I love the Santa Barbara Courthouse! I have been photographing couples here for a couple of years and it is hands down one of my favorite locations. It is so effortlessly beautiful! I highly recommend this location for your wedding. Staff is awesome too!
I don't think there is a more beautiful courthouse anywhere than the Santa Barbara County Courthouse. Its Spanish-style architecture fits perfectly with the uniform Spanish-style of the city.
Employees here have the most nastiest attitude I’ve ever experienced & takes 1hour or more to answer this is a known fact!!! If I didn’t need my important information from them I would’ve gave her the same attitude but worse!
Omg so I was on the phone waiting for almost an hour an a half but it was worth it…..jaqueline the clerk lady on the phone was so helpful and bubbly unlike many of the other ladies on there that are rude and don’t listen to the needs you call for. She was amazing god bless her, she really made me believe that there is still kindness and humanity in this crazy Armageddon world we live in! Thank you for brightening up my day after waiting so long to get someone on the darn phone. Jacqueline Definitely needs a raise 10 stars if I could!

Be ready to be on hold for over a hour if you’re planning on calling. Once they answer they will not find any answers to your questions and they will be rude to you.
We are in 2024 and this offices here blame Covid 19 with them not answering the phone. So terrible it reminds me of how government works in Puerto Rico. How sad that Osceola County has become so terrible and Going backwards instead of to the future. Then they have a person that all she does is gives numbers. Wow please have her answer phone and take away her Cel phone so she doesn't get distracted with her IG
All I can say is you might as well just pay a traffic ticket by going into the courthouse instead of paying it online. When I mentioned how I waited 2 weeks for the ticket to appear in the system and it still didnt show up on the websites provided, the clerk told me it was on their end days after I received a ticket. Imagine the trouble I'd be in if I just waited the full 30 days to try to pay online or over the phone(which also doesn't help because I was on hold for almost an hour before I gave up and went to the courthouse in person). The clerk I did have was fine and easy to work with, it's just everything else that sucks.

If you or a loved one are immunosuppressed, immune deficient, immune compromised, or a germaphobe, be prepared if you have to go to jury duty, this place is filthy and everyone is trying to kill you. If you enter the building during winter and are wearing a hat, they will make you remove your hat and place it on the dirty conveyor to run it through the x-ray machine. The women's restrooms are filthy. The toilet seats have so much dried, caked on stains they look as if they have never been cleaned. I could not find a faucet with running water in the 6th floor women’s restroom, and the faucets all have a button that must be held down in order to get water, not hygienic at all. Be prepared, bring disinfecting wipes. The court room I was brought to has tape marks to indicate social distancing, but the officers cram everyone in shoulder-to-shoulder. The dust bunnies in the courtroom were the size of actual bunnies. Potential jurors show up so sick they are carrying boxes of Kleenex and plastic bags for the used tissues. Most people are not wearing face masks, and there is little to no air circulation in the rooms prospective jurors are put into. All in all, this place is a nightmare come true for anyone immunosuppressed, immune deficient, immune compromised, or a germaphobe. On a scale of 1 to 10 for cleanliness, I would give this place a minus-100.
This town is full of corrupt cops. Specifically st.cloud pd. Osceola county is the worse county I have ever been to. They need to fire all those tyrant corrupt cops they got workin for st.cloud pd. It’s shameful how they pull u over for no reason and automatically want to search your car? ? We know your county is full of meth heads, but You shouldn’t treat everyone like a drug addict that is simply driving thru . Do better . Shameful
Good luck getting anyone from the traffic department on the phone. i called at exactly at 8am when they opened and i kept getting a recording that said that the office was closed. i keep calling and talk to an operator and advised them of the message i was recieving. After that i called again and got put on hold..... it is now an hour later and i am still on hold. So i guess Im going to leave work early so i can go up there in person. TO OSEOLA COUNTY, IF YOU NEED SOMEONE TO COME AND STRAIGHTEN YOUR SORRY A$$ SYSTEM OUT PLEASE CONTACT ME. I WILL GET THAT PLACE RUNNING THE WAY IT SHOULD AND ILL GET YOUR RATING UP TO A FIVE STAR RATING. $180K a year with full benefits and ill start tomorrow. fyi, I may need to clean house a bit and replace current employees with people that have a passion for customer service

Beautiful grounds and building. Take the free tour to learn all about the history but you can also self guide your own tour. I took the free 10:30am tour and I really enjoyed it. You’ll need to go through a security check before entering. There’s bike parking on the grounds just past the entrance door kind of tucked in behind the arch way to the right. There is a observation deck all the way at the top and on your way up, you can see the bells that ring on the hour. You can walk stairs or there’s an elevator.
Gabby over in the traffic citation department is by far the WORST employee I have ever had the displeasure of working with, I only called to get some information about an elective course that I was committed to only to be given the worst attitude. I asked if there were any specifications that these institutions that offer this elective course that are required in order for the completion to be valid and what steps were necessary for me to go through in order to complete this task however she began going on a rant about how they are not able to send any links or endorsements for any specific institutions ?? Not what I asked for but fine.. she was very impatient and wanted to end the call before I could even write any information down. What the heck is her deal? Someone needs a hug or a phone call from their dad for reassurance..whatever the case YOU chose to work for the courthouse so don't take it out on the residents of the county who are only looking to be informed, everyone else including the security is a pleasure to work with but I guess the Grinch came early this year. If you get Gabby from the traffic/criminal citations department hang up or ask to speak to another representative cause you will be glad you did, thank to everyone else working there that provides customer service without the ratchet attitude.
Great place to visit for a day trip! Lots of history from Spanish mission and the architecture. Must go- the observation deck on top floor. 360-degree panoramic views of Santa Barbara. Nice to take the dog there on the green as well.
A historical court house with rich history and a nice garden. It has great view of Santa Barbara town. Definitely worth to pay a visit. Plenty parking space along the street and lots of information inside the building.

I NEVER thought I would be writing a review about the hall of justice, especially since I was there for jury duty. The building is clean and getting through security was a breeze. Everyone there was professional and there to do their jobs efficiently, but still very kind and personable. Jury duty is what it is, but I will say that it was pretty calm, the instructions given by the officers and judge were clear and I personally was done after 2 days. Even after I left the building and realized that I left my charger there, they escorted me back into the room so I could search for it. There was one court officer in particular that really made the experience seamless and went out of his way to talk to me and ask about my day, but unfortunately I didn't get his name. Shout out to that man. He deserves a raise. lol. Overall, not a bad experience, however I don't want to come back anytime soon.

Court officers are surprisingly very courteous and friendly. Building is very clean , quickly went through metal detectors. Experience there as a juror was as pleasant as possible.
I want to give a Exelent comment about some one from here Ms. ANGELA she was sooo nice she Care about my case ,I request my divorce certificate and she called me ,Yes she called me to let me know I forgot my money order and them the second envelope get lost week later she get the lost envelope and them she called me again to let me know, people like Ms. ANGELA is what we need in public service, our community deserves you. Here for jury duty the first day was hectic a long line that moved quickly. The second day just show juror pass no line to wait on just went through swiftly. The process for picking to be on a case is the part I am over.

Administrative Judge pretends she has nothing to do with her subordinates. They have zero respect to constitution and human rights. If you pay up you will get an upper hand in a custody. The traffic court prosecutor is very disrespectful. I attempted to ask him if my daughter could get a violation without points and was told “No. Sit down. “ I went to speak again and before I could get a word out of my mouth, he again said “sit down. “ I was very respectful and had to bite my tongue for my daughters sake. He is a public servant and should be held to a higher standard. If he can’t be courteous to the people that are already having a bad day because they have to come to traffic court and risk getting points on their license, then maybe he should retire.
I hope the judges aren't so cruel I have a newborn baby and I hope they don't rip my family apart by sending her dad to jail for basically nothing
Always be early, not on time. They tend to be quick with coming to a decision with your case, but you know what they say, haste makes waste, so be early.

I just called the courthouse and spoke to an amazing woman named Maurine. She literally picked up after one ring. She was very kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable about the matters I was inquiring. I still cannot believe a phone call to the courthouse could be so pleasant and effective.. I just wanted to say that, in an ideal world all strangers who pick up the phone would share this much love, generosity and desire to help others, and today I felt I was living in one.

I think person who answers phone is real criminal i call in to find out about my wife case and the person talks so rude like i owe him money these courts systems are all corrupt thats not how justic is done when someone talk with respect talk back with respect i suggest you all stay away from police and court system they are not fair.

It has been a month and a half since I sent my request and nobody has sent me an email or a call and not even when one calls do they answer the calls.😔
Been harassed for the last 7 years over a ticket that was already paid and taken care of.West Point Military Academy finally informed me that it was a “clerical error” at the courthouse. 2 weeks and counting since I’ve called to close the case.They're missing paperwork, don’t answer phones and now my attorney informs me that they need me to come back down there 7 Years later, for them to redo the paperwork.This should not be legal for them to still get paid while making people’s lives hell, that Already paid their dues and did their part.
Family Court Correct address is 18 Richmond terrace avenue in Staten island New York. Not 100. The ones running family Court all look like they don't know what they're doing. They think they know but they don't. They all need to be fired and replaced. And of course keep America Great. 🤣
Idk about everyone else but this talk of taking peoples money is essentially a part of it, but moreso it seems to deter an even more overwhelming amount of money and time from going to state dmvs as result of surcharges, suspensions and such! If someone gets a moving violation like speeding amended into something without any points for a little more money it is a very positive thing for many, and on the other hand those with no points have the option to take their expected hit pay less in the moment and then be given license points which often lead one to the dmv anyway as well as heightened insurance rates! I definitely don’t not support giving more to local Municipal and enforcements as opposed to IMO needlessly and inadvertently giving even more power to the dmvs which have become such a stagnant environment in so many cases that are still in need of much improvement! People Are often hard on themselves and are left feeling awkward accepting a leniency they do not fully understand from a system they may not fully trust, when in fact is also very understandable for many sadly! Most other courts are not as fair or understanding as this one was in my and all others with relatively minor offenses
Unfortunately from what I understand and what I was told first hand, if a mother and a father of an infant child aren't together, and the mother is with child, having custody of child, and although the parents aren't together, they are in agreement of this custody arrangement for a temporary time. Well even with that being the case the court still wants to take the parent rights away from the father, what a classical disregard of constitutional and parental rights.
Not the worst place to spend the night in jail. Quiet, Clean and kind of refreshing. 7/10.

Greatest Court staff in country
All the staff, including the District Attorney and the Judge, are courteous and professional. The judge earned my respect when, even though the person pled guilty, he threw out the citation because he felt it was frivolous. While I can appreciate negotiating a plea to a lower charge with the same fine, I feel that the public would be better served if there was a community service option in lieu of the fine. Most people value their time more than their money and that would make community service more of a deterrent than a fine.

I had to come here for jury duty. It is a lovely glass building and the COs were very nice. The jury room is spacious and the seats are cushioned and comfortable. You can bring reading material and an iPad to read during the day. Also you can eat on the room so bring snacks as you wait during the day.
The lawyers told me part one Judge loves to listen to all lies from the Acs workers, caseworkers, Acs lawyers love to ruin a good family.
The town of Wallkill court is a legalized version of organized crime. The role of governement is to protect its people, not bend them over for every cent they can squeeze out of its people. It is obvious that there is a large amount of corruption in this towns government.
I was a Jury Duty for two days at this location. The Bronx County Hall of Justice has comfortable sits to wait for the long day. The building is made of glass and the design is beautiful. It needs more security on the floors. The first floor is full of security but not the other floors. It has a place to eat in the back. You also have other things to do out of the building when you are on brake, including restaurants, stores, coffee shop, etc
place is just a way for them to make a lot of money and screw people over. Also if you are young those old guys #rentacops #haveasssecurity #prosecutor will give you a break in there and stare at you. I saw it the day I was there. They all got reduced really low and everyone else got hit hard. Thanks for nothing middletown. Can't wait to move.
i have been in this court fighting for my 7 and 6 year old for six years, because i am a man and i am a father i have no rights that i fully understand now. i have been discriminated against time and time again but i am patiently waiting for the courts to give us fathers equal rights as a parent
I called this number. All it does is give you more numbers to call. Pressed 5 for SI, 3 for dispositions and appeals. The first number they told me to call was Special Touch HOMECARE! The second number? NOT EVEN IN SERVICE. Another option would be to press the #1 button but all that did was make the man repeat the options. Ughhhhh SO unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!!
