I canceled my insurance almost three months ago, yet I have not received my cancellation fee. I have visited their location several times, called their head office, and emailed them, but I have received no response from them.
I am so grateful that I came across Kim. She helped me get the correct insurance coverages for my home and vehicle. I was grossly "underinsured" and my previous insurance agents did not do a good job of explaining how costly and damaging it could be not having enough coverage. Kim explained everything to me thoroughly and I am grateful that she did because I was so misinformed about insurances. And she put it in layman's terms where I could fully understand. I will be using her for all of my future insurance services and referring her to all of my family, friends and acquaintances.

Liz Gillman what can I say very professional will treat you like family. Never have I had a insurance agent as knowledgeable as her. Had a tree destroy our yard. We didn't even know where to start she literally took us by the hand getting us through the destruction and when our rates went threw the roof and she couldn't get us a lower rate she found someone who could. I've never had an insurance agent quite like Alyssa. She walked me through all the policies pertinent to me and my needs and was more than informative with any and all questions I had for her. It has been 60 days since my mother passed. I keep getting run around about the death claim. People don't communicate and just brush you off. You can't even speak to a claim agent. The home office and agent who took the policy over has been in minimal communication, after all its AEP for Medicare and those enrollment commissions are more important. I wish I never signed as an agent here. I wish I never got a policy for my mother here. I wish I never would have had friends and family get policies here. Worst company I have ever worked for or with. I'll be contacting Department of Insurance.
Splendid assistance. In the wake of attempting to find disaster protection with epilepsy all organizations would either add on an additional 0 or unfit to cover me. The specialist was splendid, didn't rush me through any inquiries, addressed any inquiries I had as senseless as some were. He even two fold really looked at statements several days after my underlying statement and viewed as a less expensive one so rang me back and moved it arranged straight away!

I have numerous life policies for myself and my family and my mom and my aunt are also hold multiple policies. Our agents have been super helpful, patient and they go above and beyond to make sure my concerns were addressed and I never felt pressured by them being too salesy. Plus...I can call or text them when I have a question and they get right back to me.

Poor Service at the office level. If you want to feel like your business is not valued, this is the agency for you. I have been with this agency for a few years, and every time I've had to have an interaction with Mark, it's as if my business doesn't matter to him. Multiple policy mistakes were made over the years and any time this was brought up, I was treated like some sort of "problem customer". Finally, this year at renewal time I decided to cut ties and move on. Again, if you want to be unvalued then this is the agency for you.

I've been doing business with the leadership of Affluence Insurance Services for about 20 years. I had to use another Insurance Agency for a short period of time and went right back to Affluence as soon as I could!
The rates are amazing, but the customer service is horrible. Reaching someone via phone or email is a real struggle and when you finally manage to talk to someone, it's like pulling teeth to get help. You are limited to what you can do when contacting the insurer directly because they want you to go through the agent. Very frustrating. The final strike was when I reached out on a Friday to let them know I would be buying a car on Saturday. I was told someone would be available to help. Well of course the next day, it took over an hour and a half to reach someone and get the car insured. Prior to this I had completed one of the many surveys they email out explaining my issues with the poor level of customer service and no one ever followed up. Seems they don't care. Long story short, I have switched agencies. I rather pay more money and have peace of mind that someone will be available should I ever need to file a claim.
Brian Flanagan did an OUTSTANDING job explaining the whole Medicare process in a manner of which my husband and I could understand! My husband was all signed up by the first of the month, then fell ill 2 weeks later and was hospitalized twice within a 2 week period. I was feeling overwhelmed with everything happening to my husband, so I called Brian for assistance. Brian was very responsive and helpful and he walked us through everything to expect going forward. He was there for us the whole time and helped in giving us a much needed piece of mind throughout the whole ordeal.

Mark, Fritz and staff are great and responsive to needs. I know there is a lot of paper shoveling but it seems unnecessary these days to have all of it. It would be nice to have each policy with a short statement policy number, phone number. It gets overwhelming with all the paperwork.

My company's policies are all with Jamie, and for this exact reason- I emailed him today, on a Saturday, from a dealership where I was buying a van, to ask how I could get a policy issued today. He called me within five minutes and had it all finalized shortly after. Every time I reach out to Jamie, which often is outside of normal business hours, he immediately responds and addresses everything right away. I am pretty sure someone out there may charge me less, but I would never get the same level of service, and I'm willing to pay a LITTLE more to get GREAT service, and that is what I get with Jamie and Trovato. Even the people at the dealership were shocked at how quickly he called me on a Saturday! I HIGHLY recommend giving them a shot.
Let me start by saying that I hate dealing with auto and homeowners insurance, I work in the insurance industry and I still dread it. I worked with Jennifer from Trovato Associates and she somehow managed to make the process super easy and enjoyable. She also gave us exactly what we were looking for without pushing us to get extras. She got back to my emails right away and never acted like she didn't have time to answer my questions. If you're looking for a smooth process that doesn't make you feel like you just sold you soul, give them a call. The prices are reasonable but more than that the people are great to work with. I have known Jamie at Trovato Associates for a few years now. We have our auto insurance through him and we are very happy with the service we have received from him and his team.
