy treatment did improved the quality of my life. Most of the activities that I wouldn’t even attempt before I’m able to do after a few short weeks. The treatment is amazing it works.

When Covid first came out we went here to get tested and received a bill from their lab service for over $900.00 I wrote the lab and said everyone else in Yuma is testing for free so I’m not paying this bill and I got a reply that said we’re sorry yo shouldn’t have been billed.
They do a great job at Lighthouse Medical Center. My neuropathy is significantly better after two weeks of treatment! I love that they do not use prescription drugs and everything is natural and modern in terms of treatment modalities. The staff is great and treats me like I am family. I really appreciate them. They helped with my knee pain as well, and that's not even what I came here for. You should really consider them for your nerve damage, neuropathy, or knee pain issues!
I came here for my nerve pain issues. The medical staff took their time with me and explained everything to me about what was wrong and how they would treat it. The staff here treats me like I am family and even set up Broward transportation services for me so that my family did not have to bring me to my appointments. Being an older retired grandmother, I try not to burden my family with having to take me everywhere. I am thankful to Lighthouse Medical Team for being helpful and taking good care of me. The Doctors, Nurses, and staff are top notch! Do not hesitate to call them for help with neuropathy or nerve pain issues. You will be happy you did.
I am currently being treated for Peripheral Neuropathy at Lighthouse Medical Center and have been extremely pleased with my experience. The facility is state of the art with all the necessary equipment for effective treatment. I find all the staff to be professional and courteous. As a Registered Nurse, I definitely feel comfortable recommending Lighthouse Medical Center.
Nasty 🤮 place ruined at the front desk back customers service they have you waiting hrs when you have a appointment the restroom is disgusting they don’t clean it had blood all over the toilet 🚽 they never have to sit I don’t recommend this clinic go somewhere else bad bad if I can give no stars I would disrespectful when you call they have you wait a long time
Lighthouse Medical Center is top notch! They treat you like family and do not force prescription drugs down your throat. I received umbilical tissue injections for my neck and lumbar spine after years of pain and inflammation. I've had multiple surgeries on my neck and back. I am now able to fish on my boat and do the things I used to enjoy but were unable to do because of my stiffness and discomfort. Dr. Jason, John, Pham, and Liz have been phenomenal. They are very knowledgeable and professional. All questions and concerns were answered prior to any treatment being done. I felt comfortable and cared for during my treatments and therapy appointments. Its one of the best decisions of my life!
I've been seeing Dr. Kuder (yes he has a PhD) since 2015. Today is August 2, 2023.

He did have bad clerical staff. That person was let go. Yes his CNA staff have to multitask now and then. Newly hired staff are better prepared.

I, as a client, am responsible for my body and my health. Dr. Kuder and I work carefully together on referrals, prescriptions and I am completely grateful for Dr. Kuder's bedside manor and staff. I might suggest when you have an appointment bring a calendar you can write on.
My mom and I come here every week. We love seeing Joey, Dr. Kelsey, Dr. Joe and Nora. Best Chiropractic office ever! Writing this for two people, since my mom doesn't have Google.
Honesty is their best policy. The staff and service here is great. The results exceeded my expectations for such a short period of time I am very pleased with the outcome of my results the staff went over and beyond to resolve my issues. Hopefully I would never have to do this again but if I did this would be my go-to spot they offer a variety of solutions for your overall issues. Best of all there is no pressure if you decide to wait.
I have an extensive background in healthcare, healthcare administration, and referral management and from the outside in it really looks like the support staff at this facility are either overworked, under motivated, or under educated. It doesn't take 20 days to place a network referral. I shouldn't have to micro manage you via weekly phone calls to ensure my semi-acute referral is placed. Everyone is "in line" here. There is no triage when it comes to care beyond the facility.

You're at risk of miscarriage and need to see an OB for specialized care? You'll have to wait, I have 25 physical therapy referrals to write first.
Very terrible place. If you would want to have the worse experience of your life, visit this place. Very unprofessional, dubious and lack of professional skills in managing patients. After paying at the office, they will send you bills months later. Avoid this place if you're looking for satisfaction in your health related issues.
This clinic has been the best medical experience. The staff from front to back are thorough, caring, and knowledgeable. They enjoy their work and make the healing process something to look forward to. Rarely do you find a complete office of people that are cooperative and pleasant. I have a number of doctors and several I dread, but I am amazed at the clean, friendly, and experienced process that I encounter at The Lighthouse. I also am grateful for how they honor your time by staying on schedule and ensuring short wait times. I would recommend them to anyone suffering from nerve issues.
Everyone has been so friendly, helpful, and informative since my first visit. I had tingling in both feet and feelings of hot and cold sensations as if my feet were freezing and /or walking on hot coals. I had to wear socks to bed at night. In just two months of treatments, I already feel 90% improved. The office visit treatments have been relaxing and I look forward to my appointments.
My home treatments have been easy to follow and I find them enjoyable.
I would give 0 starts to this clinic if it was possible, the organization of the clinic is horrible you have to wait a lot to be seen once you are in the room you still have to wait a lot more for the provider to get to you then you ask the provider questions and they refuse to answer sometimes and the MA are not really friendly, the guy that does check in he’s so rude
I could give 0 starts poor service never answer the phone Drs don't put attention to their patients no space is gets crowded nothing is organized n most of if it's hard to get an appointment the number they got is not straight to the clinic is a whole mess not good for kids or pregnant people at all is disappointing to have a clinic like this really nothing good About this clinic I changed my son to a better one if you have kids don't take them here change them its crazy how poor service is here
This is an excellent clinic in my opinion. They always attend me with so much care, professionalism, kindness and class. They explain everything clearly and go the extra mile to make sure you get the top service. Keep up the good work, love your work. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.
I have seeing doctor Skinner since 2016. He is an excellent doctor . His staff as well are very professional and knowledgeable. I recommend him to my friends. They provide excellent medical services and concern about their patients.
Sometimes it gets too crowded, but the service is attentive & courteous. They cover quite a few services, including vision and dental. Really good clinic.
They have always been nice to me even though I'm homeless. I've never looked\smelled homeless but everywhere I seem to go to around the town of Wilmington they treat me bad as well slot of other homeless people.

When they say they are open until 7:30pm, that is apparently only a recommendation. I arrived 20 minutes prior to closing and was promptly told that they were no longer seeing patients because they needed to do charting. Unfortunately, one of the other doors was open and there was a friendly conversation being had amongst the employees, but definitely no work being done. I suspect the odd closing time of 7:30 is to allow time for charting, cleaning, and closing prior to 8pm, but if you really don't want to work, just say the last patient needs to be checked in before 4pm.

I made an appt online for 9am and came to this clinic at 8:40am to check in. The clinic opens at 8:30am and nobody was there. There was another customer who had schedulers and appt before me and was there waiting as well. We tried to call the little clinic phone number online and nobody answered the phones. They charge a $20 no show fee but you can't get ahold of anyone to talk to and nobody ever showed up. So unprofessional. Will never be going to this clinic again.

Made appt for son for strep test for 10:40 the next morning. Did not get a call from clinic until 1020 saying NP did not show up. They open at 8, why didn't they call me right away?!? I could have gotten him in somewhere else later that day but now I have to wait another day to get my son on antibiotics for strep. Very unprofessional.

My first time at Fortuna Med Group was a 5 star. The support staff was really good and spent the time with me as needed. Steven Kuder also took the time to perform an initial work up on me and he was VERY thorough. I am a happy patient there.
They have the worst accounting system. They don’t bill your insurance for 2 years then say you owe the money. Then you pay with credit card and then they say you didn’t pay. The only reason there of business is Dr. Kooter other than that people wouldn’t come there.
Great physician, TERRIBLE office staff. Do yourself a favor and avoid this practice. They will rarely if ever return your calls, which has cause several issues for me. Due to negligence on their part, I am being charged almost $1300 from LabCorp. I also wanted them to call me to correct a medication, but instead they filled it anyways without contacting me, resulting in me paying $100 for a medication I did not need. Very disappointing and frustrating.
UPDATE: My formal appeal to insurance was approved and my bill went from $1280 down to $96! Insurance stated that this was on the office not bothering to re-submit the claim with an appropriate diagnosis code.
Worst experience ever. They called me to schedule physical for my 3 kids, when I arrive only my 8 year old was seen that my other 2 kids were not due for physical yet. I requested school notes for all 3 because I didn't take them to school because they were schedule for vaccinations which they didn't need and the lady in the front desk was super rude and wrote "not seen" on their note now school doesn't want to excuse absence. Worts attitude.
The lady in the front, I think her name was Janeth, very very VERY poor costumer service. Terrible place. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE !

I walked in, in extreme pain because I had put off getting tested for a uti for too long the woman upfront was sweet and let me take my time talking and paying. When I was put in the room she continued being sweet and when Dr. Young came in she was extremely helpful and caring. If I need help again I'm definitely going back. The visit was affordable and so was the medication.

My appointment on March 17 at the little clinic was very pleasant. Sam at the front desk and who took my vitals prior to seeing Dr Rhonda Young was very nice and helpful and listened to my issues and gave me options on the testing that needed performed. Dr Young was very nice, knew what the issue was and explained it to me and gave me all the info and diet requirements I needed for Gastroenteritis. Same experience my Wife had a week before and she highly recommended I see them for my issues. Quick and easy check-in. Thank you guys!!!!!

Doctor is great. Too bad the front desk staff have the decency of a chimpanzee. And the vocabulary of a broken jukebox. They should get fired. I 16 year old highschooler from McDonald's has better service. Maybe look into hiring someone who actually wants the job and won't give you the same look Jabba the Hutt gives.
Their office staff is awful. They sent me a bill for an appointment over TWO YEARS ago that I’m pretty positive never even happened. There has to be some sort of timely filing law they are not following. I’ve left multiple voicemails called several times and can never get anyone on the phone. Even if the doctor is good he isn’t worth dealing with his headache of an office staff.
The staff are very rude and aggressive. My mom and I both entered separately but was there at the same and they might’ve assumed we were separate but they were so rude. When we would ask them any questions they would respond with questions back. Left home feeling clueless because they never responded any questions.
What others have said about billing and getting calls back is true. Their front office is a complete mess. First of all, their phone doesn't even ring. As soon as you dial it goes straight to a voice message saying "you've reached us after business hours" when it's clearly within business hours (11am, 1:30pm, etc.). They never call back, it takes several messages over 3-4 days even though they tell you "do not leave multiple messages". Dr. Skinner is a great doctor and I like him but the staff and office operations is horrible. Someone else left a review "Their billing system is all messed up and they don't call and check for benefits like they are supposed to and they make you pay 100% upfront without sending you a bill." this is also 100% true. They made me pay over $100 for "my portion" of services even though I have a $0 copay for PCP visits. Now I have to chase them down for a refund.
Ever since my sister started going to her appointments it has been very disappointed. She is a disabled person who is deaf and I've requested interpreters and it seems like I am asking something out of this world that the nurses respond with we don't know how to do that our focus is more on the Hispanic therefor we only have translators for Spanish speakers. My sister is Hispanic but deaf. Her doctor hasn't shown an interest in her health and if it wasn't for my mom and I doing outside research to get her the additional help she needs then who knows how her health would be. Her appointments are never respected even when is a phone appointment I get a call an hour later if you go to your appointment good luck you get to sit there for hours and forget that you even had an appointment. Most of the "nurses" are rude and have an attitude all they want to do is sit there and do nothing. The medical assistant's are rude and don't make you feel welcomed. I do not see this place respecting HIPPA as the front office will ask you personal questions ex. your yearly income, phone number, address etc. in front of the other patients in the waiting room. The location itself is very dirty and unorganized they do not have anything in place and they will easily lose any form you drop off or request from them. There is a lack of communication within themselves that everyone will provide you different answers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AS NURSES AND DOCTORS ONLY CARE ABOUT THEIR PAYCHECK AND NOTHING MORE!

Scheduled vaccine 4pm, called and texted various times in the day (night shift worker) telling to come in earlier if I could, I replied I could not and was told see you at 4p. I get here at 4pm and was told they had vaccines that expired at 4pm and that I would have to wait 25 minutes for the vaccines to thaw. My suggestion was to make clear why requested to come in early rather than not be prepared for the appointment. First and last experience with the Little Clinic, found the receptionist to be a little stressed. Everyone with appointments behind me got the same answer. As a previous leader in the healthcare industry that encompassed a vaccine program I feel this was poorly organized.

The utmost disrespectful and unhelpful staff I have ever spoken with at any practice. New physician must be very very unqualified for her position. Refused to help me get into the patient portal. When online it particularly states that I must contact the clinic to have the account unlocked. Cannot schedule an virtual appointment without utilizing the portal. Would not listen to a single word I said without saying "I cannot help you." Proceeded to hang up on me. When I called back refused to help and said I was telling at her. I was simply asking a question. One in Wich would not even be aknowledged or heard. Shocked and amused at the lack of respect or concern for a patient. Go anywhere else but here.
Dr Lee is great but the the JHCP management team seems to only care about making more money. I was looking for a new GP doctor in the area and called to schedule a physical exam. I was told that first a new patient appointment is needed, no indication was given that I would visit the doctor or that this would be billed as a regular medical request appointment. Even when I met the doctor she didn't know I was there for this "new patient" service but rather that the system shows I made an appointment for a medical reason. When I explained to her that I asked for a physical she replied that she doesn't understand why the representative on the phone didn't schedule it. In any case she said that we would do the physical at that time and asked me if I have fasted. I had not fasted since I was there for this "new patient" visit and instead my medical record was checked since I was there. I was visiting JHCP in Baltimore some years ago and they could access it so a conversation started and another appointment for my physical was scheduled.

The result is that a claim for a medical request was opened with my insurance and I am billed $250. I talked with the management team there and the JHCP customer service and their feedback is that since a conversation about medical items was done then this a regular visit.

JHCP pushes a new patient visit, does not disclose that this will be a regular doctor visit or the charge, the doctor starts a conversation since you are there and this results in medical services that the patient is billed for.

Very disappointed with JHCP and I find this business process unethical especially during the pandemic when office visits should be minimized. I am also sad because Dr Lee is a good doctor and I really looked forward having her as my GP.
Great doctors but they charge for follow up visits without disclosing that the follow up costs over $100. Had we known the cost, we wouldn't have gone.
Such a great office! The staff are so courteous and patient with answering questions and scheduling. Dr. Cynthia is attentive and actually discusses your concerns with you. The clinic is clean and well organized, with little to no wait time.
While I liked the doctor, his staff is extremely Unprofessional and rude. The first visit started out ok, until they took me into a little room to clean my wound. When I walked in, there was a surgical table with Sutures and gauze with blood all over it, just sitting there. The nurse then proceeds to grab a pack of gauze off that table, to use on me. I said, hey, That is not ok. She said , it is fine. No gloves either. Now, I am refused my meds, that keep me alive and breathing, because my truck is broke down and cant get to the office. I have been talked down to and met with nothing but attitude. Do not Recommend!!
Dr Kuder and most of the staff are amazing. Yes, the wait time is long but that is because they do not rush the patient care like an assembly line. They make you feel like family, loved and cared for. They remember you and your family. They were there for our family during our most difficult time and I wouldn’t trust mine, my husbands or my children’s care with anyone else. They all have a heart of gold and we are blessed to have found them.
Nicest staff and doctor I have ever had, very thorough and patient.
Staff are friendly and professional. The John Hopkins portal is very good to contact and communicate with your doctor without the need to setup an appointment. However, it's not easy to find appointments (usually they're one month far)
Worst staff ever!!!! I just come here because is the closest to my house. I asked the girl in the front if they were almost gonna call my daughter because they were taking forever, later I over heard them talking about me and laughing saying that I was impatient and that what the patient says does not count. Like what????
Very friendly people work here...you are greeted with a smile and they are very helpful.
This has been the best doctor's office I've been to since I've moved here. Everyone from the staff to the nurses really listen to my health concerns which is hard to find nowadays.
First, this clinic doesn't have a doctor. Stephen Kuder is a Nurse Practioner, and a very good one. The office is only a little over a year old and it does need work. The staff has always been nice to me. The negatives are that you will spend at least two hours there each time. While Mr Kuder is very friendly and caring, he needs to be mindful of the folks who are waiting patiently to be seen, sometimes up to an hour.
I recently moved to the DC area and selected Johns Hopkins Community Physicians as my new primary care physician. When I got sick recently, despite their full schedule for new patients, they truly went above and beyond to get me in right away (next day), for an appointment. Adding to the stellar service, their office is fresh, clean, modern and has everything you need! To top it off, I met with Dr. Shuchita Gorrell who was absolutely amazing! She truly took the time to not only diagnose and treat me, but she actually patiently listened to me and just really made me feel like she valued me and was genuinely concerned with my health and well-being! Everyone I came into contact with - whether over the phone or in person - was amazing. So happy I found them! Highly recommend this practice and their I Street location in DC.
I Got Botox done for my very first time and I am so glad I chose Time Unwind. I was a bit nervous at first since it was my first time getting this type of procedure done but the staff were super knowledgeable and answered every single one of my crazy questions and put me to ease. They have expert injectors and unlike other facilities that do 101 different services, Botox is a main focus amongst a couple other aesthetic procedures. So I felt even more confident knowing they had experience and expertise.

A tip for anyone getting Botox, ignore the super cheap Botox units other places offer. I went to a couple other consults where they were offering it so cheap but did not feel comfortable. It’s your face so do not bargain shop. It’s been a couple weeks and I see a significant improvement in my forehead lines and crows feet! I am young but saw that I was developing deep lines already so I wanted to soften them before they became worse in the future and because I’m a male I wanted a natural look as well and not the “Frozen Look” and go exactly what I wanted. Time Unwind will be my forever center to get this done and I look forward to getting other treatments done with them!
Dr Skinner and his staff are all very knowledgeable, friendly, and look out for their patients. I personally have had a few different health issues since I've moved here and Dr. Skinner has been able to help get me back on track with the best advice and support possible. Thank you Dr. Skinner, Victoria, Crystal, and Monica for everything. Stay awesome.
My experience at Family Heath and Wellness was wonderful. The receptions are friendly and efficient. Dr Skinner was also wonderful. He took the time to listen to all of my symptoms and concerns. He took the time to thoroughly go through my lab results and came up with a plan of care that I felt comfortable with. Overall a great experience!!
I am impressed with how my experience has been at this clinic. I feel like Dr. Skinner really cares about your health and wellness goals. I like that I can call with a concern and actually get a response in a timely manner. He is very thorough and listens to you. You won't be disappointed here!
I give less than zero star. The Doctors are ok. But the staff in the front desk at West Redondo, Gardena are awful. Especially the one that verify insurance /help Doctor to write authoriztion for referrals, she's terrible and so hostile . She talks to clients as if they are the cause of her problems. I don't always want to go there especially because of her. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE EVEN MY ENEMIES. It's a terrible place to go because of the front desk staffs.
Norma the woman on the front desk has the worst attitute i have encounter. she is so snappy, very dry in her tone of voice, rude, and treats people like animals that dont deserve service. As i was sitting in the wait room, i experience she was treating people. there was not one peron that she treated nicely. At some point an elder man came to the window and told her he was here to see the dictor she reply "and what do you want me to do!, sign in!" i was a victim too. I do not recomend Dr's Nissan Kahen due to the horrible staff service.
The receptionist swears she's the doctor do your job follow directions lol and they did some sneaky billing too. Not explaining what I'm getting charged for. Trying to play it off, u should tell your customer upfront not try to hustle them out of 10 bucks. U can have em.
Best Facial experience ever! Definitely recommend it
