Ever since the changeover form Washington First Bank we have had nothing but problems. I have done a lot of banking in my life and I have never encountered so a bank this incompetent and with incompetent people. It is going to be a big hassle to change banks but I have had enough. You have to try very hard to suck this bad!

This is the second opportunity my family had had to work with Curt Midkiff to finance construction of our new home. Ours was a more complicated program for a number of reasons. I was extremely impressed with his plan and it allowed us to work quickly and seamlessly with the banks and our construction company. The result is a wonderful new home. I can recommend Mr. Midkiff without reservation to anyone seeking an excellent mortgage lender.

I wouldn't bank in either location. Theres an employee in a higher position who has been bragging in a Facebook group about breeching customer privacy.
