This is the worst court I’ve visited in Jamaica. This court has my divorce paper and I have no idea about the divorce attorney and I do not recognize the law firm. Therefore, I don’t trust this law firm with my information.

I will never believe anyone in this place cares about the health and safety of our kids. Money and power is all anyone here cares about. Good job Goshen you made hate my beautiful home town. Hope a certain judge loses everything they care about.worst part is now my kids also know they can't count on the people we pay to help us

I have no idea how the people who answer the phones here keep their jobs. It is clear that they do not want to be doing this job and I have never been spoken to so rudely (and I work in customer service). They don’t let you speak. Just continuously talk over you and then speak to you like you are a child. I would be fired on the spot if I spoke to people this way at work. Do better or make a job change.

They sent me a notice of non compliance for two summons when the first summons was on such short notice and they wouldn’t pick up their phone to confirm the date of attendance leaving me and my employer on short notice and no way of knowing when jury duty was taking place and the second summons was never received. You email them and wait for an answer. You call them and you get no answer. Very unprofessional to treat people like criminals by putting them in situations outside of their control.

Architecturally impressive county courthouse building in downtown Goshen, Indiana. The building was completed in 1870. Renovated in 1909. It is a brick building with a clay tile dome tower. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.

The officers are great. The juror representatives don't understand even the basics of questions. Act like they are geniuses but what they really are...a bunch of unprofessional scummy folk. I came in and asked a genuine question. Why did they not include the date of the actual summons because the date on the letter is just for the telephone standby system. If I have to report to court, you might as well put the date. Not every company wants to get a short notice of when you have to report to court especially when it's a busy work season. If I had known the actual summons date. That would be better.

Place is clean and has a nice view. Area outside is nice. The security and staff are very friendly and accomodating. They also answer any questions you have. My jury service was quick and easy :) Just make sure to arrive on time, at 9 AM. If you're too late, you will not be counted as having attended, and will have to make up service the next day

This place really needs to get their staff trained ASAP. Their customer service is terrible. My boyfriend was scheduled for jury duty this morning. Last night he had covid symptoms and we did a home test for him around 10:30 pm, he tested positive. This morning we tried to call the number provided on the registration card ( supposed to be active from 8:30 am) and nobody answered. He send them an email last night with his test information and nobody answered. Today he headed over there to excuse himself since there is nobody to talk to before 9 am and we live 40 mins away by car. As he arrived, he informed the security person about being positive for covid. The security person made him wait INSIDE the facility and sent him to another place to talk to another officer. When he got to the second officer the person was extremely rude saying that it was disrespectful of him to show up if he has covid. So what do you want people to do if you don’t even answer the phone at the time you are supposed to? Disrespectful of this office to not have any procedures available for people that cannot show up due to an emergency. Also, why would you make him wait inside the place if he already showed a first person proof of a positive covid test?
Very unprofessional and inhumane.
Train your staff, it is a civic responsibility to show up for Jury duty so organize a way people can actually communicate with your facility at a decent time.

The most inconsiderate people I’ve ever come in contact with I’ve been calling for some simple paper work to get emailed to me so I could purchase a fire arm and they lied and never sent it !!!

The Goshen City Court building is in the same building as the Goshen Police Department, 111 E. Jefferson Street, Goshen, Indiana. It is NOT in the Elkhart County Courthouse located at 101 N. Main Street, Goshen, IN 46526. The photos and reviews about the County Courthouse in Goshen are unrelated to GOSHEN CITY COURT.

The security officers were very friendly and professional. Once inside the staff that address the jurors need training. The white woman who addressed the jurors was very nasty. Her tone was condescending. I felt like I was heading to prison or being detained not serving jury duty. She automatically raised her voice because a gentleman didn't have on the correct face mask. She was so nasty I was embarrassed . During a break I asked someone else where I could make a formal complaint and not even five mins later she came to my seat and verbally attacked me. She told me to give her my juror ID and I could leave. The audacity! I will form a formal complaint.

Rude employees. Won't take the time to answer questions on the phone, they rather hang up on you. No matter how professional you are. They take your money happly. deny your case and make you file over and over again and put you in circles. I've never heard of a court house that acts this way and gets away with it. I've filed a complaint with the state towards the court due to the lack of disrespect I've gotten here. And all I'm doing is a simple divorce that both parties have been apart for years. This court treated me like a lowlife on the phone more then once. And now I'm stuck having to refile yet again.

Beautiful architecture, interesting sculpture. Historic police booth built to protect local banks from gangsters located at corner of courthouse square. The original 1913 route of the historic Lincoln Highway passes on one side of courthouse square.

It's a court house . What else can I say.

The women who work in City court are rude and very unprofessional. I’ve been calling for a week straight and still haven’t gotten the answers I’m inquiring ab then when somebody finally answers today I’m hung up on. Every experience I’ve had with them has been very distasteful.

Clean and well organized place. The officers are very helpful with people. They start at 9:00am and it may take until 4:00pm. It depends of the number.
No recording or taking pictures. It's prohibited!
No using phone in the waiting room but you can enjoy a movie.
The phone can be used in the back of the room. Yes, people can use it and they can also have some snacks or refreshments from vending machines. There are some tables with chairs.
In the break time, people are allowed to go out and bring their food to the place but in the back of course.
The people in the room watch a movie until they will call their number.
For people who are disqualified, they give them certification of 4 years not to appear in Jury Duty and leave the place.
For people who get the letter for Jury Duty, they MUST call or go online to check their number in which location they need to go!! Do not ignore it!!
Sometimes, you keep checking until you see or hear your number.
Because sometimes, it is not the date on the letter but Keep calling or checking online until you will hear or see your number.
It's by law to serve for Jury duty and don't turn up for your jury service.

This place is filled with paper book parents. And please feel free to take offense. They sit there telling you how to raise a child when every lawyer, judge, liason etcetera. Are nothing but paper book parents. They don't spend more than a weekend or holiday with their children because they are too busy trying to tell you how to raise yours. They have nannies and baby sitters that rear their children.
